I visited this shop on Saturday, the 27th, and purchased two conch piercings for almost $80 plus tip. Minutes after leaving, I realized they had given me two different sizes. I returned to the store immediately and had them replaced, only to discover they had used two different gauges (I requested 16 gauge and received a 16 and an 18 gauge). Today, after cleaning my piercings, I realized they once again used the wrong sizes, with each piercing having a different length.The girls who helped me were nice, kind, clean, and acted professionally, but I am very dissatisfied with receiving the wrong sizes twice.

Me and my mom came in and were helped by a very very lovely girl named Cheyenne. She made both me and my mom feel so comfortable and welcoming and made sure we left with everything we needed. 10/10 experience thank you Cheyenne you are amazing!!

Marcella is amazing! She pierced my 2nd Conch and I had such a great experience. I’m planning on coming back for next month’s piercing special!I have numerous piercings and have gone to many different piercing shops over the years, and silver safari is my absolute favorite!

August ‘24: Alarah gave me a 4th lobe piercing on both ears. She was so nice and walked me through the whole process. This time I was pierced with a needle. Great experience as always! January ‘24: took my sister to get a nose piercing. Taner helped us. He was so professional and walked us through everything. We are very happy.September ‘23: Maddy gave me 2nd and 3rd lobe piercing on both ears. She was very kind and professional and took so much time and care to make sure my piercings were in the perfect spot. I got my piercings using the cartridge. Was a great experience and would go again!

I had my daughter get her first ear piercing done. She was nervous but the staff were so kind and took time to make sure she was comfortable. One earing came out a few days later, we couldnt get it back in and ended up needing to repierce the ear. I was so impressed with the professionalism and care that she got. I cant recommend Silver Safari enough. Spencer did both our piercings and was absolutely amazing. Thanks Spencer!

They pierced my daughter’s ear slanted causing the earring to fit tight. Brought it up once after getting them done they insisted it was fine. Gave them a call a day after spoke about it they insisted it was too tight and had to pull back the back of the earring. I did that it was the same, decided to go to a piercing shop to get a second opinion and sure enough they suggested to get it removed and let it heal because the piercing was done improperly.

Silver Safari did not disappoint! They have a huge selection of piercings available, with more coming in stock. The shop itself was kept clean with various items out for purchase. The receptionist who first helped me was wonderful! She made sure all of my questions were answered and gave great insight to what I was thinking of doing. She helped me choose my piercings and also made sure I felt welcome at all times. I had a piercing done by Alarah and she was extremely professional, helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend this business and will be coming back in for all my piercing needs!

Got snakebites peirced, and the actual peircing process was good. But I realized they give you listerine to rinse with to clean the inside of the lip peircings. This contains alcohol, which will make them get irritated and not heal. If I hadn’t done my research just in case, I would’ve still been using that and not finding a different alcohol free mouth wash. if your a peircing people, just do your research please 😭

Everyone is incredibly helpful and nice, and I have never gotten an infection from their piercings. Highly recommend!

I have had nothing but an amazing experience from this silver safari. Honestly the staff is all super friendly and super helpful. I have had my nose and vertical labret done here.I highly recommend Marcella! She did both my piercings and I will go to her in the future when Im ready for more!

We came in for 3 piercings. The line was semi long, but I guess you just never know. When we got in, a guy was helping us & he was great. He told us hed call us,(25 min wait), & to just browse the mall. They never did call so about 35 min in we went back. They got the girls in a few minutes after that, but I wish they had told us only 2 people allowed while theyre piercing; Id have left like 30 min earlier b/c I wasnt allowed in 🤷‍♀️ Overall the girls are happy.

Rosemary was an absolute sweetheart when they were piercing my fossa. They made me feel relaxed, chatted with me about my love for anime, and did my fossa in less than two minutes. I got a beautiful blue opal stud for Silver Safari’s Piercing of the Month and I absolutely love it. I’m fairly certain they pierced my conch before, with the same level of professionalism and timeliness. I’ve been going to Silver Safari since about 2014 and will continue to do so. They are all such sweethearts!

Taner was wonderful! He explained everything before and as he was doing it. I could tell he had a lot of piercing experience, which put me at ease. His personality was top notch. I will definitely be going back for more piercings because of my experience with Taner. His teammates were also very helpful and welcoming. Silver Safari is my kind of store. They have great products and employees!

