Dont let the outside and parking scare you off. The shop is clean and they are very careful to follow all of the rules. When we got to the piercing she was fast and did a great job. The shop has alot of good options.

I was a little skeptical before going inside but was very happy! Many of my friends have gone here and loved it. All employees were super nice and helpful. Shop is super nice and professional. There is a huge selection of jewelry and amazing pricing. I had an awesome piercing experience with Kiwi and will definitely be back! Definitely recommend!

I have mixed feelings about this place.Shop is clean, lots of jewelry selection… the location is kind of in a weird place but I got both my ears’ cartilage pierced back in February because of the specials they were running, one healed just fine, one ear still has keloids 6 months later. I even went back 2 months ago to get their opinions on what to do moving forward because I’ve never had issues with piercings before, I followed all the cleaning instructions to a T (even more so) and I politely and calmly waited over an hour and a half just to ask questions (which is fine, I didn’t want to take time away from someone else) just to find out the owner and I think, only piercer there, decided to take a lunch break and not tell anyone and made about a dozen people wait an extra hour. Numerous people kept asking why the wait and all the employees could say was “sorry”. One even said “I’m not sure what is going on”. Finally my turn came around and I was pulled into a side room with another employee so she could take photos and videos of my ear while comments like “we’re going to take photos for our ‘what NOT to do’ section of our website and portfolio” were made. I already felt a little embarrassed that I might have been doing something wrong and then to hear snide comments like that wasn’t needed. The owner cleaned my ear and basically said “keep following the cleaning instructions” and that was that. What was funny was he kept saying “whomever pierced your ears didn’t do this one at the right angle and this other one should’ve been a little higher…” when HE was in fact the one that pierced them!2 months later I still have keloids on one ear and after going to 2 other piercers for opinions, both basically said that because of the jewelry I picked (a simple ring/hoop) that that was why it wasn’t healing properly, that a stud should have been used, and that neither of them let customers do rings/hoops for cartilage piercings until after they’re fully healed, something I wondered if this place should abide by instead of letting people pick whatever they want?Overall I didn’t have a horrible experience by any means but there were definitely a few things that could have been better and were lacking, especially the treatment of return customers. The place gives kind of a weird vibe but if you need to buy jewelry or just want your basic experience, this place does the job.

Never Ever Again! If you have nothing but time on your hands and want cheap prices this is your place!5 hours later, which was a complete joke for one piercing.I took my stepdaughter. You check in at the door, lady put us on list. I asked how long an hour? she replied probably less then that. They called her at 2 hours to come inside. We thought we were getting somewhere but nope that was just to fill out paperwork, and take payment then back out of the building. At 4 hours I went to the door to ask for an amount of time. I mean I was committed at this point we had already wasted most of our day they said it shouldnot be much longer, wouldnt let me use their restroom since I wasnt getting the piercing but technically I made the purchase, they did accept my card for payment.... and then they didnt call until 8pm which is when they close and said they tried an hour prior but had the wrong number. How did they have the wrong number if they called earlier for the paperwork, and then just called to come in at the time they were closing. They double charged her she wanted spikes for an old piercing and they gave her balls and made her pay again for the spikes. They should definitely have a better system of running a very busy business. They should be honest about the wait times.They shouldnt try to take advantage of shy teens double charges. Better communication!

I saw some bad reviews on reddit and wanted to post my own experience. I thought it was great!! I got my snakebites there and the piercer got them perfectly even😁. The room was very clean, the selection was great, the price is AMAZING, and they healed perfectly with zero problems. Dont believe the bad reviews. I know plenty of people who have gone there and have never heard a single complaint.

I got my rook piercing done here and paid an extra $30 for gold jewelry that was barely gold and super dull. After less than one day the bottom ball on the piercing came off but I couldn’t go back because I came from out of town. I figured the top one would hopefully keep it secured until I could change it out. It was healing really well until now about one month later the top ball fell out and I had to shove the bar back in. I am disappointed that the piercer did not secure the jewelry properly and even though the price is good I probably would not recommend given the jewelry was not secure and fell out.

I have had a few questionable experiences here now but since not being here for a few years I will say they have revamped the inside a lot. However, they have hiked the prices significantly while maintaining low quality jewelry, the wait time is insane, they do not have an operating phone number incase of emergency, which means if you do have an issue with your piercing you will be going in person and possibly be waiting up to 6 hours to be seen. I recently got a double forward facing helix and the bars were much too short and the top piercing was done crooked. By day five both piercings were sinking deep into my skin causing abrasions and leakage and if you’ve ever experienced this you’ll know removal is one of the most painful things you’ll experiences in your life. I had to get two removals and both pieces of jewelry bent during the process of being removed. 2 for 25$ sounds like a good deal but when you do the math including the prices of their low quality jewelry you’d realize you can go somewhere else with less wait time, higher quality jewelry, better customer service and get a piercing that is done well for the same amount.(The male receptionist literally asked every single black women who entered the building if her hair was real etc. 😏)Update: my antitragus developed a huge blood bubble on the inside of my ear and I had to remove the Jewlery

I got my piercing done here. I have had 2 very different experiences here. I went there alone to get a piercing done and had no problems, the guy even said that he could remark 100 times where I want it pierced and that he works for me. Having that experience I took my girlfriend to get a piercing the next week and had a complete lack of respect given to my girlfriend, saying Im here to take charge... (not the same I work for you attitude). He was insistent on having her bring her shirt higher then necessary and even told her to pull her pants down to the point she was distressed and felt bullied and creeped on. I would not recommend this shop for anyone wanting to get professional service. Hes not nice to women, Honestly dont go here.

I would not recommend getting pierced here. My friend got her naval pierced by the owner and he made her very uncomfortable. He was rude and disrespectful and asked her to pull her pants lower and her shirt higher to an unnecessary point.It was a terrible experience I dont even know how this guy is licensed.Save your money and go somewhere elseEDIT/RESPONSE:Your response to my valid concern with your practice is proof enough that you should reconsider how you run your business. Also I dont need to be in the room for her to relay her experience with me and the fact that you only deny my being there and not the actual harassment is very telling.Keep your legal team to yourself and own up to your actions

Im extremely happy with my decision to go to Paramount for my piercings. Kiwi did an incredible job on all five of them! Wendy and Arya were very welcoming and supportive. Raiza and Unah provided me with valuable information about the various types of jewelry and aftercare products. I would highly recommend Paramount to anyone looking for great staff and services.

Look had a keloid both sides of upper ear after piercings from here got infected . Not saying it was their fault compleately but when my nurse said they had the same issue and went here as well I got a little uneasy , she caught hers early but I had to have surgery.

Just went yesterday to get 3 piercings done. Ive been going to paramount for a few years now for piercings and I always recommend them to friends. They have super great deals on piercings and experienced staff I can trust coming to. Ive had my septum, nose, helix, nipples, all done here and never had any problems. The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to asking questions.

Went in on a Tuesday got my Medusa pierced Keisha and will need to find a new studio to redo as the piercing is pretty crooked. I wouldnt recommend this place and will not be going back save your money and go someplace better.

Keisha did an outstanding job with my piercings! They look so nice and go well with my aesthetic. We talked and got the set-up down immediately. Not to mention, shes super cool! The room is perfectly made for her. Atmosphere is a 10/10.

What a bunch of Bull! We looked on there website and it CLEARLY states theyre open until 8 and cutt off is at 7. We drove clear from Oak Grove in the heat and was told they cutt off already at 4?!

