Removery Tattoo Removal & Fading

I love the employees here, they are so kind and do a great job! They make sure I’m well taken care of, and I am so grateful for the work they do. I definitely recommend them! Here is my progress and I’ve had about 8 sessions, with today being my 8th, so it will fade even more in the coming weeks up until my next session. Very happy with their work!

Amazing experience everytime I go there. Dont listen to these few bad reviews. These people didnt do research. It takes a while to remove tattoos and for it to be safe you cant just blast it away with the highest laser. To protect the skin from damage its best to do lower power with more sessions. I am 100% against people who dont know what they are talking about to give negative reviews. I have had tattoo removal from another company that went full blast and gave me a scar. This place takes care of your body and health. Highly recommend this place. Tattoo removal isnt cheap and if you find it cheap, its probably not legit.

My experience here was incredible! Jess did a great job at explaining the package options and left me feeling great about my choice to go for the unlimited package as I have quite a few tattoos I want to get removed. Jen then took it even further by explaining the removal process to me which made me feel much more comfortable about the process and left me looking forward to my first removal session!Cant wait to get started removing some of these regrets Ive carried on my body for far too long now!

Jennifer was so helpful and walkedMe through the whole procedure before we started. Jen made me fill comfortable and made me feel safe. I got alot face tattoos that i got when i was young and “dumb“ lol. But now that im a older man , dad to 2 beautiful girls and a husband and an ex gang member it was time to get these tattoos off my handsome face and Jen did it and was patient with me cause no lie it does hurt a little bit and i kept asking her to stop so i could ice it and not once did she get an attitude or irritated with me asking her to stop more then usually she was so caring and kind and knew what she was doing with that laser. I scheduled another appointment with her to finish getting the rest of these tattoos off my face. I told some off my buddy’s that are in the same situation being an ex-gang member with face tattoos about Jen so they will be going to see her to soon. I had the best experience coming to Removery. I was really nervous to start my tattoo removal journey and the girls working made me feel so comfortable. Jess and Jenn put my mind at ease and the treatment was over so quick. I recommend Removery to anyone looking to remove a tattoo. I’m excited to see my final results!

I can’t speak to the treatment itself yet, but my experience so far has been great! I used the “free estimate” feature on the website and shortly after submitting my information I received a text from them asking for a few additional details and availability. From there we scheduled a consultation and I went in and met with Jess who was so helpful and knowledgeable. I’m looking forward to starting my tattoo removal journey with her soon!

This review is strictly for the staff at Removery in Roseville. I will post another review once I have more sessions done. I have two large tattoos getting removed and the staff at Removery are AMAZING. They are helpful, kind, and all around great. I trust they will help me get the best outcome from the process while ensuring I am safe and healthy.

The Removery team is great! The consultation was clear and concise. I didn’t feel pressured at all to decide anything immediately. After deciding to move forward with the removal process, the staff made me feel really comfortable and eased any nerves I had about the procedure. It was a quick and efficient process. The building was very clean and well kept.

Service was spectacular. Jess was super friendly and made me feel at ease about my upcoming procedure. Then the nurse, Jen, who did my procedure, was kind, communicative, and very quick. Cant recommend this place highly enough, the staff really made this process a breeze for me

Nurse Jen is literally amazing at the roseville location! After my first session i already noticed fading and i just had my second session and i couldn’t be happy with the progress so far! the process is literally so quick you’re in and out nowhere near as painful as I thought it was going to be. So happy so far and highly recommended to anyone!

So far so good. Ive only had a couple of sessions but I can tell you that the customer service is excellent. The tattoo is fading and I cant wait for it to finally be gone. The best part about it is that they dont stop until your tattoo is fully gone. I definitely recommend them for your tattoo removal needs

Nurse Ash and Jessica are great. They prepared me for exactly what to expect. No sugar coating. Due to the location of my tattoo (upper spine area), Ash assured it will be pretty painful however the procedure only took a couple of minutes. Compared to the 30 years of having a bad tattoo, the pain is well worth it. Can’t wait for another session. But I’ll have to, 8 weeks out. Thank you ladies!-Troy

The best and only way a person should get their tattoo removed! They specialize in tattoo removals, their staff is trained really well and provide you with helpful information and quality care. I stopped by today to set an appointment for a small tattoo removal after being recommended to come here by a friend. Jessica was able to get me a consultation same day - and I was actually able to do my first session as well! Jessica did the consultation with me. She was so informative, extremely friendly and easy going. She explained the pricing and appointment set up and thoroughly explained all of my options to me. Casey did the laser tattoo removal for me, and again she was super thorough and nothing but professional and friendly. I felt extremely comfortable throughout the entire experience. The front desk area and waiting area were both clean and the room where I had the treatment done was also extremely clean. Overall I am completely happy with my experience and I can’t wait to go back and continue the process!

Had an amazing experience from reception to the nurse that performed my first treatment. My only regret is I tried other meathods of removal before coming here. It was so quick and I felt comfortable and cared for the entire time. I already cant wait for my next session and to be rid of these tattoos for good.

First off the staff are very friendly and make you feel right at home. They explained the process very well and gave me all the information I needed. Had my first session today. One tattoo is on my wrist and the other is on top of my shoulder/collar bone and the ink is very dense. The wrist tattoo was no problem. Felt like a repetitive minor scratch. Now the shoulder was very painful but luckily very fast. The experience is intense and the cold therapy they use in conjunction with the laser is very stimulating. Because of this I would recommend putting in some earbuds or having a conversation or somehow directing your attention elsewhere. Another very important thing to remember is to BREATHE. Both tattoos for me took about 45 seconds. After that it feels like a nasty sunburn that’s sensitive for a couple hours.

Removery has been amazing helping me remove a tattoo I got when I was younger. Each time I feel more like myself. The nurse technicians are very knowledgeable about the process and always make it a comfortable experience.

I’ve had three sessions at Removery thus far and I’m thoroughly impressed with the progress I’ve had. Jessica at the front desk is extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions prior to my first appointment. Nurse Casey is absolutely fantastic. Casey makes you feel comfortable explains every treatment in detail. Could not of asked for a better experience. I have a few more sessions to go. I recommend anyone interested in tattoo removal to give these ladies a call, they will take great care of you!

Had an awesome experience, was a little nervous coming in for my first laser tattoo removal but, the three ladies in the front desk were all so kind and attentive. The consultation with was easy and thorough, with photos as reference as well! After consultation, it was time for my procedure and again she thoroughly explained the process, pain level, and aftercare. During the procedure she was so fast that you can easily tolerate the pain, especially when they already perfectly describe how it’ll feel. 10/10 experience overall!

The staff were very welcoming and mostly women (my preferred) and they have tons of lollipops all around. My consultation went very well and i never felt pressured to do anything or like i had to get removal just because i went for a consultation unlike some other business. I had gotten my consultation done for stick and pokes and was very unsure on what they could do but they gave me multiple options and different ways i could go about my removal process . When i booked my appointment for my first session they refreshed all the information from the consultation then gave me exact after care instructions and a written copy as well giving me opportunities to ask questions after every step. I was also informed they have locations all over the place! When i was done they gave me the option to schedule an appointment right then and also wrote me a reminder card that also lead to their website. Overall i had a great experience and couldnt recommend it more they are so thorough and helpful and dont leave a single box unchecked!

Love this place! The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. No judgments at all….just caring and professional. I had been going to InkOffMe for several years and always had a good experience there. Wasn’t sure what to expect when Removery bought them out but both visits this year have been really good. Lasers are more modern and so far no complications at all. My price did increase from InkOffMe but I was told that would likely happen. Pricing and package options were explained up front and there was no hard sell, which was really appreciated. Jess, Ash, and Casey have been really great, always pleasant and taking extra time with me. I’m hoping for full removal and it’s a journey but I actually enjoy my treatments here. Each one is one step closer to having my ink gone soon!

I can’t stress to you enough how I believe the technician doing the removal is the most important part of my experience. She’s a registered nurse and a laser specialist and has had further certified training on the machine she uses for removing your tattoo. I just had one session to remove some finger tattoos for a job and was able to get it done same day as I called. All the girls were super sweet and professional! They made sure I felt comfortable and explained the process thoroughly to me as well as answered all my questions! I was nervous but it was pretty quick and manageable, the pain was like a rubberband snapping, just a quick sting which was over in a few seconds. Results may vary.I’ll admit, I definitely bought into the hype surrounding pico and the removery process. After numerous years and sessions with a Q switch laser at a local Mom and Pop shop, I decided to bite the bullet and try removery. The office staff is pleasant, and it’s true that they definitely have the best technology on the market. Unfortunately, none of that means very much when you refuse to treat even the most resistant tattoos without any sort of aggression. It’s obvious that they don’t want to get sued, but the end result is a milk toast, mid power single pass session that simply doesn’t cut it for dense, stubborn ink. Think of it like buying a Ferrari and then telling your mechanic to shut the engine off at 65mph. Really, what’s the point?It’s worth noting that most people who look at me would probably all agree that I’m a “white guy”…fair skin, very light…ambiguously European, if you will. So you can imagine my shock and surprise when my technician told me I should find a way to make my skin “lighter” so the laser would “work better”…yes, she said her million dollar laser would only “work better” if I magically became whiter. I felt like I was being hustled at an open air market in Bangladesh. I’m already as pale af. I couldn’t lighten up if you buried me under ground in the Arctic. This little comment was the icing on the cake. I cut my slice and realized I was no longer dealing with a serious person.Two sessions, 20 weeks and 600 dollars later and I’ve had zero movement in ink. Nothing, nada…when compared with the pictures taken during my Q switch sessions, there is absolutely no difference in the color or density of the ink that was treated. It was, indisputably, a total waste of time and money.It gets better still…they generously offer life time removal packages for a small (massive) one time lump sum paid in full. There’s just one minor (major) caveat; they don’t actually guarantee removal. The word play is tricky so follow close here…removal packages are no longer redeemable once removery has determined that your ink can no longer be recognized by the pico second laser. So, without question, this means that you could still have a fair amount of ink and be considered a successful removal. Thank you, come again. Just make sure you have more money and a different tattoo to “remove”… They kind of admit this up front, but you really have to be smart enough to listen to the term-age and press them on it for an answer. Without a working knowledge of how the laser technology operates, the average consumer has no way of verifying whether or not the laser is no longer responding their ink.Tattoo removal is still a relatively new science. There are no guarantees with any of it…for my part, you can trust and believe I bring receipts. This testimonial is real, raw and brutally honest. As with anything, results may vary…

Professional, clean and comfortable office. I was told by another Laser specializing office that my tattoo was not removable. Removery said otherwise and are doing the job! Love this place.

Jess and Casey are amazing. I am removing 3 tattoos. The laser Feels like getting light shock and then a slight burn sensation afterwards for about 3 hrs. I am removing a few large tattoos and each treatment takes about 15 min.

I went Nov 1st to start removing a tattoo that is preventing my military service , the staff were inviting the moment I walked in and even managed to make the experience fun. Believe it or not I’m looking forward to my next appointment, Casey did the actual laser treatment and it was quick while the pain was minimal.

They lied to me, tried to scam me, got a good portion of my money until I went somewhere else who doesnt play those sneaky games. They put their laser on full power and are giving me the full package for thousands less than this place did. Dont go to a place that rips people off, do more research
