I didn’t feel pressured and all the questions/concerns I came in with were answered by the end of her explaining the process and after care. During the tattoo removal session, Emily has been so nice, understanding, and patient with me. She’s knowledgeable, calm, and professional. I asked about hair removal treatment (pcos) during the session and she explained the process. I know I’m in good care, I feel comfortable, and I’ll definitely be coming back for laser hair removal. I started with a couple botox treatments over my eyes to lift and then eventually had Ultherapy on my neck and lower face. I started going to Rebekah at Vida Aesthetic Medicine in November 2017, in order to correct the negative results from a laser treatment performed at a competitor in Salem, OR, which had caused a few of my dark spots to become substantially darker. This, of course, was not something the competitor had said could happen, and afterward, the aesthetician told me the solution was to just purchase more laser treatments from her.Right from the start, Rebekah provided a totally different experience. I was struck by her level of expertise, integrity, and warmth. When she realized a treatment would not be effective, there is no pressure to continue to pay for more.After 18+ months of using products that Rebekah recommended, my dark spots are now dramatically lighter, some not visible at all.
