I had my nipples and nose pierced with Ali 4 days ago...she was GREAT!!! I was very nervous but she was very knowledgeable and immediately put me at ease. She explained everything in detail and had a great sense of humor as well, whiched helped to make the entire experience that much better. I would highly recommend her for all of your piercing needs. Submitted a request a few weeks ago and received a reply in a very timely manner! Fat Tony was super helpful in getting all set up and prepared. When it came time for me to get tattooed, Tiny was very precise and did a great job. I’m super happy with my results — and I think the price I paid was great for the time put into my tattoo. I came by while on vacation, but I plan on coming back next time I’m in St. Pete! Thanks again~~! 🎀

I was a walk in with a few friends for a piercing and everyone was so friendly and kind. It was a fantastic experience. Anissa is the one who did all of our piercings, and she was so quick and professional. She really made sure we were all comfortable and ready, since a couple of us were nervous. She just did a fantastic job at taking care of us. I would absolutely love to go back to her for my next piercing!

My sister and I walked in the studio by chance and Anisa ended up giving us gorgeous tattoos and a very sweet + fun memory. We are extremely close and got pieces of citrus because we are each other’s “main squeeze” my sister is more tattooed than me and wanted a more complex design whereas I prefer something more simple. Anisa was able to give us both what we wanted while still coordinating with each other, we will cherish these tattoos and this time forever! The entire studio vibe is great, awesome to connect with new people in saint pete, and will definitely be back!

Fat Tony is one of the nicest people you want to meet. I got a tattoo from Grey who is an amazing tattoo artist. He did a cover up for me and did an amazing job. He has a light hand. If you are looking for a great tattoo and friendly people stop in and see Fat Tony and ask for Grey to do your work.5 stars isnt enough to rate this business.

I went to get a hidden helix piercing without an appointment and I was seen right away by Ali. She gave me all the information I could ask for and answered any questions I had perfectly. She’s even helping me find jewelry I’d like more to change the piercing out to. She did a fantastic job and I’ll definitely be coming to see her again!!!

Jeremiah did a large black and grey tattoo for me in March 2024. Right off the bat at the consultation, he was friendly and accommodating, very open to the draft I initially presented. During the six-hour session, he constantly made sure I was comfortable and doing well, especially towards the last hour. My tattoo has healed perfectly and Im so incredibly satisfied with my new piece. You rock Jeremiah!

I will not be returning. Anyssa was supposed to do a triangle piercing for me Tuesday which I had done before in 2017 but had to take it out back then and it closed, but the piercing she did is very far forward and went in and out of me twice instead of once. She should have known it was pierced wrong before I left as she could see where it was. She immediately just offered to redo it when I let her know it was done very wrong. She didnt ask for any additional photos to see the extent of the damage and just seemed to care about covering herself from liability. Ill be going to West Palm to have it done correctly by the APP certified piercer who did it correctly for me in 2017 when I got my first triangle piercing.Also, immediately after this piercing, I was told I was able to get up, but typically, you should wait a few minutes, so I was surprised, but I trusted her. I ended up bleeding a little on the floor and cleaned myself up in the bathroom, but I could not see the exact placement as it was too sensitive to touch and still bleeding. I just discovered today now that I could finally move the jewelry a bit that the reason it is still hurting more than it should is because it was done very wrong. It shocked the piercer Ill be having do it correctly. I wouldnt want this to ever happen to another woman, and theres no way to know what issues it may cause down the road.Editing to add: Yes, I am fully aware how this piercing works, and i dont think she really knew what she was doing for this particular piercing. She should have just turned me away. She marked the spot to piercer much further back than where she actually pierced and came extraordinarily close to permanently mutilating me. And there is no way she didnt see that she had piercered it wrong. It went in and out of me twice!!! The other piercer I have shown was horrified for me. She should have shown some genuine empathy because she could have messed me up for LIFE. Im sure she is great at doing the common piercings she is used to and does all the time but she should damn well know better than to do what she did to me if she has been piercing for 12 years.

I highly recommend this shop to EVERYONE that wants a high quality tattoo! Ben did an amazing job and he has a very steady and light hand. The price is very good and he is very professional. I got a rather simple Mac Miller tribute tattoo and he absolutely crushed it! This tattoo has a lot of meaning to me and Im so happy with how well it turned out. If you were looking at this shop to do your tattoo look no further! Ben is a stand up guy and does great work!

