Been going here for laser hair removal for about a year now. Both technicians with whom I have worked (Jenny and Monica) have been truly lovely. I have not once felt unsafe in this establishment as a trans person, and their sensitivity, kindness and humor have carried me through treatment on areas that I was initially dreading having done.Thank you Oregon Medical & Laser for being a safe place!!

Nice office and nice staff. However, they quadrupled the price on my third session of tattoo removal. Felt like a bait and switch. I wasn’t notified that this session was going to be quadruple the price until I was sitting in the removal room prepping for the procedure. In the moment my thoughts were, “I just drove 45 mins to get here, I need it done, maybe there’s a mistake”.I should have opted out after they informed me of the price change but I chose to do the removal. Maybe the new machine will give way better results? I spoke to the doctor as I was leaving to make sure there wasn’t a mistake in the price. They informed me that the price of the new machine warrants the rate increase. Even as I was driving home I called the office to confirm there wasn’t a mistake because it just wasn’t sitting right with me. Same explanation.One part of me gets it, it’s a business, bills to pay. The other part of me feels taken advantage of. Caught off guard.I’ve waited a few months to post this review because I wanted to see if the results “quadrupled” in effectiveness. Unfortunately the tattoo appears to have similar results as the first two sessions.The whole interaction has left a bad taste in my mouth. I’ll be choosing a different removal business going forward.

I had a fantastic experience with Erin. Her knowledge and professionalism immediately put me in ease.She took the time to thoroughly explain the process and answered all my questions with clarity and patience, which made me feel very comfortable with her doing the service.You’ll be in good hands here!

So this business has changed hands a few times and the name has remained the same. I will have to say the techs could be more polite. The owner was amazing when I was able to speak with him. I had won a contest and had a credit to use. I recently returned and was told I was unable to use this credit. I will not be returning for for this reason. If it was just the owner I may but the customer service was a little shotty.

Like many others, I had been going here for 4 tattoo removal sessions. I originally was drawn to Cascade because of the transparent pricing, they had it listed on the website. Not many other places offer that. I was shocked to show up for my appointment and learn they now charge twice as much. They described using a new machine, however, it is my personal belief that if you are to charge twice as much, then the new method should work twice as fast. Or else I should have an option to use the old machine. Either way I know feel like the reason I started going, transparent pricing, has been lost and at any future appointments I could be blindsided. Going forward I will be looking at other med spas, probably closer to my house.

My friend brought me here for the “bro tox” special - was nervous at first then fell in love. New location is great, easy parking and was able to even sign up for a men’s hair removal package for my neck line to get everything done in one place. Highly recommend.

I’ve been a loyal customer for 6yrs now. Something definitely felt off the last few times I visited as I arrived for my appointment to find they’d booked me with someone completely different at the last minute, and were pretty sassy about it to boot. Come to find out there’s been a change in management.We’d been working on removing a very small tattoo from my wrist for years. Sadly, at my last appointment I was told they’ll be TRIPLING my price going forward.Pretty extreme price increase guys. And not the best way to treat your clients who’ve you’ve build and established a sense of trust through the years. Perhaps the right thing would have been to honor your quoted price until the tattoo removal was complete (as this was the agreed-upon service) rather than triple the price at the very end.

DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS WITH YOUR SKIN. I went here for just the second time and got scheduled with a male for botox. Ive only gotten it once before, I get baby botox. Small amount of units because I want to conservative. The male nurse convinced me what I was getting wasnt enough to be efficient and almost doubled my units. Additionally he didnt tell me the cost per unit. I DID NOT INTEND to go into that appointment and walk away with getting twice the units I am comfortable with. Nor was I comfortable with the amount of money I spent. The nurse was a SALESMAN and did NOT listen to me or care to listen.I also sent them an email of my complains and they have been silent.Do not trust them with your skin or cosmetic services.

Weve been going here for over a year for tattoo and hair removal. The prices were transparent and fair and the office staff was great. At our last appointment, we arrived and were told that the prices had doubled for tattoo removal and tripled for hair removal. The staff was not allowed to send an email out about this change - they were required to wait for us to show up in person. Crummy high-pressure tactics imposed by the new owners. Weve since found a tattoo removal place closer to home for even less than Cascade used to charge. Ive noticed they no longer offer transparent pricing, probably because theyre nowhere near competitive anymore. What a shame.

Had such a great experience here with my first ever laser procedure. The staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable right away. The team talked me through the procedure and made sure I understood the post care before leaving. I am so happy with my results and will definitely be back. The treatment rooms are clean and overall it’s a great space.

Edit: After this review, they closed my account without warning. I wanted to continue going to them as I really liked my first tech, Monica. The new management does not care for retaining current customers at all.My tattoo removal has been going well so far, but with the change in ownership, I found that the pricing and aftercare are very inconsistent which is disappointing. I got sat down and told that my tattoo removal will be $150, and it was $75 which I agreed upon before. I think the business should honor previous quotes before they bought this “better” machine. It just seems sleazy and a bad business practice to trick customers like this.

I’ve gone to this doctors office for a couple different skin problems I’ve had. He’s much easier to schedule with than other places and has always taken good care of me.

I have used Cascade Medical Spa for Tattoo Removal and Botox over the years. And for the most part would agree with all of the positive reviews. Once i got more botox than I had realized, but it did last longer. Either way I would have still given them 5 stars. I am 80-90% through a tattoo removal. I have had 7 or 8 treatments, which are not terribly comfortable. The staff was always, and still are, awesome. Went in this week for what should have been my 2nd or 3rd last treatment and the price under the new management went from $150 to $382. I left not getting the treatment. I got a call from the someone telling me that the new machine is so much better and cost XXXX amount of dollars and they couldnt honor my old price. I didnt expect them too. I realized that maybe I would have to pay more. $200. Even $250. I just want this done. What he could not guarantee was that the new machine would give me 2-3 times the results.I should be able to do one more treatment with the new machine and be done. If that were the case, then I would have paid the new price. I am not a reviewer type person. In fact, this is only the 2nd negative review I have ever posted about anything. I am super bummed about all of this. I have spent almost two years on this. And a couple of thousand on Botox over the years as well. I was told they would get back to me, but havent heard anything. If they would have remedied this in a way that values customer service I would have continued being a customer. Now I cant.

Update:This company raised the price in the middle of my removal process. It went from $90 to $150 😖 I understand charging more for new customers or other tats I want to begin to remove. But to change an already quoted and agreed on cost in the middle of the process, is awful service. 😞 Completely disappointed.Oregon Anesthetics started the process to remove three tattoos for $200. Give them a callAmazing!! Love it so much Im going to remove all my tattoos eventually!!! Awesome stuff and environment!!

