Very educated on piercing, up to date on procedures and research, and very supportive during the whole piercing process.Ive got a fear of needles, and they make everything fun, quick, clean, and simple.

Omg I could cry. I’ve only been here twice but I love it. I got a tattoo from quinne and a double high nostril. I love the front desk people and I love the piercers. Very friendly environment! 10000/10 would recommend. Quinne is the sweetest.

Ketzel has done over 17 of my piercings and every time I come in they are so professional and take the time to explain placements and what works best for my anatomy. I always leave with a smile on my face and the jewelry selection they keep on rotation is high quality with so many dazzling options!

For years now I have been looking for a tattoo artist. I thought I found the right guy, However, there was never a time that we could get together. This was even after three times of trying to schedule a tattoo session. I canceled the first time due to medical reasons. After that they were canceled by the owner because they were at tattoo conventions. I found this out over text the day before I was supposed to get my tattoos.When scheduling my first tattoo appointment, I gave them a $50 deposit. According to the secretary and website, no refunds will be given. However, it does suck getting canceled on that many times and yet I have nothing to show.As far as I am concerned, the owner does amazing work, and would have loved to have gotten a tattoo. However, it did not work out that way. I’m not saying you shouldn’t go here and I’m not saying anything bad, I’m just pointing out my views, and what I have experienced.

I gotten all of my tattoos here. Great experiences every time. I’ve used a few different artists. It’s an easy process to book, staff is always super cool. Prices are good. Adam is great. Excited for a new one next week!

Ketzel is an absolute delight. I’ve received 8 piercings from them over the past year—6 in my ears, a nostril, and a septum. They’re my only piercings so I can’t draw any comparisons with any other piercers, but Ketzel is my favorite person to go to. They’re incredibly professional and thorough, will walk you through everything especially if you’re new to getting piercings, and is extremely patient and empathic if you’re feeling nervous or anxious about feeling any sort of pain.Every piercing they did was quick and clean and they always gave clear and concise aftercare instructions, and they’re also easily accessible through social media for any follow up questions you may have. Never thought I’d get so many piercings but they actually make it fun and now I’m always wondering what my next one will be. I can’t recommend Ketzel enough!

Quinne was incredibly kind and patient with me when I came in for a helix piercing. Historically I don’t do well with needles but she put me totally at ease. This studio is great, my artist was @tatsbydonlee and he did an amazing job! The vibes were so amazing and the playlist immaculate! For my second tattoo they all made me feel so comfortable and welcome. 10/10 will go again!

Love the piercer here, and thats why I go. The studio is a bit dark and kind of creepy vibes, which maybe they are going for. It also smelled of Marijuana the first time. The second time, it did not.

Loved the environment. The lady was so nice and patient. She helped me stay calm and told me everything will be fine. The process was easy and quick and I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort. I would highly recommend going to her. This was my first time getting a nose piercing and I love it!!

I got my septum and snakebites with the amazing piercer here! She was really sweet and patient and made sure I was comfortable and we went at my pace. She also made sure I knew all the aftercare for the piercings and made sure I bought the right items to keep them as clean as possible. It was a great experience and in the future when I get more piercings, I’ll definitely be going back!

I went to a differently location to get my nipple piercing done and it was not my first time having them done. This time around I had nothing but issues with them and decided to look for a different location and piercer to see if I could get someone to look at them. I found this location and talk to their piercer Denna regarding this issue, and she was a great help to my situation and did everything she could to help save my piercings. Due to the piercer I went to before her I did have to take them out, but I will definitely be returning to Denna to get them re-pierced by her and as well my future piercings. Thanks again!

I was immediately greeted (warmly) by an associate behind the main counter, who was helpful. The gal that did my piercings, Adena, was very knowledgeable and friendly (she let me squeeze her arm for both piercings :)).Unfortunately, a couple weeks in, the end stud of one of the earrings used to pierce my ear broke... after contacting Adena, she advised me of steps to take and also offered to replace the earring free of charge :)I would absolutely visit again for any services ArtWerks provides! As far as pricing goes... Id say the price was/is on par with industry average.

Ive been going here for any piercing needs for years now and have always received clean, well done piercings. Denaa is incredible! Shes precise with her placement, super nice and accommodating, and always helpful when it comes to questions pre and post piercing. Fun things are her fave so anything unique you want shes down to do. Cant recommend enough!

Got my nose pierced and was terrified and my anxiety was building up but Deena was amazing and very patient! She explained everything and warned me before actually piercing. She was such a nice and sweet person. Highly recommend her and this place. She made it much better. Overall it wasn’t bad, just a little uncomfortable.

I was a walk in first thing Saturday when they first opened and was able to get an appointment later that afternoon with the tattoo artist named Terik. He did a really professional job, super clean line work. I would definitely recommend this place.

I walked in with my mom to get our ears pierced. Our piercer was Denna and she was very professional and friendly. She did a fantastic job- it didnt hurt at all. Overall my mom and I had a great experience and would definitely recommend to others!

Brandon did my nose piercing and I came in just 20 min before close and they were so kind to me! Everything was clean, my piercing was in the exact spot that I wanted it, and it was the easiest piercing I’ve ever gotten! 10/10 recommend and I will be back!

