After a delightful day at the zoo, my husband and I decided to cap off our adventure with some sea life tattoos. We stopped by the studio, and Sergios artistry truly exceeded our expectations. His attention to detail and skill were phenomenal. We are thrilled with the results and wholeheartedly recommend his work. Well definitely be returning for more!

Walked in yesterday, and Sergio and the front desk person took great care of me. First tattoo, and it looks fantastic! Both of them were very nice and professional, and the price was very affordable in my opinion. Highly recommend!!

Very friendly and talented crew. Twice, Ive gone in with an idea for a piece and the equivalent of a stick-figure drawing. In a few weeks, theres a masterpiece waiting for me! Ive had this result once each from both Miah and Sergio.The other times, Ive taken in printouts of exactly what I want and theyve put it on me perfectly. Brilliant linework and color, and for the one greyscale piece Ive had done, the use of shading and negative space to create detail was mind-blowing!I just went in recently for my first appointment at the new location. Love the space and cant wait to come back for more! Friendly crew and amazing work!

Great tattoo shop been around a long time. Got my old confederate flag covered up with new eagle skull tattoo. Jeremiah did the cover up and looks amazing!

My son put down a $50 deposit and scheduled an appointment to talk to an artist. The appointment was for a Sunday and they called him on Saturday to confirm that he could make it. He went in on Sunday for his appointment and his artist was tattooing another customer. The gal at the front desk informed the artist that my son was there for his appointment. The artist said that he was not aware of the appointment and said that he would text my son with a drawing. My son didn’t get the text with a drawing so he decided that he would go over the drawing at the time of his next appointment. When he arrived for his appointment, his artist had just started tattooing another customer. I’m not sure what happened here. I’ve had work done here multiple times and have always been happy with the service. This current experience has left me thinking twice about dealing with this company. If you make an appointment, it should be honored. They were at least kind enough to give him his deposit back.

I got my tattoo done by Jeremiah. I sent in a variety of photos and he helped me figure out what would look best together. He was very friendly and helpful. His work looks amazing and I couldnt be happier with how it turned out

Ive been going to Grinn & Barrett for the last three years.The new location is really nice.Customer service is great as well as the staff.They have creative and talented artists.I just went two weeks ago to get a new tattoo. It looks amazing.Jeremiah never lets me down.If you want an excellent tattoo. I highly recommend Grinn & Barrett.

Extremely unsatisfied with the service Ive had to deal with. I made an appointment April 25th for May 14th at 12pm. Thats over two weeks. I put down a $50 deposit. When I showed up at 12 they told me that my appointment was scheduled for 4pm. This was ridiculous considering that they called me Friday May 12th to confirm my Sunday May 14th 12pm appointment. What happened within the 2 days that they called?When I came back at 4pm they presented a drawing that they obviously didnt put any thought into. When I inquired about minor changes and additions that I wanted they told me Id have to make an appointment to get a drawing and the appointment would have to be another two weeks out. And thats not even with getting the actual tattoo thatd be another week.Its extremely rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional to waste my time like this. They obviously need better communication skills within their company. Thered be no issues if they just told me they couldnt or didnt want to give me a tattoo.If you want to waste a deposit and ur time then this is the perfect place for you.

Taylor was super cool and friendly when I arrived. Ben was my artist. He was soooo gentle with me. I loved his soft hands and inviting eyes. Xoxoxoxo

I moved and forgot about this place, I had my first professional tattoo done here. I dont remember which artist I had the pleasure to hear talk about his problems and being rude to anyone nearby, but maybe the shop should do better quality checks on their artists because Ive never met another artist who fills color in with a line needle. Almost like they didnt know there are flat shader needles out there that would have worked a bit better. 🤔 either way youll have just as much as luck with a basement tattoo if you get stuck with who I had. Other than that from the artists work I got to see more of, it seems like some of their artist are pretty exceptional and wouldnt mind giving them a chance! Also the parking sucked when I went.

They got us in quickly on a Saturday afternoon and were very kind. Valencia did an amazing job and I would definitely get another tattoo from her!

