I recommend this place highly. I dont remember her name, but I believe she was the manager. Long haired woman, anyways! She was such a wonderful person to talk to, and work with. I was looking for something special to share with my grandma, who is no longer with us. She worked with me on pricing, and understood that it was something that needed to last. After a disappointing purchase from across the way at Shalimars, which Ive gone to for years! I found something so much better with better quality, and customer service. She alone will have my business when I return to look for any type of jewelry.

Rachel was amazing. So helpful, patient, kind, and efficient! We came in for 7 piercings total, and she handled them all like a pro.

Rachel is a really really great person she was thorough with everything she let me take my time she was showed me all the pieces were to look for she was just unbelievable you guys are very lucky to have her as a associate. She really needs to be a supervisor or manager shes unbelievable and you know because I own my own business and I do what a lot of people and shes a supervisor or manager of material guarantee 100%. I will definitely be back there only when shes working.

The woman who pierced my ears was amazing!! She asked me what I wanted for everything. This was my second time piercing my ears ( my old ones closed up) and she even used my old holes to pierce them the same way 10/10!!!

Customer service is bias and ghetto. Im referring to the white lady who tried to offend me with underhanded micro aggression. Fyi I was and still am so unbothered, not one care do I give to rate this place at all, Google notified me. For lack of better judgment I went to this place instead of ordering my stuff off of Esty which is Authentic & Genuine and has a enormous variety of pieces to choose from. I bought nothing from them that day and I dont plan on buying anything from this establishment ever, I did place an order with Esty and will again repeatedly in the future.

I had such a great experience here....my boyfriend got me a beautiful necklace with a good cross and TWO days after purchasing it broke 😢😭 I was so upset cause we didnt buy insurance at the time. but the lady helped me with replacing it for me and this time I bought the insurance!!! she was so nice and quick to help and made my Christmas!!! Mercedes was the best thanks girl!!!

So quick and easy piercing! Janelle was so nice and knew what she was doing. She helped me pick out some nice earrings and was patient with me about placing the new holes in the right spot and then snap! She was done! I read the review below that I thought was so silly.

Banter is the only place I buy my gold for the last 6 years. They were once Pircing pergola. The warranty plan is like no other. I recently got my chain upgrade, pendent also.

I had a great experience at this kiosk. I wanted to return an item I had purchased online, the lady helped me with the transaction, it took a while but it was fine. she was so nice and helpful that I ended up getting a set of stud earrings and a really cute pendant 💛

Took my 3 month old baby here to get her ears pierced. The girl nikole was great. She explained everything and she knew what she was talking about. She was really precise on the marking too. The customer service was great.

SLOWEST SERVICE EVERRRR! I waited over 30minutes, watched them help several people who walked up after me. I left to do more shopping just to come back and deal with the service. Waited another 25mins before i just decided to take my business elsewhere!

If I could rate this kiosk zero stars I would. My fiancé purchased my engagement ring about five six weeks ago. When we purchased the ring we asked how long will it take to receive the ring. I was told two to four weeks. This is the reason we paid $160 now Im done waiting for my ring. I will be purchasing somewhere else seeing as piercing pagoda employees are so incompetent they cant give proper information.

Great service from this store wont go anywhere else to buy my jewelry, Janelle always takes care of me and goes out of her way with all my needs, also it is right near Charlotte Russe and Sprint in case you dont know where its located.

Their piercings are only $60 versus Claires that are 65. Im going there to get piercing. They were friendly on the phone but she was helping multiple customers and she wasnt focused.
