There could not be more caring and cautious people than Dr. Dan and the staff at Premier Lipedema Clinic. I am just beginning my journey to good health, but they have been extremely helpful and patient in answering my questions and preparing me for my first surgery. They are so thorough, anticipating and addressing every need or concern. I especially like all the print material including pre-op and post-op instructions.They are not only very knowledgeable about my disease but are also committed to providing whatever additional support or Information I might need to feel comfortable about moving forward.

Great experience getting my tattoos removed. Amanda is knowledgeable and professional. The staff treat me so well when I’m in there (and the waiting room has snacks!) They use one of the best tattoo removal lasers on the market and even though I’ve only had two sessions I can already see significant fading.

I have been treating a few tattoos for removal. I went to other places before Premier opened and I will not go anywhere else. What I noticed from previous treatments is better insurance of my skin. I have slight scaring and hyperpigmentation from old lasers probably being set on maximum. After my first session I could see less damage and shock to my skin in comparison to treatments elsewhere. My healing time was cut in half and way less painful. Amanda is knowledgeable in combination with the advanced equipment. I have no scars or hyperpigmentation from Premier. One area I treated on my foot only at Premier; it’s been less sessions then expected and is almost completely gone. Listen to them when they educate you on the process that it takes time and there’s only so much to be done at the procedure. There are variables outside of the process such as the ink used or damaged skin hiding under the tattoo, exposure to sun, etc. You need to take care of yourself and the area for maximum results without damaging your skin.Kiyahna has gone above and beyond to help me with my appointments because I live 3 hours away!

Premier Lipedema has incredibly knowledgeable staff. They are very personable and Dr. Hagerty and all the staff really care about their patients. They helped with my insurance and after only 2 of my treatments my pain and mobility is greatly improved! I highly recommend them for your Lipedema treatments.

Dr Haggerty and his staff are amazing. Dr Haggerty is professional and very knowledable regarding lipedema. His staff is gentle in their approach at discussing therapy and treatment options as well as helping you form a plan for any type of documentation needed for insurance coverage. Ive recommended Premier to many ladies in my area that are unsure whether or not they have lipedema. I wouldnt recommend anyone else but Dr. Haggerty and the staff at Premier.

Went in for a few laser treatments to lighten a tattoo. Everything from customer service to professionalism to making appointments was a 10/10 and I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a Spokane local treatment facility to get a tattoo removed.

I received the best care from consult to last post op appointment.Its only been 3 months since my procedure, but I have been excited with my transformation and 3 more months until I see the final results.Everyone has treated me graciously. From quick answers to just great energy that flows in the new office. Dr Hagerty was great. My mind was always at ease and my questions always answered.Tara is amazing with post op massage! I was recommended Premier Body and Laser by a tattoo artist in Tei Cities, WA. They are super professional and friendly and the tattoo removal treatment is working very well! Couldnt be happier with my experience.

I was going here for a tattoo removal. I had about 8 appointments for a very small tattoo. I saw minimal results after all the appointments. After their major price increase, I stopped going. Although everyone was super friendly and professional, after 5 appointments it felt like a money grab.I found another business that charged me less than half the price and my tattoo was completely gone in 3 treatments.I know they offer many other services and with how professional everyone is I’m sure they have their strong suits. But tattoo removal is not one of them.

Disappointing customer service and disappointing laser treatment.I had several tattoo removal treatments at Premier laser, the first being August 2022. When I first started treatments the cost for an extra small tattoo removal session was $150. I did a second treatment in October 2022 and then didnt come in again until May 2023 due to the fact that I travel 3 hours from Missoula and the road conditions were snowy/poor. In the time between October 2022-May 2023 I had 2 more removal treatments at a different facility in San Diego when visiting family (this information will be relevant later in this review).In May 2023 when I returned to Premier to continue treatments the cost of treatment was still $150 for an extra small tattoo removal. Fast forward to August of 2023, upon completion of my treatment I was told it would be $200 to which I reply I have always paid $150. That is when I am informed there had been a price increase at the end of 2022, only this was my first time hearing about it. I paid the $200 at the appointment, but sent an email the following day explaining my disappointment at the situation. I asked that to rectify the situation I am only charged $150 at my next appointment and then moving forward after that I am happy to pay the new price of $200 now that I am aware of the price increase.Four days after sending the email I still have no reply, so I give them a call to ask if they received my email. I am told that Kiyahna, the person who does the admin is out of office, but then just an hour after the call I receive an email response(coincidence?). In the response I am given a lengthy (and unnecessary) explanation that they needed to raise their prices because they didnt have enough people coming in for tattoo removal, so it was either increase the prices significantly or stop offering tattoo removal all together. The email then concluded that someone named Alicia had made a note in my folder saying that she had informed me of the price increase (she had not) and that they will not rectify the situation and that I will be charged $200 at me next appointment. I emailed back asking to cancel my next appointment because I have no interest in returning to a business that values $50 over a returning client, and am once again met with no response. I then had to call again to confirm the cancellation of my appointment because I wouldnt put it past them to not cancel it and then charge my card they have on file as a no show. Kiyahna answered the phone and sounded as if she couldnt care less about the situation and casually told me my appointment was cancelled. Not even so much as an apology for not emailing me back.As far as the quality of the treatment goes, I am also disappointed in that department. I have had 6 treatments all together. 4 at Premier and 2 in San Diego at a different facility and my tattoo is very much still there. The times I saw the most improvement were after my treatments in San Diego which leads me to believe Premier might be not treating people as strongly as they could in order to get people to come back for more treatments than necessary; which makes sense considering they are struggling to get clientele for this service.As someone who owns and operates a service based business I can absolutely understand a price increase, especially in this economy. What I cant understand is the lack of transparency, the lack of caring/response to address the situation, and the doubling down/digging the heels in and refusing to budge to accommodate a returning client over $50. For me its not about the money, but the principal. Disappointing.

