This shop was amazing! Me and my two sisters went to get matching tattoos as a birthday gift and we were walk-ins (and the shop was only open for maybe another hour). Eric greeted us, talked with us about our designs, and fit us in with no problem. The atmosphere was phenomenal, the conversation was great, and everyone was nice and inviting. I HIGHLY recommend going there to get your next tattoo. Eric was awesome…he was able to do all three tattoos flawlessly and we really love them. My one sister was scared of tattoos, but after getting one with Eric she is now looking forward to getting more, as long as Eric is the tattoo artist.

Normally we would take a two hour trip to NC to get a tattoo. Not any longer Black Caesar’s is AMAZING, FANTASTIC, OUTSTANDING! We texted & had a response in approximately 15 minutes on Labor Day. With a few small questions we had an appointment. Price was extremely reasonable, shop CLEAN, STERILE, FRIENDLY. We will definitely be back.

I have went to Eric at Black Caesar for my last four tattoos at this point and won’t go anywhere else. Easily one of the most cost effective shops in the area while receiving some of the best work around. Shop is always clean and the vibes are always welcoming. Can’t recommend Eric and the shop enough!

We went for the Friday the 13th Flash sale and the wait was definitely worth it! There were 3 of us and we all absolutely love our new ink! These guys are amazing artists who took the time to make sure we were satisfied with our tattoos. We will definitely be back for more ink in the future! We came to Black Caesar Tattoos because they had the most amazing reviews out of any other tattoo parlor we looked into.We called to set up an appointment, they got us in on the day I requested with no issue.They are extremely nice and patient. I’ve always heard that inner bicep is one of the most painful parts of the body to get inked.Ari’s work was quick, incredibly professional, and virtually pain free. He works with precision and great artistry while employing super light hands.Not sure I’ll go anywhere else for tattoo’s going forward. Ari’s awesome and the space looks super clean, feels safe, and is fun to be a part of.I live in Baltimore and travel to Roanoke a few times a year to visit fam. I found Black Caesar Tattoos & Piercings on a Mother’s Day flash sale ad on Facebook and I’m SO glad I did! Immediately when you walk in, the team is so friendly and inviting and the atmosphere is very relaxed (which would be perfect for anyone, especially anyone getting their first tattoo!). The shop is very clean and open and welcoming. Eric customized the flash design exactly the way I was envisioning and was fantastic to work with. He did a beautiful job on my Mother’s Day present to myself! I’m a new customer and will definitely be coming back!

I walked into the shop last minute to see if anyone could do a small, yet meaningful tattoo for me. The founder, Tevin, promptly greeted me and listened to my story, as I told him what I wanted and the reason behind it. He had an appointment coming up, but said he could squeeze me in. All the employees were super helpful and friendly, as the artist went back to draw up multiple options and variations of what I asked for. I chose my favorite, and the experience was amazing. The artist took his time and was extremely precise. Lots of happy tears were shed once he was finished. I can wholeheartedly say that this is my favorite and most meaningful tattoo out of all that I have. I will definitely be back for more in the future, and will be recommending them to everyone I know. HUGE shoutout to the staff! Y’all don’t even know how much that meant to me. 🤞🏽

I went to the mothers day deal they had! It was very easy to communicate and make a appointment and it wrnt great! Got exactly what I wanted and a little more! If your thinking about getting a tattoo this shop is very clean and friendly even gave my little girl a snack as she waited in the waiting room with my husband! I have no complaints. UPDATE:We returned to Black Caesar today for some tattoo therapy! Today solidified that it will be the only studio we go to. The vibes are absolutely amazing, theyre so communicative, and Amir NEVER. MISSES. I gave him an inspo Pic and he took it and ran with it. Its a unique piece that Im head over heels in love with. I cant recommend him, and Black Caesar in general, enough.My fiance wanted to get tattoos together for their birthday. The owner had left business cards at the restaurant they work at a while back, so we decided to check them out. Neither of us had a really specific idea of what we wanted, so when booking the appointment, I gave our budget and told them dealers choice. We came in today and through talking with us, Amir came up with 2 AMAZING tattoos. Were both huge horror buffs, so theyre just perfect. The amount of detail and care taken is insane. Well definitely be back! All of the artists have immaculate energy

First time at Black Caesar, and I can say it was definitely the best tattoo experience I’ve had! Eric is the bomb! Great place and chill vibe. I already plan on coming back!

I am relatively new to the area so I did not have a tattoo artist. Black Caesar was the highest rated tattoo place in the area, so I took a chance and gave them a chance. From the beginning: 1) The shop itself is awesome. Smelled good, looked spotless, music is bumping, and fantastic artwork everywhere. 2) Everyone there was nice. Everyone is smiling, laughing, taking an interest in you, and answering your questions. When I left, customers in the waiting area were wanting to see what I got and commenting on how great it looked. 3) Skipping, for a second, to the aftermath.....I had no problems. They gave me a bag of hemp cream, and extra skin like wrap, and soap (I think the follow-up kit was 10 bucks) Totally worth it!!!!! 4) Finally, the artist. Tevin (The owner, I believe), is now the only tattoo artist I will go to out here!!!! I presented him with an idea of a dragon twisting around my arm in a paint brush kind of style. I was doubtful due to the style and how it went around my arm. Tevin was absolutely awesome with me. He had complete confidence in himself, and gave me my best tattoo (I have 10-15 tats). The tattoo looks exactly like the picture. Tevin had other artists and guests in the building that came up to ask him questions about how he made something the way he did on my tattoo. He would talk to them about how to do what he was doing while he was doing it. His concentration was still on the tattoo, but he was still able to answer their questions. He was nice to me and everyone around us. All in all, I plan on only going to Black Caesar from now on. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an awesome tattoo experience. You will not be disappointed. (Sorry so long)

I got my first tattoo from Eric a few weeks ago. I was super nervous but he was very nice and funny which settled my nerves. He also replaced my stencil multiple times when I wasn’t sure on placement. It is healing well and looks amazing which I’m super excited about! He was very professional, and talkative which made the time go by fast! It’s been a couple months since I got my tattoo but I still get compliments on the color and the line work of my tattoo!!

I would like to thank Juan for doing an amazing job on my Mothers Day tattoo which will remind me of the wonderful woman my mother was each time I see it! The flowers are beautiful and once I can remove the dermabond and wash it off I will post a picture! As I said yesterday, Muchas gracias!!!

Made a very impulsive decision to go with Eric at black Cesar after getting a rather highly recommended review from a coworker and I’m so glad that I did! The atmosphere alone was welcoming to the point of feeling like home. Eric was willing to listen and open to what ideas and concepts I was looking for in a tattoo no matter how simple. The courtesy through each step and the beautiful work in the end was as high a standard as you can get from a tattoo shop and I cannot wait to find myself back in the chair in the future. I let the owner Tevin Wilson do my tattoo’s an i must say he is very knowledgeable and listens to what you have to say. He also brings your tattoo to life. When he is done he gives you instructions as to how to care for your art work. I will always be a customer of his.
