I designed a tattoo over three years ago and was looking for an awesome artist to do this for a while. My father and I finally got it done (as matching tattoos)… I must say, super friendly staff, affordable, pretty fast, great line work compared to other places I’ve been to (especially since I just wanted line work for right now). We got Britt as our artist and he did amazing, plus great company. PLEASE GO AND SUPPORT THEM!!!

Savannah has done the majority of my tattoos so far. She is always very caring and considerate of her clients. I have very sensitive skin and she is always so accommodating! She provides snacks and a drink if needed also! She does awesome work and will definitely keep seeing her in the future.

Got Britt to do my girls first two tats. The names of her children on her left wrist and the flower on her side. He was a consummate professional and was very impressed.We both will be back for more work!!! Thanks Britt!!

I got my first tattoo done by Savannah at the new location and had the most magical time during the process. Savannah was by far the most accommodating professional I have ever met and was consistently checking to make sure me and my girlfriend were comfortable! Savannah’s wife made a surprise appearance and was just as sweet and accommodating as Savannah was. My girlfriend who has been tatted numerous times said herself that it was by far the best tattoo experience she has ever had. If you are looking for a solid color artist to do pop culture pieces and want to feel like you’re at home the whole time, don’t pass up a chance to get work done by Savannah Universe!

I was a walk in appointment and was seen pretty quickly. The artist was kind and cool. Her work looked great until it started to heal. The tattoo is still very sore a week later and is giving off pus. I paid good money for am unhealthy tattoo. (To note, this is not my first tattoo and all of my others have healed beautifully.) Pretty upset since this tattoo is on my arm and very visible.

Both me and my wife went in on black friday for two sets of piercings each. Lacee greeted us and was both friendly and helpful in choosing correct placement and making sure we got what we wanted. The whole experience was quick and easy and her experience as a professional was obvious. Would 100% recommend to anyone asking around.

Our normal tattoo artist fell through at the last minute. Britt was awesome enough to work on his day off to give my daughter her birthday tattoo. The spider lily she got looks amazing, thank you again Britt. Would definitely recommend and will be a returning customer!

The best place for piercing hands down. Pretty much everyone I know has received a piercing there. Havent gotten a tattoo there yet but its on my list.

Piercer rushed my piercing and gave me the wrong size nostril piercing. Do not go hear for any piercings please.Skin has grown over my nostril piercing indicating the wrong post was used for it.I am not thrilled about going here for my birthday........

Got my snakebites pierced by Lacee I’m super happy with the outcome, she was super patient with me while piercing me and was super good with the placement as I’ve had my snakebites before and didn’t want it pierced through the same spots :) 10/10 !!

Lacee Was my piercer and she did such an amazing job talking me through the piercing. she was patient when I was deciding which septum piercing I wanted and she was very considerate when piercing my septum and she asked if I was comfortable enough to let her apprentice be in the room while she pieced my nose and I said yes and she gave me a paper and talked me through how to clean my piercing! Would highly recommend her!!!

--I loved the fact that the artist took the time to show me the ideas for the font while respecting what I wanted. She did take FOREVER to draw it, get it ready, paperwork, then she took a smoke break, but its whatever, shes an apprentice. I LOVED the details she added (dots around the leterring)!¡ Its healing now, and even though it looks like she used too much ink, I hope it turns out good. I AM PRAYING it does bc I really liked it. And she was nice and cool. Fingers crossed. And Ill be back for more!¡

Savanna has done at least most of my tattoos (80% or more) she does great work couldn’t be happier with the results she has given.

Made an appointment, showed up for my appointment, was told tattoo artist had called in for the day. Thats a 40 min drive, each way.Whats the point in making appointments if they are not honorable with them?Even in the attempt to still try and work with the artist she was not able to get me in for another 3 weeks.Very disappointed 😞.

I got a tattoo from Berit a while ago and she was amazing! It was my first tattoo and she was super kind and explained everything thoroughly. She made me comfortable and made sure I knew how to take care of it and to reach out. She was professional and overall a great experience. I love her style and would 100% go to her again.