Update 11/3:Had an appointment for laser hair removal and I was reached out to confirm appointment. No mention of any changes. I get to my appointment after 45 mins of driving and I’m told the prices have DOUBLED as of this morning. One would want to be informed of it prior to getting to the appointment. Terrible. They didn’t honor the previous prices and no communication of the price surcharge at all. No discounts honored anymore. I felt scammed paying 2 times the price for a service that I regularly went to for 6 months.Service itself was good, no issues.Want others to see this before considering.Cascade is an amazing place for laser hair removal. Trust the other good reviews. They have transparent pricing, free virtual consultation with an actual practitioner who is very honest and trustworthy. Super quick and effective service. My experience is going well so far.

I have a small, extremely faded, 19 year old tattoo about the size of a golfball that has had one removal session about 8 years ago on my back (top pink & bottom black). The pink was almost completely gone, of no worry to me, but I came to Cascade because the black outline is darkish grey & needed one more pass. My tech was nice, understanding & she agreed that this one session would most likely be all I need. We went over laser wavelengths & made a plan for the dark outline, I felt confident & excited. Once we got into the treatment room, there was a guy who I was told was going to observe our session. He didnt know our treatment plan, how long ago my last session was, what I had done before, why I was there, etc. Once she was ready to start he completely derailed what we went over & had her use conflicting wavelengths. He immediately said (*before* even starting) that I would need a few more treatments. Once started, it didnt even feel like they went over the dark lines, only the top pink area. As Ive watched it heal the last 3+ weeks, the pink is gone but it looks like the black lines were simply not touched whatsoever.Also have to add that my appointment was originally made for 8/14 which I confirmed on 8/11, however, Cascade cancelled the night before my appointment without calling me to reschedule. I had to call them only after figuring out they closed last minute. Not very nice as they require a confirmation of your appointment via email 72 hours prior & charge if cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment, any deposits paid may be retained by Cascade.

Everyone is very welcoming and helpful. From the check-in to the check-out. Teresa is great not only because of her professionalism but she also makes it fun. I highly recommend there services and staff.

Staff is nice, equipment is nice, and in October when I had a test section done on my tattoo removal it worked really well. However, I am very very disappointed in their new ownership change and lack of communication that went with that. I was not given any warning of changes to the business until I came in for another appt for a full session of tattoo removal.New ownership is one thing, but they well over doubled the pricing and wouldn’t attempt to honor any type of quote I had received from them less than 3 months prior, forcing me to not be able to follow through with the appt. They claim they got new machines, but I was also told this 3 months ago when I got my initial quote…

Dr. Muncrief was extremely friendly and helped me to feel very comfortable. He did a fantastic job and I look 20 years younger!!

I have been going to Cascade Med Spa (now operating under a different name) for the better part of a year for tattoo removal. The cost per session was $75 for a small tattoo. I go in today and they tell me they are raising their prices and it’s going to be $160. Literally a 113% increase! The worst part is that I ubered there ($13 each way) and had to waste that money only for them to tell me once I get there. This is absolutely atrocious customer service. If a customer has been coming to you for months (and made the appointment before the price increase), you should have the forethought to call that customer and alert them to this before they waste their time and money going over there. I will be finding somewhere else to get my sessions done, and I suggest you do too!

They raised their prices drastically (double!!) and didnt notify me until the day of. I asked them to remove my card info so they dont try to charge my card behind my back since I read some reviews saying they have done it to a few clients. The tattoo removal was not a success and takes forever to fade. Its been over a year.

Update: new management/owners. These folks have changed. I had been going for laser hair removal and tattoo removal. I had great experience with Cindy form my tattoo removal and when I went to book again, saw she was not there. I was informed when I called that she was no longer there and a new person would see me. I have had one session with her and have seen zero newFading—even with the new pico laser and it was 3 times as much as previous visits due to across the board, unannounced, price increases. I was a big fan of going here and will no longer go. I understand changing hands and needing to adjust prices but this has been handled very poorly. I hope folks read the reviews of others who have had similar experiences and choose a different place. Old review::::So professional, clean and effective. I have been to other spas and place is much better. The treatments are straight forward, priced well and they are always on-time and deliver results. I will continue to return. I’ve had tattoo removal, laser hair removal—SO much better than other places—and micro needling that has been much more effective.

Feeling blindsided. One year (8 sessions) into my tattoo removal treatment, my price was increased by 120% (from $167 to $371). I can understand price increases for the new machine or to adjust for inflation, but an increase of this magnitude halfway through the agreed upon treatment is a different story. To make matters worse, the communication around the increase was handled wrong. I was given no notice or warning of a potential price increase, but instead arrived for session 9 and checked in as normal. Only once already in the chair and ready for the service did they alert me to the price increase; a vulnerable position to be in to then deny the service.Now, I am left with tattoos that look worse than when we started (half faded, spotty, etc) and am forced to either pay up for another estimated 7-9 sessions or hit the road. Super frustrating!

I’ve been coming to Cascade almost monthly for about a year for laser tattoo removal and laser hair removal with my provider Cindy, who provided great service. Right before my appointment last month, I received a confirmation email for my upcoming appointment that had a different provider’s name associated with it. When I reached out to ask why my provider had been changed, I received no reply.Upon arrival, I was greeted by staff who ushered me into a room to discuss the services I would be receiving. There was no mention of why my provider had changed until I asked near the end of the appointment, and was informed she was no longer a provider there. As a customer who had built a relationship with a provider who made me feel comfortable and was one of the primary reasons I continued to schedule visits, it would have been nice to have been informed of this beforehand.Since then, I’ve visited their website a few times to make adjustments to appointments and found that all of the aftercare and pricing docs were no longer available, and the links sent in confirmation emails were no longer accessible.Today, I went to Cascade for my 7th treatment of a tattoo that is a black outline of a star that is smaller than the size of a quarter. To be honest, I haven’t been super stoked on the progression of the fading of the tattoo, and was hoping more progress would have been made by this point, but I understand that removal can take time and enjoyed my sessions with Cindy. I was already feeling that the price point of 75$ per session, which typically took less than 5 min, was a substantial cost especially since the tattoo was so small and would likely need 4-5 more treatments based on the progress we had made so far.When I met with my provider, they told me that there had been a change to pricing, and that my session today would be 150$. I asked why I hadn’t been informed of the price change prior to the session, and they let me know that management had decided not to inform customers preemptively.Due to this, I will no longer be a customer of Cascade Medical Spa, which I guess has been rebranded to Oregon Medical & Laser. I understand changes in management, changes in pricing, and changes to services, but to make all of these changes knowing that it will impact their customers and then make no effort to inform customers of the changes is incredibly poor business practice. I didn’t even know of the rebrand until today, when I went to leave this review. I now understand why all of the resources linked in confirmation emails are no longer accessible, because it appears a new website has been made, and the old site is no longer in service. Not only was new management unwilling to notify their current customers of changes, they have also failed to update resources in correspondence sent to customers, leaving us without the ability to do even our own due diligence in surfacing this information.I really hope OML management wises up and does right by their customers and gives them the information they need to make informed decisions about their care. Otherwise I feel that the providers who work hard to provide great service experiences, along with the loyal customers will suffer as a result. Its really too bad, because Cascade was a great business I planned to visit for years to come.Folks considering patroning this business be warned: changes will be made at your expense with no sympathy or forewarning. But the staff providing the services truly are doing their best despite their leadership.

