I have been a client at 207 Laser for a few years. Their team is kind, caring, and incredibly customer focused. I recommend 207 to everyone I meet. I have had a variety of services with different team members and they are all wonderful - though I must give a special shout out to my go tos - Sophie and Mia. They have the highest standards and always go the extra mile to ensure perfect results.

I cannot say enough good things about every single experience I have had at 207 Laser. When you walk in, you are always greeted with a smile and the warmest welcomes from the most amazingly kind and wonderful staff.Sophie made me feel so comfortable the first time I went in to get botox and I’ve been loving seeing her every few months for my visits. The process of the removal is not really all that fun but the folks that work there, Especially Erin in the Portland office, do a wonderful job taking care of you that I always looked forward to going in! I had great experiences here at 207 Laser. The whole team is incredibly welcoming and professional, and the services I received were of high quality. I have recommended them to a couple people now because of the quality and overall experience! Chris went out of his way to make sure that my treatments were the best that he could offer. During my tattoo removal appointments, Chris would educate me about the machines and physiology behind tattoo removal--something I really enjoyed. He clearly knows his stuff. Although I moved states, I will be coming back for a few more tattoo removal appointments because I trust the quality and safety of the services offered!

Before I started treatment, I had a bunch of questions so I called and Kate took the time to talk me through everything. Now the treatment is going great and I’m super happy with the results so far! Im usually in and out within 10 minutes.

Great location (both Wells and Portland)! The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! I recommend everyone I know here looking for services they offer. The atmosphere is beautiful, organized, and calming. Bailey, the young lady who I book appointments with, is super sweet, fun, friendly, personable, and makes me feel right at home! The customer service here is unmatched, every single team member is so caring and kind!I see Mia for tattoo removal and she is always observant and tentative during the process. I have gone here for two laser hair removal treatments and skin tag removal. I have seen Mia and Erin for the laser hair removal and both are really good about explaining the process, making sure I feel comfortable, and good at small talk. After two sessions my hair is growing back a little slower and I’m excited to see what more sessions will do.I had 4 skin tags removed with SOPHIE, Rn today as well and everything I said above relates. I feel welcomed and valued here and I am so glad this group is close to work or I would have never heard of it. Highly recommend.

Best team in the 207 (probably beyond)! We’ve been going to 207 Laser for over a year now- my wife has been getting a small tattoo removed from her wrist and also Brazilian treatments. In preparation for our wedding in May, I began some facial/neck laser hair removal 7 months ago.The treatments have gone great and 100% as expected. Equipment and facility is all very new and very clean. The Portland location is convenient near the Casco Bay Bridge and I95/I295 highway access.The best part about 207 Laser is absolutely the staff! The reception team is amazing- constantly happy to see us and other customers as well. We really can’t say enough about this team, especially Olivia, Kate and Jamie! I tend to enter a bit nervous most of the time due to the “spicy” nature of some of my treatments (around my lips/nose) and the team in the front is a welcome distraction + helps ease nerves.The estheticians who we’ve had: Christina, Erin and Mia, have all been absolutely amazing in their skill set and professionalism. Getting laser treatments can be uncomfortable but having these great estheticians managing the pace/frequency, knowing when to take breaks, and communicating as they go, takes the experience from ‘average’ to ‘extraordinary’.Overall, 207 Laser is a 10/10 experience and we highly recommend!-Zack and Mickey

Ive been a 207 Laser customer for just over 18months now. Its not easy to squeeze in the 35-40min drive each way but it is well worth it. The stellar customer service all around far exceeds anywhere i have been prior. The employees radiate happiness, warmth and kindness which is contagious and has on numerous occasions turned my frown upside down. Amazing to go for an appointment and come out feeling fabulous (beauty wise) and happier (mood wise) than upon arrival. 207 has helped me treat my persistent cystic acne. I now rarely breakout, my skins texture is a lot smoother and softer, and my discoloration/scarring is reducing! They are also all very friendly and I have a 10/10 experience every time. Highly recommend!

I love it here so much, from the moment I called to set up my first consultation with Bailey through all the different sessions I’ve had with Mia, I always have a great time and feel extremely comfortable with all of the staff and their attentiveness makes everything so easy. When I first started coming in for sessions I was able to grow dense facial hair across most of my neck, chin and face but after only a few months I feel + look like a whole different person. I’ve been visiting 207 Laser nearly monthly for almost a year now and in that time I have been consistently blown away by the facility and staff. The interior of the building is comfortable and beautifully curated, the equipment top of the line. Everything is always spotless and meticulously maintained. Excellent staff, professional and friendly. The team here truly cares about their clients and getting results. Beautiful and clean space, convenient parking. Mia is my skin care provider, she’s microneedled my face for the past 2 years and I love my results. The texture and appearance of my skin has dramatically improved (minimized gone lines, discoloration and cystic acne scars). Mia is knowledgable and explains each step in the process and provides me excellent post procedure skin care advice. She’s fantastic.

