The staff is great! Very kind to explain everything well. I understand its a long process, but I am pleased with the results so far. Pain is manageable and over quickly. If you need a tattoo gone, this is the place to go.

I’m a little over one year into my tattoo removal journey and I’ve had a great experience at Removery. All of the staff has been efficient, kind, and communicative and Paige is such a great tech - I’m seeing great progress! Would highly recommend!

I started getting a couple tattoos removed over two years ago now. I don’t have anything negative to say about any of the times I have received service from them. For my consultation and my first appointment, I was extremely nervous, but Kristen and Paige are extremely kind, welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. And my tattoos are almost gone! After my first treatment I sent a picture of it the next day. It didn’t find my file. My intention was to show I had no reaction to the first treatment. The image was nearly the same. Upon my second visit I explained my intention and expectation. I was hoping for a more effective treatment. Sadly, I am disappointed. I feel as if I have wasted my money. I’m afraid I will be left with an even more ugly and unexplainable mark.

Removery has been a great experience for me, despite the pain of removal! The techs are knowledgeable and friendly, the environment is clean, and the customer service is fantastic. The removal is going well and I am very impressed with my results.

I’ve been getting my removal for over a year now. I go between Woodbury and Roseville locations. Both offices are clean and well maintained. Staffs are very welcoming. The laser technicians are very kind and always makes sure I remember the after care. They do listen to your pain tolerance and will take breaks in between if needed and icing you through out the treatment. My tattoos are very light now and the one on my back is completely gone!

I’m really happy with the results and service that I get at removery. I have been going to Roseville and St. Louis Park and have had good experiences at both. As a woman, I feel safe and comfortable with the techs. I have had bad experiences with tattoo shops that do removal and with an infamous laser center in Minneapolis.My only complaint is the office building! I feel like such a dirtbag going into that fancy office building with all the lawyers and realtors

I have been seeing Avianna at the Removery for over a year. I’ve had great results so far! My tattoos are fading fast. The process is painful, but Avianna is a joy to work with. She is professional, works with care and efficiency, kindness empathy. And she’s a lot of fun! I highly recommend the Removery and Avianna for your tattoo removal.

The person who did my consult was very courteous and explained the many options they offer. I cant speak on the actual work they complete, but from other reviews it looks like they do a good job. My issues is how they advertise. From what I remember, their website quoted me an estimate of between $1200-1700 (after I entered my information for consult) for what I would call a medium sized tattoo subjectively. In person, I was given an estimate of $2699. In my opinion, this is possible false advertising and maybe even price gouging (although I have not looked into other prices around the area). They obviously want to get you in the building and the person said we can start today almost immediately which I believe was a way to create urgency and get you to sign up.TLDR: Very courteous, do good work according to other reviews. IMO possible false adversting and maybe even price gouging

Avianna has always been a total pro and kept me feeling very confident in the long process of laser removal. I’ve been lightening and removing multiple tattoos for years and she’s the best tech I’ve ever seen. I’m thrilled with my results. Appointments are always super fast and easy.

I just had my 3rd session at Removery with the target to completely remove my Thai stick and poke tattoo that I got in 2017. Estimated 8-12 sessions with 6-8 weeks in between so this may take more than 2 years to remove. So far the staff is incredible and the only part I dont like about going is the pain of the actual laser lol. I would recommend this spot to remove any unwanted tattoos. Pricing is transparent and financing options are available. Aaaaaand lastly, I thought removal was so far out of my budget I never really looked into it but their one price until its gone is really reassuring. If I had to pay for every session individually I probably wouldnt show up very frequently.

Came in for a consultation and found the experience highly unprofessional. Also very heavy on marketing (the intake form indicates ‘product upsale.’ Will find another place I feel more comfortable with in customer service.

Staff are friendly and facility is clean. They were able to work me in as a walk in last minute which I appreciate with my busy schedule. Laser session is fast and efficient, they use ice pack before and cold air during to reduce discomfort. Overall good experience. Price is significantly higher than other locations (like four times as much). Overall Im happy with my experience but I will finishing my removal at a location that is less expensive.

