I went in before and was unable to get a piercing due to anatomical issues. But yesterday I went to get my nose pierced and had an amazing experience!! I took my 15 year old son to get his ears pierced at Addictions with Breanna. The entire process from making the appointment online to the appointment, jewelry selection and care procedures was a positive experience. Breanna ensured my son felt safe and was doing well with the process. I would definitely recommend people visit addictions for their piercing needs. The people at the counter were also very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere here is very clean and they have great artwork and it is nicely air conditioned. They were busy, however they were so efficient that we felt taken care of at all time.

Onna was very kind and made me feel extremely comfortable. She helped me pick out the perfect placement for the jewelry I was wanting. We came in as a group and we all plan to book with her again for more! 💕💕💕💕

I went to get a chest dermal and the experience was 10/10. The lady at the front was kind and helpful. Onna did my piercing and she was amazing. Super quick and easy. I’ve gone here for multiple piercings and they’ve never failed me! I got my ear lobes done this time and bought gold ball studs. Paying for a size down in addition to the initial piercing, it was $190. Addictions is super sanitary, friendly, helpful, and thoughtful. I would trust any of their staff to pierce me.

I was able to get seen the same day. Staff were friendly and very knowledgeable about their field and products! Very helpful in explaining things for someone who was new to it. I got my nose pierced. It was painful but only for a brief moment. I would go again if I ever decide another piercing.

Paid $72 For Everything Which Included the Jewelry , The After Care Spray , And The Smaller Jewelry change I have to come back for in 2+ week ! Definitely Recommend This Place !

It was very easy to book an appt online. I was even able to reschedule online. When we walked in we were shown jewelry options. We were seen within a few mins of our appt time. Super clean and bright. Our piercer was great and very personable to my 12 year old daughter.

First time going to get a piercing professionally done and it was a good experience. everyone was nice and made me understand everything correctly and nicely. will go again 👍🏽

My wife and I booked a last minute appointment online to get a Daith piercing done in each of her ears. The price was much better than the competitors and the service was amazing. Countless jewelry to choose from, Couldnt of asked for a better experience. Addicted

Have nothing bad to say, customer service is great, jewelry is reasonably priced along with whatever piercing you get. You do need to use their online portal for appointments, and bring/show ID but this isnt a big deal. They do young teens as well. Im excited to book a tattoo with them soon as I have gotten several piercings and so have my kids.

My piercer was Onna and she was kind, efficient, and communicated with me (a newbie to piercing) every step of the way. I got a double helix piercing and she was super informative afterwards. I didnt feel afraid to ask stupid questions and I didnt feel rushed at all. The front desk was also very kind and informative. All around the whole thing was a great experience. 10/10. I paid more to tip and schedule my check up right away!

My 17 year old daughter got her naval pierced and my 18 year old daughter her nostril. They both love their piercings and had an easy procedure. We will definitely use them again. .

Breanna did these nostril piercings on me today and made the experience amazing!! She’s very well with talking you through it so you’re not focused on the pain! Not to mention they’re remarkably straight! Very well done, I recommend.

Always had a good experience. Even when my bridge came out a lil funky because I accidentally moved during it, I was able to get it re pierced for free. They are super nice and about average prices.

The piercer Mirah (sorry if I misspelled that) was awesome. Lovely and very personable. Did a great job. Made me have a great experience. The front desk people were nice but ignored me for the first 10 minutes I was in the shop. I felt like I was bugging them when I finally got up and asked them if I could check in to my appointment. It was a good experience overall. It just felt awkward being the only person in the waiting area with 3 people at the counter ignoring me.

I love addictions they have the best piercers and they are all so kind. Each piercing I have gotten there has been done absolutely great!

While at first I thought this was a good experience, in retrospect it really wasnt. My piercer put on waaaaay too short of jewelry for me and didnt account for the swelling either. Ive also been trying to get into contact with my piercer FOR DAYS at this point. This shop recommended I contact the piercers Instagram but they barely use it and they pretty much screwed me over regarding that 🙃 They may seem reputable but really arent. Crazily expensive too for mediocre work, when you can get better piercings at High Priestess. If I could give it half a star I would. Would not recommend, 0/10.

The gentleman at the front desk was kind and patient with me as I picked my jewelry stud and answered all of my questions. I got my Tragus pierced by onna is an amazing piercer. She is kind, patient, informative and efficient. I was a little nervous getting a piercing but onna communicated with me every step of the way and checked in with me to see how I was doing periodically. Onna also made sure I was happy with the placement of my piercing before and after she pierced my tragus.

