The best place to come to get rid of your unwanted ink. The process itself is not the most pleasant but the environment & staff always make me feel incredibly comfortable. I love talking to Paige while she’s doing her thing, she always distracts me with great & funny conversations. & Jana is the sweetest. I’ve been coming for probably a year or so for two of my tattoos & they’re fading away beautifully. Super happy with my experience.

I feel so well cared for by Paige and informed about the process of laser tattoo removal. I’ve had great results over the year or so that I’ve been having some of my older tattoos removed to make way for new ones. I love the positive energy of the space and always look forward to my appointments. Also they collect a lot of great stickers from local tattoo artists and it’s always fun to find new places and people to get new tattoos! They rock! :)

I’m a physician so I researched very carefully before deciding where to go to get laser tattoo removal. Removery is the best option in Portland by all metrics. And even better, they’re a national chain. Would recommend them to anyone anywhere in the country looking to remove their tattoos.

After 2 sessions, Ive been really pleased with the results so far. Paige and Jana make the experience comfortable and fun, and I appreciate their attention to detail. Were removing part of my sleeve tattoo and I was really impressed with how precisely they can remove portions of a single piece. Even if youre just thinking about fading, and then reworking an existing tattoo, you should book a consultation!

I really like this place. Paige is amazing at the craft,very patient, and explains things in a great way! Im removing a large chest piece, and they gave me a great price for a full package to complete removal. It is a slow process,but I do see significant fading and breakdown of certain areas of the tattoo after just a couple of sessions. Highly recommend this place!

After multiple consultations at various tattoo removal studios, I easily chose Removery. Paige and Jana are absolutely wonderful. Their energy is amazing and they have actually made the process fun. I was so intimidated of taking the leap into tattoo removal but after my initial consultation with them, I felt confident and excited. Love this place. Im always welcomed with excitement as soon as I walk in the door. The procedure is quick and they do everything they can to minimize the pain...which isnt too bad. Tattoo artist opinion for what that’s worth- I’ve had multiple sessions with Paige at Removery and I’m happy with my choice to go here! I had a consultation at another place that offered other beauty services as well but decided to go to a professional that focuses only on laser removal. I’ve had no negative side effects working on a large, dark, multi-color tattoo. She’s used different lasers/setting for different parts of my tattoo. No burns, oxidization, anything like that. Just fading at a responsible intensity so my skin stays healthy! 😊

Paige and Jana were so wonderful and comforting during the process! Paige took the time to explain what they were doing and created an environment where you could feel comfortable asking for breaks if you needed any. They took care of some tattoos that were burned/damaged at another removal place, and I can already tell the difference in how much less trauma my skin received. I had a lovely experience during my consultation with Jana! I had just gotten a tattoo only 4 days ago and was in a panic about not liking it, hence why I set up this appointment. But Jana was so kind to me in explaining all of the options I had available, and broke down all of the costs in a way that made it really easy to follow.Both Jana and Paiges energies were very welcoming and inviting, so I felt very comfortable the whole time :)I absolutely would recommend this place if youre looking to redo/remove a tattoo! Plus you get a sticker and lollypop so you feel like you did a good job :D

I have quite a few tattoos that need to be removed and I was given a very VERY reasonable price for an unlimited package! Everyone at the portland location have been so amazing!! They definitely care about what theyre doing and about the comfort of their patients, theyve been patient with me needing to do multiple appointments for each chunk and take extreme care that I can handle everything! Ive been zapped once so far but Im already seeing mild results which is amazing since laser takes a very long time, but the techs definitely know how to operate their machines and its already taken a lot of stress off me just seeing the tattoos fading slightly. I cant recommend removery enough and HIGHLY recommend the portland location!!

They have made my tattoo removal experience a lot less painful just by being so chill and friendly. They are forgiving if you have to reschedule a lot (which I have had to do), they are so accommodating and responsive. Whenever I’ve had questions about the healing process I just send a text and they reply quickly with detailed advice and encouragement. They are extremely knowledgeable about the services they provide and patiently answer any and all questions. They are discreet and respectful. I can’t say enough great things! They really cover all the bases anyone could expect from a place of business and are willing to go the extra mile. Highly recommend!

