This shop it amazing, I get my work done with Billy, he is very kind, respectful and always making sure you are satisfied. When I get my work done, other tattoo artist in his shop are very friendly and make me feel very welcomed. They all have a beautiful story behind themselves and how they have become so talented. Loved my experience at Blessed Ink. Ive followed their page on social media for a couple of years and loved Billys work, especially the black and grey looks. I finally took the leap and got the tattoo Ive been thinking up in my head. I gave a few short descriptions of what I wanted and Billy made the idea come to life, and it is more pretty and badass than I could have imagined on my own. Its definitely artwork, not just any tattoo. Awesome business, awesome artist!!

I got my first tattoo today after being an admirer of tattoos for many many years but too indecisive to pick the right artist, or to select a tattoo to start. After the last 4 years of watching many artists work and searching what spoke to me I made my decision. From the first moment of reaching out to Billy at Blessed Ink the whole experience has been great, today was the day I met him and got the beginning of my watercolor sleeve. I gave him an idea and let his creativity and talent run with it, he created a beautiful piece of art and I am honored to wear it and can not wait to see what he comes up with for our next session. Truly talented artist, all around cool dude, and just a good human to have a conversation with. The shop is super clean, you can tell he takes pride in his work, his business, and doesn’t skip steps with the quality of his art, the products he uses, or the experience. My wife and I got tattoos that were terribly done and when we hit the owner up to get a touch up so they could look at least decent, owner told me the guy doesnt work there anymore and left me on read. They are small tattoos too someone couldve touched them both up in a short amount of time. Dont expect the shop to stand by the work they put out.

Billy Sutter and his crew are the most professional and thoughtful people Ive ever encountered in a tattoo shop. Billy has done numerous tattoos on me including a cover up that is so good you can no longer see what was under it. I will always choose Blessed Ink for my tattoos and piercings.

Walked in expecting to just schedule an appointment but they were able to get me in same day. The atmosphere was very friendly and inviting. James did amazing work! I’m very glad I chose here to get my first tattoo.

So I haven’t got a tattoo in 15 years and I am so glad I decided to come and hang out with the guys at Blessed Ink. Dimples gave me a stunning tattoo and I think I have found a whole new outlet. Ive been getting tattoos here for the past 2 years by Joel, he is an amazing artist, Im getting my 5th piece by him now, and they have all turned out perfect, and the shop is great. Everyone is kind, inviting, and the shop is very organized and clean. I wouldnt go to another shop!

UPDATE: Brian is now at dominant ink!!Brian did such an amazing well done job! He is very careful, considerate, easy/steadied hand, very professional, makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. I will recommend him to everyone! He did a fantastic job on my shoulder/chest piece and he was super light handed that I was able to sit through the whole thing comfortably. I would recommend again! If you want something fresh and different give Brian a chance!

I was wanting a new tattoo, me and my husband literally looked through hundreds of pictures of tattoos by local artists to find someone that would do justice to the piece I wanted. Billys work, at least in our opinion was the best fit for the style we were looking for. The realism, shading and depth in his work is incredible, check it out if you have a few minutes. We hadnt been in a bunch of tattoo shops, we werent really sure what to expect, found it to be stylish, well lit and very clean. We found Billy to be friendly and professional, after 10 or 15 minutes we had agreed on the particulars of the tattoo, negotiated a very reasonable price and scheduled an initial session. I did 2 fairly lengthy sessions, that he did in the late afternoon / evening which conveniently was after I got off work. I was very comfortable during the sessions, all the equipment looked to be in great condition and Billy was very detail oriented as far as making the process clean and hygienic. As far as the tattoo, Billy absolutely SMOKED the original picture of the tattoo I had shown him, more detail and more realistic in every way and different in ways that made it an original. Thanks Billy, well be back!!

Billy did such a good job on my tattoo, his free handed writing is absolutely incredible and the shop is so clean and felt very safe. He tattooed the inside of my lip and it turned out amazing. Would definitely recommend.