I am super happy with the service provided here. I have gotten tattoos before but this is my first piercing, everyone I spoke with was super nice and knowledgeable in their respective field. My piercer, Hannah? Im sorry if thats incorrect, was fantastic. She was a subject matter expert, she explained every step of the way and made sure I knew about my aftercare before I left. At no point did anyone try to upsell me more expensive piercings or getting more than one. It was great and I have been raving about addictions to everyone I speak to.

Chad did such an amazing job! He has done a couple pieces for me and the lines are so crisp.

I’ve gone to addictions for 7 years now- all of the staff have been amazing and every piercing i’ve gotten has been perfect.I would like to note however that going to breanna (at least for a lip piercing) isn’t the move. i went in back in June to get my medusa switched out. she put in a Very small bar that i’m not used to but they never do me dirty so i thought it would b fine. fast forward 2 weeks and it started to sink into my lip- i was on vacation so i was going to get it replaced when i got back but the skin grew over it so quickly i had to get it done asap. the piercer out in ohio was flabbergasted because a.) he would never put a bar that short for a lip piercing and b.) he couldn’t even grab on to it with his little piercing holder thing. fast forward to now- i had my medusa out for a few months and it started closing quite quickly. i scheduled an appointment to get it repierced and thankfully it was just needed to be stretched. she put in a slightly longer bar than she was going to in case it started swelling. again, thank god for that bc she put in the bar size i always get. however, she didn’t lube any of it up or sterilized any part of my lip. the lube part is whatever but even when i put in a new piercing i always sterilize at least the skin just in case. not to mention it was being Stretched lolthis review is more for the staff bc again- they’re great and from what i’ve seen she does good piercings everywhere else But the lip.(the short bar is what she gave me, the longer one is from vacation)

Nobody answers the phone.Nobody responds to emailsFront desk folks are not friendly nor knowledgeable.Eyebrow jewelry came out after 4 days and had to go back. Still need the shorter bar but I will go elsewhere or just keep the longer bar because they overcharge.Brianna, piercer, was very friendly but was only thing positive I have to say about this place.

Helpful. But jewelry is pricy. Spent almost $170 on two nose studs. In this day and age.. that’s crazy regarding they are not real diamond and just titanium. I’m guessing they make 150% back on those.

Came here to get my nose pierced. Piercer was Mariah. Shes a sweetheart! Mariah made the process very quick and easy. Everyone there was pretty nice, too!

I have been to other places in the area for piercings and this has been my favorite. The selection of options for body jewelry alone is more than I have seen at a shop. The shop for the most part has workers that knows what they are doing from entering and checking in to the body piercer.

Hanna was super professional, friendly and kept me at ease during my appointment! This is the second time I’ve visited and I think it’s my new favorite piercing place since both times have been enjoyable experiences :)

I have been going to Addictions for the past 15 years and I had THE BEST experience there today. Breanna did my septum jewelry change and tragus and industrial piercings and I never want to get stabbed recreationally by anyone else. She had me lay down for the piercings which helped alot because I usually feel dizzy and faint after a piercing but I could have gotten five of them today. She was so gentle.

I arrived 30 mins early to my appointment, and after waiting 20 mins after the start time, I was still waiting. I was the 2nd customer to get there, and four customers who came aftet me got pierced before I did.

I have been going here for over 20 years and have never had a bad experience. My daughters love this shop too!

Had 5 piercings I needed jewelry put back in for. Lexi was F-ing amazing. Scheduled 2 appointments back to back to accommodate more than 3 rule. We were done a little early. Been going there for nearly 20 years. I love the people and the environment. So glad they are still around and thriving.

Great place! You must have an appointment unless its an emergency like your piercing fell out, they have lots of appointments available. They have an option to buy your jewelry and get your free piercing and if youd want you can pay for the next smaller size for after the swelling goes down but at a discount, I always do this because who doesnt love a discount and of course I will go back to Addictions when I need my jewelry changed because the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and they do a good job. My daughter got her nose pierced for $49 then paid $15 to get a smaller bar for when the swelling goes down total $64, she picked the second smallest jewelry they had. I got my helix done and got a flower jewelry, mine was $74 just for the jewelry. I also got my ear tattoo done here, the artist is no longer here but still recommend tattoos here because I hear great things.

Everyone here is very nice. They took time to answer all the questions I had. Breanna helped to make me feel comfortable as I was a little nervous for my piercing. She was very quick with her work and the whole process was very smooth.