The staff were so welcoming and accommodating. While we waited for our friend to get a tattoo after my piercing, they made sure we were taken care of: they opened an umbrella for us on the porch to sit under and brought us some frisbees to play with their frisbee golf net. It was a fun experience! They also kept coming to give us updates on timing to make sure we knew how long the tattoo would take. So amazing!

As soon as I walked in and started talking to some of the artists, I immediately felt comfortable. The studios and booths were clean and comfortable. You can see they follow all sanitary procedures and all tools are in a sterile pack. Most importantly the tattoo I got looks great and is exactly what I wanted. Shout out to Mr. T who did my tattoo. I will definitely be coming back for my next piece. All the artists were cool and had great artwork on display! Highly recommended!!

Such a lovely experience! The staff was super friendly and while the wait was a bit long it was totally worth it for what I got. I got a nose piercing yesterday and it still doesn’t hurt at all. Will be going back for my next piercing

I got two piercings (helix and took) here in October. I didn’t get the piercer’s name but he wouldn’t wear a mask and said that he hadn’t pierced in a while. Neither of the piercings took— the rook piercing went in at a bad angle and he used a hoop for the helix even though I asked for a stud. He told me that the jewelry was from China, and after taking them out I realized that they were both poor quality (the rook curved barbell was externally threaded). The environment was nice, the pricing was decent, and the location was convenient for me, but I will not be visiting again.

Got a nose piercing here. I had a lot of trouble finding a place to do it for me, but I found artwerks and I was happy with the result. The equipment was clean, and the process was quick and nearly painless. Everyone seems to know what they are doing. Overall, I was happy with my experience

Louie is a legend. He has a lot to be proud of with what he has built under the Artwerks banner. One of the best tattooers in the business. His approach to his craft has influenced generations of tattoo artists and will likely never cease. I will never not owe you a 🪦. 🍻 Love ya man!

We didnt have an appointment but they took us anyway. She had her ears pierced once but had to take earrings out for sports so this was a repiercing. They were great with her, took their time and their place is very clean.

This is the only place my husband and I get Tatted!! We trust Louie! He does great work

We took my granddaughter to get a nose ring for her 14th birthday. This is the cleanest place I have ever been in and decided yes I will get tattoos and anything else here customer service was beautiful Im very highly recommend it 100 + 100 safety comes first and they showed it.

Nothing short of excellent. Came in with a drawing/sketch of my own and Louie made it come to life. Date of service 4/13/22- Hate to do this but it must be done. Went here for a last minute - once in a lifetime - nose piercing and 5th piercing in my earlobe. Called before I went, greeted nicely and was told come on in. Arrived, signed pprwk and went ahead with both. Took less than 10 min, told about aftercare and was given appropriate jewelry for both nose and earlobe. Next day, nose piercing is not staying put, ear lobe is tender but I am told it is normal. I am hyper vigilant with w my body and care so I take these things seriously.I am continuously cleaning with saline solution. One week later, same issue, nose ring keep trying to come out. I am cleaning it daily as instructed. I make an appt at an upscale piercing place on 4/21( gut instinct), upon entry they tell me, the nose ring jewellery is too short for my nosstril, this is why it is NOT staying in place. My ear piercing is too tight and the size of the earring is causing tissue inflammation. Both are removed promptly. Ive made the decision to re- pierce both in 8 wks. I was hasty and did not do my normal research. I do want to warn others, think twice before going here. . One must go to school for piercings of any kind - dont be cheap!

Outstanding service. They really listen to what you are thinking and come up with the perfect tattoo. Super clean and super friendly. Health department gave them a 100% and it is clear to see why. If there were more than 5 stars to give I would give more!!! Very fair price and very high quality artwork!!!

This place is very helpful and knows what they are doing, I got my tattoo done by Acti, I highly recommend this guy to anyone going there! I had a base picture of what I wanted and he definitely brought it to life! Will definitely be going back!

Recently got my nose piercing with @miracle.piercings and was beyond happy I choose her. She was so professional and talked me through the process and gave me all the information and aftercare for my nose piercing.

I got both my nose and nipples pierced. He was nice, gentle, and very professional. I would definitely recommend you getting your piercings here.

Walked in on a Saturday with an idea in mind. Jacob took it and made it 10x better by incorporating his unique style. Just his use of contrast and highlighting made the final product better than i ever could have imagined. Not only was the tattoo awesome but Jacob is a cool guy and made the time fly by.I plan on going back in a month or so to get started on part 2. I dont see myself ever recommending another tattoo studio in Nashville, or going to another one myself (unless Jacob leaves)

This was an absolute horrible experience. The receptionist asked what nose ring I wanted, but never communicated with the piercer. With that said, I laid down got my nose pierced and they put a stud instead of a hoop. I specifically wanted a hoop this time bc I’ve had bad experiences with studs before. First blow...Next, she tells me she can’t change it for me until two weeks....second blow. Then, I’m clearly upset by now, so of course I tell the boy he should have communicated and he could care less. Smh...third blow. Then in the midst of everything I had to go back inside after I pulled off because I realized she never even gave me care instructions. 🤦🏽‍♂️ I’m not knocking anyone’s talent here, but my personal first experience was a nightmare. I will be returning so they can fix what they messed up, but never will again and will never recommend anyone to their shop.

I definitely recommend Artwerks. Maxx is great and I have seen plenty of work from the other artists that is also TOP NOTCH. Comfy waiting area and a good display of past work. My fiance and I both get our work done here. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.
