25/10!! Sarah is so professional and welcoming. I was so comforted by her expertise. This was my first tattoo removal experience. My tattoo covers a large area of my leg and had significant ink drift. It looked like it had a permanent halo bruise, as you can see. It was really distressing. I am so grateful that a friend sent me Sarahs way because I had not even imagined there was a real solution. She does such a good job of explaining what shes doing as she moves through the session. Sarah Inloes has been great, its always a joy to see her. I initially started seeing her for a large tattoo removal and ended up booking my first appointment at our consultation. I came to Sarah literally crying and she gave me advice and consultation, and gave me a step by step plan to fix me up - and it worked.Sarah has a deep knowledge of the services that she offers and will give you straight advice about what services will meet your goals. She takes a cautious approach to treatments to and wants to see how your skin reacts to one treatment before doing another right away. She is also serious about aftercare and general skin care (sunblock always!) and will give you careful instructions for after.They are really professional and responsive. Its an inclusive and welcoming environment. I love that Alt Spa thing ~ the decor and aesthetic in the place is rad. (Not your white walled colorless spa.)Services Ive done: Microdermabrasion (which I personally love love love) and Chemical peel services as well as working on tattoo removals.About tattoo removal: Just generally know that removing a tattoo is a commitment that takes time. Dont expect to go a couple times and be done. (So dont get upset with them if its not gone in a few sessions.) And yes, its hurts. Theres no way around it. Sarah makes you comfortable and gives you an ice pack after.

Had the best experience for tattoo removal today at Take it off. I had previously gotten tattoo removal services at another place in Salem, OR but wanted to try somewhere new. I am SO glad I found Take it off. I didn’t realize how uninformed I was about this service until I started talking with Sally and Sarah today. They are incredibly knowledgeable with this stuff. The previous place gave me inaccurate after care instructions (or lack their of) and left out so much helpful information that is needed when going through a tattoo removal. They are well worth the hour drive. I can’t wait to keep seeing them!

Sarah is so kind and knowledgeable, I feel so grateful that I found her for tattoo removal and RF Microneedling. Her consultations are thorough and very educational and her treatment s are amazing. She goes through each step and tells you what will happen next. I have a emotionally traumatic tattoo I am getting removed and we took plenty of breaks and I ugly cried through the whole thing. My Microneedling was very comfortable, with plenty of check-ins as well and an overall great experience. If my body could heal faster I would sign up to get more things done ha ha but- I was warned of how long each treatment needs in between. Sarah is an overall wonderful human as well as being very wise, educated, a great teacher and amazing esthetician. She definitely earned Portlands best.

She is taking off a tattoo that covers ~40% of my back- I was nervous about the cost, the efficacy, and the pain and Christine addressed all of that (and more) and put my mind at ease. She is so knowledgeable about the process and super assuring post-procedure. She is also so empathetic and perceptive - she picked up on my anxiety before the session and was flexible with time so that I could be a bit more numb before starting. Also checking in during the lasering to see if I was doing okay. Appreciate her so much and would highly recommend!

The owner is SO kind and she saved my eyebrows. Literally my 5-year old microblading was grey and I did saline removal in the past which did absolutely nothing. After one session of laser they look sooooo much better and are pretty much gone. Will probably need one more for them to completely disappear. Apparently they even have intimate lightening treatments ~ totally down! Esp cause this place does not make you feel awkward and its super chill. So glad I found this place :) xx

I recently had a cat eye fibroblast done with Sarah and I am beyond thrilled with my results. I’ve only been healing for about 3 weeks and I can see a considerable difference with the tightness of my skin. My crows feet are practically gone, the skin under my eyes is tight and less dark, and I wake up looking fresh. I even look fresh at the end of the day when I’m sleepy. I feel so confident that I don’t feel the need for makeup. Sarah was super knowledgeable and informative about the procedure and a pleasure to spend time with. She made me feel comfortable and safe. I highly recommend Take It Off to anyone who will let me sing their praises.I’ve had several tattoo removal sessions with Sarah. What was once a huge black tattoo is so faded that I can see my skin tone, freckles and all, beneath what looks like nothing more than a watermark. It’s barely even visible in photos anymore! I know I’ll need more treatments to reach my goal, but I’ve had to put them on hold since having a baby.In the meantime, I still visit regularly for facial treatments to keep my skin glowing and happy. Sarah is always mindful of the ingredients in her products to give me pregnancy/ breastfeeding safe treatments and be gentle with my skin.I used to get deep, painful cysts that would last for months before healing, but since I started getting regular facials from Sarah, and using the products she recommends at home, they’ve cleared up and not returned. Not to mention my skin is more balanced and looks more youthful!Finally, Take It Off is where I go for tiny vacations from the world. It’s more affordable than a real vacation, and I can get in for a treatment and back out in plenty of time to keep the baby and babysitter happy.

Sarah was extremely professional and wonderful to work with. She described the sensation and what to expect pretty much perfectly, there were no real surprises. I found it to be mildly uncomfortable but at no point intolerable. Her use of the cryotherapy in conjunction with the laser was very helpful to lessen any pain as far as I could tell. Basically she said if there was ever a point that I needed a pause I could ask for it; I never felt it necessary. I would say if she kept going over the same spot it would likely have warranted breaks but because she kept the laser moving on my tattoo the whole time no single point was overly painful or worn out by it so it was pretty easy to go all the way to the session end without one. Very satisfied!

Extremely belated review!I saw Sarah in July for a facial and dermaplaning and lemme tell you, I left with a brand new face. I had just moved and hadn’t had a facial in months (my fellow skincare stans know the process of finding all new beauty service people) so my skin was definitely congested and a little dull.I left glowing (beaming really) like a happy glazed doughnut! Sarah has great “bedside manner” and is very professional and knowledgeable. She took extra time to explain radio frequency Microneedling in great detail and realistic results to expect. I will definitely return. Highly recommend!

This place is incredible! I’m so lucky to have found Sarah after a poor micro blading procedure. I was so devastated when I came here. Sarah reassured me we could correct the issue and after three procedures the ink is nearly gone. I like Sarah so much I’ve started having her do dermabrasion and the results are amazing. I am SO grateful to have discovered Take it Off PDX. I dont have tattoos, but I have been seeing the owner, Sarah, for facials and she is INCREDIBLE. The atmosphere is welcoming and laid back, and I feel like I can be myself and be accepted in this space. Sarah has tools to make us bigger mamas feel more comfortable on her table, and robes that ACTUALLY COVER MY BODY! WOOOO!! I will never leave Sarah now that I have found her, but honestly, I would go to anyone at Take it Off and feel confident that I would be getting the best aesthetic services in PDX.

I can’t begin to say how awesome they are here to start holly who did my procedure was nothing but helpful and answered every single question I had without making me feel like I was annoying her. I had only came in for a consultation and she got me in that day and made me feel not a single bit rushed at all, she explained in detail of how the laser treatment works and made sure I was completely comfortable before starting she was absolutely wonderful and definitely made a painful process more enjoyable just chatting with her while she was doing it. Today I just was having a rough day looking at how long possibly the removal could take due to the reason I’m needing the tattoos removed in a time a frame. Sarah the owner I believe picked up my call and took the time just to hear me vent about my concern and worried about how I was feeling about the removal with the longer time frame then I was hoping to have , she assured me her and husband would be there to help in anyway they could to help the process for me and just really made my day do a complete turn around after speaking with her for 15-20 minutes. I’ve been to several places for tattoos and had laser done on another tattoo back in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania no business I have been to in my life can compare to the customer service I received today seriously go here if your looking for tattoo removal

Kortnie does a great job explaining the tattoo removal process and making sure you know what to expect, both with the laser treatments themselves and with aftercare.Pricing is transparent, the facilities are clean, and while tattoo removal will never be comfortable, the staff takes care to make it as comfortable as possible.

This establishment is very knowledgeable and provides a safe space (which is very important to me). She is receiving some hate from close minded, disrespectful, ignorant people and they’re trying to 1 star her business for not agreeing with her (open and correct) views. I don’t think her or her business deserves the backlash she’s getting from this idiotic crowd. So, don’t be alarmed, this business is safe + worth checking out
