Ive been a loyal client of Kat at A Dose Of Ink for several years now, and I cant recommend her highly enough. Her expertise in eyebrow shaping and permanent makeup is truly impressive. Each time, she delivers exceptional results with precision and skill. Beyond her technical talent, Katt is incredibly polite and creates a welcoming atmosphere. After researching numerous permanent make-up (PMU) artists I settled on Kat, and boy did I win the lottery! She exceeded my expectations of what an ideal PMU professional should be like. I had brows and eyeliners done, and I love her results! I found Kat to be an attentive listener, and she really pays attention to the details of what you want. Her bedside manner is tops, and shes always making sure you are comfortable every step of the way. Her skills are amazing, and you can tell shes an incredible artist by all her beautiful work! THANK YOU FOR MY DREAM BROWS!! This review is overdue because this is my second round of microblading eyebrows with Kathryn and she does not disappoint. I have lots of missing patches in my brows from years of trying to mold my crazy big brows and she seamlessly pulls my brows together to fit the exact aesthetic I’m looking for- full, natural, and perfectly fitting my face shape. I trust her recommendations and appreciate her checking in every step of the way to make sure the final product is exactly what I’m after. I also appreciate that she’s just a joy to chat with and we always bond over our boys. Book your appointment! She books out 3 months in advance pretty often.

What can I say? The woman is a miracle worker. I came to Kat with tricky requests: I had a botch job of powder brows done recently that were asymmetrical, and one arch was so pointy and unnatural, it looked like a triangle point. They were also too close together, so Ive been walking around with angry-brows. She lightened the bad parts and redesigned the brow shape to fit my face perfectly. She essentially saved my face.Shes highly skilled at her craft and is really personable and professional. Highly recommend!

Kat did an amazing job with my eyebrows. I have a nice overall shape to my eyebrows with little sparse patches (from over plucking in my teenage years) and oily skin, so we went with the combo eyebrows. I wanted something to fill the patches but still look natural. I have an active lifestyle and spend a good amount of time in the ocean, and/or pools. After 6 months they still look great. I still wear a little bit of makeup over my eyebrows when I have eyeliner and blush on, just to make them pop out a bit more, but they look just fine when Im not wearing any makeup at all. They look natural and I feel more confident about my face without make up thanks to Kats work. I wanted to go a little darker with the color, so I went in for a second touch up. Ill update with pictures once theyre fully healed.On a side note, Kat is very sweet and thorough with explaining the process and expectations. I felt at ease throughout the entire process and would recommend her to anyone who is considering taking the leap.

My microblading eyebrows look so natural and real, you cannot even tell that they are “inked.” I also had eyeliner done on my top lids. Kathryn is such a lovely and talented woman! I’ve come here for ombré powder brows but I had no idea what I needed until I talked to her. First, she asked me what I’m looking for, then evaluated my eyebrows, the shape, skin type (oily, combo, dry), etc and finally offered her recommendation of ombré powder brows which made a lot of sense and has definitely made a huge impact on my brows. Kat is amazing at what she does!! I came to get my eyebrows microbladed with shading and I was a bit nervous at first because I was afraid it might hurt and also if the brows didn’t look right.. but after meeting Kat for the first time I felt a lot more calm as she has such a warm & friendly personality I felt a lot more calm about getting the procedure done.. Kat was very detail oriented about mapping my brows out and making sure I had exactly what I wanted before she started the procedure.. she made me feel calm and relaxed during the procedure which really didn’t hurt much at all.. I really love how my new brows now and couldn’t be happier!!! Also during the healing process if I had any questions she was happy to answer them for me! I highly recommend Kat For microblading!!! I completely lost my eyebrows due to alopecia and I had to recreate my brows every morning, plus touch ups throughout the day. It was no fun.3 sessions with Kathryn and my brows are back and looking more real and beautiful then ever. Kat is an artist and a gem. First, my eyebrows are now incredible. Very natural-looking which is exactly what I wanted but wasn’t seeing in pics from other folks who do this kind of work. Of course, Kay can go bolder if you want, but I think this speaks to her way of getting to know her clients well enough to understand what they want. I now spend maybe a minute doing my makeup in the mornings—a huge timesaver with a young baby in my life. Kat has clear instructions for prep and after care and she’s available for questions! I cannot recommend this business enough! My brows were almost nonexistent, and now I have natural, balanced, no-maintenance brows that get compliments all the time. Kathryn provided excellent service from the initial phone consultation to the end product. I had a color correction and refresh on my microbladed brows which were previously done by someone else. To correct the color, they were lightened with saline removal first. Then Kathryn did a powder brow for the refresh. The color and shape are beautiful and natural. Kathryn is highly experienced with extensive technical knowledge in microblading which I appreciate. The entire process and experience were worth it. Thank you, Kathryn.

I dont know where to begin. From my phone consultation to my actual appointment Lady K was professional.She takes the time to listen to your needs and concerns.I lost my facial hair from chemo. She has experienced in the medical field as well ,and is on top of her game. Knowledge that will blow you away. The service she performed (microblading) was well worth the investment. I microbladed my brows years ago (with someone else) and didnt love it, I thought I was stuck with them forever until I found Kathryn. So far Ive done two saline removal/lightening sessions and I can see a huge difference already. Saline tattoo removal is definitely a process and I have a couple more sessions to go, but so far I am very happy with the results. Kathryn is super knowledgable in her field and takes the time to explain everything, would highly recommend!
