Heavy Duty Tattoo

I had a great experience!!! Getting a tattoo is a big freak. I’ve been looking and asking around for years for a good recommendation for an artist. I met with Damion and he came up with a design that was far better that the pictures I sent. He has been doing ink for over 25 years! I had to wait for many months to get in because he is so popular. It was well worth the wait. I recommend this to all my friends.

Ive been a customer of Brandons since before he was old enough to vote 😉. Last night, I was was able to put the shops apprentice, Shay, to work. This morning, I was admiring Shays line work... so fine and detailed. I will happily let Shay tat me again! Heavy Duty Tattoo is the ONLY place to go!

Scott is the freaking best. I wont let anyone else tattoo me. 😎 He is so personable and generous. His work speaks for itself 100%. You wouldnt be disappointed booking with him.

My dad had been seeing Brandon since I was little, so I knew where to go for my first tattoo. Though Scott fit my art style more, so I went with him. Im glad I did, he went above and beyond to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. He was creative enough with it to make it even more special, and beautiful. He made sure to ask the right questions and fully get the vibe I wanted in our consult. Hes always booked out somewhat far, but its SOOOOO worth it. Hes probably my artist for life! 💜

My artist was Damion Saunders, he is absolutely amazing. I couldnt find an artist that would do an embroidery flower tattoo, and Damion was all about it! He has a light touch, great bedside manner, and his art is fabulous! If you are looking to get a tattoo, you need to check him out!

Absolutely fantastic! Fair price and Scott is an amazing artist who did exactly what I wanted and made sure it for into my schedule and my vision. Engaging conversation with a great atmosphere and expert artists. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Best in Utah! Go in and make a reservation, its worth any wait. Damion has done all of my work and I was lucky to find an incredible artist and even better human. Chris that owns the shop takes pride in his shop and no detail was overlooked when he moved and restored the building on Washington Blvd. Scott is an artist that needs no introduction. All great guys and the vibe in the shop is second to none.

Almost all of my tattoos were done by Damion. I absolutely love it there. Damion did a memorial piece for me and it turned out beautifully. I cant figure out how to upload a picture here, but it is beautiful.

I have been tattooed by every artist at that shop. They are all professional and perfect in their sanitation practices. They all do great work! Most of my tattoos have been done by Scott and I love how patient and willing he is to face the challenges Ive set before him! He has surpassed even my own imagination. They are the best! Scott is the best! He has the experience and artistic ability you are looking for. So happy with the tattoos hes done for me over the years. You will be comfortable whilst being inked and most importantly, happy with your tattoo. Professional, clean shop and a good ol time. If you dont go here initially, you will eventually to get the better tattoo.

I had 3 tattoos, that I wasn’t in love with. Or liked, for that matter. Then, I stumbled into heavy.. Best stumble ever! Thee only place where I feel happy, safe, and satisfied. I always leave the shop happy & glowing. As soon as you walk in, they greet you. They hear your wishes and make them come true. This is definitely the place to be! The only tattoo shop I will ever go to.Also, Damion is the s**t! The chill dude always has the best stories to hear. Check them out!!

My first tattoo experience they were polite and very down to earth did not try to push anything I didnt want. I knew what I wanted and worked with Damion to come up with the perfect tattoo for me. I cant recommend these guys enough. Thanks for a great experience.

I Love Scott, he knows his ink and he always makes you feel welcome. He has a waiting list but it is well worth it and is always considerate of his canvases in keeping in touch with them and letting you know about appointments even though he is a busy man. The shop is clean and the staff is awesome. No place Id rather go. See for yourself.

I have had work done by both Scott and Brandon...these guys are top notch and by FAR the BEST shop in Ogden and I would argue on of the best in the Nation...These guys are professional and amazing artists, but they also truly care about their customer. I have watched them coach there customers (including myself) out of bad tattoos or bad placement to make sure that the end result is something that you can live with for the rest of your life and be proud of it. I will never go anywhere else again. Thank you for holding your standards and professionalism above all else. World class artists, professional attitudes, and the cleanest shop around. Im so very pleased with every part my Tatoo experience with Scott; He transformed a 12 year old bad tatoo into a work of art. The original tatoo had little color, lack of definition, and was very painful . I now have vibrant colors, clear definition and it wasnt terribly painful.