Theyve done both my daughters piercings. Very sanitary, professional and affordable. Shes never had a problem with either of them.

I brought my daughter in this evening to get her nose pierced. The woman who performed the piercing was great. She was kind, professional, chose the perfect spot for my daughter’s piercing, and performed the piercing following all cleanliness and sterilization standards and in a very timely manner. We did not wait long and the overall piercing process was very quick. The price was very reasonable as well. We will certainly be returning for any and all future piercing. Very impressed.

I recently went in for a tattoo at Villains on Q St. Jade was the artist and she did a great job. Spent the time to make it great. Exceeded my expectations and I will be returning for more work later.Thank you Jade!

Wanted a new tattoo after 25 years, sent Seth a pic and they got me in the same day. All staff members that I dealt with were very professional very nice and very educated in their line of work. I could not have asked for a better experience and I truly plan on returning for more. Of note, the picture I have attached is of my tattoo right after he finished. So while it’s not the finished product, you can see how perfect and bright it is. Two thumbs up!

Went in for 2 nostril piercings & Lacee was amazing! Very professional and even fit my little brother in the get his ears pierced. She was quick & very sanitary. Will definitely be back!!

Seth was very quick to respond to my email and get me in for an appointment. The experience was wonderful and my tattoos look great. The shop is clean and the staff is very friendly. I will definitely be going back for more tattoos and piercings!

I went with a friend to have her piercing looked at. (her piercing was done elsewhere.) the piercer who looked at her piercing was very kind and gave her great advice! she was welcoming & quick! the atmosphere was pretty clean too and it wasnt too busy. the only issue my friend & i had was with the front desk gal. she was not very kind to us and kept giving us dirty looks as well as hitting some sort of vape in store.

I just recently got a half sleeve done by Seth, and let me just say this man has truly got talent. He is very fast but his artwork does not look rushed or sloppy. I had no tattoos before I had my first appointment and he made me feel comfortable and held good conversation. Definitely will be going back to him for any of my other ink! Thanks again! 10/10 would recommend😊🤙🏻

Britt is such a good tattoo artist! Ive been to him twice now and his work is great! And when my tattoo needed a little more color, the second tat, he said come on in and touched it up for free! Will definitely be returning!

My son and I went here to get a tattoo for his 18th birthday and Seth was his artist. The guy was absolutely amazing. Hes an incredible artist very very funny. Will definitely be going back for more!!

This place is the best. When I called, I was able to set an apt on short notice. Britt was our artist, he was great, he got the info on exactly what we wanted and made it happen. He did a FANTASTIC job and the tattoos look great. He really made my mothers day doing this for us, I thank you and my daughters thank you. We are forever bonded in ink. :)

Most professional and seamless piercing Ive ever had done! This is a clean shop with disarming and friendly artists. Getting an original work by Berit this weekend and had my nose pierced yesterday. Fair prices and good quality equipment. Looking forward to building a great relationship with this shop.

The ambiance is perfect. I took my 9 year old daughter to get her ears pierced for her birthday, and it was a really great experience. Im gonna have to go back and check out some tattoo stuff as well. Highly recommend.

I have now got two tattoos done by Seth, and I am in love with both! I got a bird with my daughters name, and then me and my 4 sisters got matching tattoos and let me just say, his line work is amazing! Hes so precise, and hes fast as well, even though he doesnt rush!

EDIT- I posted this two years ago and only recently remembered to update after going somewhere else and having my piercings done PROPERLY. Basically during the healing process I had to get surgery so I stopped by a closer shop to get the glass filler for my nose piercing. This is where the piercer informed me (he was mortified btw) that my piercing was done at the wrong angle and the jewelry was way too long for even a first piercing. Which, isn’t even the worst part. Because prior to even finding out, I had went in concerned with an irritation bump that I couldn’t seem to heal. I was told I could come in but when I did nobody wanted to look at it or help me. They simply said to “clean it” as if I wasn’t already. Needless to say, that was the worst healing process I’d ever gone through. I decided to keep it bc the bump went away but it’s definitely still wonky to some extent.First Post- I got my nose pierced and it was extremely quick and easy. Very professional and clean, I would definitely go again to get a piercing done.