I got my tongue and nose pierced the people were nice and helpful a bit of a wait to get pierced but I expected that over all my experience was great

I went a month ago and got my ear pierced with Nathan, if this is your first piercing he is not understanding and dismisses your questions and tells you to look at the website. Never was informed about what type of flat back earring that was being used and now it does not want to come out no way to get a hold of shop for any type of advice and they won’t see you unless you wait.

They were very nice and professional, and the piercers did a great job. The 2 for 25 deal does not apply when you get titanium jewelry, making it much more spendy, which I wish was more clear on the site, as my sister and I both have a nickel allergy and have to use titanium. Thats my only complaint, they did amazing, would return.

My experience was awesome. I have anxiety so its hard to be still but he was so good at distracting me. He made sure to tell me exactly how it was going to feel and was very comforting. Also he was very gentle and fast for all 4 piercings I got! I’m going back in a month to get another two. Husband and wife run the whole shop too! If you want a welcoming experience and a decent price this is the way to go. The only thing I would say is don’t touch your piercings 😂

Keisha did an amazing! She pierced my helix and my flat (lobes from another shop). It was my first time there and she made me feel very comfortable and walked me through the whole process. Paramount in general has amazing prices and an excellent staff. I would 100% recommend for any piercings, just make sure to park on the street

Bridge, septum, double nostrils and snakebites all done by the man himself. Bridge is most recent. The jewelry there is top notch. Any place I get pierced.

Got a conch, helix, and eyebrow piercing done all at once here and the pricing for what you get is amazing! Piercer was very understanding of me being a bit nervous. Only issue was they pierced my conch with a hoop before I knew what jewelry was right/wrong for piercings, and it never healed and kept getting large painful bumps . Just do your research!

Leo did an amazing job. He did both ears with industrial piercings. He went above and beyond to create a comfortable environment for my visit. 5 stars!

Keisha has been really explanatory of when she starts the piercing process and she is really awesome. I would recommend people to this place any time they want to get pierced. The prices are really decent and work well with budgets.

Wasted half my day waiting on a piercing, they take your money first for the sale, then tell you theres 25 people in front of you. After almost 4 hours of wasting time, I was pissed, and my frustration was greeted by almost getting in a fight with the head piercer. Dont expect a pleasant experience.

I came into this shop for a tongue piercing and was seen by Kiwi. Everyone who was working at the time were very polite and welcoming. I felt really safe and relaxed during my visit, everything was quick and easy! I love coming back

The piercing was actually really good, its just having to wait 2 hours for a 10 minute piercing that made it less then 100.

Over 2 hr wait. Bring you in, send you out, bring you in, wait 20 more minutes THEN AFTER 2 AND 1/2 HOURS I WAS ASKED TO GIVE UP MY SEAT FOR A NEW CUSTOMER. then stood on side while 4 chairs were open.Going on 3 hrs.Pay the extra!!! Its worth 3 hours of your life to go elsewhere.

The person piercing me was such a nice and sweet person, they did a great job on it too! But the person at the door with the red hair was extremely unwelcoming and made the experience unpleasant, everyone was nice except for them.

The gal with the dark hair and knee tattoos that was opening the door for people on the 1st of this month has a lot of growing to do when it comes to customer service. She was very rude to multiple customers and had an attitude. Shes young and so I get it but at the same time there needs to be better training there I think. But every one else that was working that day had excellent customer service, there was a little bit of a wait for our piercings but it was so worth it. Kiwi is very good at what she does and made me feel very comfortable. I already have been recommending this place to others.

They have a good array of jewelry at decent prices but they take a long time getting you checked in even if you’re only getting jewelry, you have to fill out a form and they copy your ID. After my name was finally called and I got to shop for the jewelry lots of things I was looking for were out of stock. Once I finally purchased my jewelry, I then had to wait another 10 minutes just to be handed the jewelry. Overall, it’s just a weird experience with the wait process and check in process.

Hands down the best staff ever!! Kewi has been our person the last two times my daughter and I have gotten pierced. She is magical, and has the energy of a goddess! We felt completely safe and taken care of in her care!

It was a mediocre experience, but my piercings (helix & septum) came out great. The staff couldve been a little friendlier. I felt rushed through everything.

Other than the fact that the jewlery and piercings are cheap and good quality Ive found every experience Ive had here pretty negative. Apologies for long review but theres quite a lot to say. One of my first experiences I had there I asked the piercer to be careful with placement because I have OCD and had to get my bridge done three times so I didnt want to have to do that again. He told me You have to remember, OCDs all in your head as if he can speak on my mental illness. The next time I went while I was waiting I was approached and told that my piercing bump was infected and started getting questioned on how Ive been taking care of it. After that I was pulled back to the other peircer, things seemed fine until I made a single mistake and they spoke to me like I was a child. After I had to ask why are you talking to me like that? They switched up right away (without adimiting they did something wrong or apologizing) I appreciated that they listened to me but I would have liked to be treated with respect to begin with. After the piercing went smoothly and they were being nice they told me my piercing bump wasnt infected (??) and told me I should get some emu oil that was from idk maybe the extract from the feathers. I later found out the emu oil was not cruelty free and the people selling to me should have been informed of the product theyre selling to people. I realize I should have looked it up first but Id prefer it if I could be correctly informed of a product theyre selling. After that I messaged them asking that they correctly inform me of their products and the apologized but proceeded to blame me for not looking it up to begin with. No. I asked how it was made and was directly lied to. If they dont know about their products say hm idk look it up not tell me their guess. Everytime Ive been pierced here the peircings have been well done (for the most part) and usually to my liking but I can say at this point its not worth the costumer service or the long wait times.

Such good work. Went here on Dec, 6th. Got two piercings. Very reasonable price. Great atmosphere a.d amazing people. They get super busy but never a long wait. It took maybe 3 minutes once in the room to get them done. I will definitely go back. Ive had a total of 4 piercings done. Love their work. The did Mt Helix and Nostril this time. Highly recommended.

Daughters got their belly pierced.. the wait was about 70 mins. But most importantly they did not send them with any kind of after care cleaning supplys... and when my daughter asked what she should use to clean it they told her nothing... kinda weird and not cool. Other than that I guess they were ok

So frustrating! Never open anymore… had a piercing fall out after a couple weeks, and had to go to another place to get it replaced so it wouldn’t close. They didn’t have compatible jewelry, so I had to spend another $50.Was told to come get my backings minimized after the swelling goes down… but they are never open to do that. Loved the experience originally, but so disappointed in the lack of being open and the website is not helpfull with communication

Everyone is very friendly. Nathan is a great artist and very professional. He really listened to what I wanted and did great at creating it. I will definitely go back to him for more work.

I had a great experience! The store and leadership flow was well organised especially since their doing walk ins and can be busy, but they do a great job handling their customers and valuing them! I had a great experience with keisha and she was SUPER supportive during my experience of getting pierced and it makes me thrilled to come back.

The line at just before noon was really long (almost 30 people). I was hesitant, but their system is organized and painless, if you dont mind the wait!After your name is on the list, they text you to pop in and do paperwork, then text when youre up to get pierced! (Took 3.5 hours in total. Our daughters Got a nose piercing and tongue)Every single Employee we encountered, was very nice! The 2 ladies dealing with paperwork were great!The Piercer Kiwi was Awesome! She was Knowledgeable, patient and fast!Well be back. :)

Super great staff but be advised that because of their excellent pricing, there is high demand. Get there early and plan on killing time while you wait. Also be prepared for two waits: the first to get in the building to fill out paperwork and pick out jewelry, the second after you pay for the service and jewelry while you wait to be pierced. The piercer was polite, professional and quick.

