If I could give 10 stars, I would! They’ve moved locations and are now in downtown Roseville. This is the only place I’ll ever get pierced. Carrie and Shannon are always professional and super chill. The shop has a ton of talented artists: Tom, Frank, Shayla and Mike. Highly recommend!

I went in to get a tattoo done by one of the artist Im not sure her name which sucks! She was amazing. I was greeted right away got a price quote and she did the sketch to my liking. Then she started everything was clean and professional, the tattoo too about a hour and came out to 120$ and I absolutely gorgeous. The shop is very nice and clean with amazing artists. While I was waiting on my tattoo to be drawn I also got my second piercing done on my ears by carries apprentice whos also Amazing. Everything in the piercing room was sterile and professional just as it needs to be! If I was able to give more stars I would, Ive been coming here for years and love this place along with all their workers. If youre looking for a amazing tattoo parlor Id recommend going here.

I highly recommend her. she has so many beautiful ideas, especially with nature and animals.This was my first time getting a tattoo and I have been searching on where to get it and by who. I went to many different places.the first time i walked into Fallen Angel they have soo many awesome paintings and different art work. some made from the people that worked there. Shayla was the one on the front desk. she immediately noticed me and was interested what I had to say and my idea of my tattoo. SHe showed me her work. She has great taste with color and nature. I knew what i wanted to get. Lion with flowers. i felt she could give me what i want, not only with that i connected with her. we set up an appointment and she drew my tattoo. 2 days later she showed me the results. I could not believe how amazing it was. I was soo happy with it. 3 days later i went in. I was soo nervous. but her sweet voice and reassuring it wont be that bad gave me comfort also she was clam and patient with me. she let me borrow her stress balls and she started. while she was stabbing my on my arm we had great conversation and she helped me be relaxed. she also explained everything she was doing. once it was finished i was soo happy how it turned out.she told me and show me how to properly take care of it for the healing process. not only that gave me her personal number just in case i have any question or concerns. she also responds fast and take good care of you.I will go back to her if i ever get another tattoo is is an amazing person and a fantastic tattoo artist.P.S my fiance has the other half of this tattoo also made by her! :)Thank you Shayla for this experience

One of their employees came out of the back door and pushed over my friends cart. Then he proceeded to tell her if she comes back on the property he will slit her throat. Horrible place I tried to talk to the manager about this and she could care less. She told me to get out of her place. I think it was all so wrong.

Carrie helped me before & was so great. But I left my earrings out so they closed up. I went back in & Shannon helped me. She was so genuinely kind & helpful that I had to write a review to say she (and carrie!) is the best! She made me feel totally comfortable & welcome. Thanks, Shannon!

I got my industrial pierced here about a month ago in March 2021. long story short, I LOVE IT! i got pierced by Carrie, and she was so sweet and comforting. she walked me through the process, made sure my jewelry was the right size, and cleaned it right up. she did amazing. my healing has gone super well so far, thanks to her advice :) i will definitely ask for her for my next piercings. prices are great too!

Ive gone here from recommendation from a friend and Ive gotten piercings done by Carrie and Darryl, and Im very happy with the outcome! The staff is very friendly, professional, flexible, and patient. the prices are phenomenal! the environment is very comforting and spotless. When I first came in I was very nervous but they made me feel a ease. They took their time to make sure that the outcome of my piercings was great and spent time cleaning it and also giving me advice on how to care for it. The staff members are very informative and careful, they treat their customers with extra care! Carrie is so patient and friendly, shes a sweetheart; and Darryl was so nice and funny I couldnt stop laughing, I was so relaxed I didnt feel any pain when I got my piercing. Carrie did an amazing Job, I came in spur of the moment and she took care of me! I came in for a nose piercing and it was well worth it. The price and quality could not be beat from the neighboring shops. Additionally, the shop was very clean, had a ton of jewelry options to choose from and it was included in the price of the piercing. Had my first tattoo done here, came in with a sketch outline and allowed the tattoo artist creative freedom to do what he wanted with it. Definitely wasnt disappointed. However, I really got attached when I started getting piercings. Carrie and the other piercers are amazing. Carrie is always so friendly and also super nice to the girls who are obviously just coming out of apprenticeship. Super great prices, super amazing artists with such kind hearts. I love you guys!