As soon as I walked into the Fallen Ink office, I knew right away that I was going to have a great experience. Everything was very clean and Dustin was so nice and welcoming! I can’t express enough how happy I am that I chose Removery for my tattoo removal. My first set of appointments were with Hannah and she was so helpful and explained the whole process and what to expect and made me feel welcome and comfortable. I also saw Bailie and she was amazing as well. Getting a tattoo removed isn’t painless but the steps Hannah and Bailie took eased the pain and they were both very good about making sure I knew my after care procedures. I started my tattoo removal journey over four years ago at a place I thought was reputable. It turns out they werent, despite the owner having a medical degree. I paid for the whole process up front, only to have them go out of business with my tattoo not even close to being gone. Not only that, but the original place went way too hard with the laser, which caused lots of bleeding and scarring. Needless to say, I was leery after that experience. My next step in this process was at the place that Removery eventually bought out, Fallen Ink. They were night and day different. I loved the technician and I felt like I was finally moving in the right direction again. After Removery purchased Fallen Ink, I was nervous. Luckily that fear was for nothing. The staff at the Roseville location have been amazing! They have been honest about pricing and with presenting my treatment plan in general. The laser used is so much better than the one used at my original place. They are very up front about the process and they also give useful advice on aftercare to keep things going smoothly. Im terrible with names, but the guy that presents pricing was awesome! He was able to get me a good deal on my package and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. The woman that has taken over as my technician is great too. I would definitely recommend Removery, and especially the Roseville location, to anyone looking to get a tattoo removed :)

I havent been to any other tattoo removing businesses, because Removery is so good at what they do. The atmosphere is light, welcoming, and clean. The staff are super friendly and help ease any nerves you might have. When it comes to removing your tattoo, the staff go at your pace and they do everything they can to make your experience the best it can be. Before you leave the office, they make sure you know how to best take care of your tattoo until your next visit and provide any information that you ask for. Started going here when it was still known as Fallen Ink, a positive experience when I first started. Nothing but troubles, unfortunately, since becoming Removery. The cost went up (not as much as other peoples but still more than 40% than when I first started). Also said this might be my last session but will follow up with me over text in 12 weeks, had it marked in my calendar but had to call and make an appointment when they never did. New set of people last time I came in, scheduled for me 10+ weeks out and didn’t say if it would be faded or not. Not sure what my tattoo is going to look like after this last session I had but can’t justify spending another $150 for it to not lift.

Dustin is exceptional at making you feel comfortable throughout the process. He is very professional and personable at the same time. I live in WI and was unable to make it to appointments during weeknights because of work, but Dustin had no problem coming in on the weekend to make sure I was able to have my tattoo removed. He makes sure your expectations for number of sessions for tattoo removal are appropriate based on the tattoo being removed. I have had four sessions and have seen amazing results. Would definitely recommend! The atmosphere of the clinic is amazing too!

I went in yesterday for my 1st consult/removal. The second I walked in the door, I knew I picked the right business. Dustin was very welcoming and the establishment was immaculate. He was very open and honest and gave me very realistic expectations about my removal. It hurt, but not much more than getting the tattoo on. I made my next appointment and cant wait to go again. I drive 2 hours one way to go there and its totally worth it. Its going to be a long process with many, many visits for me but he made me feel confident we can get this done. I scheduled a free consultation and went in to just learn more and get a price estimate. Hannah explained things very clearly and made me feel comfortable and answered any questions I had. I ended up having my first session that day, and I was very nervous. It was not as painful as I expected and was over very quickly! The whole process was actually very cool. Customer service has been great, appointment availability is flexible, locations are convenient for those who live in or near the twin cities. Prices are reasonable for the size of tattoo(s) you’re having removed.I am comparing price and service to a tattoo removal business in Arizona. It may or may not be a fair comparison but it’s based on my experience and knowledge from both businesses.

Went in for tattoo removal. The lady was very friendly and informative. Clean environment. However, I wasnt happy with the results. During the removal she didnt go over a portion of my tattoo. Months later, there is no fading at all. I had been going to NE prior to trying this shop. I always noticed a difference each time a had a session at NE. At fallen ink, I didnt have any results. I paid around $70 and it went to waste. Nice shop, but I wont return as I need to feel confident my tattoo will eventually get removed properly.