Kewi was awesome!! She is such a pro. I got both my nostrils pierced and my second lobe piercings done on both ears. She was very good at explaining everything she was doing and making sure I stayed calm and remembered to breathe. The girls at the front were so fun and nice, the entire atmosphere was really enjoyable. Great prices, not a huge wait time. I did get there about half an hour after they opened though, and around 1 the waiting room started getting pretty full. So if you dont want a long wait, plan accordingly! I will be coming back for more in the future :)

I love getting pierced here, but it is beyond infuriating that maybe 7 out of ten times when I go there on a day they say theyre open, all doors are locked. Even when I call ahead of time. I cant enjoy my experience here when my experience is calling in to make sure youre open, riding the bus and hour and a half out, and then showing up just to find every door locked and the Google information still says theyre open. Ive gone to your location to get My tongue(more than once), my septum, my ears, my belly button, and a few others. Ive successfully been able to actually get my tongue (the first time) and my septum pierced at your location out of all those piercings I went to your location hoping to receive.Either make it clear that your schedule is not consistent or make an effort to be conistent. Either way, this was the last straw for me and I dont think Ill be back, which is extremely frustrating as everywhere else wants to start at $140 for earlobes with the most basic jewelry. Ill have to leave Portland to even get pierced now.

Everyone was so freaking nice. From the moment I got there to days later going back for my lost ID, that I forgot. I had my nipples pierced years ago and the person messed them up, I finally decided to have them done again and the comfort I was given was amazing. The piercing hurt like a normal one and was so fast. By the next day I was feel good and two days later I don’t notice them at all! Amazing!! I did start to faint and the piercer had me sit down, they brought me water and a piece of candy lol. She kept me talking to make sure I’d stay upright. The adrenaline rush and crash are bad. I went and sat in the waiting area and talked with people till I felt good to leave. Literally everyone was so so amazing. Funny people. I went in today three days later and the moment she opened the door she recognized me and I got ID. It was my first time there and I think everyone should go here for body mods. I have many tattoos and piercings done over my life time, I wish they would’ve all been done here.

Absolute awful experience The staff was nice but other factors made it so I would never go near this place again. I went there for their walk in piercing time and they said that I couldnt come in because I had a kid with me mind you my son was in the stroller and wasnt going to get out so theres no reason that it should have been a problem. I have not ever been to a tattoo or piercing place that cared about the fact that my child was with me. The area around the shop is also super sketchy and it smells awful. 100% would never go back here. I ended up going to a place called Multnomah body piercing and had an amazing experience and they had no issue with my son being with me Id recommend that place over this place any day.

Kiwi is an incredible piercer— i got my third lobe and my helix pierced today. Insanely easy and painless :)

Honestly my experience in the shop was amazing, everyone was sweet and kind. Here’s the thing though, my bridge piercing was pierced too high, and crooked. I give grace with it being crooked because I did have a facial response, but regardless the piercing was placed way too high and is practically in my eyebrows. The jewelry was significantly too large (I was never informed about issues larger jewelry could cause and discovered that on my own had to downsize to get rid of irritation bumps). The jewelry rubbed my brow bone constantly causing issues. I feel like as piercers they should’ve at least advised me to start with smaller jewelry, other shops Ive been to always recommend what jewelry to start with which is where my concern with this lies. They’re extremely kind, and affordable, just go in educated and advocate for your piercing placement if you think it may be wrong, because that’s where I personally went wrong at this place. Id get pierced here again, just not something as focal as a bridge piercing.

First time going there and I got my first nose piercing. Love the place, everything went smoothly! I’m definitely going & recommend for sure!

I got snakebites like 5 days ago, and i just want to say, everybody there was so nice! the piercing itself was super quick and painless, and kewi uses a great technique! the jewelry is good quality and everything, but there is just one thing preventing me from going to five stars. when i was picking out my jewelry, i had 3 options. horseshoe ring, hoop, and regular stud. i asked if rings/hoops affect the healing process, and they said no, so i chose the horseshoe rings. upon doing further research (through the internet and calling other piercers in the area), i found that studs are really whats best for snakebites, and with rings and hoops you have a much higher chance of piercing bumps and infections. i shouldve gone with the studs so it is entirely on me that my piercings arent healing correctly, but i do wish they wouldve told me that studs are the best for healing. so yes, do your research before you go, and choose the jewelry that will actually work the best for your piercing(s). if you do that, this place will absolutely give you a great piercing :)

I got my bridge piercing done here, it was $50 which for a bridge piercing is good, it was pierced pretty straight and I think deep enough/with the right jewlery that it shouldnt reject:) there is a bump Im slightly concerned about but I think itll go away. Oh and definitely come here from 1pm to 3pm, after that its packed!!

Keisha was amazing!!! I took my daughter for her 1st facial piercing (septum). Keisha was gentle and patient with her. She explained everything she was about to do, and as she was going thru the process. My daughter said if she could give her 10 stars she would. The piercing came out so cute!!! Very professional and clean, friendly and welcoming. Keisha was very personable. They were so busy but we never felt rushed, we felt welcome. All of the staff were friendly. I went right when they opened and was the 3rd person in line. They were sticklers for the rules and responsibility. Everyone was friendly, the process was efficient, & affordable. Would recommend going early to expedite process.

I went in on a Saturday for a walk in on their busiest day took roughly 2.5 hours to get in an get done, the people were nice and efficient. The older gentlemen was kind and informative, the young man at the door was kind and entertaining. The short girl (mom of the door man) was also kind and fun. And my piercer was amazing, kind, informative, and helped relieve any anxiety I had. I had a great time, the wait wasnt bad at all for a walk in piercing on a weekend and I will be back

This place is good for price and that’s about it. Got here at 1:30pm to get my daughters nosed pierced.It’s now 6:03pm and we are still waiting to be called back after already being called inside to fill out paperwork and pick out jewelry. Then sent back outside to wait.So come here if you don’t mind spending all day to get your piercing .

Been here a few times now. Got my ears pierced multiple times (lobes, helix) and a couple eyebrow piercings. Professional and straightforward. Everyone who works here is super cool and easy to talk to. Environment is awesome. One of my closest friends recommended this spot to me. Let me just say there’s a reason this spot is so popular and it’s worth waiting if they’re busy. Also can’t beat the prices literally the best studio in Portland hands down.

We arrived a little before they opened on a weekday and were 2nd in line so it did not take long to get in. The prices were very reasonable. Nathan performed 2 piercings for my teen and he was very friendly, knowledgeable and precise. Overall it was a great experience. We will certainly be coming back when my teen is ready for more piercings.

I went in with my best friends to get piercings, from the moment I walked in all the ladies were kind and very informative. They worked quickly and efficiently, and answered any and all questions we had. When it was time to get pierced I was extremely nervous. Kiwi was my piercer and she was THE ABSOLUTE BEST. She reassured me and carried conversation with me effortlessly. She was very thorough with her instructions. I will definitely be coming back when I decide to get more piercings. Can’t forget to mention the 2 piercings for $25. They also have a WIDE variety of different piercing studs/ hoops for extra depending on what you’re looking for. :) 10/10 recommend.

