Gigi was very amicable and warm for the check-in process & consultation. Liliana was equally very professional and considerate for the procedure. I look forward to completing the process with this staff.

The people here do a really good job with their tattoo removals. I’ve only had two sessions but so far in the places that the ink wasn’t so deep, there have been no scars or any trace of any ink being there in the first place. Liliana has made the whole “tattoo removals hurt more than the tattoo itself” quote a complete joke. Hearing that my whole life had me terrified of laser tattoo removal, but in all honesty, the anticipation was scarier than the laser itself. Liliana was really good at managing and completely understanding of any fear I had.This is the one place I would recommend for tattoo removals to my friends who need it. The people that work here really care about the work that they do. The results are great, all while making sure you feel comfortable.Thank you for the service all of you provide!

My consultation was with the amazing & compassionate Gigi who walked me through the process & all my general inquiries. She was honest, professional and made me feel valued as a potential client. To me she is the face of Removery as her experience with tattoo removal is second to none. Then we get to my first session with the spectacular Liliana. She was my laser technician and she made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. This location would not work without these two. This is an uncomfortable process & tattoo removal is not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Seems like I great place. Ive only been there once so far. However they do not have a pay as you go option like I thought the website said. I had to sign up for care credit and have to make monthly payments. My hand tattoo is very small and Im not sure how they calculate the needed treatments for it. But it kinda feels like alot for such a small removal. Unfortunately I just want this gone from my hand so it is what it is and I failed to shop around first.

I am ecstatic with the results of my first session to fade my brows! The results were immediate. Also, the staff is very professional at the Woodbury location. The technician was very honest when I asked if it would hurt but it is a very quick treatment. I highly recommend Removery!

I had my first session for a tattoo removal yesterday, the pain was nothing compared to what I thought it was going to be. I’m having two small tattoos removed. One of them is already totally gone after one session. I was told it would reappear in about 15 minutes but, 15 hours later I still don’t see it… 😁The ladies who work there are amazing! Can’t wait to see my final results!

The staff here at Removery really help make you feel comfortable during your appointment which makes the process a lot smoother. My tech took the time to make sure the removal process was less painful by taking the time to ice my tattoo longer before and after the session, gave me two stress balls which helps, and a pillow to be more comfortable. Best session I’ve had so far after six months in. Really great service!

Gigi & Chloe are a charming team! I knew removal would hurt- and it REALLY does- but Gigi prepared me for exactly what to expect & how to get the best results. The tattoos are already gently fading, and I’m looking forward to my future appointments. The prices are fair, the environment is new & clean, and the staff is top notch & friendly. The staff at the Woodbury facility are absolutely amazing. They are very friendly and definitely eased my nervousness. Any questions or concerns I had they were able to answer and address. I have had 3 treatments so far and I’m very impressed with the results. They have multiple payment options and the their price points are very competitive. I was very impressed. First off the location was easy to find (and close ). The building was very clean and well run by the manager. She was very friendly. Gigi (the laser technician ) was very good at her job. She not only was friendly and kind to me , but also iced my tattoo for a while so when she hit it with the laser , I barely felt anything. I was very impressed with her skills and politeness! I love Removery and I’m so glad they’re in Woodbury ! I wish I could give you more than 5 stars !!!

Gigi is absolutely incredible and I will make a further drive just to have my service done by her. I’ve been going to the Roseville Removery for 9 sessions and services have been extremely painful lately. I’ve dreaded every session because the pain is near unbearable. One of their hand pieces that was needed for my tattoo was broken so they had me book at Woodbury. I’m so glad this happened because Gigi took such good care of me. She iced and took her time and the pain was no where near what it had been. I enjoyed chatting with Gigi and can say that I will no longer dread my sessions.

I was here for my 6th treatment removing an old unwanted tattoo. The place is clean and inviting. The equipment is new and the staff are fabulous! Gigi was my technician and made me feel welcome and she was super friendly. I would recommend Removery to anyone whos looking for a good removal experience.

I would honestly recommend Removery to anyone who has a tattoo that needs to just go away. Each session is a quick (usually 10 minutes or less), easy process and, though it isn’t pain free, it’s no more painful than getting a tattoo. I had made the mistake of getting tattooed by a guy I was dating...getting these removed is AMAZING!! The employees here are so understanding and very knowledgeable, they explain the process as they go. I just finished my 4th treatment and my tattoos are WAAAAY lighter!! Praise God 🙌I should also say that Gigi is awesome!! She iced my tattoos and the pain level was very tolerable👍May19 23UPDATE...OK, I just finished my 9th session about an hour ago. Gigi told me that this time the lazer was turned up to the highest level that it could go. She took time to ice my skin again, as she always has, before she starts the procedure. The pain wasnt too bad this time and she explained how it was because my ink is soooo much lighter than when I first came in. I could really feel it after she was done though😳 she applied the ice packs again and they really helped with the discomfort!! Words cannot convey how amazing Gigi has been during this entire time that Ive been coming here!! My large, dark hip tattoos are almost totally gone!! I was going to another tattoo removal place for laser removal on my ankle.After 10 sessions I wasn’t making much progress. I started going to Recovery tattoo removal and in 3 sessions there is a huge difference in the fading. I like how professional Recovery is, and how clean.I was afraid at first because they are more expensive. But I’d rather pay more money and have it fade much faster.

I had my first ever free consultation here today, with Chloe and Gigi, Chloe was very inviting and helped answer a lot of questions about stigma and the experience. Went to the consultation and they vere very nice. Did not go with them because they were very expensive, 3 times more expensive than their competitors. They absolutely would not budge on price. Im going back to their competition, its a drive but way more affordable.

I have been to both Roseville and Hudson locations. I have worked woth Dustin and Hannah. They are both so professional and so nice and friendly. I LOVE these guys and this company!! I have had previous removal sessions with a doctor and I can say that these guys are way more knowledgeable on the lasers. I had scar tissue from the doctor I worked with previously and Dustin educated me on everything and has helped the scar tissue go away along with my tattoo. This shop attempts to use large terminology and bashes the competition in an attempt to gather business. They are extremely overpriced. Dont waste your time. I have a couple small tattoos on my fingers and they quoted me $1200 to $1500 to have them completely removed. When I questioned their process they bashed the competition and attempted to justify their pricing. Dont waste your time.