Ive shopped around for a med spa that is down to earth and affordable without skimping on quality, and this place is it. The staff is kind, professional, and talented. Ive had Botox, lip filler, and a laser tattoo removal consultation at Cascade.Both procedures I got from Teresa were top quality and I am extremely satisfied with the results. She was friendly, patient, and made sure I was informed and comfortable every step of the way. She also made sure I got all the promos available and saved me a bunch of money.The tattoo removal consultation with Monica was super thorough. She is extremely knowledgable and her bedside manner is impeccable. She insisted on a conservative approach, which is to do a test spot. Im happy to say, the ink from my old brow tattoo responded well, and I cant wait to book my session with her because I know Ill be in great hands.To top it all off, one of the other practitioners that Id been chatting with in the waiting area, saw that I got caught in the rain on her way out and gave me a ride a couple blocks away to the bus stop?? Above and beyond. Cascade is an absolute gem because of the people who work there.I will update my review with before and after photos once I get my brow tattoo lasered!

Wow. I was just informed of a 100% price increase for my tattoo removal work. My sessions that included numbing cream (which frankly, Im not sure actually worked,) just went from $100 per session to $250 per session! Im one year in on a removal and probably have another year or so to go, and now I cant afford to continue. Ill need to find a different place or get a cover up tat, which means my whole removal investment up to this point will have been wasted. Customers who already had a tattoo removal in progress should have been allowed to stay with the old pricing model with new pricing applied only to new cusotmers. Not a great way to do business.

I went here for the majority of my removals and had an amazing experience with Cidney, I got pregnant and had to stop treatments they said to call back and resume when I wasn’t pregnant so that’s exactly what I did then called back today to make an appointment since I only need a few more and the new guy who answered said it would be more expensive now since they decided to buy a new machine, I asked how much and he said they would redo the pricing. I asked if I could still have my technician cidney doing it and he wouldn’t answer my question if she was still there until I told him whether or not I would make an appointment.I even referred someone there and have been really excited to get back and finish my tattoos. He was actually really mean I guess now i have to go somewhere else. :( I’m ok to pay more I understand things change, but not if you’re just some rude guy who seems kinda stuck up and obviously doesn’t care about the clients. It’s sad watching businesses handle inflammation and price increases this poorly because we all know how that ends up for them.

Ive had excellent results getting laser hair removal done here. I cant recommend them enough. They have superb customer service and their staff is prompt but thorough. Facilities are always super clean and well kept and everyone Ive met is great. Go here!!!

I’ve been coming to Cascade Medical Spa for over 3 years now for Botox and tattoo removal. I’ve been serviced by pretty much everyone and the entire team is great and accommodating. Botox is always easy and I love the results, competitively priced and you can always check pricing online which is nice. My tattoo removal has taken me a few sessions with great progress I just personally space them out because the pain is horrific but I’m excited to get my final results. The pictures attached are about 4 sessions, the red will take a while to come out but the black ink is completely gone!!

I loved getting filler with Dr Chad, he is an artist and has a gift for achieving natural and beautiful results! He took the time to hear my concerns about my aging face and then worked his magic and turned back the hands of time! Can’t wait to go back for more and check out their new skin tightening procedure with Dr Arthur.

BAIT & SWITCH - I’ve been coming here for a year now for laser tattoo removal and it’s been $88 a session. Today I came in for my appointment, thinking I was gonna pay $88… Checked in and no word about price change. Then I got into the room amount to do the treatment and I’m told the price is triple now. Bad way to do business. There should’ve been an email sent out for their laser removal patients for notice of price change, especially when I’ve done like 8 sessions and barely any fading now I need 4 more?! I was told 10 total. Annoying

Monica was super thorough with her explanation of laser tattoo removal and importance of aftercare. She was lovely and chatting about our rescue pups helped the time go faster! Will definitely be booking my next appointment with her!

Extremely honest team, not driven $, but by best advise and procedure, My 1st visit was a tattoo removal, it went perfect, removed in just one visit. Then I came back for some age spots removal on my face, Dr. Chad Muncrief recommended a product that they dont sell there, so he didnt even charge me for the consultation. Great Team, Great treatments. Thank You.

The person at the front desk (very short dark hair) had no smile or greeting. All she said, “ I will let so and so know you are here”. Then she handed me the forms on a clip board to sign. She started to explain how I should fill out the forms…..” write your name here etc”I think she saw a woman of color in a head cover and assumed I may not be proficient in English. The esthetician with whom I had the appointment with, greeted nicely, and took me to a room. Since the spa insisted on an in person initial 15 min consultation, I thought, some one will take a good look at my skin……..This person handed me the mirror and asked me what concerns I have, all the time sitting across from me. I let her know I have had many chemical peels in the past. She launched in to pre and post care instructions. I said, hold on, you didn’t discuss what issues you see with my skin, as the expert, or what kind of treatment you would recommend. She replied , one from our xxx line of products. She seemed like she really didn’t care about me, almost like either she didn’t want to be there or didn’t want me there. I got up, said thank you and left. I think her name was Erin. Will never go back to this place, ever!

Wonderful experience! Chad is a delight! Professional, expert, smooth, welcoming. My confidence in Chad was well-founded. I am so happy to find this resource. I was very disappointed in my Dermatology office. I did not feel my concerns were taken seriously. Much gratitude for Chad and his entire office.

Hi. Very happy with the service and love Amanda.I am curious about timing as when I was in the reception area, there was another woman who arrived about 10 minutes after I did. I heard her say she had a 2:00 pm appointment when mine was 1:45 pm.I do understand that Amandas previous customer ran over and so I wasnt put into a room until around 1:55. After I was put into a room I was left for about 20 minutes. I came out when I finished and the other women was gone. My best guess is that she was a new client and even though my appointment was before hers, I believe she was treated before me - please correct me if I am wrong.Let me know if this is normal moving forward as I have to drive about 30 minutes in each direction to get you. I am working full-time and have limited time at the weekend, so I need to plan ahead a bit.As I mentioned, I love Amanda but just want to understand the order in which patients are seen.Thanks you!

I just had my first session with Teresa and it was wonderful. After a very welcoming and helpful initial consultation with Teresa, she helped me decide on micro-needling with PRP and an additional scar subcision for my acne scars. At the consultation, Teresa and other team members I interacted with made me feel so at home. Teresa really listened to my concerns and validated me and helped me understand all the options available to get the results I was looking for. Im so happy I booked with her! At my first session, Teresa again made me feel comfortable and confident about the whole procedure. She walked me through everything and I was surprised to find that I felt more like I was having a spa day than having a medical procedure. Teresa walked me through helpful aftercare instructions and set me up for success. I can already see exciting results, which is making me love my skin. Im looking forward to my next session!

I had the BEST experience with Teresa! She was so gentle and informative. I honestly have had a pretty unpleasant time with lip injections in the past so I was a little nervous but Teresa did such a good job, it hurt SO much less than the last few times I had them done and my next day swelling is almost zero! I will %100 be going back to her :)

Ive had nothing but a good experience here over the last two years getting a tattoo removed. Went for a session today and learned theyre under new management and without any notice the price quadrupled. Not at all ok without any notice and bad business practice for an established customer. Ill find somewhere new.

This is a conveniently-located medical spa with plentiful parking. The doctor is friendly and I had no wait for my appointment. The procedure was mostly painless and the doctor did a good job distracting me so I’d feel more comfortable. All in all a great experience.

I’ve had 5 sessions of laser hair removal for chin and lip hair due to PCOS. When I started I had a dark shadow where my hair grew. I was self conscious, I had ingrown hair’s constantly, I was over waxing and plucking. Since I started I have had minimal irritation. I leave my house without make up, which I never did. My dark spots are basically gone too!! I feel free.

Theyre very friendly, and they do great work. I never worry about having a bad experience there. Theyre very price competitive, and theyve even dropped the price of my regular procedure twice now. My last medical spa used to misgender me, but I always leave Cascade happy. Its not just about the pronouns, its about having staff that treats you like they want you to be there, and not like they just want your money.

Had appointment with Teresa. We made a plan for treatment and I’m very excited. I have confidence in her judgment and ability. She was super as well as the staff I interacted with. All very nice.

I’ve had a handful of tattoo laser removal sessions here, each time the staff is very friendly with little to no wait-time. Teresa is very gentle with the lidocaine injections, and Erin is also very considerate if I feel I’m pain during treatments and need a break. Both are very knowledgeable about the procedure, and so far I’ve had no aftercare complications. I’ve been taking pictures of my tattoos over time and I’m happy with the fading results. The spa itself is very clean and offers affordable treatments.

I just had another appointment May. I have always always, a thousand times always had an outstanding experience here. I’ve been here 10 + times and this is my # 1 place I come for all my beautifying needs. My skin looks awesome. Each person is experienced, personable, fun, and professional, and a storage of knowledge that I’ve received better no where else.

I can no longer afford it so i’ll be going elsewhere. I have been coming here for a few months for my tattoo removal however I just recently branched out and had a few moles/skin tags removed. I came here for my second laser removal treatment. My first treatment was with a technician Courtney last March and she was great, my tattoo is pretty much my whole upper back and was reduced by almost 80%. So i scheduled a second appointment recently with Amanda RN and she was absolutely amazing. She was very knowledgeable and had great bedside manner. I trusted her recommendations with my treatment. Because of this Im super excited to start scheduling other procedures here. Both experiences have been great and very professional.

I will edit this post once my tattoo removal is complete. In the meantime I will say that Cascade Medical Spa is a wonderful team of professionals that care more about my skin than making a quick buck. They have great pricing and offer a variety of services. I had my second tattoo removal session with them today and it was great. In and out in a jiffy and they are always on time which is super important to me. The staff is knowledgeable and recommended treatments for the issues I brought up which was great as opposed to being pushy sales people, the vibe is relaxed and the place is clean! I also love that they have Swedish fish in the waiting room :) can’t wait to head back in 8 weeks for another session!

I had such a wonderful experience at Cascade Med! I have a tattoo that I’ve wanted removed for a couple of years but have been nervous to get done. From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable and welcome. Even with all of the extra precautions due to social distancing, I was greeted warmly and felt safe in the space. I was very nervous about the procedure but Cindy has such an awesome presence and was so sweet and comforting that I was instantly put at ease. Though the procedure was not painless, Cindy kept me distracted and worked quickly. I happily scheduled my next appointment with her! So glad I chose Cascade for this process

Everyone here is so lovely. I cannot say enough about Teresa, she is absolutely incredible at her job. Every gal I’ve done laser treatments with are just the most professional and make me feel so comfortable. Everyone is so communicative and honest about what you need and don’t need. I am a working student, and the prices are insanely reasonable. I always walk out feeling that the women here are just so gracious and genuinely want the best for you, no matter what beauty goals you are trying to achieve.

I cannot recommend Amanda enough! She is so intricate with her work, and determined to get you the results you want. I didn’t think that my desired lip shape was something that could be accomplished, but she made it her goal to get me there. I’ve seen a fare share of injectors but none of them have been as patient, attentive and flexible as Amanda. I refuse to see anyone else now.

My experience with this team has been amazing. It was my first time getting filler and I was nervous. They were very patient and talked me through each step of the process, pausing along the way to check with me. My results were way better than I even imagined! I dont think I can ever go back to my pre-filler life. Originally I had a little issue with migration, but they got me back in right away to dissolve it, so it was a non-issue. Teresa has taken especially good care of me. Shes very experienced and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and getting me in for follow-ups to make sure the end result was just what I wanted. Yall are the best!

I have had experiences and excellent care here for many years. Dr. Muncrief and Dr. Woeste are outgoing and very knowledgeable about skincare and maintenance. The staff is also very friendly. I highly recommend this clinic.

Had my first an appointment with Dr Muncrief yesterday for a mole removal service. I am so impressed by him and his team and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He was very accommodating and made the whole process a breeze. I was also shocked by how affordable the service was compared to going to a derm or even other med spas in the area. Looking forward to returning for future services!

***update…I went to Cascade not this new named establishment. I was more than halfway through tattoo removal and new ownership took over and the price has sky rocketed and requires me to come back again for a consultation. Feeling very weary, especially this place does not have a social media presence.

Absolutely loved this place! First was very easy to find i was expecting a huge difficult building but location was very easy! I arrived 45min before my apt as i got the time wrong but the women who helped me accommodated me & we got in early which i loved. I had the kybella with Theresa & she was great! She was very friendly and specific on everything i would be going through & what to expect so that was VERY helpful. She answered all of my questions about other services & gave me all of the options and her opinion on what i should go for. The procedure was so fast i was impressed on her skill to be so quick and did i mention she did her best to help with any pain i might have had. All around, great place, great people, great services at a reasonable price. I would def recommend & Ill be back next month for some more add ons! Thanks Theresa for being so great and making my first time so smooth and comfortable.

After a lot of research I decided to try Cascade Medical Spa. I’ve only had 2 treatments but I’ve seen amazing results! Their technology seems superior and they explained everything to me when I went in for my consultation. The clinic is clean and the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable! They even offer a discount when you get two areas treated at once. The feeling is just as they describe it, a little rubber band snap, and nothing compared to waxing. I do plan on going back for as many treatments as I need and even try other areas since I’ve had so much success!Update - 2.4.21: Still amazing results and service! But I wanted to shout out my technician, Charis! She goes above and beyond to give me a great, EFFECTIVE treatment, and I love chatting with her. She makes me feel very comfortable and well taken care of. I highly recommend this place to anyone thinking about laser hair removal!

My first visit for back for continued tattoo removal since after COVID and I seen a different practitioner named Charis. She was SO wonderful and inviting + had really good vibes. She took her time with me and was really professional. I actually liked her more then the other practitioner that I had seen prior. Just a greater experience this time around. Theresa did my microneedling with PRP and I am 3 days post procedure. She was so lovely, informative and accommodating. I can already see a big difference in my skin as it looks smoother and tighter. My face was pretty red after and the next day but it was less than expected. I was able to wear make up on the third day for an event and you couldn’t tell. I am excited about seeing more results and getting it again in six weeks! 10/10 recommend!

Super friendly staff and down to earth! They don’t pressure you into anything and they’re very honest. My first treatment was with Amanda and she was very professional and easy going. She went slow and explained the process as she was doing the laser treatment for my lower back tattoo. Honestly it wasn’t the best feeling but it was tolerable. Amanda took her time and made it a point to take a few breaks in between the appointment so I could relax a little. Having this be a successful first treatment I’m looking forward to the removal process with the professional and super friendly staff.

I was looking for a company to remove three small tattoos on my arms and was excited when a close friend recommended Cascade Medical Spa & Tattoo Removal. Unfortunately, it fell far short of her and my expectations. I had been going in for tattoo removal for several months and on my 5th session I acknowledged to the staff that I wasnt seeing progress and based on others opinions who had had similar treatments, I should have been seeing more progress at this point. The staff were polite enough and referred me to their manager, Amanda. After having a conversation with her, she herself lasered me. At the end of my appointment, she mentioned with surprise that 17 joules were used during my last appt and she only used around 9 joules on me today. She said their laser had not been serviced in a while, insinuating I should start to see better progress from here on out. At this moment in time I could have easily asked for a refund on previous sessions or credits for future sessions, but I kept quiet and looked forward to the concept of finally starting to see results and the removal of my tattoos. After nearly a year to the date (first appointment was 1/25/2022) and 7 sessions in total, I had an appointment scheduled the following day on 1/19/2023, in which I had been waiting 6 weeks for. I received a text the day before my scheduled appt saying they had left a voice message for me, and I wouldnt be allowed into the office until I had spoken to Forrest over the phone. He rapidly left his personal number in which he instructed me to text him first before calling. All very strange.This was unusual as I hadnt received communication like this prior, nor had I worked with this staff member before. I actually thought it may have been a prank call based on the unprofessional nature and tone of the message. I texted the number back and shortly received an incoming call. To my surprise the staff member named Forrest, who apparently oversees scheduling, told me that because I had expressed concerns about the progression previously, they were going to release me from their services, and that I would no longer be welcome to come in to finish my tattoo removal. I was honestly in shock. Not only was the staff member very crass and smug, but prior to the call, I had never been a difficult client by any means. He shut that conversation down, did not care to listen to me, nor did he want my business. which in all is very odd, considering I had been beyond patient, communicative, understanding, and very calm, even as they were sacking me as a patient.Overall, although my progression was non existent at the start, my intentions were to see this treatment through, up until Forrest called me to say in a misogynistic and sarcastic tone, and I quote: You sound like a sweet girl and an upstanding citizen, but you are no longer going to do business with us, there are plenty of other places to go and you are no longer welcome here. I dont normally write reviews, however taking money from me without progression, and firing me without completing the treatment is unheard of. The best word for it isUNPROFESSIONAL.I run my own business and work in an industry that caters to one-on-one personal healthcare and I would never dream of firing a client who is dissatisfied based on a company issue on my end. If anything, had I been in their situation, I would have apologized for the inconvenience caused and credited a couple of free sessions based on the inability of their equipment. Instead I received an unprofessional text message, a belittling conversation with a crass individual, and then told I am not welcome back. Its honestly humorous that Forrest and this company seem to think that they can treat clients in this nature.The best thing this company could do is learn from this experience, understand that in this instance the patient was unfairly treated, and educate Forrest on how to treat patients respectfully. You wouldnt expect to get this treatment and disgraceful customer service in a fast food chain let alone a medical center.

They do great work here at a very reasonable price. The nurses I have worked with have always made me feel comfortable. Its been a terrific experience. I love being able to fix some bad choices from the past. They are super helpful with all sorts of skin care advice and suggestions, as well.

At my first visit they were very informative and very patient to answer all my question as a first time client wanting to know about laser hair removal.They made sure I was comfortable and never pushed on getting any of their services. I just had my first appointment here for masseter Botox injections, and my experience was so positive! Scheduling, consultation, and communication leading up to the appointment were all super easy and everyone I spoke to was really nice.During the actual appointment, Teresa spent so much time talking me through my options and explaining her process. I felt very at ease and confident that I was in good hands. I also wasnt sold anything -- in fact, Teresa explained why I didnt need to do as much as I thought I did, and could still achieve great results while staying on the conservative side. She also left the door open for more touch ups in the near future if I felt I needed them.All in all, my experience here has been wonderful so far and I will definitely be coming back to Teresa for future treatments.