I just got a tattoo from this shop and I absolutely loved every minute I was there! I sent them the picture of what I was wanting and they took some time to print it off and consult with each other and myself about it. My friend and I walked in both wanting tattoos and they were able to help both of us within an hour or so! Jose was very accommodating to what I wanted, and I will definitely be checking back again for future tattoos.

My 15year old sister got her nose pierced here yesterday, my mom took her. Today she called me and asked me how to clean her nose piercing 🤦🏻‍♀️ If you’re going to pierce someone’s nose, please, PLEASE, at the VERY least, teach them/show them/tell them how to clean it!!

I always feel very welcome by Seth. His work is exceptional, prices are very competitive, hospitality is unmatched. Im not sure I would trust anyone more than I trust Seth to give me my lifelong decorations. Here is my ink from today :) see you soon!

My daughter got a cartilage piercing a week ago and has a terrible infection. She had to go to another shop to have the post removed and had a trip to the ER. So far she has had to have it lanced and drained. The infection started within 24 hours and has cost us far more than the money that was wasted at this establishment:

Its VERY very clean and organized. They are so welcoming. Took my daughter to get a septum piercing. Such great work and sterilization I rate 100% satisfactory! I recommend this place and wonderful people.

My piercing was crooked and so was my girlfriends. Lip and tongue. And the jewelry wasn’t good quality. They also didn’t put the jewelry on correctly they missed the thred and just tightened so it was crooked. So not only the piercing was crooked so was the jewelry. She lost it while she was eating. I had to take mine out because it was so far off to the side instead of the center. Lucky they are cheap. Should have questioned that fact. If anything I recommend going to Skin Deep. They have very good quality jewelry. Of course it will cost a little more because of that but totally worth it!

Ive had 2 tats done with Villians, one with Jose and one with Seth, both are very nicely done. My husband had one by Seth, also very nicely done. Our experience has been top notch. They are professional and not trendy, a real tattoo shop!

My cousin and I went to get tattoos and had a great experience. The atmosphere was good and the staff was amazing. Our artist Britt was very nice and did great work! I will go back for sure!!!

I have had a nose piercing, 2 daith and 2 traegus piercing at Villains. I prefer to do one at a time. Aside from my 2 traegus, each was done by a different person. Yu did both of may traegus piercings and she was sweet, professional and talked me through everything. She takes pictures and requests follow up appointments to make sure it’s healing well and to change out Guanella. The other piercing gal (Lacey, I believe), was not a very pleasant person. She appeared offended because I requested Yu based on my prior experience with her. Evidently they are supposed to alternate? I will never go to Lacey bears solely on her attitude and lack of customer service skills. I am just not a fan of attitude in a customer service position

Berit has done two of my tattoos now. My mother and I went in for tattoos together. She took what we wanted exactly and executed the tattoo perfectly. They turned out incredible. We will definitely be going back.

UPDATE 2021: I recently scheduled an appointment to have an industrial done. Regardless, I was kept waiting for 1.5 hours before it occurred. Not only that, but a couple who came in after me were serviced first. We were all pretty irritated by such a prolonged wait, and with little apology from staff. Two piercers were there but only one piercing studio??I finally was shown back and Yiu (sp?) performed my piercing. She has a soothing voice but the pain was real, even just stretching one existing helix was rather excruciating. I understand pain is expected so I didnt complain.When I had originally arrived and filled out paperwork Yiu had said shed see if she had a smaller ring for my conch jewelry, as I love the bead but felt it protrudes too much. I expected shed be able to easily figure out the captive bead ring without directions that it came with. But neither she (nor Jonny honestly) could close it without the use of tools, which in the directions for this hoop are specified as being unnecessary and will damage mechanism that creates the tension in the jewelry. On top of that, today I twist the bead and it fell off. That is not supposed to happen. So it was not affixed correctly when she reattached it. After the long wait and lackluster service there were no discounts issued for inconvenience and to me that is a lack of courtesy.I will say Ive been a big fan of Villains when Jonny was there. I referred many people looking to get pierced. But not anymore.♣♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♣I got an eyebrow piercing from Jonny. He was very professional and informed me of the rejection rate. I wanted to do it anyway and we worked together on placement and depth to increase the odds of it working out. It has been about a month and my piercing is healing well so far. Thanks Jonny!

