Had a wonderful experience! I went with my sister-in-law to get my nieces ears pierced and I had the most amazing experience! They had a bunch of cute earings to pick! I even got my niece extra sets. I loved the staff there! Especially since they have those new girls there. They really understand cuntomer service! They even offered me a pagoda card! I got approved and didnt have to pay a dime that day! They even helped me pick out Christmas gifts early. With all I purchased, I even get 6 months with no interest on the card! I love it! I cant wait for their private sale this October!

Jennifer has now pierced all 3 of my kids and they had such a great experience. She always lets us know about sales that are going on . Giving my kids a great memory as well for piercings. My husband and myself love this the location and how quickly we are always serviced.

Horrible experience. The woman that helped me (Kiosk manager) tried to charge me for earring clasps even though their policy is 2 free sets for Pagoda customers every month.On top of that I purchased earrings and she also added a protection plan on them that she never mentioned and I never asked for. If youre planning on going to Pagoda, go to the MOA location, the two women there were so much more helpful and pleasant.

I went to this location twice and no one was there to help. I have been buying pagoda nose rings for a long time. Not having someone there forced me to purchase earrings else where which changed color. I like how the pagoda nose ring fits and it doesnt change color and a good price. Very disappointed with the customer service 😒

I waited patiently to get my 6 month old daughter ears pierced. I picked out the earring, signed all the paperwork, paid for it, and after the piercing turns out it was the WRONG earring!!!!! I was charged for the wrong earring as well and didn’t offer to give me a refund. My baby went through enough for the day, I am furious. I went back and talk to the associates and told them it’s the wrong earring. They told me to come back 4-6 weeks and they will gladly swap it out or they can repeirce her ears with the right one. I know if I was to return they will have no clue to who I am or the situation these put me in. This place needs to properly train their employees. This definitely something that’s preventable. They need to double check to jewelry, compare it to the one the customer actually request for, make sure it’s the right one before using it an actual person, and show the customer the earring before putting it on the piercing gun. I will not be returning to place. I do not recommend this place to anybody. However I’ve been to the Rosedale piercing pagoda and they are nice and professional there thinking same chain some service. Should have went there instead.

STAY AWAY. They dont honor their warranty, they dont care about customer satisfaction, they just dont care and just want your money. I have brought warranties for many earrings and they nick pick everything to not give you the replacement. The earrings didnt even last NE 2 months! And thats with care! If I knew about their lying deceiving scam, I wouldve never ever brought earrings there at all. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the trouble. Dont be like me.

Idk what you guys got going on at this location but you need too fix it fast. Me and my wife where in the mall today and I wanted too get her a nice necklace and the Hispanic worker was beyond rude she was swearing on the phone with someone and than came off extremely unprofessional too us and rushing us so we decided not to get anything and went to Kay instead

Went to the maplewood mall today but the store was bare and empty (looked like you guys were closed). Checked online and google says you guys are open. If your store is closed, please change the open hours because you’re wasting people’s time.

I love coming to this location is so much nicer than others in area. The two girls I always work with ( jani, Alyssa I believe ) have always helped me find what I’m looking for and are always professional and that’s what I want when I shop is friendliness and professionalism and they hit it keep up job

2 Female employees. We stood at the counter for quite awhile before interrupted their conversation for assistance. They had NO idea about the products. We left.

Went to the location today was looking to purchase a few pieces of jewelry, the girl there never said hello/welcome or anything…instead stayed on the company phone having a personal phone so we left and i purchased from JaredMe being a business owner, that is horrible service to not welcome or acknowledge customers

Brought my 1 year old to get her ears pierced, they pierced the top of her ear by “accident”! They were extremely rude when we first got there, I shouldn’t have gone through with it when I noticed their disgusting attitudes! Save your children’s ears!

Theres never anyone at the stand and they dont know how to process anything including returns. They have really gone downhill.

I love pagoda jewelry! The ladies that work there are very helpful and nice. Always have good deals as well.

Staff there is incompetent and incredibly rude. Very cold and not welcoming. Should also understand that you treat people how you want to be treated!

This location is not open. FYI to any parents or customers who might be hoping to get something.

They got the real jewelry. The stuff I bought from there is still the same color.
