Came to Mi Bella for some freshing up after twelve years. Neal matched my colors perfectly, I love the art this man creates. Hes awesome to work with, very professional. I came to here twelve years ago for my first tat. Loved his work then, love it more now. Thanks Neal for the great work.

Neil is an amazing artist. He is honest! His prices are super fair. He know his stuff when it comes to creating a great custom tattoo. Very clean and percise when it come to customer safety in his preparations.I just received my 4th tattoo and I am so blown away with the out come. He portaited her eyes on my leg. It is spot on. I am terrmendously happy with the out come of my tattoo.