I had been wanting a new piercing for awhile and finally decided to do it on my lunch break one day. I was able to schedule a same day appointment, as theyre by appointment only. Upon arriving the lady at the front counter was super nice and helpful, and they have options for pretty much any budget. I ended up get 2 piercings, daith and tragus. Bree did my piercings and she was very gentle and explained everything. I will definitely be back.

I went in to have my snake bites redone. All the people there were so nice and friendly they explained everything so well. And it was the easy and quickest appointment ever I definitely will go back for more in the future.

Got my tongue pierced by Breanna (sorry if I spelled your name wrong girl.) and she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed through the whole process, as well as did a wonderful job! The healing went way faster and smoother than expected and if you’ve ever gotten a bad piercing you know how they heal, and it’s brutal. But this was not bad at all, I barely felt any pain at all after a couple days and the swelling was gone in a week. Set her skills aside she is also just a wonderful very cool lady that anybody would be lucky to have as a friend. 10/10 recommendation this place, my husband got his tongue done by Scotty a couple months back and he also has nothing but wonderful things to say, anybody you get here, you really can’t go wrong. I just may be a little biased of course because of my wonderful experience.

They were very professional and friendly, the person who pierced my ear was Scotty and she did a wonderful job and was very patient. This being my first cartilage piercing she talked me through the process and it was over before I knew it. The cheapest earrings you can get for a lobe piercing is 45 for a pair, and the cheapest earring for a cartilage piercing is 64 for one earring. They only use titanium earrings which took a load off my mind since I am sensitive to certain metals.

Onna, did my microdermal, she did an amazing job, she is so sweet, personable, and I am very happy with my piercing! I’ll be going back to get my second microdermal! Thank you guys! Plus the place is very clean! Happy customer ☺️

Would avoid. Went a few years ago and my piercing STILL isn’t healed. They pierced a weird angle that other piercers have agreed was done poorly. Unsure how good the hygiene is. When I had it done, my piercer smelled terrible. Not something you want from someone who’s sticking a needle into you. They rip you off from their prices as well.

I had to take my industrial piercing out a few days ago since I somehow got it bent. They were able to get it back in for me

Literally quick and painless. We tried to get in at another popular shop but they only do 8 appointments/day and you have to wait outside across the street and it was 3 times as expensive as Addictions. We booked at Addictions on their site, got there 30 minutes before, picked out titanium stud earrings, met Chappy the tech, and had a literally painless pricing of my earlobes.

My peircer Breanna, made my experience much better. I got my tounge pierced and was super nervous, she talked me through it and made me laugh. All around great experience!!!

We took our daughter here to get her ears pierced for the first time for her 10th birthday. All the staff was very courteous and kind. The shop was clean and we overall had a great experience. The only thing I wish was different was that prices were posted up front, instead of a range. I appreciate being able to shop around to get the best value for my money and ended up paying more here than I would have at another shop that had their prices listed online. (We paid $115 for ear lobes.) I understand the prices is based off of the jewelry that you choose, but I would think that different options could be posted up front so we could go into it with an informed idea of what it was going to cost. Overall, though, it was a good experience and I really appreciated the staff and how they treated my daughter.

Onna as always was super professional and fun to chat with. Very knowledgeable and likes sharing that knowledge with her clients. 10/10

My spouse and I decided to get piercings done this past week and had appointments with Josh. He was absolutely phenomenal - he put us both totally at ease, and was so thorough in explaining every step to us clearly and honestly. He was phenomenal - we’ll definitely be back for more!As for the shop, it was clean and bright and busy - a testament to their high ratings, they were always professional and helpful, doing their best to get folks in and out quickly and painlessly (ha!). Everyone was so nice and it was just such a great overall experience for a couple of newcomers to the area.

Ive never had a bad experience here. Ive had my vertical labret, snakebites, nostrils, and septum all done at addictions and every single appointment was amazing. Personally I really love Mariah, she makes every appointment of mine less scary and makes sure Im 100% okay before leaving :))

I absolutely loved this place. The staff was so welcoming and sweet. Great selection of jewelry as well. When I went here to get my nose piercing, I asked my piercer to look at my nipple piercings I have had for 3 years that I couldnt get healed, and she told me that they were put in through my areolas and then proceeded to tell me how to minimize the scarring for when I take them out to heal them. I will definitely be coming back, especially for the nipple piercing!

I’ve come here a few times but most recently, hannah did a fire job on my nose piercing even though i called her a b****. i lost the ball to my piercing a week after getting it done and they hooked me up w a complimentary one which i think they do up to two weeks after u get ur piercing. this place always does a good job, is affordable, and super easy to book w! Excellent service as well! i usually don’t leave reviews but i whole heartedly support this shop!! thanks again!!