I’m still in the process of my removal process, however yesterday I had my first appointment, and I cannot stress enough how wonderful my experience was. Not only was I given all the information on the removal process, but details on how it works. Once we went over all of the details of the removal and the process was explained to me, they were able to fit me in same day for My first appointment! The procedure itself was slightly uncomfortable, but not unbearable, and not as bad as I thought. {Honestly I was slightly nervous about the pain level, but they did a really good job of reassuring me beforehand, so I was confident going in:)}. I felt that the pricing was reasonable given the service I received-it wasn’t cheap but Removery offers multiple payment options, and they are very helpful in finding a payment option that works for you. I didn’t feel like I was being lied to or mislead by their pricing, and I’m so happy I chose Removery, and I can’t wait for the finished product:)!

Removery is the only place to go. They have the new PICO laser so less treatments. Beautiful clean and welcoming facility, easy free street parking. Also they are flexible with schedule changes if you let them know an hour or 2 before your appointment. Page is EXTREMELY GREAT, fast and professional. I have a big and ugly tattoo on my side and seeing amazing results each time.I read the reviews of all the other places in Portland and it sounded like so much drama and not professional. Removery also has facilities in other states if you move. I would not go anywhere else for my tattoo removal in Portland. If I could give more stars I would. Great job!

I just moved back to Oregon and am looking for a place to pick up my tattoo removal process, that I already started in another state. I want to mention, I am not familiar with the market prices for tattoo removal here. This place very well may be right in the ball park of the average prices. Anyway, I went in for a free consultation. The prices here are double what I have been paying, so I am going to shop around a little. However, I will say the customer service that I got was phenomenal. Both of the employees who were there were extremely nice. The one I did the consult with was so sweet and answered all of my questions with clarity. If after shopping around, all the prices are close to the same. I will definitely be coming back to this place because the customer service was so amazing.

I scheduled a free consultation for tattoo removal. When I arrived Paige and Jana greeted me and introduced themselves with excitement and pleasure. Getting laser removal on a few scattered tattoos of a few decades. The Removery has been great so far. I am a tattoo artist. I appreciate that the staff are thorough and educated about how their equipment and techniques work as well as having a clean space.They had good aftercare information and answered questions for me about spectrum of experience for melanated clients. The laser technicians are genuinely passionate about their field and tattooed themselves. So it doesn’t have judgmental branding and advertising inside.My skin tends to be sensitive and initial inflammatory responses are strong for me. The laser has not caused any superficial welting or fluids and has been extremely low maintenance to care for following session times. The Removery also offers removal on the head neck hands and face for free if you inquire.I was at the Williams location. The appointments are only about 15 minutes long and you can pop over to Coco Donuts or Ding Tea across the street to make the most of your parking space.

Yesterday I made a super spontaneous decision to finally call about removing a face tattoo i’ve had for roughly 5 years! Thanks to the kindness from the individual on the phone I was instantly convinced and went in that same day for a consultation! After arriving both of the people working made me feel super comfy (Jana and Paige). After about 15 min, maybe less, they told me we get get the procedure done that same day in a single session! Within the span of 3-4 hours I was able to call, book a consultation, and get my tattoo removed! My entire experience was super relaxed and informative, which is everything I could’ve hoped for. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who has been eager and nervous about removing a tattoo!!

I had my first tattoo removal appointment last weekend to remove two small hand tattoos as well as the remaining green and yellow ink on an old leg tattoo that had been treated 12 or so times before (at a different business). The Removery office is easy to find, immaculate and welcoming. Jana and Paige were so kind, fun, honest about what my expectations should be, and competent in their respective roles. Also, there was no uncomfortable sales approach which I really appreciate. I decided to purchase a package of three sessions and I’m already seeing results even though I’m still in the healing process. Highly recommend!

Paige and Jana are the absolute BEST! I came to this location after a couple of sessions back in NY, and this experience was so much more fun! The facility was super clean, but the best part by far were the staff. Paige used different laser settings for the different colors I am having removed, whereas at the other location they just used one setting. Both Paige and Jana made me feel comfortable and taken care of while also providing lots of laughter. 10/10 would recommend!

I started getting my tattoo removal on the East Coast; however, I ended up having to move out West on short notice. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they have recently opened up locations out here too, and that I didnt have to purchase another set of tattoo removal treatments elsewhere.The transition between their locations was seamless and their staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.I wish they had a location in Seattle (apparently there are plans to open up one closer to there soon), but it is still 100% worth the drive for the quality of experience they provide.

I’ve had two removal sessions at Removery Portland. When I came into the shop, Paige and Jana were very nice and easy to talk with. Paige is very skilled remover. I personally like that she gives you a “ 3-2-1” before the laser hits so you’re ready. I travel between shops and she personally knows the SLC removers and is happy to send detailed notes to them before my appointment. These just a few examples of many. She combines talent with professionalism and clearly cares about theprocess. Would most definitely recommend Removery in Portland.

I have 3 L-XL tattoos I’ve wanted removed for years and never thought I would be able to afford it or that it would even be possible to completely remove them, leaving me needing to get even larger coverups. (Which I really didn’t want.) I found Removery online and I felt like they had the best technology in the area so I booked a consultation, and had my first treatment the same day. Once you meet Paige and Jana, you’ll understand why it was such an easy decision-they really have the best energy and make you feel so comfortable! I’ve already seen significant fading on my quarter sleeve after one treatment! This journey is definitely not for the faint of heart but once you start seeing results, you’ll wish you would’ve found this place sooner!

This place is like a magic eraser! I didn’t do the full brow removal treatment yet but we did a simple brow test to remove a bit to see what the reaction will be and let me TELL YOU world! This place is legit!We made a follow up cause it’s going to happe. The results was there and I couldn’t deny it!I’ve been wanting my old microblade ink removed so I can start over with a nano! Now I’m very hopeful I’m gonna get the brows I’ve always wanted!!!!Place is beyond cleans and the best humans work there as well! Very informative and easy!

The consult was easy - Hannah was very informative and made sure I asked any and all questions, she was very knowledgeable and friendly. Paige did my treatment and she explained every step and made sure I was comfortable. The laser treatment wasn’t as painful as I was expecting - ice was applied prior to the treatment and Paige did one laser pulse before continuing to make sure it wasn’t too painful. I have a very small tattoo I want removed (1”x1”) and the actual laser treatment only lasted about 20 seconds. So excited to see the results after a few more sessions!

Paige was excellent, very helpful, friendly and professional. I had my first two treatments at a Removery in Australia, and that was pretty good, but my treatment in Portland was next level and took less than half the time!!! Paige really seemed to know the equipment and procedure well and was able to get the job done efficiently which saved me a lot of discomfort and time! I was very impressed, and the tattoos are fading rapidly! Im happy to have the rest of my treatments with them.

I had contemplated removing my tattoos for years. The technology wasn’t always what it is now. The amazing staff at Removery in Portland were not only SUPER friendly, they were exceedingly knowledgeable and also sensitive to why I want to remove these tats. I had my first treatment today and I can tell you, the process is so fast! I was shocked. It doesn’t tickle but it was far easier than sitting in a chair for hours when I had the tats applied. I look forward to the day when I no longer feel self conscious about decisions I made 20 years ago when I was a different person. I have to say that my entire experience was amazing. Page[sp?] was wonderful. She was very informative and thoroughly explained procedure. She told me what to expect every step of the way. She reiterated that everyone’s body is different and every tattoo artist may have different methods and may use different inks; and because of this each outcome can be different. It is not an exact science. However, as it turns out, I couldn’t have had a better result! Page’s work was flawless. I would highlyrecommend Removery in general and Page, specifically!!!

Paige and Hannah are friendly, professional, and wonderful to work with. As a tattoo artist, I sometimes refer clients for laser removal before beginning a cover-up project, so I wanted to check out the process for myself so I could be more informed and helpful to my clients. Removery PDX has a lot of helpful info on their website, and scheduling was really easy. When I arrived for my consultation Paige explained the process to me, showed me the treatment room, explained how the laser works, and went over my goals for treatment. The studio is clean and professional, and my first session was quick and easy. The next day, Hannah followed up to make sure everything was going smoothly and to see if I had any questions. Im happy to have a place I can personally refer clients to when they have a tricky cover-up that would benefit from laser treatments, or when a cover-up isnt the right solution.

These folks are the best! I just had my third session on a fairly new tattoo and it’s already fading noticeably. My favorite thing is that the appointments are so quick and everyone is really friendly, which makes the zap of the laser feel like it hurts a little less.

I had a consult and my first laser appointment here, and it was excellent! I booked my appointment online and they got back to me really quickly. Paige and Hannah were really friendly and professional, they went over all the information with me thoroughly. I have a tattoo that is about palm sized and it took less than 5 minutes for the first treatment, and was a lot less painful than I was expecting. Highly recommend.

I was a little bit late to my appointment, but Hannah was very courteous and understanding. I had my consult and all my questions and concerns were addressed. Luckily for me, I was able to have the procedure done right after the consult! It didnt hurt nearly as bad as I expected and my 4x4 tattoo took about 2 or 3 minutes to treat. Paige, who actually performed the removal, was super awesome. I hope to not need another removal in the future, but Ill definitely direct those I know that are considering it to check out Removery!

I have been going to see Paige and Hannah at Removery in Portland for this past year and cannot express enough how much I love them. They are both amazing and so accommodating. I’m so glad Removery opened a location in Portland! I bought my unlimited package while living on the east coast and have moved twice since. It’s so nice to have a package that transfers between locations. Paige at the N. Williams location was great and the office is new and very nice. I look forward returning in June for my next appointment.

Since the start of my tattoo removal journey, I havent felt anything less than supported by the amazing team at Removery on Williams. I had an extremely thorough initial consultation with Hannah who answered all questions I had (even if I asked the same question multiple times lol). And now have sat through two sessions with the incredible Paige who makes getting zapped not so bad (Id say pain level 3/10, and I dont have that high of a pain tolerance). Hannah and Paige are a warm and welcoming team who make you feel less alone in a process that can be quite daunting. I feel confident in my decision choosing Removery, not just becuase of the incredible staff but for the package deals and pre/post client checkins.

I was very nervous about starting the process of tattoo removal. Removery made the whole process very easy! Hannah is who I talked to for the free consultation, she sent me a message after the first session asking me how the healing is going and if I had any questions. The tattoos I was having removed are 2 small (less than a square inch) stick and poke with India ink. Took about 30 seconds per tattoo. I personally thought that it was going to hurt, but it did not hurt. On the website it said similar to a rubber band snapping on your skin, it was less than that. The lady lasering off my tattoos first iced the tattoos for a few minutes, during the procedure they had a machine blasting cold air on the effected area. The cold air definitely seemed to have a sort of numbing effect as well. Definitely use baby sunscreen with zinc oxide in it after the process it will help protect your skin. I can already see the progress of ink starting to break down after the first treatment, its only been 2 days so far! Highly recommend this facility for tattoo removal! Very professional, kind staff, clean facility, financing options available! My experience at Removery was very positive. I went to get rid of a blow out that had occurred on a tattoo I had gotten a year and a half ago. I was talked through every step of the process before it started. The process itself was under a minute. The employees were informative and followed up the next day. I had a really great experience at the Portland Removery. This is the third Removery Ive been to and the service is always impeccable. This shop has very knowledgeable technicians and it was surprisingly quick! Im having a half sleeve removed and previous sessions have taken way longer before, so I was really happy that it was done so fast. Its a few days post-lasering and I’ve had no negative reactions to the procedure at all. So overall, very very happy with my experience at this location (also soooo thankful that they finally opened a Removery in the PNW)

Several years ago, while walking around NW Portland, I stumbled upon a tattoo shop and thought it would be a great idea to get a spur of the moment tattoo. The artist helped me find a beautiful and meaningful design and I got my ink that day. What could go wrong with a Hindi piece? Fast forward a few months, my physician (who is from India) looked at my tattoo and asked why I had THAT put on my arm! What I thought mean HOPE actually meant WELL BEHAVED HAT or something similar. She photographed my tattoo and sent it to her friends and family while I died on the inside. I completely deserved the ridicule! Ever since that day I’ve hated the disaster on my left arm. I’ve been dreaming of the day I could have it removed. That day was today! I had my consultation at the North Portland shop and was able to start my removal process immediately! The staff was professional, informative and amazing all at the same time! The first session was fast and relatively painless. The laser reminded me of being pinched but it was not nearly as bad as I anticipated. It’s been about 5 hours since I walked out and it feels like a very minor sunburn—just a little warm to the touch but not painful at all. Some areas a red and slightly swollen but again, it’s not painful. I can touch my arm and it doesn’t hurt. If you are considering tattoo removal, RUN to Removery and let the experts help you out!

Super clean new studio! I actually usually go to the Salt Lake location but have been living in Seattle for temp contract work. I unfortunately had to miss an appointment in SL but made an impulsive trip out to Portland on my days off. Saw they had a Removery location here, called and booked an appointment the next day!
