Chill environment and fantastic work! I would highly recommend. Ive been a couple times and Im looking forward to being back again.

Not only were my tattoos meaningful, but so was the experience. The crew in the parlor and I had some awesome conversations; I wasn’t even nervous about the needles. Steven Lee Andrews did a beautiful job on my designs. He explained the reality of transferring the intricacies of the design into a tattoo. I trusted his artistic judgement when he recommended some changes, and he did not disappoint. He was very patient with me when I changed my mind about one the designs last minute , and he did his absolute best to accommodate me. I highly recommend Ragtime Tattoo and Steven Lee Andrews. I will definitely be returning.

I love this shop that Matt created. He understands the value of spending time on custom work and always pushes himself further with each tattoo he applies. It’s why he is considered one of the best in the business. This is the BEST custom shop in STL, and Matt Hodel is one of the best in the business!

Steven is the best! This was my first tattoo experience here in the city, and it was absolutely amazing!I inquired on the website, and got a response within 48 hours via text message. Did the consult with Steven that way, and made an appointment! When I got there, Steven immediately greeted me, and he was so pleasant and kind! He made sure the tattoo was what I wanted and would match style wise with other tattoos on my arm, didnt want to clash.He made sure it was perfect before I left. I will definitely be going through him when it is time for next tattoo!

Matt is the best! Very professional and dynamic with his designs. He’s tattooed me twice in the last year with two very different pieces and both turned out phenomenal! Highly recommend!!!

Ragtime is an amazing and safe place to be tattooed, but Jessica hands down steals the show. I trust her so much I started walking in blind to my appointments, leave three hours later with the DOPEST ART on my skin. So much confidence in myself, since she’s also the best person alive.-cleanest lines-color blending is seamless-fastest artist while maintaining top qualityI trust her so much I sent my husband there with virgin skin. I trust her work that much. I technically sleep with her artwork. That’s how incredible she is. 16/10 should design the next sisteen chapel.

I have a couple tattoos and by FAR!!! being tattooed by Amber has been an honor. Amber is very professional and listened to my wants and wishes. She sat down with me n had a detailed consultation of what I wanted and she made sure everything I wanted was incorporated. She was very gentle and everything was clean. I will only be getting my future tattoos by Amber. Ragtime Tattoo is blessed to have an artist such as Amber.
