Trilllogy Tattoo & Body Piercing

More like 4.5 stars. Came in for ear piercings for my 6 year old. Ms. Dee was incredibly professional and explained every step along the way, though she was upfront that she would not continue if my kid said No even once. My kid went from scared and ready to cry, to game face and brave. Love the appointment reservation system and ease. For parents with little ones, do not come too early-- the decor may be a little scary or intimidating for little kids... I had to refocus my daughter to look at the jewelry case to choose her earrings until we sat down in the chair.

Ms. Dee re-pierced my nose and was super cool to just chop it up with to distract my mind from the pain. Her set up was clean and pricing we reasonable. I also appreciate her being open to taking me last minute. I told her Im bringing my daughter by when shes ready. Awesome vibe and good service, if youre seeking a dope piercer, give Ms. Dee a try!

Ms. Dee was very thorough and professional. She explained everything I needed to know about the process. Nothing felt rushed- her attention to detail and commitment to quality work was obvious.

Mrs.Dee was amazinggg. I came in scared as sh*t to get a flat but she treated me with so much kindness and taught me so much with the time we had together. Couldn’t recommend her more she’s also so honest with her pricing and I appreciate that a lot. Don’t hesitate to BOOK and I say book bc it’s better to have time with her so you know exactly what you want and can talk to her abt it. It’s also better for her schedule if you care lol (you should) that’s all. She’s easyily informative and straight to the point. Coming back

Highly recommend! I made my appointment online for later the same day, which was very easy. Ms. Dee made it an easy and comfortable experience, helped me pick my jewelry, gave me great tips for care, and most importantly, it looks great. A great deal with affordable, quality jewelry.

Loved it! Dee was very sweet and kind and even helped my partner get a nose ring out he was having trouble with. They also had a really good selection of jewelry that wasn’t too spendy! Definitely recommend it.

I cannot say enough incredible things about Ms. Dee. She’s excellent at her craft, incredibly knowledgeable, and always looking to exceed customer expectations. Going on 10 months working with her re: the piercing/healing of my nose and she’s taken visions I’ve had for what I want out of my piercing and taken her own time outside of our sessions to find the perfect solution (without me even asking) so that I get exactly what I’m looking for. Follow her advice, recognize the small challenges that can come with any piercing, and book Ms. Dee. As far as piercings go in the future, I won’t be going anywhere else!

From start to finish, Trilogy was on the ball! Their website is super thorough and upfront! If you’re punctual, courteous, and want a place that reflects those qualities right back and expects and respects those qualities, these folks are the ones to go to!Ms. Dee really knows her stuff and addressed every question I had before I asked! She cleared up a lot of misconceptions about aftercare for my piercing and was very thorough in preparing me and giving instructions for caring for it!Ms. Dee is now my forever piercer and I’m such a fan! Even if you already have all the mods on your body that you want, it’s absolutely worth the small fee to get it checked out, and I believe there’s a free check-up if they did your piercing, but they can correct if needed!Overall, it’s a clean, friendly, respectful place with easy access from BART and bus AND their website is a treasure trove! I wanted to change my silver hoop nose ring I’ve had in for 8 years to a gold hoop. I made an appointment online two days before. Ms. Dee helped me out and was incredibly kind. She told me the ring options and got me sized up and fitted and out the door in minutes. I’m wary of ordering the wrong size or material online so I’m glad she was able to help me get a quality piece of jewelry and help remove my old one without messing it up. I’ll definitely be back because the prices are great. The shop is incredibly clean as well. Highly recommend you get piercings and jewelry here.

Process is quick and easy piercing process. Found Ms. Dee who did all of my wifes piercings when she was 18. She even remembered her after all these years and the piercings she has done on her. Thats the type of folks you want to do body work on you

I got my first ‘other-than-your-ears-piercing’ here (I got a septum) and it was amazing. Ms. Dee is so kind and educational and talked me through everything- from having a metal sensitivity to what kind of jewelry and where and how to care for it. I found this shop off Google and the website was so easy to use I just booked it blind and I had such an amazing experience!! I never wanna go anywhere else for a piercing.

Cute little shop with a beautiful view of the lake. Ms Dee knows her stuff and i highly recommend her services.Went in with a friend to open and old piercing, and was treated to an hours worth of excellent information on options. (Edit-used to be called five n dime tattoo when I was tatted)Had the owner do a cover-up tattoo for me and it looked worse than the original. Didnt even cover it. Dude had that rock star attitude, (bragged how he tats all the local rappers) wouldnt work with me. Had another dude start a tattoo that looks really bad, said itll look right when its finished, then he suddenly moved to Dakota. Never again.

Im kicking myself for not getting his name, but I went in about an hour or so to get my nose peirced! The guy was GREAT! And my nose looks and feels great!( only 1 tear)Thank you nose piercing guy😊

Wouldnt let me and my sister get a tattoo because she had her child with her then he was hella rude about telling us.. He just shoved us out the door ... If u dont want kids in a tattoo shop have a sign on ur door stating that

Walked out the supposed to be ARTIST was very rude and unhelpful for Something permanent I was gonna put on my body his attitude was very nasty and I was not pleased with what he traced out especially for the price...wouldbt suggest unless you go with a man to defend you