I’m so glad I found 207 laser! After having two babies and nearing 40 I felt my skin just needed some TLC.Admittedly, I have pretty great skin and haven’t really needed a skincare routine up to this point but it was time. I read about laser facials and as a fan of regular facials, I was intrigued.I called and spoke to Mia for a consultation and she guided me to the PICO sure laser facial and I booked the appointment.Mia was amazing and walked me through every step of the procedure. She was kind and courteous and made the experience better than I expected. Yes, it hurts a little but it’s totally fine and they give you cold air to blow on your face as they use the laser.I have had 3 PICO facials now over the last year and a half and my skin looks smooth, fine lines are gone, and the tone is perfection. Don’t wait to get a PICO, it’s the best!

This is such an amazing place for a gender diverse person (or really anyone) to go for laser hair removal. The entire staff is kind, welcoming and extremely inclusive. Ive never had my gender identity so completely accepted by everyone at a business before. As for the laser hair removal, they have excellent tools and technicians that make the entire process virtually painless and extremely effective. Id recommend their solutions to anyone.

Going to 207 Laser is always a pleasant and smooth process. I see Julie for botox in my 11 lines. She is wonderful at what she does. My first time going there, I was a newbie and I asked questions for 20 min. She was very knowledgeable and patient. I feel like Im in good hands with her. She and the staff are very friendly as well. The prices are quite reasonable for the services they offer. The office is clean and well-maintained. I am able to be in and out in 15 min. I would recommend them.

I’ve been a client for about two years for tattoo removal of a large piece that wraps around my shin/calf. They also provide numbing an hour before you treatment for an additional cost.Before choosing 207 Laser, I did 4 consults with local practices that advertised tattoo removal. My consult with 207 was by far the most informational and realistic without the unnecessary sales pitch.The staff doesn’t skip a beat - they are always welcoming, caring, accommodating, and fun. Erin has been doing my laser treatment since day one. What I love about working with her is that she’s just as excited and invested in my progress as I am, and that feels good.Tattoo removal is painful and can feel like you’re moving at a snail’s pace regardless of where you go. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR TATTOO REMOVAL, PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW:My initial consultation was done by Mia. At this appointment, it was explained that because I had a larger piece to remove, the process would be done in stages starting with black/blue/green ink for 5 sessions (which I was told would be $200/session), followed FULL black& color removal for all remaining sessions ($400/session). This made sense to me, as about half of the ink was blue/green, and half was red/orange. Mia did say she would be consulting with the owner, as it was a large/more intricate piece. Mia later called back further clarifying the plan and scheduled my first appointment. There was no mention of price change at that time.Come appointment day, I showed up, had the first session completed&at checkout, it was said the price was actually $300/session-despite the original quote being $200/session (for the first 5 sessions). When I explained this to the person checking me out, Mia stood by and heard this conversation, but did not speak up to say that she did in fact quote me for $200/session. I was told by the person checking me out “okay, we’ll honor that price this one time, but from here on out these sessions you will be charged $300/session”. I was very disappointed-I felt this was deceitful&dishonest. If there had been a conversation where Mia called& said “hey, I consulted with the owner& they feel $300/session is more the price range we’re looking at”, I would have completely understood. I get that it is a business& they have to make a profit. However #1 : they shouldn’t be allowing the technicians to be giving quotes if they aren’t going to honor them. And #2 : there was plenty of communication leading up to the appointment where any price adjustments could’ve been addressed, but weren’t. Talking money at the time of checkout is awkward/uncomfortable, and I hate that I was put in a situation when it all could have been avoided.Before going to the next appointment I had scheduled, I wanted to address this price change& inquire as to why this whole event transpired. I spoke with a supervisor named Shelly. I explained everything- including the fact that despite being told all blue/green/black ink was to be treated for the first 5 sessions, much of the outlining hadn’t been touched. I told her I was disappointed to know the price was increased without informing me, AND much of what was promised wasn’t actually done. Shelly went on to explain to me “well, looking at your piece you’re actually getting a good deal. We should be charging you way more”, and “we can’t adjust our price. But I can discuss with Mia that you feel not all the work that you were promised was done”. She told me numerous times that I actually was being undercharged &I’m welcome to shop around. Quite frankly, there was an air of gaslighting… she never addressed the actual issue, which was I was mislead/not informed of price change until AFTER the appointment. She did state Mia would be calling me back in a couple days to further clarify the plan so we were all on the same page.Then I get a voicemail on my phone from Mia explaining the plan again, BUT this time she stated “we can no longer include XYZ portion of the tattoo, so the price/session would now be $375 for the first handful of sessions… so after the SECOND price increase (ALMOST DOUBLE),I decided to end my time with this company on the basis that none of their business had been honest or upfront. The whole situation felt very manipulative.I believe in honesty&giving feedback to companies in a kind and respectful way. The only saving grace I have to say is that when I called to explain why I would no longer be doing business with them, Olivia was incredibly empathetic& validated how my experience could be perceived in such a negative light. She agreed that the whole situation gave her “icky feelings”, and that the communication on their end could be greatly improved. She apologized profusely&was appreciative that I shared this experience with her to help better their customer’s experience moving forward.

Great experience here over the past few months. I have done several laser tattoo removal sessions with Chris and am pleased with the results so far. I specifically chose Maine Laser Clinic because they have the latest laser equipment (PicoSure). Chris has been great and prepared me upfront for how many sessions it would take, and any concerns he had as far as certain colors. I appreciated his honesty and his desire to make sure I understood the time and investment involved, before we got started. The front desk staff is very friendly and professional, and do a fantastic job of making people feel comfortable. Highly recommend!

This is THE place for tattoo removal. I’m not for naming names or throwing people or businesses under the bus but, I have at least 5 tattoo removal sessions somewhere else with practically no results, severe pain and blistering that should’ve been in a Sci-Fi movie. 2 sessions here did more than 5 there. They’re the sweetest group of people who are so happy to see everyone and love their jobs.I have anxiety and I hate going to new places but I immediately was made comfortable there and I love getting to chat with everyone when I go in. I’ve had many more sessions since and will never go anywhere else and recon them for everything I know they offer to everyone I know! Love you guys and see you soon!

I absolutely love this group of beautiful humans. They are knowledgeable and kind, honest and caring, and always go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and heard. I see Julie for injectables and she never disappoints!I recently added a brow lift to my usual crows feet Botox treatment and I am over the moon with the results. First visit experience: the people are amazing, but some of the processes and practices at 207 seem off. Again, the people are so great, and this is likely a reflection of management’s values and not the employee’s work ethic or demeanor.For instance, I’ve never been to a medspa where the chairs looked crusty/dirty, the practitioner relies on the overhead fluorescent lighting for aesthetic procedures, and I am asked to tip during payment. As a general rule, if a business has to clarify that they don’t accept insurance, then they probably shouldn’t be asking for a tip.

I am so glad that I chose Maine Laser Clinic - I have been nothing short of amazed by the staff and my results! During my consultation, Chris & Naomi were so patient, understanding, knowledgeable and kind, and I knew right away I could trust them to take care of me. The office staff are equally warm & welcoming - I didnt return for my first treatment until about 4 months after my consultation, and they greeted me as if they had just seen me the day before. That was really impressive - and it happens every time Im there, without fail. I am thrilled with my results; Naomi really tries to get the most out of each treatment for the best outcome, and even though Im only halfway through my treatments the results have been life-changing! Its so easy to schedule, and I have never been kept waiting for an appointment to start; it has been obvious to me that this is a really well-run, efficient practice. Love this place!! The people are so friendly and welcoming, the environment is calm and clean, and the staff is very professional. I always feel so comfortable there. They explain the treatment process and aftercare thoroughly and are also very honest about whether a treatment will work well for me. The product line they have has done wonders for my skin too. As a plus, the parking is super easy too - not always the case in Portland!

Every time I step into Maine Laser’s beautiful facility it feels like I am being greeted by family. Every employee is so knowledgeable & friendly, and I’ve never had less than an amazing experience. Erin has completed 4 laser treatments on my under arms and I have little to no hair anymore. I had a substantial amount of hair to begin with, and I am truly AMAZED at the results. Such a warm and friendly environment. Everyone is so beautiful inside and out and they really listen to you and did not try and sell me anything I didnt need. They were also very honest with me on what treatments would and probably wouldnt work out. Im very excited to start my skin journey here. I met with master esthetician Megan today along with Olivia and the other staff members who were just lovely! Wonderful experience with Whitney at the Maine Laser Clinic & Spa.The Clinic is beautiful and has a very soothing atmosphere the minute you walk in. The staff were all so welcoming, they are easy to talk to and made me feel so comfortable. My consultation with Whitney was great! She took her time explaining the procedures to me which immediately made me feel very at ease. As Whitney administered my fillers and botox she calmly talked me through each procedure. They were painless and looked great when completed. I am so pleased with my results and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Went in today for a consultation and I was extremely impressed with the staff at this business. Everyone with a genuine smile, very friendly and sincere. Ive only been to one other laser tattoo removal business in Wakefield, Ma and was not nearly as impressed. I went to Maine Laser Clinic and had an amazing experience from start to finish. Everybody was so helpful in the office. This being my first time getting Dysport injections, Whitney made me feel so comfortable through the whole process and my results couldn’t have been any better! I moved here from Seattle this past year, and have wanted to get my previously-treated areas touched up, but didnt know where or how to begin the process. I found them in my search, and reached out with my questions. The staff were quick to respond to my inquiry and the booking for a free consultation was simple and easy. I had my consultation appointment and subsequently had my touch up done. Overall I was very impressed with their service...the spa was clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and Naomi was comfortable to work with from the start! I wish there was an option for more than 5 stars! From the moment I walked into my first appointment I felt extremely welcome at Maine Laser Clinic. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I have a very large tattoo I am in the process of getting removed by Chris, and I was blown AWAY by how much fading occurred after the first treatment. Its really incredible. Not only does Maine Laser Clinic offer tattoo removal, they offer many other services. I also had body sculpting done and cant wait to see my results. I have gone to Maine laser now twice for the spa facial and my expierence both times has been beyond exceptional.Scheduling with Sophie was so easy and she couldn’t have been friendlier! As soon as I came in the door she greeted me, offered me tea and made me feel so comfortable! The owner (a gentlemen) came and indroduced himself to me as well. I felt like part of the family!I met with Erin for both of my facials. She’s amazing!! She’s so knowledgeable and really takes her time working on your skin so she can recommend further treatments and products, but there was no pressure to purchase anything. She genuinely just cares so much about her clients!Adding to the fantastic customer service, i received a call the day before my second facial asking if the weather was still bad if I would still be coming in. Being local I said yes. Erin came in the following day after it snowed almost 3 feet the night prior for only me and one other client. That is some serious dedication. I also met the other owner at this appointment.Long story short I have been to this beautiful business TWICE, ONLY TWICE and I feel so cared for, so known, and so comfortable. I won’t be going anywhere else for my skin care needs.

I first saw the folks at 207 Laser back when they were in this tiny cute little space tucked away in a tangle of roads in Westbrook. Tattoo removal. Ouch. But Chris was amazing at it and was able to erase a young/dumb piece of ‘artistic freedom/expression’ in just a few quick laser sessions.And now here we are all these years later, with 207 Laser in this fabulous new/different location down on Commercial Street (easy to find *and* with a parking lot!), and me wanting erasure of another piece of tattooed body art. Chris, once again, has been wonderful at the removal process. I’m not gonna lie - it does NOT feel grrreat - but he’s quick and efficient in it, and as comforting as one can possibly be as they’re making you wince (writhe?) in pain.I’m on session #4 for my current removal. I’ll be seeing them maybe 5 or 6 more times before this one is gone. I don’t at all look forward to getting zapped with the laser, but I do look forward to seeing the people who work there. Everyone I’ve encountered, every time I’ve gone there, has been absolutely fantastic.I imagine they’re good at all the services they provide there, but I just know of the tattoo removal, and with this, I give them 2 thumbs up and 5 Golden Google Stars.* Thanks Chris, for helping clean up some mistakes. :)

I have had 2 skin procedures here and find MLC to be a great environment all around on so many levels. The staff certainly puts you at ease and provides confidence to relax any anxiety. The technicians are all experienced, skilled and upbeat. Professional and educated with a responsive and warm environment sums it up. I personally recommend the Maine Laser Clinic. I am new to the injectables game, and to the medispa scene. Prior to making an appointment at MLC, I reached out to several places in the Portland, ME area that offered the services I was looking for, and while everyone was helpful, I instantly felt at ease when I spoke to the beautiful Sophie. I set up a consult, thinking Id ask questions and make additional appointments months down the line, but in fact, I ended up scheduling my appointment only a couple days after. The entire MLC team is friendly and warm and GENUINE. Seriously, I havent come across so many authentic, caring people in one place, ever! Olivia is one of the brightest, sweetest souls out there, and Sadie is amazing and has done some top-notch work on my face. I can always get an appointment without too much of a wait, and I have loved my results every time. If youre looking for a medispa that makes you feel like family and can do wonders for your skin, MLC is definitely it - if I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!

