Highly recommend this place. I took my daughter to get her ears pierced. When we got there we waited for over 10 minutes which seemed to be forever. There wasn’t anyone upfront, there is just a sign that says to take a seat and someone will be with you shortly. Finally someone came upfront and checked with us. Come to find out….somehow there was a glitch in the system and it had us scheduled for a few days later (which explains the long wait time bc they weren’t expecting us to be up there). Instead of sending us home and making us come back on the day of our appointment Kate gave us the option to stick around for a bit until she was done with the piercings ahead of us and then she would take care of us. We did just that. She was so professional and it didn’t even phase her that my daughter (7 months old) was moving around. I didn’t say it but I was a little nervous about how much my daughter was moving, but Kate all of the sudden said “don’t worry, I won’t miss” which was exactly what I needed to hear to put my mind at ease. Note that Pippa and Penny is in Thrive chiropractic. GPS leads you right there but I was looking for a sign that said “Pippa and Penny” so I ended up driving all around the parking lot looking for that, only to come back and realize it was indeed in the Thrive Chiropractic building. It does say Pippa and Penny on the window but it’s small and easy to miss if you aren’t looking for it specifically.

Kate was very friendly and professional with my daughter when I took her in for a double helix piercing. Kate walked my daughter through every step of the process and made sure she was comfortable the whole time. Would 100% recommend!

We had an amazing experience with Pippa & Penny! They were so kind and patient in answering all the questions a nervous (yet excited) 6 year old could think of. Loved every single thing about this office! Clean, welcoming, professional. If you’re on the fence, call them. I promise you won’t regret it.My oldest daughter was pierced at the mall and is old enough to remember it. While watching her sister, she made a comment that she wishes we had known about Pippa & Penny back then…. and so do I!! By the time that “free” mall piercing was over & done with, I spent the same amount of money, if not more, for an experience that doesn’t even come close to this one.Book with them. My ears have been pierced since I was 13 years old but I wanted to add another piercing to each ear. Kate was amazing! She was very professional yet extremely kind and understanding. I really felt comfortable in her studio, just a really nice atmosphere and clean! I would absolutely recommend her! I love my double pierced ears! ❤️

This mommy was at ease! I loved the service and how open they were with any questions I had. Honestly, I was a boy mom for a few years - so when my baby girl came along, panic set in. I was not used caring for a girl. So when the time came to pierce her ears, I was not looking forward to it. I had heard stories about getting babies ears pierced and how traumatizing it was for both kids and parents, so I kept putting it off, but ultimately knew I had to get it done. My daughters pediatrician office recommended I check Pippa and Penny out (I even brought my mom for emotional support). However, I can confidently say that my experience was amazing. The nerves I had to get my 9 month old babys ears pierced went away, and when it came down to piercing her ears, it was painless for both of us. I think my daughter was more upset that I was holding her tight to keep her still then getting her ears pierced. I would recommend Pippa and Penny to anyone. We had a wonderful experience at Pippa and Penny! Kate did my daughters ear piercing with the hand pressure device. Kate did an amazing job keeping my daughter relaxed by keeping constant conversation going. My daughter has never done well with shots at the doctor so seeing her keep her cool while Kate went over thing was amazing! When Kate did her first ear, my daughter was so shocked at how easy it was she excitedly said I got my ear pierced!

Kate and her staff are always amazing and so kind. The place is clean and in a great location. There is so much cute jewelry to choose from and with them all being nurses I’m always confident going to them for the best quality service.I’ve been here 3x for different things and I am always more than satisfied!I had an earring get tugged and a large diamond was stuck inside my ear causing immediate swelling and the worst pain! She was able to numb it and remove with out any damage to ear or scaring.She pierced my daughter’s 3rd holes in lobes and changed out our jewelry.My last visit she helped removed jewelry that I couldn’t and get me with some temporary easy to put in and take out jewelry so my holes do not close while I work at a seasonal job.

The best experience for my daughter to get her ears pierced! It was a clean and comfortable space, the nurses were engaging and friendly, and there were no tears. Highly recommended!