Kiwi is an amazing, experienced, professional and a friendly piercer. After my first time with her, I will never go anywhere else. She is quick and explains everything. All 6 piercings have been completed by her. Healed beautifully and I keep adding to the collection.The waiting room staff are always super cheerful offering estimated wait times (which are usually on point) They are educated on prices and the different types of jewelry offered for different piercings. This business uses racial discrimatory business practices against their customers. It discriminated against my 15 year old daughter and I when I took her to get a nose piercing because we are a mixed race family and dont look alike. Heres the story: The state requires parental consent for minors to get piercings. Therefore, all places in Portland (including this one), require parents and minors to both show ID that have matching names. That is outlined on Paramounts website. So we came ready with our IDs. But were blocked at the door by a rude young woman. Its a sketchy scene - disheveled building with an unmarked door and sketch people outside. They answer in a secretive speak-easy way like youre buying drugs at a back alley door. The woman wouldnt let us in and questioned whether I was my daughters mom because Im white and shes brown. I explained we have matching name IDs like the website required (with hyphenated names that no one else in the world has). She insisted we bring guardianship papers which I dont have. What parent does? Only guardians who are not parents have that. She said she couldnt let us in because we didnt look alike and wouldnt let us proceed in the way outlined on their website - ie. show our matching IDs. It was embarrassing for my daughter to be grilled about who her mom is. Ive never experienced this in Portland! Id categorize it as racism. We left and went down the street to Sanctuary where we were treated with respect. I later emailed the manager of Paramount to ask what is required for parental consent and they confirmed only matching IDs. I told them what happened to us and they neither responded.

They have great deals! very clean and the piercing part is quick! The only thing is that with their affordable prices comes long wait time so expect to wait a bit. Its super easy to get set up. They have a good system in place very organized to get you in and out as quick as possible.

The prices are great, it’s clean and professional. My sister and I got our nose pierced and my sisters jewelry slipped out. She quickly went to another piercer and they told her the jewelry was not made correctly so they gave her a new one. My piercing healed nicely, but my jewelry only lasted a month before it turned copper. You get what you pay for.Overall I’d recommend anyone to come here to get pierced. Be prepared though to wait 4+ hours on Saturdays. We arrived at 12 and didn’t leave until 5pm.

Great spot to get a relatively cheap piercing. I got my septum done I was in and out in a little under 30 minutes. All of the staff was friendly and took time to explain what was happening. Overall a great environment and they did a wonderful job!

I will only go to this shop for piercings. The price being right is just the tip of the awesomeness iceberg. The door and counter staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. The piercers themselves are very, very skilled and you can tell they enjoy doing what they do. I enjoy coming here because the staff mirror youre excited energy and are also very reassuring and thorough with explanations when nerves are something you are trying to tackle. I couldnt give a higher recommendation for a piercing or tattoo parlor!

I went to Paramount on a Saturday, they were completely honest and upfront about how busy they are and the wait times. Every single person helping was amazing.Barb was able to point out different perks about each type of bar or option I had for my piercing. She helped calm my anxiety!❤️I had the privilege to get pierced by Keisha. I was nervous but she was so friendly and open. I loved her decorations and her environment. I would HIGHLY recommend Keisha!!!❤️❤️❤️

Please please do research before going into this place. I have been a customer since 2016. I originally continued to go to this place because its affordable. I was aware of the jewelry not being the best but still chose to go. My thought process was as long as I was aware and got pierced Ill just switch out my jewelry once its healed to better jewelry. They have been changing a bit since 2020 and had thought maybe they finally got good grade jewelry. Please do not believe them when upgrading to titanium because what they have is still low quality jewelry. Please look at all the other low rating reviews because there are horrific stories of them taking advantage of their customers by feeding them misinformation. Also definitely red flag when a piercing shop is walk ins only. Most professional piercing shops run their business by appointments. Trust me it is more cheaper to go into a high quality piercing shop than it is here. It may not seem that way. But it will only be more expensive to spend time here coming in and out having problems with healing process because they will rope you into either spending more on low quality jewelry or give you misinformation about how to heal your piercings. (Fyi do not put tea tree oil on irritated bumps it will only get worse). This review is no hate to the piercers given I do understand they believe the misinformation they have been taught. But please do not continue to support this business. The owner cuts corners and do not care about the quality.

I wish I could leave a -5 star review. I got my eyebrow pierced in APRIL at paramount and I’ve been dealing with TERRIBLE problems ever since. Do not get pierced here!! They say there surgical grade jewelry is safe but I had a reaction to there metal the entire time and went back TWICE seeking help because I didn’t know that I should’ve went somewhere else to begin with. Not only did they tell me my eyebrow was just irritated every time I went in and they even put a new bar in of the same metal as before and then it got worse…. Also didn’t mention she completely placed it far too low for my face. You’d think you would know what an allergic reaction or an infection looks like as a professional piercer…? Anyways now it’s August and after multiple doctor visits have come to find I was infected but also was having an allergic reaction. Now my eyebrow looks TERRIBLE. I really would not go here for anything. You should just spend the extra money somewhere that has legit jewelry and also takes time to place things properly… and can tell what is happening with a piercing when looking at it.

I haven’t been to paramount in quite a long time and I was nervous to go, however, it was a great experience. The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful. My piercer, Rachel, was incredible. They were so kind and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and that my jewelry selection is what I really wanted. I would definitely recommend and definitely go back if I ever wanted more piercings. They’re clearing taking Covid seriously as well and I appreciated that. I also am loving my septum piercing so much. THANK YOU!! :)

Freaking love this place. The cute girl who pierced me with pink hair was so awesome! Loved her energy and look Id never go anywhere else. Everyone that worked their had a unique flare and great energy! They do some serious business there! They are doing it right thats forsure. I had fun watching all the people come and go too!

Got my double nostril piercings and a month later they are both BEYOND irritated. H20 ocean spray isn’t enough for the healing and irritated my piercings more. They don’t walk you step by step on anything they make you watch a video that replays in the lobby. Didn’t tell my gauge sizing on my piercings luckily they make you take a picture of the receipt which provides it for you since they don’t. Jewelry is extremely cheap so explains why both piercings haven’t been healing properly. I switched over to saline solution and it seems to be helping more than the spray they sell you. The staff is nice but you get what you paid for. I’ve probably spent over $100 on stuff to heal the irritation bumps.. never had this many complication with any of my other piercings I’ve had Im my life and I’m doing the same cleaning routine k did with past piercings. It’s not worth the cheap price plus you’ll be waiting for HOUS no matter how early you come a good 3-5 hoursUPDATE: trying to switch my nose jewelry out so the bumps don’t come back but I absolutely can’t. It’s bent in a V shape which makes it hurts a lot and impossible to take out so now I have to go buy jewelry cutter to get them off. THIS PLACE IS TRASH. I’ve spent more money on getting these healed than the Initial process itself. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Straight to the point is where you should go. RUN FROM THIS PLACE NOT WORTH IT!!!! You’ll be paying more trying to heal your piercings cause of the janky jewelry they use.AGAIN DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!

I cant say enough good things about this place!! Ive been going here for years and have had like 15 piercings done here and everytime Ive been so happy with them! The ladies in the front are the sweetest and make you feel so comfortable and relaxed. Kiwi is the best piercer Ive come across. She is knowledgeable and so damn fast! I got my thirds pierced as well as my cartilage. My thirds healed fine by my cartilage was pierced completely crooked. This caused it to develop two piercing bumps that I tried to get to go away for months before giving up and taking the piercing out. Would not go here again

Kewi is an excellent piercer. We cant recommend her enough. She did both of my daughters piercings and both times, it was fast and fairly painless. And shes very sweet. The staff are all really nice and even though it is super busy, they move people through quickly and efficiently.

