I wanted to take a moment to share my experience today at Venus & Venom in Monroe.My appointment was with Michele Witel. She is warm and friendly!She made me feel so welcomed.She takes great care and spends her time making sure your results make YOU happy prior to leaving.Having someone not make you feel pressured or rushed, for me is so hard to find.Michele is great at knowing what to do, while still listening to what results you hope for.She is truly a professional.Thank you Michele.

The technician Noelle who did my laser hair removal was a pleasure to work with. Very quick, thorough, and friendly. I have had other technicians in the past and they were all great as well, so you really can’t go wrong!

Staff is super sweet. Michelle Witel is amazing. She has a good hand. You will love her. She will answers all your questions with a smile. Michelle knows her stuff. Don’t think about it. Go get beautiful.

Michelle was absolutely amazing! She talked me through everything and made me feel at ease. If you want Botox done Michelle is your lady.

Always a wonderful experience with Margaret!! Never a long wait for an appt, no wait time when I get to the appt, and she is so detail oriented and aims to please. Can’t recommend enough.

I was there a month ago for a consultation. I then saw the RN who explained the services as well, took pictures and said she would speak to the owner about what service was the best for me and get back to me that evening. I waited to hear from her and to this day no one has reached out to me. I find it rude, disrespectful and unprofessional that the owner runs a business in this manner. I went to another Medispa where the owner and staff were professional and knowledgeable and I received the service I requested. If you are thinking of going to this establishment-DON’T.The owner responds that the RN tried to reach out to me several times which is a lie because no one ever called me or left a message. Maybe you were calling the wrong number because it certainly wasn’t me you were calling. VERY disappointed.

Margaret was very knowledgeable and has an easy manner about her. The fact that she’s an NP definitely put me at ease. She explained the difference between Botox and Dysport. The injections were quick and all I felt was a pinch. The procedure room is very clean. I would recommend Venus & Venom - in fact the reason I went there in the first place was because they came highly recommended.

Michele is amazing! I’ve always been afraid of needles and get some anxiety when I get Botox. But she has such a soft touch and I literally didn’t feel a thing throughout the whole process! I felt a tiny pinch twice, but it was so painless and she was so sweet and informative throughout. I’ll definitely be back to see her again next time!

Michele is such an amazing injector she makes sure to go over all your questions and concerns so that your comfortable before starting the treatment and always follows up to see how you’re doing. Each client leaves here happy and in love with their results.

I always love my experience at Venus and Venom . Michelle worked on my forehead issues and she was great . Was very attentive to what I needed done. She definitely has a gentle touch . Didn’t feel the injectors at all .She always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m satisfied with results . Love it . I highly recommend!!!

Michele, Michele, Michele - shes the person you need to see! I recently had my second session with Michele and thanks to her, my face appears rejuvenated, younger and vibrant. Ive been told that my face appears more youthful and asked what Ive done and I simply say facials lol. I will eventually let others know what I did and by whom. Aside from my regular botox, I decided it was time for me to have a professional assess my face because I felt due to weight loss my frown lines were more pronounced and overall my face lost volume. I selected Michele based on reviews and Im glad I did. First session, she was so patient, assessed my face and recommended what I should do and not do. Aside from botox, I did cheek fillers/lift, lip lift and Im sure she did other stuff. Within a week, I noticed the difference. As weeks went by, I was super happy with my new look as if I had a mini face lift. My face is rejuvenated, contoured, and my frown lines are not as pronounced as before. Im glad I found Michele who is seasoned and very knowledgeable. I never felt as if I was pressured into doing unnecessary procedures, she is very ethical and will not make you look plastic and crazy as other injectors do with their clients. You will look natural! Very ethical and transparent, Im glad I found a person nearby home who knows what shes doing. If youre looking to enhance your appearance or need a touch up please go to Michele!

Michele is always amazing. She is very detailed and makes sure to go over all your concerns and questions ahead of each service. I’ve done both Botox and fillers with her and the results are always great and with minimal bruising. Book with her and you will not regret it.

Michele W. has been great. I’ve been going to Venus and Venom since March 2022, and Michele has perfectly pinpointed my concerns and I just tried a new lip filler called Versa that I like very much. There was no pain when the needle was applied and Michele was patient and achieved the look I was going for. I’ve tried other fillers and she makes sure you are comfortable with the product and the results. The atmosphere is very relaxing and they are very flexible with scheduling. Extremely satisfied. 💜.

Amazing consultation. My concerns were addressed and painlessly injected away. My injector was so skilled I didn’t even know I was being injected.

I had a facial done with Rachel, the room where it was preformed is so comfortable and relaxing. My skin felt so clean and moisturized and my stubborn acne had gone away the next day!

4 stars overall due to the ambiguous (borderline deceptive) fine print on their promotions. This desperately needs to be clarified - and the front office was not the most accommodating in response. However, nurse and medical aesthetician Megan Cullen was absolutely outstanding: knowledgeable, skilled, kind, funny, and deserves 10 stars out of 5. I hope the owners know what a gem they have in their midst.

The service change from excellent to poor.I was asked to remove my mask after the treatment for a picture, the clinician has COVID antibodies.This is NOT New York State recommendations.Upon checkout, went pay, was charge different rate from GROUPON.The woman stated Next Time Buy from GROUPON.I will never go back. Service was excellent now it is POOR.Thank you for your feedback.But, should go to New York State guidelines for salon and read it.When you ask client to remove their mask for a picture, and plan to use that same room for that day !Please refer to New York guidelines.