Nice place, over-ly priced as with every tattoo shop in Redding $200.00 an hour for a cover up, I dont even pay my contractor that much, and their work is so much harder. Im dying and its on my bucket 🪣 list and they couldnt even offer me a deal. But nice shop, nice guy but $1500. For a cover up. Way to much. Thanks tho

My experience was not pleasant the owner billy was very unprofessional. He had a family emergency the day of our appointment. I said that was okay and to take the time he needed. The next day I texted him to see if everything was alright and also if I could get my deposit back since I wanted to go with another tattoo shop. He said seriously and he cursed at me and basically felt like he was screaming at me and I get honestly not the best timing I understand that. However that doesnt give you the right to be so rude. He said he would give me the deposit back when I came to the tattoo shop. When I got there they said are deposits are non refundable. He said its posted everywhere on the website and we tell people no where on the website does it say deposits are non refundable and he never told me. Im not confrontational at all so they way he was handling the matter made me very uncomfortable. Im not trying to trash them but just something had to be said because this is not the way you do a business. I was gonna give it no stars but I cant because then I wont be able to post this.

Good job... Friendly dudes. Probs will return in future 4 more.1month later...Came back 2 get my initial tattoo touched up & added a quote underneath. The initial tattoo cost $100, 2days visit cost another $200.Overall im happy wit my tattoo now. Looks dope. Stephen was my artist. Hes good at not trying 2 talk me out of or change my design. I already knew what I wanted & had it ready. He made it happen even tho it probably would of been easier 4 him using the font on his tablet but he didnt complain, he just used what I asked. And I appreciate that.Both my visits were walk-ins and I didnt have 2 wait really on either.

My experience was amazing! A couple of coworkers and I went and got Friday the 13th Flash tattoos after work and I ended up getting 3 because I couldnt decide, and then my friends convinced me to get my nose pierced and the entire experience was awesome! I work in healthcare, their sanitation and cleanliness are definitely above parr. James did 2 of my tattoos and paid close attention to the details unlike other places that offer flash tattoos. I cant remember the guys name who did my third tattoo, but he was just as great as James! Amanda pierced my nose and was super gentle and explained each step of the process as she did the poke, and was extremely professional and a great conversationalist! Definitely check out the awesome humans slingin and pokin down at Blessed Ink! (and dont forget to tip!)

Blessed Ink is amazing. Billy is the best hands down in this town. Awesome shop. Its clean, organized, inviting and most of all upbeat. Music always playing and also Blessed Ink gives you what you want. Not what the artist wants. If you want ink you need Blessed Ink on your plans.

I was there just a couple days ago and me and my sister got very small tattoos and overall the guy was super sweet and did a good job. But what i’m upset about is that i paid $300 when all together it took my tattoo 25 mins and my sisters maybe 30-35. I feel like i got overcharged because it did not take 2 hours for our tattoos together. I would’ve been ok with $150 at least but i guess we don’t always get what we want.

I had my nipples done there and loved the atmosphere of the shop. The piercer was amazing and she made sure that all my questions and concerns were answered. She made sure that I was comfortable and the placement of the jewelry was exactly where I wanted it. I highly recommend them especially of you are a little nervous about having anything done.

Hands down one of the best works of art I have ever received! I received a cover-up piece over a 10 year old mistake. Billy Loco is insanely talented and really delivered on a design. If you are looking for a professional Billy Loco is your guy! You get what you pay for but I feel like I got so much more. Thanks Billy and Blessed Ink.

I had a tat done a year or so ago when they were located in the mall and it was great, unfortunately, every time I stop by they are closed when it states the hours and times on their site as open.

Billy at, blessed ink, truley is an outstanding artist; black and grey, color, photo realism, pop art, you name it. Billy has transformed my 20 year old abomination of a quarter sleeve into whats now a masterpiece full sleeve and you cant even tell I had anything underneath. Great tattoos, great work ethic, great guy, not so great music at the shop. (Haha)

The tattoo artist the me and my girlfriend dealt with was Joey, he completely ignored what she wanted done and made it smaller then what she wanted. The tattoo was done in may and it faded after just a couple months, I have worse tattoos that lasted longer than 2 years before they faded. I do not recommend going to Joey for any reason

Im not sure how this place got its 5 star rating. My wife and I stopped in to price a very simple tatt to cover my heart transplant scar, and the shop REEKED of marijuana and the one atrist that met us was so high he could barely keep his eyes open. On top of that, he wanted $200 for about 30 minutes of ink!

I got a start on my sleeve yesterday and let me just say Billy killed it! I am absolutely in love with the start of this and I’m so excited to go back and add more to it. Highly recommend