Did a little research before choosing Fallen Ink and was impressed with Dustins credentials so we went in for a consultation. I had my first consultation/session with Hannah in September. The whole facility looked really professional, giving off an Im-at-the-dentist kind of feel. Hannah was great at answering all of my questions like: How much will it hurt and how many sessions do you think it would take for my tattoo to disappear completely? She was friendly and patient during my consultation and never put any pressure on me to proceed with my first session. Once I committed, it was all over in about 10 minutes, which is a lot quicker than I expected considering how big my tattoo is. After she finished, she explained how to care for my tattoo, so that it will heal the best way possible. She was really good at making sure all of my questions were answered before I left. I cant wait for my second session!

Great First experience! Dustin explained everything and gave me a very realistic overview of what I should expect when I have my two (awful) tribal tattoos removed. He definitely was confident and competent and completely put me at ease. He had full disclosure so there would be no surprises. I had my consult today and Im all set to start next week. Ive talked to a few other places and his prices are completely comparable and he has some great packages to help save a few more dollars.

The only thing that made me upset is that I live so far away (Mississippi) that I wont be able to continue my sessions with Dustin. I started with another place where I was promised a lower price. Removery in Roseville had a package, which wasn’t cheap, but I see my tattoo fading with each treatment. Yes, it’s a long process but worth it when you want your tattoo gone. I would recommend the package with unlimited treatments in order to have a complete removal. And by the way, the people I’m dealing with are great and that’s priceless!

Bailey was awesome! She explained everything thoroughly and put me at ease on my first appointment. She used cold packs and a blast of cold air before the treatment to help with discomfort and told me how to care for the area afterwords to help it heal faster. The place was also super clean and sanitary!

I had my first removal done on my arm in June, going back in July for the second treatment. Dustin and his staff are very professional, the equipment they use is very high tech as well.Best part, its extremely quick! From the moment I walked in it was nothing less than a completely positive experience! A very clean, friendly establishment that welcomes you, educates you, and gives you exactly what they say they will. It is two weeks later and what a difference! I have multiple appointments to go, but I have no doubt they will deliver! Less pain than getting my tattoo and healing is going exactly as explained! No problem!! A++ people!!! I started in January of 2021 and after 10 treatments of a small tattoo on my finger Im left with a blob. My treatment started at $100 a piece and after they switched from fallen ink to removery my treatments went up to $275. After little to no fading after one of my treatments, a different woman told me the previous girl used the wrong strength. I truly believe they can fade these tattoos faster than they claim. Either way be prepared for a long-term, expensive tattoo removal process. None of these five-star reviews comment on the actual removal of the tattoo, how long it takes or how much it costs. I wish I would have left my tattoo alone it looked better before. Buyer beware

Tattoo removal is not exactly an enjoyable experience, but the staff at Fallen Ink make it so I actually look forward to my appointments. Always on time, always safe (in regards to COVID w/ cleanliness) and friendly as well. If youre looking to remove some regret from your skin, this is the place to go. Hands down.

I had no bruising or bleeding. Swollen. Healing just great, going back in a month or so for the next treatment. I didnt have much discomfort, & I would compare the pain to less then getting a tattoo. I had a really dark ugly cover up done over a previous tattoo I was having removed, I should’ve just kept getting it removed here because it was already almost gone, would’ve probably been 2-3 more sessions. But I thought it would be cheaper to get a cover up, which turned out to be so big, dark and ugly, I had to come back here and get it removed or at least lightened up enough to get ANOTHER cover up. My experience here has been great. Very professional, and fast. Which matters, they do their job thouroughly and quickly which is preferred for this treatment. I’ve had about 5 treatments and the tattoo has lightened up SO much and is almost ready for a cover up.

Two days ago I had a tattoo put on my toe. Although I thought it through and did my research it did not turn out like I thought it would. I have been crying ever since. I made an appointment with Fallen Ink as soon as I could. Hannah walked me through everything. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. The place screams professional and clean. Usually that means WAY OVERPRICED and stuffy. Not so. The consult was thorough and any questions were answered to satisfaction. The people were friendly and tatted! The prices were reasonable and they have great equipment. No pushing or trying to get you to buy a package of treatments. Unfortunately (for me) Ill probably end up going there when my new tattoo heals.

I have had only the initial consultation with Hannah. I wanted to know about a small tattoo that was quite old and the colors had blended so it looks like a black blob. I learned about my options. She was very clear about what they were and the cost and how many treatments I might need. She was also clear about how the laser treatments work and how they might feel and any side effects. I felt very comfortable and found out more than I expected. I am working on how to fit it into my budget as I would like the work to be done.