Professional, clean, super fast, least amount of pain a piercer has ever caused, and last amount of sitting tissue damage due to her superior and well earned technique. The wait was long but I did go on a Friday, I do wish they would take appointments but they only do walk ins for piercings. But the piercer Keisha was amazing I had my double navel done and nipples. She was quick and amazing, process was super enjoyable and she made me feel comfortable and made sure I was okay through the whole process. Definitely will be going back for her 💗

I had an appointment for three piercings for one session but really had my heart set on getting seven. Keisha made my birthday dream come true! She was able to do all seven for me! I live 2 hours away and the drive is worth it. I wouldn’t trust another piercer or place but Keisha at paramount. Great staff😊 I got a bridge, Medusa, Ashley, double lobe, double nostril.

My lovely Granddaughter and I received excellent service. We both got our noses pierced. I do suggest planning to getting in line an hour before they open and set aside a few hours to be there due to the process of paperwork etc. everything is super legit, clean and they strictly follow the rules.

Visiting from Washington. Needed something different. They have the best deals in Portland hands down, I looked at other locations charging $45 for a nose piercing. Huh? I did Paramounts 2 for $25 and got a total of 4 piercings for $60 (got a special jewelry for my nose) . While the wait was a bit long. The process is you come in, give them your ID. They scan it and have you sign some papers. You sit down and wait, they call you back to pick out some jewelry. Then you leave and wait for a text. Took about 45-90 minutes for them to text me but they did and I came back and got into line. I had Kiwi, she was super nice quick and supportive. Gave me words of encouragement only thing I did not like was that I could not record my session. That’s something I’ve never heard of and I mean I guess it’s her choice but I also paid for a service and I tipped her over an hour of minimum wage for a 10-15 minute process I feeel the least I could’ve done was be able to record it but hey. Other than that my process and experience was simple , efficient and amazing . Happy with my purchase. 9/10 would suggest.UPDATE:As my piercings begin to heal I’m noticing how truly crooked my nipple piercing is. The large jewelry made it look like it wasn’t at first but as I can see the entrance and exit could not be further apart.Gonna have to go to 8/10 and take a star off.

Kewi first pierced my Navel when I was 13, my first experience was amazing. Not only was the procedure fast, it also did not hurt at all! Now I am back, 5 years later and she re pierced it again leaving me with the same experience as last time. She reassured me even with the little bit of scar tissue it was not going to hurt and was absolutely right. I love going here! The prices are affordable, the employees give you tips and advice and the overall service is wonderful.

We are suing this place.My girlfriend got a piercing months ago at this place and it was nastily infected. We came back to get it removed, and one guy delivered a form in which stated that in case of any sue, the costumer has to pay all lawyer expenses. She didn’t notice it, and signed it off and right away the form was taken away from her. She asked to get it back as she decided to go to another place to get the piercing removed but the owner or I don’t know who guy was that, denied to give it back which is a clear violation of costumers right! Practically they are protecting themselves from bad procedures that are practicing here. After I got back to claim the form, they said they now own the form and they can’t not get it back to us, which is also a violation of costumer protection by the Bureau of Costumer Protection and the Department of Justice.They are afraid of us, so they asked us to leave the property (pretty much they kicked us) and closed the door to our faces!They are scared of this, and they should! As everything is on own favor!

I went here based on the inexpensive price and word of mouth recommendations, and I would never come back. I received 4 piercings here, and I purchased “surgical/implant grade steel” for the piercings. I got them in May 2022, and 7 months later, they haven’t healed properly. I went to Robot Piercing on 23rd, and they recognized that my irritated piercings were a cheap material used to cut corners (not steel!). This was really disappointing to find out, and I would recommend going elsewhere for piercings! It’s not worth the hassle. I had to buy new piercings and am still dealing with a long recovery time. I also got my fourths and as soon as I took out the cheap metal, 7 months post piercing, they closed up, out of irritatation;/

I absolutely recommend this place to everyone I know that is into, and or thinking about trying something new! The people who work here are very efficient, organized, and clean. Personally this will be year six that I’ve come and have gotten service done with Paramount. And a number of piercings and re- piercings. I love them!!!

I really wanted to like this place, I heard a lot of good things about it. Unfortunately, after letting my bridge heal a good amount, I can tell its lopsided. Kiwi was my piercer, and along with that I talked to someone else pierced by her- they said she pierced through their cartilage when piercing their septum. I just wanted to add this to the reviews so people have this to consider. Im really disappointed with my bridge piercing.

Wish I could review the actual quality of the service but having waited for 3 hours after being told 30-40 minutes, I’m now going home without a piercing. I also drove an hour to get to this place as I came from Beaverton because I heard great things. So what a waste of an entire day and gas. My advice, Make sure you block out 8 hours if you plan to use this place. They will waste your time and not communicate with you while doing it. Every time I walked inside to ask for an update, I was abruptly greeted with “have you received your text? If not, go back outside.” 😐 FYI: they do not allow anyone to wait inside with you unless they are getting serviced also. My significant other had to spend 3 hours sitting in the car. So, to recap, don’t bring anyone with you and don’t expect any updates or communication, and take the entire day off to wait. Had I known all of these things, I would have been prepared.

Just got my nipples done last night here. Keisha was my piercer an she did amazing, super fast, she was gentle and very sweet, helped calm my nerves an fears about them. She made sure I liked my lines on them and how the looked after. They feel great, dont really hurt, look great too! Definitely recommend going here. Ladies at the front counter were very nice as well, answered any questions and thoroughly explained my aftercare. The whole process was fast, everything was clean an nice looking. Definitely will come again!

Staff is super sweet, but the jewelry is super low quality. You really get what you pay for at this place. Unless you want to get bumps on your nostril piercings for ever I recommend going somewhere else.

Ive been here a few times now. Right now for covid you have to set an appointment by phone at 11:45 am and its a little bit of a pain. But, its worth it. I havent had a bad experience here. The piercers are knowledgeable and friendly. Nice selection of starter and regular jewelry. Fantastic prices and very affordable. Ive been getting pierced since 1992 and have worked with plenty of people. These guys are my go-to now that Im in the PDX.

I got my septum pierced by Kewi and she did an amazing job! So nice and painless. Everyone working were very kind and answered all my questions and made me very comfortable. Ive been here for a tattoo as well and get compliments all the time. Highly recommend for piercings and tattoos

When we got there they said the wait was 30-45 minutes and they’d call us when ready. 45 minutes later when they called us to sign paperwork we thought we’d be up next for our piercings. We waited another 30 minutes before we were called up to the jewelry counter to pick out our stuff. After charging for the services and jewelry they THEN informed us that the wait would be yet ANOTHER 1-2 hours for the actual piercing (ended up being even longer than the 2 hours). We already paid, so it wasn’t like we could change our minds, but of course, nothing was said ahead of time to warn us that our wait would not JUST be the originally stated 30-45 minutes. I felt like they intentionally did this so they could keep all the business that was coming their way, because had they told us the REAL wait time, we and probably several other obviously irritated customers would have tried coming back another time. The piercings seemed to go well, but the communication was absolutely unprofessional. 5 hours after we arrived we FINALLY left with our new piercings. Next time I’ll be spending my money somewhere that appreciates their customers and respects them enough to give real true information and not try to rope you in by lying. Absolutely ridiculous!

I had Keisha Kewi that had pierced my eyebrow and lip. She was awesome . I felt very comfortable. And the girls that check you in are amazing. They communicated with me like if we have known each other. Everyone was very welcoming and very positive environment.

My 13 year old sister and I went in and got piercings today. Paramount gives such a great experience. It’s super affordable, upbeat, fun, and everyone is so so kind. Everything was kept very very clean. I got my industrial done by Kewi, and my sister got her nose pierced by one of the newer girls (I didn’t get her name). Both the ladies were so sweet and patient. 10/10 experience. I will absolutely be back.