Ive been going here for about a year and a half now for piercings and it will FOREVER be my favorite place, Carrie and Shannon are such sweeties and care about your piercings and how they are doing and create just a fun environment while also making me feel sooo comfy, I come here at least twice a month and they are so welcoming and sweet, I genuinely will forever tell people and recommend this place because it holds a special place with me♡

I did alot of research and decided Carrie was who I wanted to see. I came in and the environment is amazing, the shop is so clean and welcoming. Everyone was really nice. However I must say, Carrie is amazing. I am so beyond happy I decided to go to her. She made me feel so comfortable, has a great personality, and was very thorough. I wanted a second piercing in my ear and Carrie was able to get me in today without an appointment. Carrie was professional, friendly, thorough and very reasonable. If I had a child, I would want to get their ears pierced with Carrie who doesnt use a gun which can be startling. The process was quick and painless as I think any piercing can be. I am very happy with my decision to get a second piercing at Fallen Angel. I will definitely go back if I decide to do more.

Took my daughter in to get her nosed pierce. Darryl made sure to include me in the decisions, but allow my daughter to be the decision maker. He was extremely nice and made the experience great. She was very comfortable with him and her piercing looks fantastic. He spent time reviewing after care with her and treated her like an adult. Best of all, he stayed after hours to accommodate my schedule. Fantastic place. Highly recommend. If I could give them 10 stars it still wouldnt be enough!!

I had to have a dermal removed (right cheek) and to be honest I wasn’t stoked to do it. Carry made the process so easy I am almost embarrassed I put it off so long. She was friendly, made sure to sterilize everything, and beyond anything else she was skilled. You can tell she has a lot of experience and I would recommend her to anyone looking for piercings (or in my case, removal of them). I will be back ASAP for a tattoo as well. Don’t skip this shop if you are wondering where to go.

I just got a very important tattoo done today by Frank. Honestly as my 4th tattoo it is the best experience I ever had. Great artist, great people skills, great communication skills. I know I sound silly but in the past I have had not so great experiences and honestly I WILL be coming back. Everyone there is very kind and has a passion for art and people. Also my husband got his first tattoo done here by Shayla and she was really nice, and fun to talk to. This will probably be our regular tattoo place.

I had gotten my ears pierced a few years ago, and I’ve had really bad experiences in the past. The staff was so friendly, they took me right when I walked in and was able to help me out. The piercer only charged me $40, which is really good considering they provided the jewelry, and provided me with aftercare for no charge. My piercer noticed my bad experiences as I had lots of hard tissue in my lobe. However he was still very reassuring and pierced my ears phenomenally. They healed great, and I look at them now and realize how even and symmetrical they are. Definitely coming back for future piercings to come!!!

I got a very very simple cross tattoo done by Cory. He fit me in and did it for a reasonable price instead of changing me a flat out fee with out an assesment like a couple other shops I talked to. Their flat fees were not worth the tattoo I wanted. Cory also gave me exactly what I wanted and when I got a little bit picky about one thing and asked about it a week later he had no problem with me coming back in and taking a look at it he touched it up for me no problem and he was super nice the whole time. I will recommend him to anyone I hear thats looking for an artist.

Shayla was great. My sister and I gave her some ideas of what we wanted for a sister bonding tattoo and she came up with the perfect piece. It was great and the atmosphere was very creative and artistic. Shop also extremely clean.

I got my septum pierced here last week and they did an amazing job. Very friendly and took their time letting me gather myself afterwords. Will definitely be going back for any other piercings I get.

You walk in and your see years and years of 1st placed awards best of and artwork all over walls and not drawings. Super clean place hardwood floors, metal works , bomb music bumping and a packed waiting area. Being packed and having to wait to get on calendar for a tattoo is a good thing it means there sought after! They have different artists to speacilize in your needs! Along with a super hot friendly piercing specialist and entire staff is so nice I could just hangout and talk all day!

They were really nice and have help me out. I had an eyebrow piercing that was fake gold and that didnt go so well. It swelled up and I could get it out. The girl at the front was so nice and was able to get it out after a hard 5 mins. Then about 2 weeks ago I came in after having my eyebrow piercing out for over a year and she was nice enough to test to see if i was still open and there was a little piece of skin blocking it from going all the way through. She was right and she put a plain silver one in for me, for only $10. They have great customer service.

I went to go retouch my tattoo with Dr.Myk, and he did an amazing job, he did clean quality work and i am super happy with the results. I highly recommend this place as everything is friendly and professional.

While the artwork is amazing, Ive had a bad experience with one artist. He had done an entire sleeve for me, and will not get back to me regarding touch ups. Ive rescheduled with him time and time again due to things going on in his life, and never had any issues, even though its a 45 minute drive for me. Ive paid more than the agreed upon price, again had no issues. Ive had an allergic reaction to the red ink, so parts of my sleeve are distorted, some small areas scabbed during healing as well, both of which require a touch up. I have had to reschedule one time due to needing to move the day of, and because of this he will not schedule me, even though I informed him a week prior. I now have to live with a full arm sleeve that is distorted because of this. Very unhappy and cannot recommend going here due to this. I would be happy to reconsider my review if this can get resolved.

I got work from Andy. I love Andy. Im going back to Andy to finish my peice. The shop is filled with really sweet people, AMAZING personal works everywhere and the shop has such a calm vibe and the employees really show their love for their art and skills. The tattoo artist are all skilled and VERY wide in genre so you can find a person who does what youre looking for. They all clearly love their jobs and are in there element. I have not a single compliant about anything and WILL recommend and return.My only suggestion is for the artists to keep more up to date tattoo work in their display books. Its hard to see full talent without up to date pictures.

Fallen Angel Tattoo is amazing.The first time I went there was about 3 years ago to get a tattoo, my first tattoo, that was being done on the back of my neck where the neck meets the shoulders. While I dont recall who did it, I do remember how great he was about it. I almost fainted from trying to stay so still, for so long; about halfway through, I started feeling warm, my face and hands got somewhat tingly and I soon became completely flushed. He took a break, got me something to drink, and told me to let him know when I was ready to continue; after a few minutes, he continued and finished. I loved it.My second experience at Fallen Angel Tattoo was in late October of last year, I went to get a tattoo, but being a Thursday, there was only one tattoo artist there and he was busy, so I went with a piercing instead and got my nose pierced. Carrie was absolutely amazing. After marking exactly where she was going to pierce it, she did; once again, I damn near fainted, same thing, blurred vision, flushed, tingling and ringing in my ears; she got me some water and let me lie back for awhile until it faded away, about 5 minutes passed and I was good to go.Today, 2/25/17, I went again, once more in desire to get a tattoo, but once more all the artists were busy, so I got another piercing. I initially was going to get either an Industrial or a Daith (I get chronic migraines), but after looking at my ear, and its shape, she said that wouldnt be the best idea because of how my ear lies against my head; so instead, and per her recommendation, I got a Conch piercing, which I adore; as well as another lip piercing to make Spider Bites- and guess what- NO FAINTING, Not even coming close to; yet she remained conscious of my tendency to almost faint and checked to see if I was okay multiple times throughout the process of the two piercings.On the 4th of March, I will be going in to get my tattoo(finally!), and I am certain that there will be the same level of attention and patience as Ive experienced thus far with my visits.For these reasons alone, I will continue to go to Fallen Angel Tattoo for all my tattoos and piercings.

I had a tribal with thick black lines that I wanted coveted up. Tom did an amazing job, I absolutely love it and you cant even tell is a cover up! Very professional clean shop. Every one there is super welcoming and nice.

