Carlos helped me get a nose hoop back in after taking it out. Very kind and far less painful than other places I’ve gone to.

My neighborhood piercing shop. I went to Carlos to help me get a stud back into a piercing that I did back home in my country. It had fallen out and I couldn’t handle it on my own because of a swelling. He was super professional and did it quick and didn’t charge me anything.

Came here for a double nose piercing and at first didn’t know what to expect with it being in the area it was in but was pleasantly surprised by how amazing not only the piercings came out but the customer service was amazing! One of them fell out unfortunately but I came back and he put the stud back in for me. I was too scared to do it myself lol. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a piercing. We paid $40 each which was such a great deal!

I got a tattoo here not too long ago, the tattoo was vibrant and came out better than I could’ve ever imagined. I will definitely be coming here again! I’d definitely recommend this shop!

I love the fact that he made sure I was comfortable, before he started & took it easy and slow knowing it was going to be a long process. It would be zero stars if possible, I called someone picked up & said it was good for me to come and get a piercing. Told him I’m down the street; I get there & it looks fckn deserted. Nobody came to the door nor answered the phone after multiple attempts. Bad enough it’s hellaa traffic & damn near impossible to locate a park . . #NeverAgain

I was looking for a shop that could do my Ashley piercing and I found this one. He charged me $35 for the Ashley piercing, and it also included the jewelry. He was very professional and took his time with the piercing. And had no issue when I wanted to change the position of where I wanted the piercing to be on my lip. He did it fast, and it was almost painless. Maybe because I was already numbing my lip with ice, but even when he was taking out the piercing needle and inserting the jewelry, it didnt hurt like it do when other piercers are putting in the jewelry. I like this shop and will be recommending it to my sister and Friends.

I booked an appointment for my first tattoo and they confirmed with me and everything. I even called again to make sure that it was for Tuesday at 4:30 pm.I showed up and they were CLOSED! Or someone left and didnt come back?? Idk all i know is i got stood up and that sucked. So Ive boycotted them and headed to people that actually pay attention.

Dont be scared because its not the part of Oakland thats gentrified. Its a little hole in the wall . Everyone is professional with clean and brand nee needles so if youre scared just stay in dublin please

I just got my cheek pierced here. I hadnt heard about this place before but the artist was super cool with a huge Cuba flag on the wall. He did it in less than 1 min. No lie. No pain. Its healing wonderfully and I plan to go back for more.

Carlos is really good at what he does, very clean and professional. Well all my tattoos and piercings are by him and will stay being him. I love his work!

Was recommended by a friend came out all the way from LA. Carlos was my tat artist was very professional, organize and clean. My appointment was at 4 and he was on time. This place is great.

(I write most of my reviews on Yelp just in case you are wondering why this is a novel.) Soooo... Yesterday was Thanksgiving and I was on a purposeful mission . This year I have decoded the Matrix. As with most evolving processes you step outside of what you thought you always knew into what you know.Usually with these sort of things (getting tattoos sh!t for a second I forgot what I was writing about) Im not the one to be spontaneous.Seriously, I will research and over analyze a tattoo artist as if they are my gynecologists. Yea, just like my girl has to be right and functioning at her highest capacity I GOTTA know who Im fooling with.Anyways, speaking of fooling with Carlos is cute in a unassuming kinda of way. He has this Al Pacino Scarface exterior but his spirit is like Sensitivity by Ralph Tresvant.Artistically, speaking Carlos is a surgeon.He knows exactly what hes doing (and I do mean exactly). He has a keen sense of what ascetically works on your body, he applies the right amount of pressure and he is precise.Very down to earth, confident, intelligent and he has a warm laid back Polynesian kinda vibe. It is important for me to have a connection with the creators I work with. Its not just business for me especially with permanent artistry such as tattooing. Carlos is really humble and patience.Visually the shop isnt a coffee and crumpets setting.Walking in you kinda wonder what is or what was going on in there. Its a very open space not much decor but it is clean and sterile.At the front door it has a couple of chairs, a desk and a huge computer screen . Carlos looked up my design and gave me different sizes to choose from.The tattooing takes place in the back, back. Waaaayyyy in the back.I was like whats REALLY going on back there.???It kinda reminded me of the places people go to for the black market Botox injection. You tell all your friends about the clinic that offers high quality cosmetic procedures at a reasonable price.That low- key clinic where you dont care what they got going on as long as you get what you want.I remember doing that when Phen -Phen pills came out.Cash only no medical records needed. (Lol)By the way he has a $50 minimum on any tattoo. CASH ONLY. I didnt have cash but he trusted me to go to the Walgreens across the street. Im not sure if he accepts credit cards but you can call and ask him. If you go to the Walgreens across the street its $20 cash back maximum with each transactions so its probably best to stop by the bank.I got two very small cross tattoos and I was being a little difficult/indecisive because I didnt know exactly what size I wanted. I also got a low tolerance for pain so even though I didnt get an elaborate tattoo they were in sensitive areas of my body.Im definitely going back to Carlos to get a few other other tattoos. **update** (I already have)Carlos works by word-of-mouth so spread the word. Parking is metered and his spot is on a busy strip in Oakland. Take a Lyft, bring quarters or if you park inside the Wallgreens park on the side where the pharmacy is at. They got a security guard who watches so park at your discretion.Its kind of strange because I didnt pay attention to the name of his shop until I decided to do the post but for some strange reason I do feel addicted.

I got two face tattoos I was really nervous he was patient I appreciate that everything was sterilized and brand new and it didn’t hurt as much as I thought it would highly recommend

This is a great shop that finally help free me from a cover-up nightmare. They got me in early with no appointment, they use clean sterile practices, so Ill be back to get somere-do and touch up work!

I got my industrial piercing and nose done I came like 30 or 45 minutes early he took longer to get me in his char the place is very unprofessional the chop is not clean nor looks professional and I pain 120$ for both and I my nose ring fell out two day later my ear is healing nicely but it’s not you average professional shop it like a whole in the wall I don’t recommend anyone go her for at tattoo or piercing

Well getting my snake bites didnt hurt as he did them quickly but with that my two lip piercings werent really symmetrical, a little on the uneven side so yeah but Im going to call to try to get this redone for FREE...

I went here years ago I got many things done here but there to high 60 for a piercing when I’ve got more done for less. And he picks and choose who he wants to pay . That’s unprofessional