Got a septum piercing and it was successful! Hasnt gotten infected after cleaning it and its stayed pierced pretty well.

Had my navel pierced. It was professional, clean, and straight. Experience was fine but youd think they would pierce with at least 1/2 bar to account for swelling and embedding/infection, but they dont even carry any navel jewelry besides 7/16. Ended up buying jewelry and having it changed at Big Brain.

Ive seen great work from them. Ive been trying to book from them, theyre always busy. Great tattoos. But that front desk. They are extremely rude over the phone. Extremely unprofessional. Other than that, the tattoo artists are awesome.

My daughter, my granddaughter and I all got tattoos of handwriting from a letter that my deceased son had written. Dennis was fantastic to work with! We are all healing nicely.

Got my first professional (rook) piercing a couple days ago by Jonny! He made the atmosphere chill and comfortable; he’s very professional and kept me informed about everything.

Over all good vibes. Even had my daughter mouth off and they were just doing their job. Second daughter was able to get her piercing. Clean place, great service... Going back to some ink now.

Berit is amazing. She has designed and done two tattoos for me and it is like she can read my mind. Her art is perfect and she is the only person I will ever use.

I originally came to villains because this is where my piercer ended up moving to, Jonny is an amazing piercer and he explains everything extremely well before piercing you,While I was here I met Berit who I entrusted with the biggest tattoo I have so far, and she did extremely well. The color looks fantastic and its exactly how I wanted it.

I went in there hoping to get a tattoo, jose told me he would draw it up and call to have me come back at the end of the day. I put down my deposit. well a few days later i call him and he completely forgot what i was getting so i told him and he said he would draw it real quick and call me. Still no call. So yesterday now week later i called him to get my deposit back and he said he would call me when he was finished tattooing well he never called. I dont recommend him at all. Ive heard everyone else was pretty good. But jose has supposedly done this to others as well.

I have had two pieces done (a new one and redoing one that had faded). Both were expertly handled. Getting ready for the next one. Shop is great - NOT your typical walls of flash, crappy lighting, and open spaces everywhere kind of shop.

Pierced by Yu today. Super nervous, but she talked me thru it and we both made it out alive! 10/10 will be back! Her voice is so sweet and calming! Thank you Yu!!

First attempt not good when the owner poured bleach on the floor. Had to reschedule because of the fumes. When I finally had my appointment it was great and LOVE the work Jose did for us.

Love this place! Lacee is my favorite piercer she shows great attention to detail and Berit is a great tattoo artist she really listens to your ideas suggesting any edits for practicality.

They have good prices for tats an piercings. Always friendly and helpful. Have a wide range on gauges, nose rings, eyebrow rings, tongue rings, an industrials, always love comming here.

I dont recommend it..i got two tattoos done and one tattoo was supposed to be a sunflower but got a yellow daisy....and the other one was a hummingbird but it dont look like a humming bird the wings dont match at all ..i went back 2xs to get it fix or just cover it and they couldnt bc it was jesses work and for the respect of each others work they couldnt.. i get it but i dont understand if im not happy with it why not help regardless of who did it.. i payed for them and its in my skin its embarrassing ...i got recommended by a couple of people so i went for the appointment and was excited.. afterwards i was like hmmm ...now i need to find a professional.... its gonna be hard for me to trust someone drawing in my skin again..

Horrible customer service! My girlfriend talked to a guy named Jose put down a deposit, he wouldnt return her call or refund her money, kepted telling her to call back.