Dexter did an awesome job on my vertical labret and my best friends eyebrow. they were so friendly and made us feel so comfortable:) and made sure we were satisfied w our piercings. i would totally come back to get pierced by them. such a sweet person.

Spencer is a sweetheart and put a lot of care into making sure the piercings were even. I’ll always get my piercings done at silver safari because everyone there is so cool

Great place! Ive gotten all my piercings there ( 4 now ) and have zero complaints! The staff knows what theyre doing and are super friendly. Theres also a great selection of jewelry thats all great quality. Ill be going here for ally piercing needs 🙂

I had heard from my daughter and granddaughters that Silver Safari was the absolute best for piercings and much much more so I went in and got my Monroe piercing done again. It had been closed up for more than twelve years so scare tissue was also an issue. My piercer had to use brut strength and man my eyes watered but didn’t cry. It never even swelled and I have had zero issues with it, it’s in the exact spot I wanted and I couldn’t be happier. Did I mention that I’m 59?!!!!!

I got my ears pierced for the first time here. I was incredibly nervous but the staff understood and were very kind. They reassured me and didnt pierce my ear until I said go. They are very professional and I would trust them to pierce me again

Had my daughter’s ears pierced here. They are so friendly and helpful. They made the experience as painless as I can be piercing wise. It is a little pricey, but the quality of the jewelry is worth it.

Recently got my nose pierced here, and the lady who did it did an AMAZING job! The healing process has been very easy, there had barely been any swelling, and everything was done in a clean environment.

The store was really busy when I was there, but the staff remained helpful and upbeat. The people who helped me were great and I felt well taken care of. The one thing I will say is that the store was SO hot inside. Please buy these girls an air conditioner.

I went to get my lip pierced and the service was great the piercer Marcella was very kind and patient and did an amazing job with the process. Highly recommend

Was an absolutely amazing experience! Both my girls were so calm during the piercing process. We opted for needles with numbing and it went so smoothly. They took great effort in making sure things were perfectly aligned, had two piercers available for each ear, and that all my questions were answered. Supplied us with all the needed care supplies.

Wonderful piercers, very welcoming environment, and a nearly painless process! (i have a high pain tolerance, so take that as you will), also they took us as walk-ins which i don’t see at most places, i would highly recommend stopping by if you want some new metal.

Everyone working was so sweet. It was pretty busy when I went in, but the girls were so kind and I got in fairly quick. I got my vertical labret done by Dexter. Dexter took the extra time to make sure my piercing was perfect, and went over after care with me. Overall great experience

All the staff at Silver Safari are just fantastic! I had the medusa peircing done by Taylor. She was incredible, informed me step by step about the process, took her time to be sure everything was done correctly & the placement was perfect. I had an awesome experience here. Excellent jewelry selection. Prices are super reasonable compared to other places I looked into. Everyone there is really nice. Super knowledgeable, all their piercers are talented and certified! My piercer Taylor was amazing. Made me feel totally at ease and safe the entire time. She was so careful about placement to make sure I was happy with what I was getting. She was so fast I barely felt anything and Im so happy with my new piercings. Absolutely will be going back to get more! I would happily recommend this location to anyone!

I’ve gone to them several times for over a dozen piercings and each and every time they’ve been wonderful! This time I went to go get my nose redone but instead she said that she just had to punch the hole again so she actually gave me a refund on the piercing and just had me pay for the jewelry, which I thought was really awesome! I ended up just using that money towards another piercing so I left with 2 piercings for the price! Thank you for being so honest!

I got pierced yesterday and it went great. I got three different piercings and I got numbing for all three. And when everything was over I got sent home with cleaning solution and clear instructions for cleaning my piercings. I would highly recommend getting pierced here. Everyone is professional but also very knowledgeable and super sweet and friendly.

This particular Silver Safari location is my favorite for the staff. Theyre always excellent, very attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. Dexter did my Medusa piercing and Im very pleased. I cant recall the employees name but it was at this location I was shown the push pin nipple rings to use for more fun jewelry in my bridge piercing and I always make sure to tell people because I didnt realize that was an option.

Was pierced improperly a couple years ago and my piercing ended up falling out, I came in recently to get re-pierced and Dexter fixed something she did not mess up, my piercing looks better, is positioned better , and is all around perfect !!

I have been going to silver safari for years! Everyone is always so friendly! We love the atmosphere and how comfortable you feel the minute you walk in! I love that you get one on one attention from the employees, they make sure you are satisfied with the services and purchases! We have been lucky enough to get to work with Spencer almost every time we come in! They are super knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond to help us! We absolutely love Spencer! Silver Safari is hands down our favorite place to get jewelry and piercings!

I decided on Silver Safari on the recommendation of many friends and family. It was my first time getting a piercing of any kind, and the experience was extremely simple. The staff was professional and also talked me through the entire process and care instructions in great detail. I very much appreciated that. The piercing area was clean and comfortable, and my piercing tech Dexter was fantastic and the lobe hoops and industrial piercings I received were relatively painless. I definitely will be returning for more piercings and other items.

Marcella did my dermal piercing and she was absolutely wonderful, she was so nice and had such calming energy and was very thorough and informative

Great experience here with my two girls (6 & 4). They did a great job of keeping everything sterile, talked both girls through the process, marked the holes beforehand and allowed me to look to make sure it looked great. They had a sucker and crown or kitty ear headbands for them afterwards. They truly felt like little princesses with their new earrings! Would highly recommend going there if you’re looking to get your kiddos ears pierced! Thank you ladies so much for doing such an amazing job!

These guys are really great at what they do. I never have a problem just talking to them and they treat me well. I think the piercers are so professional and calm. They do piercings like its nothing! Went in for a piercing and was greeted by Spencer who was more than happy to answer my questions and concerns about the piercing of my choice and others. Then Tanner took me back and was so professional and kind walking me through the placement process, while of course piercings hurt I would say my experience was overwhelming positive and comfortable as it could have been. I will definitely be back for more and I am excited to work with this crew in the future!

Can be crowded some days but offer excellent service and are helpful towards people new to thier products I got my piercings done thier and they gave me everything I needed easy to understand and quick service.

It was a friend piercing day. All 3 of us girls had our tragus pierced by Tanner. He was absolutely amazing. Not only was Tanner knowledgeable but he was also kind and compassionate. He made each of us feel comfortable and helped calm nerves. Will absolutely be back for our other sides soon :)

Super clean, I have anxiety and staff were super informative and kind. Literally ask them anything. Wonderful work helping deciding how I wanted it to look and how it would work with my anatomy. Got a belly button piercing here too! I trust them for all my piercing needs.

Wonderful and professional! I took my daughter for her first piercing ( one set in ears). I know they do a lot of different types of piercings but wether its a little girl or youve had several they are the best. They were also able to fix a botched piercing from almost 20 years ago and did such a wonderful job. Do yourself a favor and never get your piercings anywhere else.

Service was fast and amazing! Finding a walk in piercing spot as opposed to making an appointment was made easy with this business. The person who pierced my nose, Tanner, was a very nice and genuine person who engaged in pleasant small talk with me. Coming from a bad nose piercing experience before, Silver Safari was a breath of fresh air when it comes to body modification in any capacity. I would 100% recommend their service to anyone who wishes to receive a piercing.

Clean & professional. Very nice staff & piercers. I have been pierced there several times for several different piercings. Never had a bad experience, not even once. Rosemary @ the north town mall was great! Pierced both of my nostrils & septum all in the same day, took her time with the placement, and made a painful experience way less stressful. 10/10 would recommend this place every time.

Ive gotten my ears pierced here years ago and my nose pierced this past weekend and both times were wonderful experiences! Tanner was amazing at explaining each step of the process and overall was very reassuring and friendly. I definitely recconmend getting pierced here and will be back if I decide to get more done in the future.

Why would anyone go anywhere else for their piercing needs?!? My 8 year old daughter wanted her ears pierced but was so scared. El was so patient and caring with her. I was worried we’d have to come back once she regained her fear. But with the help of El and Celia (that might not be the right name) we got through it and she walked out with her ears pierced.El even helped me reopen my earlobe and get new piercings to match my daughter. Over all we’d do it again!!!!

After some mixed online reviews, I was very hesitant to have silver safari do my three-year-old daughters first piercings. I am so grateful that I didn’t listen to the negativity and let my boyfriend talk me into going to Silver Safari. They were absolutely phenomenal and patient with my daughter and I. Her earrings look amazing and she absolutely loves them. Only a few small tears rolled from her cheeks and then she was smiling ear to ear so proud of her new piercings. thank you again for such a outstanding job. Well, they were fast courteous and the lady who did. My daughters piercing was awesome patient understanding very informative. I would refer a lot of people to her in their stores. Very, very good, Im pleased with their results.

I recently got an eyebrow piercing here. they were very quick and everything was clean. Taylor did a fantastic job of talking me through the process and making me feel calm, safe, and taken care of. I would definitely get more piercings done here. they also sell a lot of cool jewelry for a wide range of piercings. its a really nice place.

I had 5 piercings done in my ears at once after not having any in many years. My experience was not rushed. My piercer, Rosemary, took her time and communicated her styling with me. The actual piercing was quick and efficient. Highly recommend.

They are more worried about making enough sales than quality care anymore. I used to love silver but now they rush everyone in, rush their processes (resulting in unnecessary pain) and give little to none detail about what they are doing. I’m done wasting my money here!

It was really nice , They use numbing cream for the septum piercing ! So there was no pain during the poking procedure. They were all really nice to me , and I wouldn’t mind going in again after discovering all of the daily sales and wide selection of jewelry. They also have a digital punch card for free piercings ! How neat .

I am a Mom of 4 children and we have been to the North Town and Valley Mall locations many times for piercings over the years. My kiddos and I always request Tanner to assist us if possible! All of your employees have been great, he just seems to make the visit even more fun. I have 3 boys and a daughter and we have visited your locations before proms or birthdays. Fun memories!

I came in yesterday, and was taken back within a few minutes (10-15) the area was very clean and organized. My piercer Dexter was amazing! When it came to working with me and my nerves it made the process quick and efficient, guiding me through every step leaving me very happy with my results!

We arrived and a very beautiful young lady behind the counter was very warm, and friendly, she listened to what my son wanted getting his ears pierced for the first time, and as we waited for them to set up we looked around the store, the earrings and piercings were an amazing price, I was impressed that the earrings were included in the price of the piercing. When it came down to getting the piercing done another beautiful young lady who was so patient and so kind with my son came and took her time placing them just right she explained everything she was doing, and then gave us amazing directions on what to do after. I give them a 10/10, and I would recommend them to anybody.

I got my septum pierced for my 18th and I love it! The girl who did it was super sweet and talked me through the entire process. I’ve gotten a piercing there before and they’ve always just been so good! It was completely painless and 100% worth the price. Will probably go back to get more piercings on my ears when the time comes.

My piercings were done by Marcella and she was absolutely incredible! They were VERY sweet and made completely sure I was comfortable and they made my experience amazing. The piercings themselves are perfect and I love them, they are straight and were done very well.

The staff were very polite and patient! My daughter was nervous to get her ears pierced, and they calmly talked her through the process. She felt reassured and is so happy to wear real earrings now! Everything was very clean, staff worked well together, and it’s just a cool store in general. They have lots to sniff and see, and it’s worth browsing even if you aren’t there for body piercing.

I wish I could write a good review in good conscience, but unfortunately given my experiences from multiple piercings here, I cannot. I do quite enjoy the customer service and environment, but the quality of work is not reflected in that.Ive provided 2 images, one when I first got my right rook on June 7th, 2021 and another 3 months later, on September 7th 2021. I have had irritation problems with my piercing for about a month, despite religiously following the care instructions I was given. I had similar issues with both my left and right helix, which unfortunately I no longer have due to severe infections in both. I do still have this, however I went to another piercing shop and got different jewelry approx. 24hrs after I got my nostril done. I still have minor issues with it exactly 6 months later.The sanitization methods used at Silver Safari are far below the standard I wish to see at a piercing shop as far as jewelry goes- when the area youre getting pierced gets disinfected by your piercer, they use the same pad to disinfect your jewelry. Id like to see a second pad used to disinfect the jewelry, or better, a machine dedicated to disinfecting jewelry.For those who know more about piercings, I was pierced with hoop jewelry in my helixes and nostril, and my rook has externally threaded jewelry currently, which was purchased at Silver Safari. Their jewelry also appears to be cheaply made and plated, as opposed to being made of high quality materials.I by no means wish to slander a business, but unless or until I personally see improvement in these areas I will not be able to, in good conscience, leave a high quality review. I sincerely hope that in the future I can change my review for the better.

I have gotten all my piercings from silver safari for the last 22 years. They are amazing, great piercers, and amazing customer service.Both my kids are now into piercings and will only be pierced by Marcella, she is absolutely amazing and understanding. I appreciate her work and her in general!!!!