Made my appt the day of which was a very easy process, check in was just as easy, and my piercer Hanna was great at explaining things and even made sure I didnt end up with jewelry too large for my nose. I highly recommend getting any piercing here! This is my third piercing from them and I will definitely be back in the future.

I have been getting pierced by piercers at Addictions since 2005. Every time they have been very professional, knowledgeable, kind, and all around amazing people. I have never had a problem with any of my piercings. My daughter has been pierced several times as well and has had the same experience. Their selection of jewelry is amazing. There is something for everyone and is always top quality. The people up front are always very knowledgeable and are always so great at answering questions. All around great place to visit!

Piercer was very rude and condescending!This place sold me jewelry that broke after a week. Said they were happy to fix it but I waited over an hour to be seen. I did not have an appointment, but for the inconvenience of having to come back in the first place I feel a quick jewelry switch would be put as a priority.They ended up giving me the wrong jewelry so once again I had to come back for a replacement. This time I did have an appointment but still waited another 15-30 minutes to be seen.My piercer told me I needed to “be careful with my jewelry” because apparently I was sold the wrong jewel for the size of the bar. Whoever this was spoke to me like a child. I just wanted to know why they are selling stuff that will easily fall apart due to normal wear. I will not be going back and I hope others won’t waste their time on long wait times and horrible rude staff.

04/04/2023This place has an awesome selection of jewelry for a really good price. They are knowledgeable and friendly. Breanna was my piercer today and she was 10/10. She’s funny, personable and she helped calm my nerves and assured me about my concerns with my deviated septum.

Very bad. Breanna was my piercer she never checked my anatomy and still pierced me, All she said was “you have a small belly button it will just take longer to heal” when I didn’t even have the right Anatomy for a navel. My navel never healed properly and had to get it taken out by another piercer when I decided to get it checked out.

Hands down best place to go! Everyone is awesome and welcoming. Shop is clean and comfortable. If youre anything like me and work yourself up over getting a new piercing the staff here put those nerves to rest. I got pierced today by Bree and will definitely go back! Shes great!!

They completely took advantage of my wife. It cost over $250 for her to get her ears pierced - just basic ear piercings, nothing fancy. They charged $175 to pierce her ears to start with - which took 5 minutes total - and then when she went back to get the studs shortened, they charged her another $86 (we didn’t know they just popped out). That also took less than 5 minutes - they never told her she could do it herself.We feel very taken advantage of and won’t be going back or referring anyone to this place.The quality of the work seemed fine - hence 2 stars instead of 1.

I came in on a whim to check out their jewelry prices and found them to be very affordable considering there is no piercing cost. I made my appointment the same day (online) with Onna and came back to get my septum pierced. It was super fast, yet thorough. She explained the whole process to me as she was doing it. The shop seems to be very clean and felt welcoming. All of the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back for other piercings!

Hands down a wonderful experience! Went to get my nose pierced, took my 12 y/o son with me as he’s been wanting his ears pierced, but has been nervous. This tattoo and piercing studio is a Salem landmark. I was a client there when the original owner opened it, and still recommend their services. They are clean, very professional, and state certified. They have a wonderful selection of jewelry and products for taking care of fresh piercings and tattoos to choose from and offer free aftercare to ensure that their customers have a very positive experience.

Onna re-opened an ear cartilage piercing that hadn’t had jewelry for 5 months, placing a plastic retainer. She was very kind and thorough, and offered to check this piercing site even though I came in to check a tragus piercing. Would definitely recommend & will go back if any other piercing issues arise. I took my son here to get his ears pierced for the first time. Breanna pierced his ears and was great. It was awesome! My piercer (Breanna) was super kind and walked me through everything before doing anything. She explained like, everything you could want to know, and for the two (more personally specific) questions I asked had answers right away and was willing to listen. The people at the front desk were also super nice, and I was able to have some easy conversations with them while I picked out the jewelry. Not to mention, it was all super affordable, which is awesome. It was a really good, smooth, and easy experience and I left feeling good about my decision. Also, I got to get an otterpop to cool the piercing, which was delicious.

The people at addictions are really friendly and the place is very clean. However, after getting my dahlia bites done here, I won’t ever go back. The right side was pierced too high and was somewhat crooked, but it stopped being super noticeable to me and I stopped caring. But then I realized that it was scraping my teeth because it was too high up, but I hoped it’d be fine after getting downsized. Then, after going to a different shop to get my jewelry downsized (because when I went back to Addictions they downsized me even though I was still swollen, which I didn’t know ‘till later), I was told that the left side was pierced incorrectly at an angle through my skin rather than perpendicular and that it may not heal properly. Also, smaller jewelry didn’t solve the tooth-scraping issue…. Ultimately, I have to take them out now to let them heal and get them redone elsewhere. $100 down the drain.