I bought 9 treatments because I asked the girl that worked there because I thought she would know how many treatments it would take for my tiny outline tattoo to go away. She said it would most likely be all gone by the 9th treatment. I just had my 9th treatment last week and my tattoo looks the exact same Maybe a tiny bit thinner but still just as dark as before. I paid so much money and I’m in college so every penny I have needs to count. I’m super disappointed And will never spend a dime here again. Ripoff.

First time I was in I was an hour late. So I thought I would just apologize and reschedule he was able to squeeze me in right away I had my first consultation and my first treatment. He asked me questions about my life made me feel comfortable before the procedure answer any questions I had. I came back a month later for my second treatment he remembered our conversation and remembered things about me from the first conversation/ treatment again made me feel really comfortable and was it was a wonderful experience

Iam on my 7th treatment since last fall which is about every 6-8 weeks! I keep hearing “ we see some movement in the ink” but I really don’t see much for results, I guess I was hoping for faster results. The verdict is still out but I really expect that one day my tattoo will be mostly gone.

For those looking for the best deal in laser tattoo removal in Minneapolis/St. Paul, I would highly recommend Fallen Ink. This was my first experience doing something like ink removal so it was important to me that I was getting the most out of my money (Im a college student) and that it be done at a professional office. Ive recently completed my 4th session removing a black ink tattoo on my shoulder and everything has faded dramatically since my 1st session (my tattoo is estimated to be gone in about 8). The actual laser removal portion of each visit takes about 45 seconds (Im seriously in and out of the office within 10-15 minutes) and then I go on with the rest of my day relatively pain free besides a small amount of swelling and redness. You must wait about a month in-between sessions so it will take several months, but Fallen Ink is a great business to stick with throughout the whole removal process.

I just wanted to thank Hannah for being so friendly and welcoming. You explained everything so well and made me feel very comfortable, because inside I was terrified!!! The process was quick and not too painful. Thanks for being great! :)) I will definitely recommend Fallen Ink in the future.

Here we are, back where it all started! I was looking for a career in the airline industry when it became obvious I had to do something about the tattoo on the outside of my wrist. Worst place I have visited for a tattoo removal intake. I got an almost 20 year old black tattoo, first the lady tells me its the easiest to remove, and then tries to sell me the premium package for 4000 dollars, and it will take 2 years! The young lady (I forgot her name) was professional. I also appreciate her patient and a explanation about the process. I did not get the treatment so I can not comment on the actual procedure. I almost (90%) was gonna get it done, but here is the reason why I changed my mind at last minute. she said all of your tattoos are located at an area where the blood flow is low. I am in medicine, and very familiar with the circulatory system. lets talk about the one on my inner wrist (Carpel). Blood supply to your body is determined by your heart. The aorta branches into a network of smaller arteries that extend throughout the body. unless there is a health condition, there are no such things low blood supply to your wrist. as a matter of fact, it contains the radial artery, one of the major arteries following carotid artery to check for a pulse, which is related to the heart function. I might have understood her wrong, but this absolutely didnt make any sense to me. nothing negative but i just couldnt find it to be a fact. its a very clean place. another thing is that she was awesome working on price with me.

Im so very happy that I decided to check this place out. Really put me at ease knowing the pain wouldnt be horrific due to the cooling system. Makes the process a lot more tolerable. Had taken a break and decided to go back 2 weeks ago and added 3 new tattoos to the agenda to have removed. Pricing is reasonable and the team is awesome!

This is a delicate process to begin with. You are looking to get something removed from your body. It’s hard to know if you are in the right hands. Unlike medi-spas that offer this same service, I choose Fallen Ink becuase this is there specialty. What they do. It also put my mind at ease that they guaranteed that it would not need more then 7 treatments. Every tat is different. One took only 3, I’m still working on another one. I happy with my results and trust them to take care of my body and the removal process.

Fallen had the opportunity to remove one of the four last tattoos I had to have removed andinstead he deliberately and obviously not hit or go over one in particular close to the other three and when I asked why not do the last one more and came up with that I will need to come back in several months.I live 2 hrs one way and now need to go to another tattoo shop to have one small area removed when he could of done this at that time.Point being he deliberately left ink in one small area to obviously make me come back to charge more money when it was not necessary.You will find this to be the same experience as I if you decide to visit Fallen.Money does not grow on trees and he will try to pick you clean.Buyer BewareMartin
