We went into the mall to get a pair of earrings for my daughter. We stopped at a jewelry store but they didnt have what we were looking for. We then arrived to this establishment a few moments later and was greeted my Jordan upon arrival. My daughter and I let her know what we were looking for and what price range we wanted to stay in. We didnt feel rushed but was able to find the perfect set of earrings within 5 minutes. Thank you for making this a smooth and enjoyable experience right before the holidays!
Just want to thank Jordan for taking her time in helping me find what me and my son needed she is an awesome person and hope to come shop with her again soon.

I have to say, this was one of the most awful customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The girl at the counter tried her best to help me, but she was alarmingly unaware of any information regarding nose piercings- the company didn’t even seem to provide a guide or any kind of training to her, she was going off of complete personal knowledge. She also informed me that if I wanted to exchange my nose ring to another, I could purchase an add on plan, which I did. I was trying on my second nose ring (I was uncertain of what style I wanted) and was having some difficulty putting in the second ring, being that I had no guidance from the attendants. I expressed that if I wasn’t able to get this one in, I would use my exchange plan to replace it. The second attendant at the store (who was unaware that I purchased the plans) rudely accused me of damaging the store products and threatened that I would not be allowed to choose another ring. The original store attendant then timidly informed her that I purchased the exchange plan, to which the second store attendant said, “oh I didn’t know, I have to tell anyone.” She didn’t even apologize. What a disappointing experience, from so many perspectives. I feel quite sad to have given the business any of my money. What a shame.
Mondo and Jordan had excellent customer service at one of my fav jewlers spots I’ll always come and recommend anyone else to stop by and enjoy the smiles
The store manager was atrocious. i will NEVER SHOP here again. Nida Aslam is very unprofessional and refuses customer service. i stood and waited while she wasn’t even there for some time and when she didn’t come back i decided to finish my other shopping. When i came back she was on her phone and i couldn’t get her attention. I rounded the corner to come to the other side of the booth and actually startled her because she was so nose deep in her phone. I then informed her i wanted to return a nose ring which in the policy in my receipt says can be done. She refused and i was confused seeing as i am within my 30 day window and purchased protection the jewelry and again it is not written on my receipt that Body jewelry is not refundable and only exchangeable. her response what “i don’t care. I said you can’t do it” but if the policy states otherwise i’m not inclined to believe differently. i’ve used piercing pagoda for years and have had no issues. She refused to give me any kind of corporate number telling me that “she isn’t scared of me” and then refused to continue talking to me, as if i was threatening her? very very disappointing. customer service isn’t lost on me, but you lost a customer.
This is a good place to buy jewelry but not to get your ears pierced. I was there on 8/15/23 in the evening and got my third ear lobe piercing. The guy didn’t wipe down my lobes with alcohol before using the piercing gun. Now I’m dealing with a piercing infection in my left lobe. I’ve never had an infection from a piercing before. I won’t go back. Not a good experience after the fact.

Today at December 21 2021, at around 7 pm, I went to banter to return something I bought from the buy one get one free deal. What I didn’t know what was that that was not the deal, they discount half off from both items. when I wanted to exchange what I bought, I had to pay more money. She did not let me return it either. The worst part was that the manager was shouting at me. She was talking to me with a bad attitude , telling me that they couldn’t accept the exchange. They are extremely rude to customers
Came to the Galleria at 7:20pm and Banter was closing even though the website said they do not close until 9pm. I understand it’s a new store however the worker named Julie has absolutely no customer service skills. She was snappy and when I asked a question she not only cut me off but was very inconsiderate. I will never come to this location again I’d rather travel to Illinois or better yet find a different jewelry store all together.
Nida Aslam threaten me to take down my review but she rude and very unprofessional to the manger she always on her phone at work and she know about my disability and she Is very judgemental when I ask her to repeat herself since I couldn’t hear her she rolls her eye or yells at me she very distracted on her phone and has no costumer service skills
Had a 1:00 appoint for my daughter to get her ears pierced for her birthday and nobody was at the stand. Waited around for 2 hours and nobody ever showed up. Must be kind of hard to stay in business when that’s how you operate
Nida aslam is so disrespectful and rude she is unprofessional and talked bad about me to others behind my back and pretended to be my friend. She’s she has no respect for people. She’s pretends to be your friend and she’s fake.
Had a great experience getting my ears pierced. I’m very nervous in general, but Ekin was very nice and professional. Their manager was also very nice to me! Would be returning to get my next piercing!