Please save your time and money! This place is ran horribly. You come in for your appointment on time and have to wait an additional 30 minutes to be seen. They are not giving the right information on how to take care of your piecing, they don’t put the jewelry on right and try to blame you for it coming off. I have multiple unfriendly interactions with the people in the front and the piercer. I hope the manager can figure out a better way to run their business, till they do I will definitely NOT be recommending.

Got my first body art here and the artist was very accessible and did a great job!

Over all good experience great piercers, very friendly enviorment. Everything went better than i couldve hoped and answered any questions i mightve had. Got my industrial barbell on left ear, a conch and helix and were as close to painless as possible. Peircers are very good at what they do and make you as comfortable as can be for a tattoo/peircing parlor.

I went in about three weeks ago for the first time ever and just wanted to give an update about this place . I scheduled an appointment to get a couple piercings here and ended up getting an industrial and my second lobe pierced . On a pain scale I’d say it was about a 4/10 Scotty had such an amazing personality and they were so nice about my nerves ; they really made me feel comfortable during the whole process . The reason I waited to give a review was to see how my piercing would heal as I’ve had issues in the past with piercings healing (at other piercing places not here ) and I want to say it’s been wonderful.( I know piercings can take 6-12 months to heal ) My second lobe hasn’t hurt at all since getting it pierced and my industrial only hurt for about 2/3 days and not at all since . I will definitely return here from now on ! Thank you addictions and Scotty ❤️

Went in on a Thursday morning, everyone was nice and the shop was really top notch. Got walked through jewelry, prices and care very well. Actual piercing was quick and as painless as new ones can be. And both the counter attendee and the piercer were so sweet and helpful!

These guys were able to squeeze me in after I had some trouble with a piercing installed elsewhere despite not having an appointment. Both the person at the counter and my piercing artist were very kind and knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I could not recommend them enough and plan to return to give them more business.

Very good experience with Bree and staff today! The only somewhat negative thing I have to say is that made my appt at 1140 and didnt go back until 1230. I had the pleasure of working with Casey today (and I believe Breanna). I came in to have retainers put in for a procedure until I could downsize my jewelry. I had questions about my body possibly rejecting some jewelry and how to go about making sure I wouldn’t lose my piercing in the process and they were amazing. They answered all my questions, gave sound suggestions and Casey changed my jewelry flawlessly. Both ladies were very personable, confident and knowledgeable. I appreciate their help and while I usually get all my piercings done by Bree I still felt comfortable and at ease during my time there. I do and would recommend working with the Ladies at Addictions.

I was really nervous to get my belly done but Breanna was really great and did an amazing job!!Edit/update: the place did a good job at calming me but my piercing ended up completely crooked and was way go close to the top layer of skin. Not to mention the low quality jewelry that my body ended up rejecting.

My tragus piercing fell out this morning. I was able to get a same day appointment with someone (you dont need an appointment to purchase jewelry but you do need one if youd like a piercer to put it in). Everyone was kind and professional and I ended up swapping out a couple of cartilage piercings too.Mariah was the piercer, and while she didnt pierce me, she was very kind and did a great job explaining my options. Had a great appointment getting my double piercing! The price points arent super cheap, but the quality of jewelry, equipment and services are worth it. They do have options to work with your budget! The staff are super nice and helpful. Definitely recommend if youre looking for first time piercings or re-piercings.

Gave a two star review as shop is clean and jewelry appears to be quality though that is shown in the price you pay. I like quality jewelry which is what got me to be a loyal customer over the last five years until tonight which prompted the review. I found myself trying to defend myself as Bree felt I was lying about the tubing/ product that was in my nape and having it changed there in the past... I take pride in being honest and see no benefit or reason for lying in this situation. Very unpleasant, uncomfortable, unprofessional experience and I will be finding a new place for my piercing and jewelry needs in the future.

Recently went and got my rook pierced with Bree. The people behind the front desk were super easy to talk to & attentive. The piercer herself was incredibly professional and easy to talk to. I wanted to get my industrial as well, but was not sure if I had the correct anatomy. She explained to me how regardless the piercing was not great timing, considering we live with masks on our faces (that affect that area of healing)…also she reminded me I would have to sleep on my back. I just really appreciated how she took the time to explain that, and even recommended some other options. Regardless, I’ll definitely be back to bother her about my industrial again…and I recommend you go too & ask for Bree. She’s great. (:
