I absolutely love this place. Laura from Saint Petersburg, Florida is awesome to deal with. She always takes care of me and her customer service is phenomenal. I have been dealing with this company for about 13 years now. In general, I will not shop anywhere else for my supplies and I only deal with Laura. Love this lady she makes things so much easier.

I love everyone that works at this tattoo supply store, I can wholeheartedly say the customer service here is amazing but I get anxiety every time I am about to call to put in an order because I have no idea if they are about to tell me they dont have my needles in stock. As a supply store, you should order supplies before they are low…. so you can supply. Very OFTEN, the needles I purchase are out of stock. I shop here to support a local business I am one myself, but I am constantly let down with how often they run out of what I need. At this point if im going to have to order something, I would rather just order from the brand directly as I never see that they are out of stock.

Lola was nothing short of amazing . So helpful and so sweet and kind. Had so much insight for me and cannot emphasize how she was nothing short of amazing!!! Give her a raise!

I’ve been using Kingpin for my piercing needles for some time, and it seems they have become unreliable. In August-September, i had to discard close to 30 needles from several boxes because the needles were poking through the seal on the sterile packaging. I kept ordering, but today I pulled out a bag to find a dead insect inside the sterile packaging. This is unacceptable, there is no way the needles they are putting out are sterile. Very disappointing when the focus of anyone in this industry is client safety first. Needless to say, we won’t be ordering needles from Kingpin anymore.

Customer service is AMAZING. Had a hiccup in getting a delivery (shipping company’s fault) and I was helped above and beyond. Truly thankful for how accommodating customer service was and helping me resolve my issue. Best tattoo supply company I’ve dealt with thus far.Highly recommend!!!

This company is literally the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. If I could have given them 0 stars, I would have done that. Most of the people who gave them 5 stars probably got lucky and didn’t have anything go wrong with their order and didn’t have to deal with their customer service. In order to make this shorter, I’m going to write a list:1) My $1100 work station was “lost” by UPS, not Kingpin’s fault, but this was their first opportunity to make things right and didn’t. I was literally out of work because of moving shops and not having an important piece of equipment and they required me to wait 10 days for an investigation.... didn’t offer a refund, all the equipment was sold out at this point, and within that 10 days I reached out multiple times for help and was never given a call back when they said they would.2) UPS says the station is lost, so I go out and buy a $400 heavy duty station from Home Depot so I can start making money, and literally the same day it’s delivered. The surge protector is broken, their company sticker is slapped on crooked, and it was about a month later than when it was supposed to arrive. I call Kingpin to see how they were going to fix this as I didn’t agree that this broken product and difficult situation should be worth $1100, and no one would answer the phone or return my calls. I’ve emailed them several times requesting a phone call with the manager and all I got in return was an email stating I received my product, they’re sending a new surge protector, and that was it.3) I took the Kingpin station to the new shop as this was the station I wanted, just not all of the hassle, and I’m cleaning it and as I run my hand over the top, a piece of jagged metal that was sticking out cuts my thumb. I started bleeding. Their products are NOT WORTH THE PRICE!! If someone asked me what I thought of Kingpin, I’d tell them to go anywhere else!!!!Bottom line, absolutely horrible experience, unprofessional customer service, and cheap poorly made products.... STAY AWAY!

I went for my first time today!I picked up an order that I made late last night, I was pretty surprised that they had it ready so fast. Especially considering the amount of things. They didnt forget anything! Even offered me a break on a more expensive power supply than one I asked for last minute.I cant remember who I talked to over the phone, but he was great.And Laura was awesome! She helped me with my pickup and definitely made a good impression.Im looking forward to going back, especially when the showroom opens.Thank you all!

The woman that helped me over the years was great, she was a hard worker and always sweet but after 4 or 5 busted shipments, missing items and this last incident where I purchased a chair for an artist(on the morning of May 3rd)and they didnt tell me till 4pm on the 15th that a logging error caused them to be back ordered and I could get a new one on the 30th of June I just cant justify doing business with them any longer. This has cause monumental stress in my shop, and the best they could offer was a refund.