This is probably one of the nicest shops around it’s really clean and professional , the prices are fair and everyone there is super friendly and very talented. I’ve had nothing but good experiences. James did a phenomenal job and I’ll definitely be coming back soon. Also one of the artists started playing guitar and singing through most of the session which made the experience even better lol

I cannot express how much I love this shop!! The piercer is amazing! I got my nose pierced here and she took great care of me and gave me a packet for the aftercare. I’ve gotten piercings in other shops but they are not like this one. I was amazed at the care. I also had the great opportunity to get tattooed by Ben. I have no words for the talent this man has. I am forever grateful at the work he put in for my tattoo. He definitely has a forever customer!! If you’re thinking about getting a tattoo I’d definitely go with Ben!! Amazing shop! 17/10 lol

My husband and I came to St Pete for our honeymoon and decided to find a tattoo shop in the area. Grey did an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING job on my husbands tattoo. He is fast, talented, and very nice. He was quick with it. We totally recommend Cthulhu Tattoo and ask for Grey!!!! Ali pierced my helix and did my second holes. She is so sweet and has a down to earth vibe. Ask for Ali!! Unfortunately I had a poor experience with my septum piercing here. For transparency, I did call once I got home and realized I wasn’t happy with the placement. They offered for me to come back in and check it out/possibly re-do. I opted to go to another shop (Bloom) where I was much happier. The piercing at Cthulhu was so quick, and I naively trusted the piercers judgement on placement rather than analyzing it myself. The septum is a tough spot, and even when I got it done at Bloom it was crooked the first time. The difference is the piercer was immediately honest with me, said he would like to re-do it if I was okay with it. Anyone can tell that the piercing I received at Cthulhu was too low. So the piercer not saying anything about it makes me feel it was carelessness vs human error. This shop has such good reviews but learn from my mistakes and be kindly skeptical about anyone poking a hole in your body. (First picture is Cthulhu, second is Bloom—now healed)

Jessica has also pierced me multiple times and her work is beyond amazing. Both artists skills are truly awe-inspiring. I went with my three friends for a walk in tattoos. Our artist Vii was incredibly professional and explained everything in detail. She made sure that we were comfortable throughout the entire process. She did amazing with our fine line tattoos. Everything was incredibly clean and well sanitized. I’m extremely pleased with my tattoo and the experience.

I was a walk-in client and was helped by Vii. I could not be more happy that i was able to work with them! She was so kind and welcoming, made sure that I was comfortable and knew every step of the process. I got my neck tattooed by Vii and I plan on going back to them to get more tattoos. I’m so very happy with my tattoo through the healing process as well. I highly recommend this shop based on the inclusivity, and overall vibe of the shop. The cleanliness was a 10/10.

Best people ever! Called asking to do the gum ball challenge. They didnt have a gum ball machine but, created a personalized experience for us. When we arrived we were greeted with designs ready for the picking. We got there 10 minutes after hanging up and they were all ready for us. They have great service and are very friendly. Not to mention some great decor! At the end of our tattoos they were nice enough to hang out and talk to us. And let me tell you we received the BEST travel advice of our lives from them. 10/10 recommend and we will be coming back. Well worth the 1.5 hour drive for us. Not to mention they’re opening a new shop! Check them out you wont regret It.

Steve did an amazing job on my tattoo! I wanted something small and with thin lines. His lines were thin and crisp and exactly what I wanted. This was my first tattoo, so I was a little nervous, but he was very professional, explained everything well and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend him!

Saw Grey at Cthulhu Tattoo. He did 2 beautiful tattoos for me.The first was morning glories & vine w/tree frog, & humming bird. The detail was spot on and color really popped. Got so many compliments.The second was like a realistic painting style, Full Color, kind of a momerial. My eye, burning candle & smoke, beautiful full rose and plumerias w/leaf & thorns in soft color shades, clouds and sun beams.Grey is easy to talk to, listens to your thoughts, and a very talented artist. He gave his expert opinion and suggestions. Easy to collaborate with. He made my thoughts come beautifuly alive. Wouldnt change a thing on either one. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Cthulhu tattoo is a great place to consider getting your first tattoo!!! The owner responds fast to any questions you have, the employees and artists are really kind and the atmosphere is lively. I worked with Kyle, he responds fast, has amazing work, and was very fun to talk to!! Kyle took great care of me and went into depth with aftercare, and his work place was clean and sanitary.

Had a large forearm piece done by Chado. This was my first big tattoo and I was specifically looking for someone who could do water color style really well. After many months I found Chado and I’m glad I did!! From the beginning he was very responsive and made sure the tattoo was what I wanted before I came in. Currently mid tattoo as I type. However, I came here on a whim a week ago, spoke with Chris Defiant and left with a little tattoo on the back of my shoulder. It was perfect, exactly what I wanted. As I am here, laying on my side, getting my thigh tattoo, I felt the need to share. First and foremost, VERY VERY VERY clean. Secondly, everyone here is wonderful, super nice and just give off good vibes. Thirdly, the ART, the range is amazing. The quality? Outstanding. This is such a comfortable atmosphere and I recommend coming here for your Tattoos!! 100%.

This Saturday I woke up and found out that my industrial piercing that I got at a different shop only a week ago was cutting a gash into the flat of my ear. In a panic I searched for a different piercing shop to check my ear out for me and I found Cthulhu Tattoo. I called them and the receptionist was super kind and told me that I could come in and their piercer could look at my ear. I rushed over and met their resident piercer. He look at my ear and informed me that I would need to have the piercing removed, for my own health and safety. He explained to me what the original piercer did wrong. He took photos of my ear before and after the piercing was removed and encouraged me to write about my experience in a review. He quickly and cleanly took the piercing out for me. He didnt even charge me and when I tried to tip him he said it wasnt necessary. He was super sympathetic and so kind. He then told me exactly what I would need to do to take care of my ear and how long it should take to heal. Overall he made a really scary and awful experience into a positive one that I can learn from! Once I am fully healed, I know who Ill be going back to for anymore piercing needs/wants! To the piercer (I sadly didnt think to get your name) thank you so much for saving my ear from permanent damage and for being such a kind and understanding human.

From the moment I walked in, to the moment I left I felt so welcomed here. I had my tattoo drawn up by Natalia and had the tattoo done by Chris, and I couldnt have asked for nicer and talented individuals. Natalia really brought my tattoo to life and was dedicated to making sure it was to my liking. Chris is incredibly knowledgeable and answered any questions I had, and gave me tips on how to treat and take care of my tattoo for the healing process.

I would strongly suggest not getting a piercing here if you Iive out of state and can not get a replacement from them. They use cheap jewelry. Both diamonds fell out of the posts. Super disappointed.

I called this parlor and asked about their pricing for their piercings to which the man on the phone instructed me to come into their shop for him to tell me. I show up and I ask for the price, but he immediately ignored me for a group of 4 women who came in after me. I had not even finished the consent form when a male piercer took me to the back to which i told him I hadn’t even been told the price, to which they said it was a $100 combined price to get my ear lobe pierced??? Staff were overall very rude and pushy and as someone who has multiple tattoos the customer service I experienced at this location was horrible.

My friends and I walked in and got tattoos with Chado. He was friendly, professional and hit every vision for all 4 of my friends perfectly. We loved our time here!!

I can’t say enough about Ben! I’ve slowly been working through a big piece and his patience and creativity has been incredible! You can tell by his excitement and enthusiasm that he has a true passion for this. Got tattooed by Hawk. He was professional, fun to talk to for the several hours it took, and he’s a great artist. This is definitely my new favourite tattoo. Highly recommend him and I will be going back to him for many more tattoos.

Ive worked with Ben on my last three pieces and theyve turned out fantastic. Also, they look out for their military personnel and will offer a reasonable price for any tattoo you get! Took my sister to get her dath pierced. An the girl was very unprofessional. Made my sister feel bad because contrary to her opinion the piercing actually does help my sister who suffers from chronic migraines.So if u want someone who flashes there unwanted opinion on what the customer wants an what actually does work. Laura is an excellent artist she made the experience so memorable for us and went out of her way to track down my phone that was left in my Uber before we even started and made the whole experience so enjoyable. My experience at this shop was lovely from the moment I walked in. I had an appointment scheduled with hawk at noon, and due to my poor planning on my part I was running an hour late. Of course I let him know that I would be late and he was very understanding. The shop is very clean and all of the staff are pleasant, minus one guy I believe his name was Mickey, he was kinda weird. Anyway I love my tattoo, I would definitely recommend hawk.