The piercers are fantastic! Quick, knowledgeable, clean, and always down to pierce whatever youd like. Rachel has done all my facial piercings, and I will never go anywhere else. The staff up front are equally amazing, and the selection is plentiful. It is well worth the wait to get pierced, so dont be scared off by the line of people ahead of you. It literally never goes away. They stay busy because they are great at what they do.

The staff are friendly and helpful and the piercers are very friendly but mine and my partners piercings are crooked and we had to take them out to get them repierced. Bummer to have to spend the money again.

I came here previously and got my nose done by Kewi it was a smooth painless process, I got my tongue pierced today and was skeptical about it but when I tell you she made it a comfortable pain free process. Nose piercing 1/10 tongue 1/10 nothing unbearable. Would recommend & Would go to again !!

First off their intake organization is pretty bad. Dont expect to get here first and be seen first because thats not how it works. The reason I returned today was to get a piercing removed and I had specifically asked the piercer not to tighten the piercing too much because last time I couldnt get it off after the four weeks without their intervention and I was charged for the removal. This time they assured me I would be able to get it off myself after the four weeks but *shocker* I wasnt and this will be the second time Ive had to pay for removal.

Today was my first experience at Paramount. The girls running the shop were very nice and knowledgeable. Both made me feel very comfortable. They answered any question I had with no hesitation.I was quite nervous to get my nose pierced but the lady who did my piercing (I forgot her name because I was so nervous!) did amazing. I was in the room with her for no more than 2 minutes! She was very fast, friendly, wonderful and personable.I loved my new piercing and would highly recommend this place.Only suggestion: turn the music down a bit. I dont like having to yell over or be yelled at due to the music being too loud.Thank you Paramount!

The lady at the front desk was really nice and so was the girl who changed my piercings. However, they do not respond to emails or care about long-term customer satisfaction. The girl who changed my piercings accidentally cut me and I left bleeding. It didnt bother me much, but after the piercing fell out later that day-I was upset. I emailed them, and there was no response. So, I called over and over but was not able to get through. I ended up going somewhere else. They should not post their email address for customers if they are not going to respond.

Went to get my minor daughter her nose pierce. Super convenient same day appointment, Nice, friendly, informative, super covid conscious in there. The best prices for nice jewelry. The piercing techs is gracious, patient, super fast and efficient, has a clean and trendy appearance and overall we were super impressed and happy with my daughters piercing experience. I had some piercing from them many years ago before Google reviews and my experience was not any different. We will recommend these people every time. 😁

Everyone working was awesome, they communicated well and were super helpful even when they were PACKED. The piercer was amazing! I got both my daith pierced and my nips, and she was professional and friendly. The piercings almost didnt hurt(the daiths were a bit of pressure, but nothing that she could help), and she was super quick about it!! Definitely going to come back soon!!

Definitely suggest this place to get pierced. I got my nose pierced today and Keisha was great. Everybody there was nice and felt very comfortable. Definitely in a strange area and theres some weird people. But I dont think Ill go elsewhere for my future piercings. Did a walk in appointment once they opened and I was in and out within 15 minutes or so.

I went in and received daith, tragus and 3rd lobe piercings. A friend recommended Paramount because of their 2/$25 piercing special and she loved their service. It took a bit to schedule an appointment and after getting through on the second day I realized why. The woman on the phone was answering calls, answering the door, greeting customers, collecting information from everyone, going over paperwork, directing customers where they needed to be and as if that wasn’t enough to drive someone absolutely bonkers; she was so SWEET!!! Calling as close to open as possible is best for getting through. We did have to wait an hour after our piercing time but if you read over their paperwork ahead of time they tell you straight up it could be a 20-40 minute wait. The lady that went over jewelry and pricing was very knowledgeable and helpful in picking out jewelry that was gorgeous and appropriate for the piercing placement. I was really nervous going in and Kewi (Keasha) talked me through the whole thing and was an absolutely beautiful person inside and out! Calmed my nerves and made sure I was completely comfortable! Very friendly staff with great energy! Will definitely be returning for my piercing needs!

Not as great as I feel it once was. Most of the staff are super nice and awesome to work with. I feel they dont take the time they used to with you when getting piercings. Kind of felt pushed through so they could move on to the next and get as many people in on a day as possible. After care paper not given, youre told to take a photo of it on your way out. I felt so rushed and pushed that I didnt realize there must be a back to the page I was told to take a photo of because my piercing aftercare wasnt on the photo I took. I think they should offer hard copy or photo. I would much rather have had the paper to take home.

I would give 5* except for the fact that I was given a starter barbell that was far too short for the industrial and had to pay a lot of $$$ to have it fixed at another place. Other than that, everyone there was wonderful! I was nervous about my first cartilage piercing but the beautiful and amazing Kiwi Graffiti did my eyebrow with zero pain and the industrial was hardly felt at all. You wont find better prices in PDX, but be prepared to wait in line. Dont be nervous! Just do it!

I typically dont leave reviews, but Paramount definitely deserved one. Keisha was my piercer and truly helped me. The lobby was quite full but I never felt rushed while I was getting it done. I got my septum done and I love it so much! She could tell I was nervous and asked me some questions to distract my anxious energy. The $10 deal this month is amazing! Thank you for such great services! You pierced my septum exactly in the sweet spot and Im so grateful for that! The septum is the tiniest bit crooked but Im definitely not complaining because its very hard to get perfect placement. Expect my whole family to be coming soon because Paramount truly cares for their customers. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would!

Stopped in here with a friend on their recommendation for the “cheapness”. I promise that’s the first red flag. Both nostril piercings were aggressively forced in at bad angles, was given the most vague after care advice (I am luckily educated of piercing aftercare, so took their advice with a bottle of salt). Both nostrils rejected. Save your money and go to a reputable piercer that will take their time with you and your body anatomy.. and doesn’t hold clients hostage for a 5 star review to bury past clients calling out their shady antics and pervy owner. Be aware, it’s your body for life and it’s a quick $25 for them.

Ive had piercings here twice now, the first time with Kewi, very professional and she took her time with the piercing which alleviates the trauma factor for later healing. Rachel was also professional and works at a fast efficient pace to keep up with the customers. Very pleased with the friendly staff and warm vibes. Thanks for all you do

Kiwi pierced my nose and ear (nostril and conch) so well, pain was not bad whatsoever! She was very friendly and answered any questions I had, and the other employees were also very friendly and easy to talk to. They were pretty busy for a Friday night but got everyone in and out smoothly.

I was quite surprised. This place is run like a well oiled machine. Very organized and efficient. Every person who works there that we had contact with was friendly. Parking is a little rough, but you can manage just fine. Do yourself a favor and dont bring a bunch of friends, there is not room for those receiving piercings or tattoos and extra friends. Extras will be asked to wait outside and it really is for the better.

I went in and got 4 piercings with expensive jewelry. One of my eyebrow piercings rejected and the other got unscrewed and fell out when I got home. My lip piercing was pierced with a short bar and it hurt so bad I had to remove it because I couldn’t go back and wait all day to get it fixed. I’ve gotten all my 23 piercings done here but the last 2 times I’ve come in something comes out wrong.

Every person I came into contact with from the lady who talked to me on the phone, to the front desk lady, to Kiwi piercing me, were AMAZING! I felt taken care of, educated about my piercing and cleaning, and they were fast!! Definitely worth it to have these kind humans taking care of me!! I got my septum pierced and I’m already obsessed! 🥰

The jewelry selection is beautiful, the staff is extremely nice, accommodating and professional. I got my earlobes pierced, and as someone who cries when getting shots still, the piercings were almost completely painless and so quick! I will definitely be returning here for future piercings.