Dude at front desk area seemed professional at first but when it got down to it he was refusing to make a simple edit to a design because it was going to be kind of difficult to do- all I wanted was a single letter to be made smaller. My partner also wanted a tattoo and front desk guy told him that he would have to change a bold outline in his design to a thin line instead, no choice about it. Made us both feel like what we wanted wasnt an option, and like we were asking too much. It was especially ridiculous because were both art majors with extensive experience with the procreate app he was using and he was trying to tell us that a simple edit was too difficult for him to do. We walked out.

They have some good artists but my experience was really unprofessional. I had line work done on one day and had to come back for color. I am on a tight schedule and they had to reschedule my second appointment at the last minute which was very inconvenient. So I made my appointment for a couple days later and when I got in 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment the artist started on a walk in. Very dissatisfied with their scheduling system. Id only recommend this shop if you have plenty of excess time. Again great artists and satisfied with my end product but very timely 😕

Frank greeted me as I came in and was friendly and very helpful. I set up an appointment with Sergio and shared my idea with him for what I wanted. Sergio created an incredible tattoo! He did an outstanding job and I was overjoyed with the result. I made a second appointment and again Sergio did a fantastic job. I have another one in mind and Sergio will be the artist to do it!! Thank you, Frank and Sergio, for a positive, happy experience.

Brought my daughter in to get a very detailed tattoo of a swallow. We where walk ins. We where greeted by frank right as we walked in. It was so nice to be met with eagerness that we chose there shop and professionalism by checking to see if we could get in and getting the flavor of the tattoo to chose the right artist. He chose Sergio as the best guy for the job and he was spot on. I am absolutely positive that ALL of the artist there are more then qualified to do any tattoo requested but just like everyone else in the work force some stronger at certain things. The prep time and attention to detail before she even sat in a chair was fantastic. Sergio is just an all around cool guy and unbelievably talented. His tattooing is stunning. I can not tell you how happy I am we came here. If you are even thinking of get tattooed come here and spend some time with them. You will leave being very excited. Whether it’s your first tat or your hundredth. Oh yea...... because of there efficiency they where able to do it right then.

It was my first time getting a tattoo, the guy at the front desk was very warm and welcoming as I was really nervous. They were reasonable with pricing and very friendly. The artist who did my tattoo, Sergio, did a very beautiful job and I couldnt be happier with the results. It was a very clean and positive environment! I know where Im getting my tattoos from now on!

They arent just any tattoo shop they are a understanding make you feel loved engage Im conversation to make you feel comfortable. Before visiting Grinn and Barrett, I shopped around and had been tattooed at 3 different shops in Omaha. I’ve now been tattooed by 3 artists at this shop and I don’t have enough good things to say about them. Not only do they do phenomenal work, but their professionalism, kindness and personalized creativity is unmatched. Every tattoo I have from them was well worth every penny. This is the only shop I will ever get work done at and would proudly recommend Ben or Sergio specifically to anyone looking for an artist. Thank you Grinn and Barrett!

17 and got my first tattoo there. Didnt really know what to expect and how bad the pain was gonna be, so I wasnt at the best of my poliet and mature game BUT THEY WERE. I had Ben and have major respect for him! Price was a little high, but this was a very clean, well put together place and very high end. With the price you get good artwork, and good company. Loved Jesse too! Definitely gonna go there again if I want another tattoo.

I brought in a love note my boyfriend wrote me and asked if he could tattoo it in my boyfriends handwriting. He took the time to look over it and he said he could. I arrived early and decided to get a a piercing while I waited. Not only was the piercing done quickly with little to no pain but she answered all of my questions and concerns about it. Total professional. My tattoo is done perfectly and Im extremely happy with both. Finally Ft. Mohave has a professional, experienced tattoo parlor that cares about their customers and. I will be returning every chance I get. Good job guys and girls!

Grinn and Barrett is awesome! I have three tattoos done by Jeremiah and they all look great! I cant wait to have Jeremiah do my back piece! Jen is always super nice when I go in, and her portfolio is amazing, too! I have a friend who had a couple of lyric pieces done on her arms by Erik, and she loves them! I tell anyone who asks me where to get a tattoo in Omaha to go to Grinn and Barrett!

Refered to Valencia for a tat. Very disappointed with this shop, lack of customer service and I believe she was not up to the challenge to do a simple tat. In my opinion, I would not waste my time there!

When this business started they were perfect and professional. Today!! I went in for a cover up and the guy told me it was impossible to do one and told me 600.00$ bucks, went to another place and got what I wanted. Didnt cost no where near what they charge. Thanks for No service.