Weve had multiple experiences with Pippa and Penny: a nose re-do, ear re-do, and new ear piercing (7yr old). The ladies here have been awesome every time!! We recommend them to everyone!

My daughter just got her ears pierced here the other day. Super clean environment, very professional and personable nurses…all while getting ears pierced with titanium posts in the perfect placement on the ears. They took their time in getting the earrings situated just right, and giving my daughter all the instructions, making her feel important and comfortable. They even got to pick out cute little clips (shown in picture) to hold their hair back and were given a goody bag afterwords! Many thanks to Jaclyn and Kate! We also purchased additional earrings and are loving the quality and price point! 10/10 would recommend (and have already referred friends).

Took my 13 year old daughter for her first piercings and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Double nurse attention to detail and execution was quick and easy. We will be back!

I paid for the 2 nurses happy hour. The nurses were nice and friendly. Although I did feel a little rushed. The nurse who used the pen to make the dots on my daughter’s ears took awhile to decide if they were even or not. Even asked me if they looked even to me. I’m not a professional but I was honest and said they looked uneven. Other than that it was decent service.

Yes yes yes! Why would you get your babys ear pierced any other way. They came to our home and my baby girl is a year old now still no issues.I also got mine done same time and it was definitely less painful than gun piercing.

All the reviews are true! 5 stars. This was a really excellent experience. We did the two nurse happy hour and it was worth it. Great clean set up, totally kid friendly, and my daughter was thrilled with her earrings.

Kate was so thoughtful in helping us make the right decision on if my daughter needed to have here ears re-pierced (they seemed uneven with certain earrings). She showed me how her ears weren’t very symmetrical anyways, and explained all the scenarios to re-pierce or not, including if she added future earrings. We attended a pop up event and got both my girls ears pierced here by two nurses! The nurses were soooo kind and really talked everything through with my girls! This place even numbed the ear lob which i think make the whole experience so much better for my two! I wont be going anywhere else, when they want a second piercing I WILL be coming here!

My daughter’s earring fell out n went back in and they got the earring back in. Then had them check my others daughters ear n her first hole was infected so they looked at her ear. Will be back for more piercings.

Excellent place to have your ears pierced! The nurses are professional, personable and will make sure your kiddo has the best experience possible. My 9 mo old had her ears pierced tonight and didn’t even make a peep!We had two nurses do the piercings at the same time. They did a great job making sure the marks on the lobes were in just the right place. Great explanation of aftercare as well. Don’t hesitate to get your ears pierced here.

They are amazing. Ive been meaning to leave this review. I got my pierced my 11 month old daughters ears pierced by Jacqueline in December. Everyone tells you to get their ears done at like 4month so naturally when the appointment came I got nervous. And my daughter had started pulling and poking at her ears after I made the appointment so I went on line and tried to cancel (a hr b4) and couldnt so I called. And let me tell you, the owner listened to me and she eased every doubt that I had. And then without even know Jacqueline did the same thing. Need less to say my daughters ears came out flaw less and they made a lasting impression on me. They let me know they were not here just to pierce my babys ears they were here for me after as well if any of my fears came to life and they stuck to that word as I found out earlier this week. They are amazing and well worth the price. If I took my daughter to the mall she would of been traumatized. The way they do it is safe and less evasive than a gun and I love it. Thank you ladies. And if you read this whole review just do it, go with them, they are the best.

My daughter asked for her 6th birthday to get her ears pierced. As soon as we walked in she got numbing cream put on both ears which sat for about 15 minutes. The main piercer was so good. Both moving the appointment along and also making sure to keep energy high and provide enough distraction so she wouldnt get nervous. We used 2 piercers at the same time and I cant recommend that option enough because they dont have time to worry about the 2nd ear. They use a hand pressure gun which I really think is the best option for this age because you dont have the concern of surrounding tissue damage but it is faster than a manual piercing.The piercing took about 3 seconds and then they immediately went to you did so good what prize to you want?, so she didnt even have time to register any pain. I would definitely recommend this. We live in Bellevue and chose to make the drive and Im glad we did.