Literally horrible. Stood there for 2 hours, nothing. Not even a text which still means you STILL have 3 people ahead of you. $43 for two piercings and they guilted me into tipping the person behind the counter. No updates, nothing and I couldn’t even bring my s/o inside. This place has gone downhill QUICK. I used to go here all the time & recommended it to everyone. Absolutely not anymore, this place is dirty, the staff is rude, and overall a waste of my Saturday. All sales are final so they don’t provide refunds either. I walked out. It’s a sad sight to see. Very sad, idk if they changed owners or what. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I went in yesterday and got my nose and conch pierced. I was with a friend and when we walked in we were greeted and helped right away. We filled out paperwork and afterwords the front desk people talked us through the procedures and answered all of our questions, and the guy helping me explained the cleaning steps and all that. Super easy and everyone was super nice. When I got to the piercing, I was kind of nervous because I did 2 for $25 which sound a little sketchy, BUT it was AMAZING I was nervous and Keisha, the professional piercer talked let me ask any questions. When I laid down to get my piercing, I was really nervous but it went by so fast and Keisha pierced me so fast and seamless. I am so impressed LOVE my new piercings! It was such a good experience and I will be going back for more.

I got my first piercing outside of the lobe today and am so glad I came here. The customer service was fabulous! Everybody was very kind and presented their business very well. While the exterior looked a bit sketchy, it was very clean and inviting inside. Keisha was wonderful and made the process very professional and as painless as possible. I will definitely recommend and come back for any future piercings I may decide to get.

Everyone here is so kind & informative. Keisha is amazing! I got both of my tragus piercings done by her and she was extremely gentle & super quick. She was very sweet & understanding when I told her I was scared and talked me through the entire process to ease my mind.

The entire staff was great, very friendly . Kiwi did a few piercings on me and she was AMAZING , I felt very comfortable with her ,she explained in detail the process and talked me through the whole process, her energy is wonderful. Keisha has done 7 of my piercings now and shes amazing. Quick, accurate, clean, confident, and friendly. And you cant beat the 2 for $25 price anywhere. Highly recommend paramount and especially Keisha. She did every piercing in my nose as well as my nipples. 12/10 stars

I brought in my daughter for a couple of piercings.The piercing expertise is ok.The downside which will sound very ridiculous was; that my daughter forgot her aftercare bottle on their counter, we called to ask for it or a replacement but they rudely said no receipt; no refunds or exchangesI figure if they spend a good amount of money to advertise on Yelp and Google and they care for positive reviews; they couldve given my daughter another $10 bottle and make another happy customer.Now I dont think well come back there after their rudeness.$10 bottle of solution guys!!!

I have been to this place many times for several piercings. I got my belly button done a few years ago and it has healed perfectly, and nothing has gone wrong with it. However I went there a few months ago and got my septum and the side of my nose pierced. I soon began to realize that the lady who did them pierced my septum with a 14g, and the side of my nose so small that Im having a hard time finding another stud to switch it to. The piercer didn’t ask me about the sizing of my piercings, just did it. I have been going to a new piercer since and they couldn’t believe how big my septum is, especially without it being a request.

I got my first piercings here today! This place is amazing. Genuinely great people and wonderful service. They also made sure to give me plenty of information, so you can relax on research.

This is the best place for piercings. Id only recommend this place. They are all super nice, super helpful, quick at what they do so you dont sit there in pain, the environment is just super warm and inviting and kiwi is my go to piercer. She is AWESOME!! I have gotten several piercings from her and I could not complain at any time!

Changing my review because a month out my piercings would just not heal. I have several old piercings that I have had no problem fully healing. I went and eventually had to get the conch piercing I got done here taken out, because it was incessantly infected, crookedly pierced, and I found out the metal they’re using isn’t even implant grade. I know it’s a good deal, I fell for it too, but trust me the extra money is worth not having the headache of infected and poorly done piercings.

This place is so awesome. affordable, quick, clean and really professional. their piercer kiwi does a great job every time and she’s so friendly, and the girls in the lobby who do your paperwork are always sweet and straightforward. plus they have a great jewelry selection!

All of the piercings that Ive gotten from Paramount would not heal... and Ive never had a problem with healing my many piercings. When I was trying to remove all the piercings it took me well over an hour to get them out since they were screwed on SO TIGHT. They always take forever to get you in and always seem very rushed - even when I had an appointment it took at least 30 minutes to get me back to pierce. The piercers were nice, but certainly not the best experience Ive had.Still havent been able to take out a couple of piercings so Im just hoping they heal.The price is not worth it.

I walked into Paramount and was greeted by a warm, extremely helpful gentleman behind the desk. He set the tone for an amazing experience. I get migraines daily so chose to have Daith piercing in each ear. Keisha, the Piercing Queen, was fantastic. She made me feel safe and comfortable. While this piecing was painful for me, she was very nurturing and professional. Keisha put me at ease. She explained every step as she worked. The procedure was super quick. My entire experience at Paramount was incredible. I highly recommend the business and Keisha for any piercing you may chose.

Absolutely love this place! My first piercing done by them was about 3 or 4 years ago and since than is the only place i trust. Ive had many piercings, always done professionally and clean. Very informative and great people who work here.

They were super nice and quick and helpful but my piercings were crooked.

Literally got a pus filled bump 3 weeks after the nostril piercing and it’s been 8 months with the bump still there. Haven’t done anything for it to get infected and I’ve kept it super clean and don’t play w it so I don’t understand the recurring infection…. And they wouldn’t change out my jewelry even tho that’s what probably should’ve happened months ago. Now I have a ugly bump that will NOT go away and keeps popping and coming back no matter how much I clean it and leave it alone.

It was so great the guy that did our piercing made it very comfortable for my 16 year old and myself.

Paramount Tattoo Studio does great quality work. I have taken my daughter there several times for piercings. I went in to get a custom tattoo done this week by Nathan. The process was easy and painless. My new tattoo is beautiful. I love it! I will definitely be back for more ink.

I went to get my ears pierced. Everything went well while I was there, but 3wks after getting pierced I looked in the mirror & noticed 1 of my earrings was missing. I was confused because I thought the earrings you get pierced with are supposed to be extra secure so something like that doesnt happen? Then about 4 days after that, the other one fell out. So now Im out $80 and have nothing to show for it. To make matters worse, I was looking in the mirror this evening & noticed that my holes are in 2 completely different places. I noticed when they still had the earrings in, but hoped that once they healed, Id be able to wear earrings that wouldnt be so obvious but now that Im just looking at holes, I see theres no way it wouldnt have been obvious no matter what kind of earrings I wouldve worn.

It was an almost all-day event, but they did communicate that it would be a while, so it wasnt a problem. I got a septum and rook (2 piercings for $25). That was cheaper than any other piercing Ive gotten before. Everyone was really nice and helpful and made sure all my questions were answered. Its cash only, and theres no atm, so be prepared.

Wife went in and loved them! The girls here had an answer for every question and went over each step thoroughly, and with obvious experience. Cool follow up with paperwork and salt for piercing cleaning. The shop has a chill laid back feel and no snooty were better than you vibe lingering around. Just in and out and they follow all paperwork, sanitary guidelines and are totally professional. Heard about them from a friend and this wasnt her first time being pierced and really at some point you end up paying for location and downtown Portland boutique style cant beat these girls and their awesome down to earth attitude. Thumbs up! Im happy with her results.

Scheduled a 12:50pm for piercing, texted I was going to be only 10 min late, I got my appointment jumped to 1:50pm! Waited about 45 min to be called back to just find out I was not going to be able to get pierced. Which was not the issue. Kewi was so kind trying to find another solution, but the amount of time I spent there for nothing was ridiculous. Maybe checking piercing areas ahead of time could be convenient to avoid wasting time and frustration. The girl opening door & answering phone calls should also be more welcoming, she looked and sounded so annoyed. Not pleasant to watch. Will not be returning regardless of low prices.

I have got 4 piercings from this place and they are amazing! Their all super nice, the price for piercing are amazing , and they are super organized and the wait is very short ! I live in Longview and refuse to go anywhere else for piercings! 10/10 recommendAlso side note I have read some of the other reviews and I just wanna add a quick side noteIt is NOT your piercers fault if your piercing gets infected! I have gone to this place A lot and they are very clean! Also if your piercing is crooked you could have bumped it and tore it. It’s not that hard to do I know cause I have done it, that is all ☺️

I have been coming to paramount tattoo for over 10 years now! I love the vibe! I love the people! They have an amazing selection of jewelry as well! The place is always clean and even as i sit here with all these COVID 19 guidelines they are doing absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend visiting this place!!! I actually enjoyed getting pierced. It was quick and everything went smooth when I once I walked in the room. However the scheduling and the customer service was was weird. I scheduled an appointment and they cancelled it because I never replied to the terms and conditions. They didn’t send me the terms and conditions and all I got was a text that said my appointment was canceled. So I had to reschedule for the day after. So I show up the day after and there are complications cuz apparently they actually scheduled me for the day after I showed up when they told me it was the day I showed up.They acknowledged that that was their mistake tho.Then they didn’t open the door when I showed up on time and opened the door 5 mins later and told me I was late and how they dont normally accept people that were late??? I could tell my piercer was experienced and very busy and seemed really impatient and wanted me out of the room asap which I didn’t mind except for the fact that I felt rushed. But I could tell that their piercers were legit and was happy with my piercing. I understand that they are a very busy establishment but there were so many bumps and confusing turns just to get one thing pierced. I would definitely give this place another chance and hope that it isn’t as complicated to schedule an appointment

Ive been going to this studio for all of my piercings for the last 6+ years, and i’ve never had anything short of a great experience, easy healing, and perfect results! i love this place because through the years, they’ve stayed so consistent with their services. ive been pierced by keisha countless times, everything from ear stretching, pierced nips, surface bar (and v professional removal process). this week i went back for the first time since the pandemic has started, and they had an organized and safe practice to follow guidelines. this time i was pierced by nate, whogave me these high nostrils and i couldn’t be more thrilled, he really made sure to made them absolutely perfect. the only place i go to get stabbed !!!! tell ur friends

Absolutely love this place. They are so awesome and just super bubbly people. My daughter so far has gotten 6 piercings from there and she is extremely happy there and totally loves the girl who does her piercings. We also really like the girl with curly hair that wears hats all the time she is just all around a fun type of person so bubbly and is really good with names and faces. Knows.my daughter by name right away... They really listen to what the customers want and even offer suggestions. And they incourage you to ask questions if your unsure of what your getting or wanting. They will help with making the right choice...Again I absolutely love this place. It is always full of happy and friendly people, the establishment is always 110% clean and santized, staff always follows medical guidlines as far as gloves, mask, new equipment, santized stations, the whole process they got covered.... I highly recommend this place to everyone and anyone wanting to get pierced or tatted.... Love love love this place and the employees as well....

Great experience, everyone was friendly and professional. There was a wait but with their $10 piercing special I expected one. I didnt expect it to only be 20 minutes, I was expecting a few hours :-). I didnt catch the name of the girl who pierced me but she was quick and really good. You guys are awesome.I will also say you guys have no idea how much you helped me today. I wasnt expecting as much relief from the daith piercing as I got for my migraines that Ive suffered from for over 16 years but I had relief almost instantly. Theyre not gone completely but theyve lessened enough that I feel like a normal human being with a headache which is huge. So thank you!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!! You guys seriously are amazing and my new heroes :-) Im recommending you to as many people as I can think of.

I was a little hesitant to go, but when I went inside it was very clean and friendly. Keisha pierced me and it was fast, professional and pretty painless! Ive gotten 10 other piercings from other places that all charged an arm and a leg, but I got just as good of service here at a way better price. Ill definitely be back.

I’ve had half of my piercings done at paramount.I’ve never gone anywhere since I started going here though (even gonna go this week again lol!) & I recommend to everyone. Cheap prices, good quality, good service.- I only had one hiccup, they charged me an extra $5 for different jewelry & I didn’t notice till I got home, an hour away. I didn’t call or complain. Months later, when I went back to get my industrial I mentioned it, and the guy said “since [I] didn’t make a fuss” he’d happily give me the jewelry then. Not sure why so many others have had poor experiences. Maybe the way they complain/ask about the situation? Paramount all the way✊🏽

I have taken my daughter here several times for various different piercings. The piercing area is nice and sterile. The piercing specialist was very quick and professional. They also give thorough follow-up instructions and provide a small bag of salt to make the solution at home to clean your piercings. The staff are friendly and very informative. They have a pretty good variety of jewelry for most any of your piercing needs. I do not have any experiece with their tattoo artists, but they must be doing something right because they have been quite busy every time I have been there. 😉FOLLOW UP..... Unfortunately my Beautiful 16 year old daughter was killed in a car accident on Feb. 23rd, 2019. She had no ID on her, but they were able to initially identify her by specific piercings. 😭😭😭

You get what you pay for. It is what it is. Cheap & quick. Id heard rumors about this place & I asked around & read reviews before I decided to go. It is worth saying that the only reason I chose this place is because they are one of the very, very few that are doing under-the-mask piercings right now & Id been planning my birthday nose ring for a long time. If a better place would have been willing, I would not have chosen Paramount. However, I did not have a bad experience. I just know what customer service & quality are, & this place is more about gettin er done. You will wait on hold forever to schedule an appointment. Check all the details online ahead of time because they need to make sure youre prepared. They do follow Covid guidelines well as far as it seemed, although I didnt visually observe any glove changing or handwashing, I hope they did change between clients. Cheap jewelry, quickly placed, pretty painless. Just kinda mediocre low-quality, but not a bad place.Update- I am re-affirming my original review and stand behind it all, because I compared my experience with my co-worker who had the exact same piercing done at a higher-quality shop and had an entirely higher-quality experience.

Ive been here for all of my piercings since 15! (And i had 4 ive taken out and 11 in my face and ears rn! ) Ive had almost all of mine done by Nathan whos super nice! They got it done quickly and easily and made me feel super comfortable even tho I always get last minute jitters :)! The placement for my recent ashley and nose piercing was amazing on the first try and the actual piercing was quick,easy, and far less painful than the one piercing ive gotten from another piercers! Forever my go to, and now my fiancés as well. The wait lately is long but its worth it for the price and friendly atmosphere. Not to mention how hard the front people work to get you in as soon as possible. Cannot smile tho lol sorry it looks so deadpanned

People are very friendly and helpful here. The piercing tech kaysha is amazing at what she does not just the piercing but keeping you calm and know that she really cares about you and take a pride in her work. I also love they support LGBTQ

I honestly love going here, went the other day with my brother to get our nose pierced and even tho we had to wait a bit, they were super attentive and making sure that you were taken care of and I love that! I’ve been going here since I was 18 and I’m 24 now. Highly recommend place. Customer service is amazing and you won’t regret it