Ive been here previously for my belly pierced with Carrie and she was super wonderful & extremely knowledgeable with piercing care and just piercings in general. The staff is very friendly and the environment is also welcoming and very clean.I came back and had Darryl for my second cartilage piercing and he was alot of fun, i was a bit nervous to get another cartilage piercing but he put me at ease and exchanged nice conversations which made me feel ALOT more comfortable. I also wanted a different type of piercing (horseshoe piercing for septum) for my cartilage and he was very open to my needs and was satisfied with the result.I havent ever heard anyone say anything foul about Fallen Angel, it is quite a drive for me because I live in Roseville but I DEFINITELY think its worth it, all my friends i know rave and adore Fallen Angel as well because the staff is very professional and really wonderful. The prices are very fair and NOT expensive at all. Dont settle for any other places go to Fallen Angel! You wont regret it! :)

Fallen Angel Tattoo has restored my faith in tattoo shops, seriously. I called ahead of time to explain how completely disregarded and abandoned I was by a tattoo shop not too far from them, and Carrie assessed my outline and concluded that a tattoo artist name Myk would be a perfect match to finish my tattoo. She told me that Myk worked Fridays and Sundays (today is Saturday) but she so graciously called him for me anyway, just to see if theres a possibility of him coming through. My birthday is Monday and I really wanted my tattoo done before then. After speaking with Myk she said he agreed to come in. Can you believe that? I was so happy!!! Meeting Myk was so amazing. Hes so kind and comforting, he has excellent technique and just made the experience 10/10. His artwork is impeccable. I will never go to another artist as long as hes available. Hes beyond talented and also a genuinely awesome human being. Tonight, Carrie and Myk really made me happy, feel appreciated, and have a great time while being tattooed. Please, go here!!! Theyre perfect!

So much fun with the Get What You Get! I got Mickey Mouse and my nose pierced while I waited. The staff was funny and approachable. Def emphasis on pop cartoon culture - which is dope. Great prices too.

Ive had horrible experiences at other shops that made me not want to step foot into another shop again, but I figured Id try here. Im so glad I did I loved it. I went and got two piecings I was very very happy Carrie is absolutely amazing!!

Hours stated 12-6. It is now 3pm Came to door was locked, but people and lights were on inside. A lady just stared at me apt the door pand talking to someone else in side. I had to knock and gesture are you open. She comes to the door and says no. I asked are these the wrong hours, she replayed no. While all this is speaking through the glass. She said we are closed just today. Could have the courtesy to come to the door the first time. Also have the courtesy to maybe put up a sign saying were closed for the day even though the hours on the door State they close at 6. And nose have a courtesy to open the damn door and talk to me face-to-face through the damn glass.

I had a Star Wars tattoo done by Tom it turned out great and he was able to get it done quick! Attention to detail is awesome and everyone at the shop was cool! I’ll be back for my future tattoos.

They were able to get three of us in very quick,I got my first tattoo and probably my last,it turned out beautiful but hurt like a son of a bi---h

I went in and asked to look at the zero gauge plugs they had. I was shown their selection, and found something I liked well enough, some stone plugs. I paid at least 1.5 times what Id pay online, and left. When I tried to put them in at home, they wouldnt fit, and when I compared them to other plugs, they were too big to be zero gauge. I went back the next day and at first they assured me that the plugs are zeros, just really big ones. When they pulled out their measuring device, it clearly showed that the plugs were double zero gauge. After I insisted that they should make some effort to make up for their error I was told to f*** off. I couldnt recommend these jerks any less.

My husband came in for a diath piercing for his migraines. Everyone was so helpful. ..migraine went away instantly! So far no headaches! Thanks fallen angel tattoo for giving my husband his life vack!

Went to go get my nose pierced and it wasnt quite right....so I called her and told her what was going one and she me come in ASAP she changed my posts for free and sent me on my free of charge....carrie you are amazing

The piercing lady is awesome, my new go to spot, knows her business and super nice, I might be ugly but my piercings are awesomeness.

The shop, the atmosphere, the artists, the equipment, everything is absolutely impeccable. Youd be hard pressed to find a better spot for tattoos or piercings.

I love the piercer she is very professional and made sure my daughter was in good hands.

Lacking organization. Tried several times to get in and the employee was either off, running errands or went home. They refuse to schedule appointments and expect you to call before you want to come in. Taking my business to a place that had someone available.