Stopped by to gets some earring for my kid, walked in, 3 employees in store. 1 employee walked past us after we waited for 10 minutes to get help, help someone who walked in after us.The store has the wait outside, we still think it’s the Covid pandemic sign at the entrance of the store- 2+ years later.Finally we were helped. Staff not responsive to customers, lack basic customer service skills.

Taner was so kind and patient with my friend and I! My piercing was quick and he definitely made me feel like he cared about the service he was providing! Recommend seeing taner for your next piercing!

I’ve been going here for every single one of my piercings. I got my septum here and just recently both of my nostrils, and all the piercings on ny ears. The lady who did my septum was so sweet and so kind, she walked me through every step. I don’t do needles very well and it helped me a lot. With my nostril piercings, the lady was as nice and we had a very very nice conversation. I told her I wanted to do the chain going over my nose. She spent so long to get them as symmetrical as humanly possible and she did AMAZING!!she walked me through the whole process too. Everyone who’s done my piercings has been amazing. I only go to silver safari :D

Ive been pierced many times before at this location and this was my worst experience ever. Went in for a fossa piercing which would normally take less than 15 minutes. It was over 40 minutes of the piercer messing with the piercing and jewelry ensuring me she was making sure it wouldnt get stuck in my ear. Well it did and now my ear is so red, its purple. All the extra messing with it, clamping it down has gotten it abnormally inflamed. I voiced my concern about why we couldnt try another piece of jewelry and she kept blowing it off saying shes going to get this to work. I was furious. I wont be going back there and Ive gone a lot in the past.

The whole atmosphere walking into the store was a great experience! They have a variety of different jewelry and the employees are all so kind. The person who helped me fill out my sheet, was patient and was so helpful when answering all my questions.The person who pierced me was Rosemary and they where a saint! They made the whole experience wonderful. They where cheerful, informative, and was patient when explaining what they where going to do. Im for sure going to be going back for more!!

Everyone was very helpful and made the process easy. The girl at the register was very knowledgeable with helping me find the piercing I wanted and the piercer was great at making me feel comfortable. Everyone was very friendly and made sure we were helped quickly and didnt wait too long.

I enjoyed my experience getting peirced here very much!! The piercer was incredible, she was super nice and made me feel extremely comfortable! She made sure to take the time to get the positioning where I wanted and was so gentle when it came to the actual piercing. My ears are healing well and look stunning! I am not going to give the full 5 stars though, I am very into piercings and concider myself pretty knowledgeable on the subject but I know others may not be as informed. So, I wish they only offered needle piercings instead of guns and piercing studs instead of offering hoops. For those who dont know about piercings their healing process using the gun and hoops might be much less pleasant and successful. Overall though, it was a very nice experience and I would get pierced here again!!

Our experience there was flawless. My 7 year old daughter decided she wanted her ears pierced so I took her to silver safari. The front desk girl was extremely nice and very reassuring to my daughter. She helped her pick her earrings, took her back to the piercing area and marked where the earring would go, she got them perfectly placed! Gave my daughter a squishy ball to play with (she was getting a little nervous at this point) but the girl was very nice and kept smiling and encouraging her. The two piercers came in and did her ears at the same time and it was done in a flash! No tears and just a tiny little poke. The healing process has gone perfectly. We’re a week in now and my daughter says they don’t hurt at all anymore. I would definitely recommend silver safari. Our experience was seriously amazing.

Rosemary pierced my daughters ears and she was excellent. She was very efficient and a joy to talk to. She knew exactly what to say to calm my daughters nerves, and she did it in a quick and effortless manner. Highly recommend.

We tried multiple times to pierce our one year old’s ears and the staff was super friendly and patient with us throughout the multiple visits. She was weary of other people and didn’t let anyone besides family near her. Finally, after 4 or 5 visits we were able to and they came out so great!

Absolutely love silver safari, prices are great its worth the money, environmentally peaceful for me, my piercer was amazing she was calm, professional, and also kind. I have had some piercers before be all about money than care or proper training. Never have gotten an infection from here. Love spending my money there 100%. Pretty sure body mods are also surface piercings which my dermal looks amazing

We have had mixed results with piercings from Northtown location, but our most recent experience was positive. They were patient with a last minute change and helped my youngest, who has very chunky lobes, find the best fit that will give him the highest likelihood of have a healthy healing process. Our gal was Taylor and she took plenty of time making sure of the placement was good and had a good demeanor with my two kids 10 & 13.