We went to Kate’s studio to get my 7 year old daughter’s ears pierced and it was a wonderful experience all around. I highly recommend Kate to anyone looking to get ears pierced. She was very thorough explaining each step to both my daughter and myself. She was so friendly and warm, and eased all my daughter’s worries. We had zero issues with the healing of the piercing. Kate even checked in to make sure her ears were healing and to see how she was doing. I honestly can’t say enough positive about our experience with Pippa and Penny!

Kelsey was amazing! She was so helpful, knowledgeable and made each of us very comfortable. She took her time and still managed to do 7 womens ear piercings in two hours. My little girls (almost 5 and 3) had been toying with the idea of getting their ears pierced, but one day they decided that they were ready. I heard about Pippa and Penny through a friend and knew immediately this was who I wanted to pierce their ears.To begin with, the nurses are extremely kind and friendly! They put my daughters at ease and helped them to feel comfortable. They use numbing cream to help minimize any pain there might’ve been. The nurses pierce at the exact same time so there’s no waiting period between each ear. There were zero tears from my daughters!! There were so many cute options to choose from for their first earrings ever, and one of the nurses even helped to advise which size stud I should get based on the size of my girls’ ear lobes. One thing I noticed was the nurses were constantly sanitizing their hands - something I’m not sure would happen in a mall-type setting.The after care was explained thoroughly and any question I had was answered clearly. I cannot recommend Pippa and Penny enough and constantly rave about it!

If I could give more than five stars, I would! Kate and Jacquie were amazing to work with. I had gotten my cartilage pierced a couple years ago with a hoop from a tattoo place in Louisiana. I loved the lady who did my piercing and loved the look of it. However, after two years, my ear was still sore to the touch. I was fed up and needed it out. The problem was... the tattoo place never told me how to remove the hoop! I watched many videos on how to remove it with no luck. Finally, after a lot of pain, I called around to different places here in Nebraska and none of the tattoo/piercing shops could get me in that day and if I did make an appointment, all they could do was take it out.I found Pippa and Penny on Google and gave them a call. I was given advice on how to care for my ear and what to do moving forward. I went in that day (!) to see Kate. She was so kind and took out my hoop, recommended a post replacement, and gave me antibiotics for my ear to heal. Immediately after she removed the hoop (which hurt more than the original piercing did), I felt better. I cant even feel the post she put in and it looks way cuter, too!100/10 would recommend seeing these ladies knowing that you are in good, safe, and caring hands! Thank you so much!

My 3 year old daughter has been asking for her ears done for the last 6 months. We booked a session with Kate in her home studio, and had a great experience! She explained to my daughter everything she was doing and made her feel very comfortable...my daughter didnt even cry! She has been showing everyone her ears and is very proud of them! My 8 year old daughter was extremely nervous to pierce her ears again after a negative experience years ago at the mall. Kate was very accommodating to get my daughter in quickly for an appointment in the studio when she finally decided she was ready! Kate was calm and patient. We were so thrilled with our experience with Pippa and Penny! I did a cartilage piercing and my husband was able to easily coordinate the piercing for his 8 year olds first earrings in the same appointment. Our nurse, Caitlin, made the process so very smooth and calm, and being in our home totally helped with any nerves and not having passersby watching in a mall or target. My daughter’s ears were irritated, bleeding and infected after wearing sensitive ears earrings from the store. We thought we’d have to let them close up, but emailed Kate from Pippa and Penny to see if she had any recommendations. She numbed her ears and was able to put titanium earrings in. We also received antibiotic ointment for the infection. Now 2 weeks later, her ears are healed and there is no more crying with cleaning the piercings! Thanks so much! I’m so glad I reached out.

I wish that everyone knew about Kate and her wonderful business. My daughter has wanted her ears pierced for awhile but Ive been hesitant due to my dislike for piercing guns and the environment of a tattoo parlor for my child.