I have gone here for over 3 years now to get a 2 inch long black line tattoo removed, laser and microneedling. They have a very nice staff, although I have seen a fair amount of turn over in the time I have been going.However, it is difficult to get the same person to continue your treatment in my experience so youre always starting over fresh with someone new every few sessions. This changes how your treatment is planned and the price is always a little bit different from person to person.Now they will only allow you to book appointments through their website so you have even less ability to actually meet the same person every time (their schedules are never the same so if you book at the same time and day, no guarantee itll be the same person) so I am moving on to a different clinic, or I guess I will live with my half faded tattoo.

I adore Amanda at Cascade (the whole staff is fantastic, btw). She is not only warm & personable, but also highly informed, educated, scientific and incredible with application and delivering results. Never salesy or pushy. She truly listens to patient/client concerns and forms a treatment plan based on what your concerns are, what she sees, what is possible & what you can afford. I started coming in for tattoo removal for a really tough to treat tattoo (lots of resistant colors) and now get all of my medical esthetic treatments here. I TRUST the staff, which is huge to me. Highly individualized care.

The Dr. and his assistant, Leah, were great! I was really nervous and I have a huge fear of needles! But they made it easy and talked me through everything. They even joked to lighten the mood and distract me, which worked! I had a great experience and will be going back for some other issues I want to take care of. Had my first appointment today with Teresa Le. they were super nice, accommodating, and the procedure was done very quickly. the place is cleaner than some doctors offices i’ve seen. they gave me a stress ball to hold while i got my injections and that helped very much with the pain. they reminded me to breathe as well, and it’s easy to forget when you’re getting a procedure done that you haven’t had before. i will not get my lips done anywhere else. very happy with the results as well.

I received laser hair removal for 30 minutes with Cindy L, who was super awesome! She’s friendly and was very thorough explaining the procedure and walked through all the steps with me.The procedure itself did not hurt at all; it felt like a mosquito bite with every zap. Teresa was great she explained everything that was going to be done even on the day of procedure she explained more as she performed the treatment did not feel embarrassed nor ashamed made me feel like family/friend was very confident in doing my VR! With her I also received Ooh la la shot again was nervous about were i was receiving the shot at but again Teresa made me feel comfortable and confident! I only have one request! That the procedure table be a little more comfortable mabey with leg stirrups but I will be returning...!

So i’ve gone here for a tattoo removal, and the employee that’s helped me both times was so detailed in explaining how the process works from the pain level, to how many sessions i’d need, to how manage the pain after and how the mechanism of action is with the laser treatment. they’re also really nice and easy with conversations and didn’t make me feel dumb for the questions i asked! plus i also love that they take before and after pics to help show you just how much the process affected the fading, because i kept forgetting to take pictures of the process LOL. highly recommend hehe

Cindy is helping me with some tattoo removal. The service is fantastic. Ive had 3 sessions and while it hurts a lot while the laser is on, there is practically zero discomfort afterwards. Id prefer to see results faster (reason for 4 stars instead of 5) but Im confident that in time Cascade will do their best to get my skin back to how Id like it to be. Id recommend them.

Been going here for over a year for ongoing laser hair removal treatments (have kept adding more areas as I go), and most recently added lip filler appts. Reasonably priced, super welcoming, and professional. The whole staff is great- but I especially love Charis for laser hair removal appts and Amanda for lip filler. I was especially nervous about getting lip filler. But, Ive gotten it done twice now and Amanda was able to achieve exactly what I was going for each time. Subtle enhancement & more volume of course, while still maintaining my natural shape (specifically, my cupids bow and proportions between top and bottom lip). Super happy and will 100% stick with this med spa for any future treatments.

I’ve been to this spa twice for a small tattoo removal and both appointments were a breeze. The cost of the service was very reasonable and actually cheaper than what I was expecting. Both technicians were professional, kind, and explained the procedure very thoroughly as well as answered many of my pertinent questions about all the other services I was interested in pursuing. I was VERY pleased with my experience! Dr. Muncrief removed a fairly large and very obvious growth from the side of my nose only a week after my initial consultation. He was friendly, professional, communicated well what the procedure would entail, answered all my questions, and did an excellent job with the procedure itself along with the woman who assisted. I usually feel very nervous and fearful in medical procedures of any kind, but Dr Muncrief and his assistant made me as comfortable as possible and the procedure went quickly and efficiently. Eight weeks later, the follow-up appointment and healing have gone very well and you can barely tell anything was ever there! My husband and I will definitely consider this place if either of us have need of it, and I will highly recommend Cascade to anyone who asks!

I’ve had micro needling and laser hair removal here and it’s been nothing but a good experience! They always respond promptly to my questions before or after treatment. They are super professional and provide free consultations for their services so I felt really comfortable. The facility is nice as well. Highly recommend!

I had 2 moles removed from my face, and I was extremely nervous about scarring. The Dr was very understanding and reassuring. I was there less than 20 minutes and the procedure was painless. Its been less than 2 weeks and I could not be happier with the results. The spots are barely noticeable already! I cant wait to see how it looks in another 6 weeks. I highly recommend this place.

Absolutely loooooove Cascade! I came across them by chance, while looking for local treatments for patterned hair loss and simply chose them based on how close they are to my house. That was a great decision!When I first went for a consult, Amanda was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and there was absolutely no pressure to commit to anything. I have struggled with hair issues since I was a child and I have been so discouraged, thinking I would never see any improvement. Amanda walked me through all the options, explained the whole process, and described the different offerings they had.I have had four PRP hair sessions, a PRP microneedling on my face, and an IPL treatment also on my face because of rosacea and some broken capillaries. I am so, so happy with the results. Ive been seeing Amanda since April 2021 and I get so excited to go in, because I know Ill be seeing some very real results. While Amanda has done all of my treatments, others I have met there have been very nice and accommodating. But I have definitely seen a decrease in hair loss and previously-sleeping hair follicles are finally coming back to life. My rosacea has improved. Thats what I wanted and thats what I got!

I have had a few moles removed and both times I have gone I have had great service. They put my mind at ease and talked me through it. And he took his time to make sure and get the best results. You cannot even tell we’re the moles were to begin with. I have some on my stomach I want to do now because it was painless and great results. I will probably wait since right now not really out swimming. I definitely recommend them!!!

I go to see Amanda for my botox treatments. I saw someone else once at a different office who charged me a ton and didnt get half the results Amanda gets routinely.She is personable and professional and makes me look 10 years younger in 20 minutes.I like my botox to look very natural. I always come out with my wrinkles gone and full facial movement.I had a lip flip done last time I was there, along with my usual treatment of my forehead and eyes, as my upper lip is thinner then when I was in my 20s (turning 40 soon). I was nervous. I wanted to make sure it was very subtle. I didnt want any fillers. I wanted to be able to kiss my boyfriend, drink from a straw etc. Amanda did the perfect job. My lips look plump and full but totally natural. I can kiss my BF, kiss my kids to sleep, smile the same as always and still drink from a straw.I will never change providers. Cascade Med Spa is where I trust.

I went in for a consultation yesterday for IPL laser treatment and microneedling to address concerns with acne scarring and broken capillaries. Amanda was wonderful! She was so kind and very informative. She helped me come up with a skin plan I could afford and would work best with my skin. She also offered advice on how to tweak my at home skin routine. I have wanted to address these concerns for so long and I left the office feeling that my skin goals are finally in reach! I look forward to starting the process towards a more confident me!

This was my first experience at both the Cascade Medical Spa and getting botox. The customer service was top notch! I was given a great education on all things botox and injectables from Theresa and I was in very good hands. The injections only took a few minutes and I had hardly any pain. I even started to see results later that night! Im planning to come back for my next round. Cant recommend them enough!

I just had my first laser tattoo removal session at Cascade Medical Spa. Previously I had received a session at a different clinic in Oregon City, but they did not offer lidocaine injections and the pain was excruciating. I did more research and found Cascade, and Im so glad that I did. Every staff member at this clinic is friendly, compassionate, professional, and performs their duties extremely well.I selected to have lidocaine injections for my tattoo removal, so I arrived half an hour before the laser session to get numbed by a wonderful nurse named Amanda. She thoroughly explained what to expect from the numbing agent, how it would work in my body, and to calm my nerves we talked about Outlander (its a fantastic show, watch it). Then I had my laser removal session with Kortnie, who was very sweet and patient with me. I was really nervous, because the pain can be intense, and I felt slightly light headed when I walked into the laser room.She gave me apple juice and told me to tell her if I needed any breaks. She worked amazingly quickly and coached me on deep breathing to keep me relaxed. It still hurt, but MUCH less than when I did a session without numbing injections. I have several more sessions to go, but I fully trust the good people at Cascade to help me reach my goals. If you are in need of tattoo removal and want professionalism, kindness, and decent prices, this is the place for you.

I’m giving this a 2 star review only due to a certain circumstance I’ve been presented with. I had purchased two syringes of lip fillers. We saved a quarter of the vile for later use. She did an amazing job at making my lips beautiful, but I did want more on the top lip when I came to my second appointment a little over a month later. She told me when I left my first appointment that she was saving the remainder for future use when you come back. I had to reschedule my original appointment because I had something come up. When I came to my appointment she had told me she threw away the remainder of my filler because it went bad after a month. I was shocked. No one told me that it had a month shelf life. Not when I left nor when I rescheduled. This lack of communication has cost me a good chunk of money! Needless to say I feel that as a customer I was not informed properly and I wouldn’t recommend. I would appreciate a follow up with management!

Always highly satisfied with my experiences at Cascade Medical Spa! I have had a total of 4 tattoo removal sessions here and each time I have visited or called, there has never been an issue. Forrest is always making sure his customers are happy. The techs are super friendly, Ive worked with both Kortnie and Martha with my tattoo removal sessions. A HUGE PLUS, Cascade Medical Spa has a laser machine that most spas wont! Its they newest and best equipment offered. I tried a place closer to home and the results are not even close because their technology was a bit older (I live an hour away but its worth the drive).

Incredibly informative. I have never had any kind of work done and they took the time to walk me through all my options, answer any questions I had (even about procedures I didnt want but was curious about), and were able to do a consult and get my work done in the same day.Soft sell, super knowledgeable, 100% would recommend. :)

Just had my first laser tatttoo removal session and I have nothing but great things to say about my experience! When I first reached out online to get more information I received a response so quickly and they were able to get me in within a week despite my tricky schedule! Kortnie did my session and it was clear she was extremely knowledgeable and good at what she did- also she didn’t try to sugar coat the pain level and I appreciate that. Excited for my next session six weeks out! I even scheduled a consultation for lip fillers before I left, yay!

Turns out the procedure is a cinch and only took a few minutes. Wish Id gotten this done years ago! Disclaimer: this is the only tattoo removal business I have experience with......but I have plenty of experiences with other business types, and the courtesy, respect, knowledge, and product that I received was very good.Forest helped me setup the initial appointment.Kortnie , the technician, was very professional and personable. She explained to me in a very matter of fact way about how every thing worked regarding the laser and process. She gave be a squishy ball to squish on while I was being zapped (for pain). She engaged in good conversation with me to help keep my mind of the zapping of my skin.The clinic or zapping area was very nice and clean. The zapping machine is very modern. I noticed results from the first treatment. One tattoo of mine had yellow, and it faded tremendously to the point that its almost gone, and that was the first treatment.The other tattoo I have is all black, it too showed a lot of fading.I did call another removal place before going to Cascade, but they were more of a charity organization, and I wanted a place that would earn my business, and Cascade certainly has. I believe that I made the right choice the first time around and I highly recommend Cascade Tattoo Removal.

I recently had four moles removed, and the whole experience was great. Throughout the process it was clear Dr. Muncrief cares about your comfort and making sure you are informed. The numbing injections work pretty much instantly and I felt no pain whatsoever, even on my ear. Dr. Muncrief took his time to make sure that the results were as ideal aesthetically as possible, and the appointment still concluded in less than his original estimate of an hour. I would definitely get services here again in the future if needed.

I found this place through a Google search for promotions on Botox. Teresa R. was my RN and I couldn’t be happier with the experience she provided. She told me all about current promotions and other services they provide, showed pictures of Before and After of the cellulite treatment that they do and the results were amazing! I know I will be going back for a lot more procedures than just Botox 😊

Naomi is amazing for tattoo removal! She is so knowledgeable about the process, and she is so patient when answering questions. The process is quite painful, I never feel rushed. She is very kind and encourages you to take breaks if needed! However, I find it’s much easier to push through the pain and get it over with. I was very pleased with the healing process. She blows very cold air the entire time she removes, not just before or after. I think it makes a huge difference. I had other spas tell me it would be blistered and look like an open wound. Of course that is always a possibility, but within a few days I felt quite healed and did not blister or peel at all. She sends you home with ice packs and aloe burn gel, which I’ve never had another spa do for me. It’s only been a week and my tattoo already looks very faded, my friends have even commented on how faded it looks and it typically takes weeks to show signs of fading. Highly recommend, she’s the best in the biz! Thanks Naomi.