I just completed my 7th laser hair removal treatment and am so glad I did it, and that I chose MLC! The staff is absolutely lovely, while also professional and knowledgable. I was nervous going into it - I had never even waxed before and didnt know what to expect. They talked me through each step, went at the pace I was comfortable with, and their technique yielded the results I was hoping for. The business is clean, comfortable and inviting. I highly recommend that you at least have a consultation if you have the slightest interest in any of the services they offer. I only wish I hadnt waited so long to get started!

I went to this clinic today to find out about removing the tattoos I got for radiation treatments (for breast cancer). The three marks were small but were constant reminders of an experience I wanted to forget. My radiologist thinks I am nuts to let them bother me but they do.At the Laser Clinic, Chris May did not think I was nuts. He said they see people after radiation treatments periodically. He was very kind, warm, and friendly, and listened to me. He was knowledgeable and asked appropriate questions about my health. After checking with the radiation people to be sure I was cleared, Chris lasered the tattoo on my non radiated side. There was nothing to it. I barely felt it and it was very fast. Clinic protocol says I have to wait a year to get the tattoos removed from the radiated sites and that is fine. I’m so happy to have the first one gone. I go back in 6 weeks for follow up. (It may take two treatments to remove the spot completely). I am very, very pleased with the whole experience. Thank you, Chris!Charlotte Wink

I receive Botox and lip filler and Christina is a-m-a-z-i-n-g. She is a perfectionist in all the best ways. Her passion for what she does combined with her attention to detail makes for beautiful results, every time. The Director of 207 LASER, Olivia, is a doll and her positivity radiates to everyone she works with. If youre on the fence about visiting a medispa, dont be - this is the place for you! I love the Maine Laser Clinic! Todays visit was with Naomi for an Environ facial. It was amazing! The products felt great on my skin and left my face, neck and décolletage feeling so smooth and very hydrated. Naomi really knows her craft well! The massage was so relaxing. A friend had recommended that I visit Maine laser Clinic on Commercial Street in Portland to have laser treatment done to my face to treat /remove the very noticeable rosacea on my nose and cheeks. I had never considered this before. After my first ,treatment, all of the rosacea was treated and gone after a short time of healing. I am very HAPPY with the results. What a wonderful experience! When I walked through the door I couldnt help but notice how inviting the waiting room was..what a peaceful place! I was happily greeted by Olivia who gave me a quick tour of the massage rooms as she brought me to meet Marta. Marta communicated the photorejuvination procedure upon arrival and this made me feel really comfortable. I have had 2 treatments and I have noticed a positive change in the appearance of my skin (helping with old acne scars) and wrinkles. I definitely recommend photorejuvination at Maine Laser Clinic!

I had a Carbon Mask Photofacial performed by Megan Giarolo and it was nothing short of amazing! Megan was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Since having only one treatment my skin has been literally GLOWING! The texture, and tone of my skin is noticeably improved. I honestly still cant believe the results after only one treatment! Ill certainly be returning to the beautiful space that is MLC and to Megan!

I initially wanted to get rid of minor pigmentation, which could have been fixed with skin products over time. Trusting that these professional knew best I had a laser procedure on my face in August. Other clinics refuse to do these procedures in the summer for as your skin should not be in the sun afterwards. I now suffer from permanent hypopigmentation and hyperpigmentation a year and a half later. I have suffered a lot of distress knowing my skin cannot be fixed. While these people are extremely kind I cannot express how often I cry from what has been done to my skin.

I cannot recommend this place enough. The office is always super clean, and not super bright (which is amazing). The staff is INCREDIBLY friendly and I love them all. A very safe place place for anyone in the queer community.

My experience at 207 Laser was nothing but perfect! I was greeted at the front door by the friendly staff where I was offered water. I came to the center to receive Botox injections from the FABULOUS Keeley Murphy!! She made me feel so comfortable as a first time Botox client. She really took her time, explained to me what she was going to do, and answered all of my questions along the way. She also followed up to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the results weeks later. PLEASE stop what you are doing and go see Keeley!!!!!!

If you are looking for a place that doesnt over do it this is for you. Personally I made the appointment for my mom so she could look years younger, they didnt want to do the things she asked. Hey, what do we know, maybe they did her a favor.....but, it is my money and we want what we asked for.Mom said it didnt hurt and she felt a little better.