El was wonderful, calming and professional while getting my teenage sons ears pierced. We appreciate her demeanor while the store was fairly busy. She made my son’s first piercing experience pleasant.

Belly button piercing. The employee was great. My granddaughter was a little nervous but she made her calm. She did a great job explaining how the process works. She made sure that after she was done that my granddaughter was ok. Gave her juice and all the time she needed to be comfortable. I really appreciated her. Thank you. 5 stars!!!

I went to Silver Safari to get my first dermal. The girls were all very nice. I was in a funk and it’s like tattoos sometimes you just need to be under a needle(sounds weird I know though if you get it you get it). The girls understood immediately. The placement was awesome and the one who pierced me was quick. It was uncomfortable though not painful.They offer a deal when you get more than one at a time you pay only so much, so when I go in for the third one the girl said they’d likely work something out since I got the first two with them already. Which i thought was awesome.The jewelry they pierce with is a little larger because it has to heal correctly before you can add something smaller. If you heal quickly you can change it sooner than suggested but definitely go back to have them help you change it. You could move it in a way that your skin will push it out or reject it if you disrupt the placement.If I could remember their names I’d give credit to them specifically but all in all I’d recommend Silver Safari to anyone looking to get pierced. Experienced piercer, decent selection of jewelry, reasonably priced, a chill, welcoming and clean environment. A super painless process with minimal bleeding and very thorough after care instruction which included cleaning solution in the aftercare packet. I was most definitely impressed.

I had a lip piercing with Tanner. He was knowledgeable and reassuring. Their prices were great with a good selection of jewelry. I will definitely use them again.

Silver Safari in the northtown mall was incredible for piercing my 5 year olds ears. They were patient and explained every step of the process to her. They were clean and knowledgeable about her ear piercing and opened everything right in front of me. Plus they have some of the best selection of earings that I have seen for piercing which was super cool that she could choose from so much. Best of all they do not use piercing guns which was a must for me. My 5 year old walked out wanting them to give her a second ear piercing! This place is amazing! I spent years struggling to get and keep a piercing healthy. Turns out I was allergic to many common metals and Silver Safari has been my blessing. They have so many options when it comes to hypoallergenic metals and materials. The staff are fantastic too! Taner has been my guy for over a year now and has been more than great when dealing with my clumsiness and my constant losing of my captive beads. My daughter and I went in for septum piercings for her birthday and the staff was very nice. They explained our healing instructions thoroughly and offered to have us back in a couple of months to check on the healing process before we try switching out jewelry. We were sent home with a bottle of cleaning solutions with the instructions as well and contact information in case we have concerns.

This was the most professional piercing shop I have ever been to. This was my first piercing aside from my ears and they were very professional. I was certain nervous but my piercer was reassuring. She made the process quick and honestly was painless. I was very happy to get in and the shop was very clean as well! I asked one of the sales people whose name is Marcella if there was any chance she might be able to remove two fused earrings I had on my left ear. They had been fused for years and she actually removed both of them which made me so happy. She also showed me a number of plugs and I found a couple pair I liked . She was friendly and professional and Even gave me the names of a couple of tattoo places because Ive been looking for a while. All in all, total thumbs up to Marcella and a big thank you from a very happy customer🥰

I was getting my nose pierced on the other side of my nose after a year and I was nervous because it needed to be exactly symmetrical. The piercer took her time and made sure it was PERFECT. My daughter had her ears pierced here for the first time and they were amazing and kind and wonderful to her. Then I came back to see if they could repierce my ear and they were able to re-open it and didnt charge me to do so! Ive also had trouble with titanium or surgical steel at other places but theirs is the real deal, its very comfortable in my ears! Great group of employees.

My experience with Alara was excellent. Despite being a walk-in customer and despite the business being very busy, she took her time and was very patient. My daughter got her nose pierced. The technician who helped her was kind and personable. Made her feel assured and because of this, my daughter was not as scared as she was when we first walked in. I was shocked that 1 piercing cost $72. It’s too bad and means fewer people can express themselves in this way if they don’t have that exorbitant amount of money.

Tanner is my favorite piercer at Silver Safari, he’s the only piercer I will have pierce me. He takes the time to make sure that I’m happy with his markings before he pierces and doesn’t stop until you’re happy. He treats customers like family and he’s always happy to see you come back. I got a septum peircing here and it was a very nice experience! The employee who did the peircing was very nice and everyone was super respectful. They were patient and understood my fear of needles. Their peircings are titanium so it worked out perfectly for my sensitive skin!There was a bit of a wait, about 20 minutes. But they were super packed so I expected to wait longer honestly.