Sergio is the best, he has clean lines and takes his time to make sure the ink being laid is perfect. I am always getting compliments on my work and being asked where they are done and who does my tattoos. Will choose Grinn & Barrett Tatoo shop everytime for my ink. Money well spent.

I went here with the expectation that I would be able to get something that I wanted, sadly I was informed that the artist would not do my tattoo because it was not the vision that HE wanted, nor would they use the color requested because again HE did not think it was best. Although I completely respect the opinion of the tattoo artist I was sorely disappointed that I would not be able to make a decision that I would have to deal with for the rest of my life. As a paying customer, if you have a vision for what you want for your tattoo, you may want to consider other tattoo parlors that are more open to honoring your request in your body.

Never disappointed. Just got my 4th tattoo from them today.

Drove from Des Moines to get my daughter her first tattoo. We had studied up on the website for the requirements for tattooing a minor, and we had all the necessary documentation. Unfortunately, the website doesn’t state that they won’t tattoo a minor below the elbow. The guy at the desk was super nice about it, and I respect their position, but it was a little frustrating that it wasn’t part of the information on the website. I guess we’ll just wait a few more months until she’s 18 and use our local artist.

Unfortunate that I didn’t get a chance to interact with an artist. Went in looking to get a tattoo on my wrist and the guy working at the front desk was very rude. He kept talking over me and seemed like he was “in a hurry” to get me in and out. I’m sure the establishment is wonderful, but the customer service should be 100% from start to finish.

Sooo i saw Ben who did an AMAZING JOB 11-10 will definitely be back . It was clean , professional and reasonably priced .i love that they do walk ins only on Saturday. He also had a super light hand which i love lol

Grinn and Barrett is awesome they have done 3 tattoos for our Tattoo League and they are always very courteous and accommodating when dealing with us. The work is great and the prices are more than reasonable. This is my favorite Tattoo shop in Omaha

Wanted a lot more information over the phone. Could not get the front desk to quote actual prices. The price may have varied depending on artists, but it was unclear over the phone, and the decision was to go somewhere else.

Had a temporary I.D. Called on the phone they told me it was fine came in said it needs a photo with it which the new ones you print don’t have ones on them which I understand if you can’t do it if you can’t do it but as I’m asking about it trying to understand why they can’t the person who runs the front desk is very unprofessional and walked away mid conversation about it and was just being rude and very short with me and my friends, the tattoo artists there are very good at what they do but I’m sorry they have to work with such an excuse of a person.

Looks like they do decent work, cant say from personal experience as the quoted price was enough to send me out the door. I know you get what you pay for but after quoting with 4 additional places they were still about 2 - 3 times the price.

My friend and I were walk ins, and they were able to get us in right away, which was awesome. All three of the guys working were really friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. I would totally go there again.

I use Sergio and he is the bomb his artwork is fantastic never thought Id paid to be put in pain though LOL love is work

My friend went there and had tattoo done and after week an infection formed. Called Ben the owner he said everything will be fine but it’s still infected I’ve heard from others this place is not very clean. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Shop was clean and professional without a doubt. Reasonably priced and accommodated our last minute walk in even though we didnt have much of an idea of what we wanted.

Too expensive and awful quality. I got this tattoo and it cost 80 bucks. The quality of this tattoo is awful, nothing is even, it looks like it was scribbled on. And theres parts left uninked. Im getting it redone at another place.

Always fun to get a new tattoo and talk to my artist Sergio. Hes the best. All of the artists are kind and fun to talk to.

So I got a tattoo from sergio and within a few days it was infected,it healed but alot of the color came out.I went back after 4 weeks like he said to get it touched up and was given the run around,im from outta town so they took my number and said they would call before i left town,never happend.pretty sour experience for me,i would go somewhere else if i were you.Yeah, so I see what you tried to do there and no thats not how that went down,I let you guys know that I would be in town for a week after I came in the second time,you said you would get me in for sure before I left town and you didnt,anyway I would be happy to send you pictures of the scar in the middle of my hand if you would like to attempt to make that right somehow.

I got a very simple word tattoo and they screwed it up. The letters are different thicknesses and not all the letters are filled in completely. HORRIBLE. Do not go here.