I ordered some Griffin Salve online, when the ship one to said it had arrived, but it never did, I then emailed Kingpin to let them know. Without anyone even asking questions, I had a new email in my inbox with a new shipment and the tracking number, which showed up today!!!! YAAAAY thanks for the stellar customer service as this customer was so pleased I am here writing this review! 🤣🙌🏼😀😀 keep up the amazing job everyone who puts their souls in this this business you have.

I should have checked google reviews before I bought from this company. Well, heres another 1 star review thatll hopefully help someone else before they make a mistake. I bought a power supply machine and the cord that came with it didnt even belong with the machine, so I had to BEG for them to let me return it - since its there bad right? Finally they sent me a return shipping label and its been a while since it was returned, well guess what?! No refund and no response. I cant believe this is even legal for a business to do?? Theyre so corrupt. Dont buy from them!

Came in today to purchase some supplies, and had the most incredible experience. Laura met us at the door with her beautiful, friendly, smile and personality! She was so accommodating and wonderful, Had fantastic recommendations for exactly what we were looking for, and gave us the most amazing customer service. Can’t remember the guy’s name that gave us a tour of the building, but he was also very friendly and informative. My business partner and I have been using Kingpin for all of our tattoo supplies and equipment for five years now and this company and this facility has the most amazing staff and energy of any I’ve seen. So excited to guest spot and continue doing business with KingPin tattoo supply for MANY YEARS to come! 🤩

Sad to see this company expand and become worse. But I guess like it’s said greed is blinding. This place now has too many amazing competitors, and is quickly becoming the new cam tattoo supply. But sadly even cam will get orders out on time.Edit 1/27/23: Kingpin still has yet to reach out to correct issues I experienced. Let this be a lesson to their customer services.

**ZERO STARS***Bunkerhill Investments (The investment company that bought up kingpin and tatsoul, along with a few others) has rapidly driven this company into the ground.. I used to love the personal service rep that would drive our orders out to the studio on the same day we ordered. Ive been a patron of theirs for almost 2 decades, and was treated with the utmost disrespect over a matter of a $10 BOTTLE OF PIGMENT that THEY forgot to add to my bill.. once they cought it, they called the studio, where my staff directed them to put it on the same card the rest of the order was placed on. The same card thats been on file and is used with them WEEKLY for almost every order. For some reason, they then decided to start blowing up my PERSONAL phone to hassle and harass me about it for the next 3 days. 13 calls between my studio number and my personal phone. 3 of said calls, they were told to put it on my tab... finally, I missed the last call from them so I called back to speak to a supervisor, because at this point Ive been made out like Im trying to dodge them over a $10 screw up on their end, been bombarded with phone calls (during rush hour traffic/while working/driving in pouring rain/doctors appointments/and dinner with my wife and kids) and was baffled by the fact that they would even hassle my studio over the issue, given that they net around 20k a year in supplies from us for 17 years!!! Ultimately, the management couldnt give a rats a$$, and literally didnt even offer an apology, let alone compensation with some sort of swag (hat/shirt/DVD/ect) just to make me feel all warm and fuzzy!! Closest I got was sir, we will just void the $10 transaction, due to the confusion. Beyond that, I dont know what to yell you .... how about were sorry for the confusion and inconvenience just for starters....I dont ask for handouts. I bust my back for what I want/need, but for crying out loud, Ive been filling thier pockets for 17 years... at least stroke my ego, or give me an apology and and a box of the gloves theyve tripled the price on...cheaper products at higher prices and zero care for customer service and loyalty.No thanks... Ill support one of the local INDUSTRY OWNED suppliers...

I purchased a thousand dollar printer before COVID-19 and cant seem to figurebit out, its just not working out for me, ive emailed multiple times as to help, ive even asked if i can get a cheaper printer and take the loss on ko ey as to King pin saying and they will not refund me. This company is THE WORST TO WORK WITH!

The people who are working here behind a desk have no idea how to read or answer a phone it seems.Applied for work, application said to contact me in the afternoon and they called me at 8-9am and when called back couldnt answer their phone.Dodged a bullet not working with this group.