Every member of staff I interacted with was super nice and professional. Everything was super clean and hygienic. Taner, the manager, did my piercing and he was extremely professional and even though needles make me very nervous, he made me feel super comfortable. My piercing is healing perfectly and I would go there in the future for more.

I came in a couple weeks ago and got a second lobe piercing in each ear. After the swelling subsided I realized that they were pretty uneven and I had to go to a local shop where I live (I live outside of Spokane) to get one of the sides fixed. Also the piercer used guns instead of needles which is making the healing process more complicated for me. I can tell the difference between the side with the gun and the side that was redone with a needle. Though they are a week and a half apart the side that was redone is healing faster despite being cared for the exact same way. All around I am not pleased with my experience.Update. The store manager Tanner contacted me and issued a full refund. It is much appreciated!

Got my ears gauged and an industrial bar here. I felt very comfortable with my piercer and their skill, they made both sessions very fast and painless as possible. I’d say it’s solid pricing shop and my personal choice, sometimes there’s a wait but you can’t help that they’re popular in a small location, and prices are pretty good.

I always go to silver safari for my piercings because I know they’ll be done correctly. So when my 10 year old decided he wanted to get his ears pierced I knew exactly where to go! The piercer was very friendly and communicated with my son during the whole process to ease his nerves. It was over very quickly and his ears have healed perfectly. We’ll be back for sure!!

Perfect place to get your piercings!!! The people that work there have a lot of experience and are super sweet. They really try to make sure you get exactly what you want! They also have a more sterile process of piercing than your average Claire’s. Their prices are comparable to Claire’s as well, with 10x better results.

Every time I go into silver safari I leave satisfied. All the employees are so kind. I recently got an ear piercing from Marcella and she is AMAZING. So for starters, theres a weird gate saying to wait and an employee will let you in. I dont know why, if this is to prevent crowding or was to prevent covid, which would have been pointless as no employee was wearing a mask. Second, I walk in and am asked if I have any issues or allergys with metals, I say yes, copper. I pick out a nose stud which, terrible selection. Unless your 12 all of the jewelry is gaudy at best. I get it and go, I really just wants a cheap nose stud to replace the one I lost until I could buy a nicer quality one. My nose starts hurting a few days later and I take it out, lo and behold and shocking no-one: its copper. Its fine, I got a new nose stud and my nose is healing but seriously. Who sells someone copper jewelry after said customer *just* said their skin was irritated by it. *Go to the one in the valley, their selection is much better* or just go to the spencers at north town because this place is somehow below that of spencers.

I recently got pierced here and had a wonderful experience. The girls were so friendly and down to earth, which made me feel immediately comfortable. Even though there was a line to get in (COVID regulations), they never rushed me. The girl who pierced me explained the process thoroughly and had me look in the mirror to make sure I liked the spot she had marked before piercing. If I could offer one criticism, I would say that that the aftercare brochure does not state how long we have to clean our piercing - Just to do it 2x daily.

Staff was very friendly, but after being checked in a charged we were told it would be about a 15 minute wait and ended up being about an hour and 15 minutes. Piercer and cashier were bother friendly and efficient though. Marcella was our piercer and she did great making my siblings comfortable during their first piercing.

I had Kei pierce my ear. She was so sweet and did a great job. I was in and out quickly with instructions in hand. I would recommend Silver Safari at the NorthTown Mall to any one interested.

A little long of a wait, but the staff was incredible. Piercings arent the easiest for everyone, but the woman who pierced me made me feel so comfortable. She really values her work. Amazing experience overall!

Very attentive staff, really kind and helpful. Lots of options for jewelry and they give you the option of using a standard needle or one of those “guns”. Overall cool people, great experience

I got my ashley pierced by rosemary and omg she’s the nicest person ever !!! she made me feel so comfortable and after sterilizing the jelwery i thought i wanted i ended up changing it .. she was totally okay with it and didn’t get annoyed with me! she went over after care instructions and she made sure i was okay after. when i come back i’ll definitely be getting pierced by her ❤️

They were awesome and did a wonderful job. My daughter and my friend got their noses pierced and I got my ear pierced. We will definitely be returning for more 😊

They are very sweet, and always friendly they do good work Ive gotten all my piercings from there and never had a bad experience. (:
