Brynn is quite literally one of my favorite people I’ve ever met. And it just so happens she is an amazing tattoo artist as well! Worked with her on a sleeve for the last 6 years and it came out better than I ever imagined it would. She is so warm and friendly, and makes you feel comfortable and safe in her space. Not to mention her studio is adorable AND she provides snacks and drinks!! I cannot recommend her enough!!

Brynn deserves a 10-star review, but Google doesnt go that high! If you despise the toxic masculinity, macho-man vibes at other tattoo shops, Nice Time Tattoo is the breath of fresh air that youve been looking for. The space is so comfortable, both from Brynns willingness to accommodate and the small, private, well-decorated space her and the other tattoo artist have cultivated. She has been doing this for years and it is evident in her work and her art. I had a somewhat faded tattoo that was 15+ years old that I was no longer happy with, especially given that I needed surgery in the area and had a nice new scar that messed up the otherwise symmetrical piece. I was at a loss of what to do and hated even wearing any clothing that showed the piece, until I reached out to Brynn and was met with SO MUCH EXCITEMENT and booked an appointment the next year (theres a wait because shes incredible and its so worth it). She had me go through a round of laser removal on the darker parts to give us more options and, while that part sucks, it did help in the cover-up. I was worried about how limited the design process might be, given the situation with the old tattoo/scar, so when we initially met, I gave her a list of elements to incorporate, but refrained from getting too specific, and let her cook. She took what I gave her and made a 10-course, Michelin star meal of a tattoo! I nearly cried when she showed me the new design and, even without color and the old tattoo in the background, it already looks fantastic. I will update pictures here as the process continues, but even after just the outline I feel so much better about my piece. It was clear in her design that, while I threw SO much at her, she really listened to why I loved the tattoo originally and what I loved about it and only included elements that represented that love. I literally saw the tattoo that morning and was moving forward with it less than an hour later, though Brynn let me know that we can change anything in the design and even re-do it completely if needed until Im happy with it. Luckily, she is an incredibly talented artist and nailed it the first time. Her love of video games and anime and all things cute and nerdy is immensely helpful, as she has references to help get your ideas out of your head and into your skin, but even her non-nerdy stuff is impeccable. If youve made it this far in my novel and youre looking for a safe space to get tattooed, stop here and email Brynn! Even if youve got a weird, scarred, faded, sad thing like I did, shes got your back through every part of the process.

Brynn is beyond talented, and beyond cool! So stoked to have another piece of hers! Brynn executed my idea flawlessly- I knew shed be the one to help me immortalize my beloved cats. She added details I would have never thought of, and just took so much care into making such a beautiful piece. Plus, her space is so inviting and so fun! Brynn is one of the nicest and sweetest people you could get tattooed by. She checks in with you on pain or needing a break, provides awesome snacks, and just has the cutest studio and designs! I had one of my best tattoo experiences with Brynn and I think the reason why boils down to three things: (1) her shop feels very chill and safe. This is partially her non-pretentious vibe but also her space is very private - no one will be walking in off the street to interrupt your session. (2) Brynns pressure is very comfortable. This may be due to the rotary tattoo machine she uses (my first time getting tattooed by one of these) but it didn’t feel like she was totally dragging my skin the entire time. Most of my tattoo was minimal pain! (3) Brynn is very receptive to ideas and it is obvious she has a niche specialty that people love. I would 100% see her again and know that she will be just as excited about my tattoo as I am!

Brynn is absolutely amazing! She is phenomenally talented and a wonderful human being. This is my second tattoo I’ve gotten from her and I can’t recommend her enough!

I simply cannot rate Nice Time Tattoo highly enough! This shop provides the best tattoo experience you could ask for. I have been lucky enough to get three tattoos between Brynn and Stephanie respectively, and I can honestly say that they’re the only artists I will ever trust to make my visions a reality. They’re not only amazing tattoo artists (see photos of latest Simpsons tattoo by Brynn for further confirmation, which she made a masterpiece from only minimal description from me), but they’re also so easy to get along with. It’s evident throughout the entire process that they care about you getting (and keeping) exactly the tattoo that you want, and making the experience as pleasant as possible. You’ll listen to some superb tunes while having a fun and laugh-filled conversation. To sum it up: They completely deliver on the name! You’ll have a nice time while you get the tattoo you want.

My daughter and I had the absolute pleasure of being worked on by Brynn, who gave us the best tattooing experience possible. This was my fifth tattoo and my daughters second, and it was my best experience to date. My daughter and I got corresponding tattoos that we wanted to get done together, and Brynn booked the studio for us for the day so it was just us 3 girls gabbing and connecting over the things we love, and it was just truly magical. This was my first tattoo and pretty nervous since Im not the biggest fan of needles. From the start, Brynn made me feel comfortable and at ease and Im in awe of her.Her well-detailed website explains every part of the process from submitting a request for booking to safety and after-care. Meeting Brynn in person only made the process more enjoyable. Her bubbly personality, calm demeanor, and the feeling of being at home made this experience so enjoyable. To add, Brynn is committed to health and safety and it shows in everything she does. I have been going to Brynn for about 10 yrs and l have 7 tattoos by her. She has a new, private shop now in the Pearl and I love it! Shes not an aggressive tattooer (like some Ive been to) and she is so personable and fun to talk to that l almost forget about the pain...almost! Lol.

I just had my first of two sessions done with Brynn and it was wonderful! She is so nice and made me feel 100% comfortable the whole time I was there. She is so, so talented and her work is absolutely beautiful. My tattoo is everything I hoped it would be and more!

Not only is Brynn a super talented artist especially her bright and vibrant colors. Brynn also makes very body type feel comfortable and is an extremely safe space for the LGBT community. During your tattoo you can expect great conversation, small snacks/beverages if you wish and because she has her own private studio you know you won’t be getting interrupted by other clients/walk in’s/looky- loo’s . Brynn is a complete professional. She gives detailed instructions on what to expect before your tattoo and she provides excellent aftercare instructions. She even offers “touch ups” as needed (I’ve never needed any) for up to a year after your tattoo. I’ve been going to Brynn for years and will continue to go to her for all my future work.

I waited for years to get tattoos done and a significant portion of why was wanting to find an artist that I trusted to do the work with integrity and consideration.