Last minute decided to splurge and get a spray tan before my vacation. I’ve seen the outside of this place and it looked very professional so I gave them a call.(prefect location right by 24hr gym and nail salon) Diana squeezed me in last min for a spray tan.She is very professional and gave me great details about the spray tan and after care. I have only gotten a few spray tans in my life and right away it looked natural and glowy. Can’t wait to see how it looks next day, but she did it by hand w airbrush. She cares about it being perfect!I would def get other treatments or services here. It was very clean and professional.

I’m just starting my tattoo removal but so far they’ve explained everything very well and been kind and courteous! This is after 1 session and because it is so dark they think it will take 10 to be removed completely!

TLDR, Inconsistent prices and lack of professionalism. Go elsewhere.At first glance this place seems professional. The technicians are very nice. However after enough interactions with the owner its clear how poorly this buisness is run. Ive been charged a different price every time Ive had a session here. One session the owner forgot to book me when a medical professional would be there and I had to have treatment without numbing injections since I didnt find out until I got there and had come from 3 hours away. He barely seemed apologetic and did not offer any compensation for his mistake. The only consistent thing about this place is the owners arrogant attitude. Three sessions were enough for me to seek treatment elsewhere. I now get my treatments at Oregon Aesthetics & Laser Tattoo Remvoal.

PRP Microneedling for Acne scars: I had an amazing experience! I emailed two spas and Cascade was quick to respond and very informative about procedure. I also let them know that I had a budget and they were willing to work with me. I had the procedure done on Sunday and let me tell you Amanda is amazing! She made me feel calm and I am extremely scared of needles, she had soothing calm music playing and even gave me a comfy blanket which made me feel at home. I brought my friend and boyfriend for support and Amanda was talkative which made the whole process fun and quick! She was also very informative and let me know what she was doing every step of the way! I would recommend this place to anyone! I have already recommended this place to about 4 people who saw the video I posted on instagram! Excited for my next two sessions!

I absolutely love this Medspa! The atmosphere is soothing and all of the staff I’ve worked with have been very welcoming and helpful. Forrest has gone above and beyond to create a clean, warm, comfortable environment. I recently had my first medspa procedures done with Teresa, who is an experienced RN. She was a joy to be around and impressively informative and professional. She thoroughly walked me through the process and answered all of my questions. Teresa set me up in a cozy room with a big screen tv and let me pick out movies to watch while I caught up on work emails during my CoolSculpting treatment and Kybella. The time flew by faster than I could get all of my work finished and she had me on my way with minimal pain or discomfort. I can’t wait to go back for another CoolSculpting treatment with her!

To date, Ive consulted the services of six removal clinics and found myself disenchanted by the inordinate expenses charged by each. The utilization of similar technology notwithstanding, nearly all of these locations demanded too much in the way of capital given the amount of work I was requesting. Cascade was the first business to buck this trend, thereby defying my expectations. In no uncertain terms, I will tell you that the quotation was extremely reasonable and consistent with the sort of deal one might be offered by a close friend or family member.As it pertains to the quality of services rendered, Kortnie, my favorite technician, operates with a level of care and dexterity that makes even the most complicated treatment bearable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I had 3 moles removed, a broken blood vessel repaired on my cheek and botox. My broken blood vessel has no signs of being there, was a slightly red a few days then vanished, but it was red before so the redness was really no worse than it was before. I was a little nervous getting my moles removed, especially them being on my face, but the process Dr. Muncrief uses really has great reviews. 2 of the moles were completely healed in 5 days, one was a little bigger and right above my lip so its affected by smiling and talking, and its still healing but almost healed and its only a little over 2 weeks ago, but already a huge improvement and I am very happy with the results. I was pretty nervous, but Dr. Muncrief is really quite funny, has great bedside manner and quickly put me at ease and made it as pleasant as you can expect during a medical procedure. The entire appointment was less than a hour. My only regret is that I didnt do it sooner! Thank you Dr. Muncrief!

Dr. Muncrief and his staff are very professional and they have great bedside manners. I had a small growth removed from my face and a small skin tag on my arm taken off by Dr. Muncrief. I was in and out of the office in 30 mins without any pain and Im completely satisfied with the outcome.

I had my 2nd treatment last Sunday with Janeice, it went as good as the 1st treatment. When I say good, i mean the results from the 1st treatment were amazing, my tattoo was 23+ years old, and the tattoo was almost completely gone, the 2nd treatment looks like it removed the last little bit of color. The process is painful, the paperwork took longer than the treatment!Janeice is an exceptional person, she explained the process, and was so pleasant to, and professional. DO NOT GO HERE. I wish I could give ZERO STARS.I started laser hair removal and went to TWO sessions (total of $180). They were adamant about making sure I came on a regular basis to get my treatments or else all the hair would come back. The DAY of my third scheduled appointment, they called to say their machine was broken. This was already cutting it close to the last day that would be appropriate for getting this third treatment. They told me their machine would be fixed within a few days, and that they would reach out to me when it was fixed.THEY DID NOT CALL ME TO INFORM ME THAT THEIR MACHINE WAS FIXED. I had to reach out to them MULTIPLE times to find out that their machine had been repaired, even though they told me they were going to call me as soon as their machine was fixed. All my hair has grown back, and I wasted $180 and hours of my life. I asked for them to redo my last two sessions, and they told me, “Maybe this isn’t the right clinic for you.” They tried to imply that it was MY fault for not getting in to get my treatment on time and that this just “happens to laser removal machines sometimes”. Terrible customer service and I’m so upset that I ever tried coming here.

Yesterday I had my first PRP microneedling facial. Amanda and Naomi took excellent care of me. I was pretty nervous once I got in the chair but they put me at ease. Very professional, welcoming environment where I feel comfortable and taken care of. Thanks ladies.

Amazing! Have been going here a while for leg laser treatments with Naomi and Kortnie. The staff is lovely, very organized and the laser doesnt hurt much. Its a very professional and clean environment. Dont hesitate to book with them!

While the staff is lovey ( Theresa and Teresa) the outcomes are lacking. By that I mean I’ve not gotten the good results I’ve had elsewhere for services. The Botox didn’t “take” well( poor results) and there is a lump from the filler. I feel they don’t inform clients properly about “side effects” i.e. healing time from procedures such as micro needling . You will be red and bloody for up to a week. Also, disappointed in outcomes.

I absolutely love this place, they have great prices and they are very nice and helpful and explain any questions you might have. Forrest the owner is always quick to respond and goes out of his way to help you out in anyway he can. If you are thinking about joining the military you should definitely contact him because he will totally help you out with tattoo removal. Love this place!
