My friend and I got tattooed by James and it was a great experience! James is super nice and helpful and has a light hand. We got matching tattoos and he was able to perfect the design we wanted and we are SO happy with the results! 10/10

Went to Sacred Tattoo for a new tattoo (a cover up). The artist, Oey and I collaborated with various drafts and designs until he knew exactly what I was looking for (which had helped me figure it out as well). Since it was a cover up, Oey free handed the layout in sharpie so the lines would be just right and I could see if any tweaks needed to be made, which none were. After about six three hour sessions, the work was complete and is hands down the best tattoo that I have ever gotten. I will definitely be going back to Sacred Tattoo when its time for a new tattoo.

This is the best shop in the Bay Area hands down. Forever only going to sacred. They are so compassionate and professional. They really care about your tattoo and what you have in mind. For a great price. God bless everyone who works there or has 👏

I got some bad piercings in a former state I lived in, and this place has been really helpful with me taking care of them. The piercers Ive worked with there have both been really helpful, and one even gave me her personal email in case I had more problems. I wish I remembered their names! If I get any more piercings itll definitely be here.

Love the energy my man Oey brings, Ive been tattooed by both him and Eric and besides the quality of work, they are both a pleasure to sit with. Very professional, very personable. Ill see both Eric and Oey also... And shout out my man Jordan. He had me laughing hella hard the other day. Good folks and good work

Tyler is an incredibly talented, thoughtful, and real artist. Grateful to have worked with him, and hope to again in the future. Cannot recommend this place enough if the others are anything like Tyler.

Oui was great as an artist..very professional..beautiful work! Im extremely happy with the work done for a cover up. I would highly recommend going to sacred tattoo! Will be returning soon for more work.

I Love the place and all the staff. They are very experienced and professional. I have been going there for years now. I started off going to see Dee ( the only licensed piercing professional in Oakland) for my piercings then began seeing different tattoo artists for my work. I give them ALL 2 thumbs up.If I had more thumbs to give I would. I have been tatted by Karl, Josh and one more that unfortunately escaped my memory right now. You can not go wrong with ANY of the artists they have. It doesnt hurt that they are so accessible either just a short walk from Bart. I come down from Concord just to go there. But since I started working next door to them I will be going over on my lunch today to get some color added to one of my tattoos

They are all amazing Dee is the best piercer! Shes pierced my nostril, septum and tongue. Seth great tattoo artist, hedid an amazing orginal piece on my shoulder and chest. I drew it and he tweeked it to fit perfectly on my body.

Jamie did such a good job piercing my ears and was very thorough in after care information on my new piercings and also very nice.

Friendly service, clean shop. Had Niel as an artist. He was wonderful. I will be going back in the future.

The website and your outside sign needs to be updated, it’s by appointment only and closed on Tuesday’s & Wednesdays which isn’t noted anywhere, even says you’re open on Wednesdays on your outside sign