I can honestly say Premier Body and Laser has been life changing for me. Dr Dan, Alyssa, Kaitlyn, Tara, Carrie, Alicia and the rest of the staff have been supportive, friendly, professional, and above all, caring. Dr. Dan did 3 surgeries on me for the treatment of Lipedema. By doing so, he has given me freedom to enjoy my life again. I am so pleased with my results. He is so well educated in the disease progression and treatment. Today I am cured....all thanks to Dr. Dan.I traveled from Arizona because I truly felt I would be in the best hands at Premier. I value organization and professionalism. From my first contact with Premier I can honestly say both traits were exemplified.The new office and surgery center is beautiful and calming....exactly what is needed when going through treatments. I wish I lived closer to take advantage of more services here.

I definitely recommend this place for tattoo removal came in to get one removed on my hand and after 3 sessions its over half way gone even with the different range of colors. Employees are nice and professional.

I got laser tattoo removal due to poorly done micro blading. This was hot and painful the first day a little swollen the second day and fine the third. The service I received was great. Every one was wonderful. I would recommend this service to anyone. The outcome was ɓetter then I hoped for.

So far my experience has been great. I just had my fourth visit today to remove a tattoo. PB&L is on time with a professional environment. The staff are friendly and presentable. I havent met the whole team but I can say if you meet with Alyssa and Amanda then youre sure to have a good experience. Id recommend them to anyone I know.

Dr. Hagerty and his staff were wonderful to work with. Warm, welcoming, informative, professional, skilled, compassionate and caring are how I would describe my care from my first to very last visit. Diagnosed with later stage Lipedema this year, by Dr. Hagerty at age 58 after also learning I needed a total knee replacement the whole process of being treated for Lipedema seemed a bit daunting. They explained the whole process, what to expect and I proceeded to have my needed veins repaired first in both legs in May and early June of 2022, then was treated for Lipedema in my arms, flanks and rear end, then finished with 3 leg liposuction treatments for the Lipedema on December 1, 2022. So with the veins and liposuction for the Lipedema I had a total of 7 Lipedema surgical procedures since late May. I will admit, it was a lot, but each one was one more closer to the finish line. I am a breast cancer survivor, had a double mastectomy and then DIEP Flap reconstructive surgery and managed to get through all that without damage to my lymph system nor developing lymphedema. It was important to me to use a surgeon who was vested in protecting the lymphatics and I will say after I am done, we did and I am very pleased. Dr. Hagerty works to protect the lymph system in the way he does his liposuction for Lipedema.Now that they are all done I notice a marked difference in my legs and mobility. I also have a very pleased orthopedic surgeon for my upcoming knee replacement in January. Going through it all was definitely worth it and it has taken a lot of the extra bulk off my legs and knees. A win/win in all areas. As each day goes by, I am seeing the swelling in my legs diminish and am very pleased so far. Tara and Kerry, the massage therapists, were wonderful too for the manual lymphatic massages included in the treatments and I was amazed at how much they helped with the healing process. Dr. Hagerty says it can take up to a year to really see the final results. I cant wait to get there. I am getting married in April and feel so much more confident in my gait, will have my knee replacement done by then and all healed and will be even further along in seeing the progress I have made. Excited and very thankful. I would highly recommend Dr. Hagerty and Premier Lipedema Clinic and would choose them again!

I was diagnosed with lipedema earlier this year and chose Premier for my treatment. Dr. H and all of his staff are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and provide excellent care. All of my questions were answered and both my procedures went well. I had thorough follow ups and after care, including top notch MLD from Tara. I went into premier body and laser after someone else had recommended it to me, and it was by far the best thing I have ever done. I am so happy with my results and Dr Dan is so nice. What made my experience ten times better was Tara the sweetest person ever who does lymphatic massages. I was skeptical about how a massage would help with results after surgery but it is truly amazing what a difference those massages have done for my body. I would see my stomach shrink immediately after getting one. You can not go wrong going to Dr Dan, and I highly recommend getting the lymphatic massages to help take your results to the next level. Plus Tara is just so great you have to meet her!

Ive had two Lazer tattoo removal treatments and the process was told to me in great detail. The staff is so friendly and I feel safe and comfortable coming here. I have a few more treatments to go but I can definitely see a difference.

I have been fighting with weight for several years now and I have not been able to do anything about it. I just keep getting worse and my doctor referred me to the clinic to see Dr Hagerty and he was very nice and he made me feel comfortable about discussing all of the issues I have been dealing with. After searching for years for an explanation for my large legs, swelling and pain that seemed to be spreading to my lower abdomen and arms, I finally discovered the disease Lipedema. I did a lot of reading about the disease and tried to tell myself it couldn’t be, but finally decided to bring it up with my new PCP. She agreed that I certainly fit the definition and in her office we did a search for physicians who diagnose and treat Lipedema. Our search brought up Dr. Hagerty and I am so thankful it did!I was able to get in to see him pretty quickly and he confirmed that indeed I was suffering from Lipedema and more importantly he told me he could help! He explained the disease and the treatment for stopping the progression. We discussed a treatment plan and he answered all of my questions. He gave me reasonable expectations of what I should expect and just four weeks out from my first procedure I will say my expectations have been exceeded.I am looking forward to my upcoming procedures and I feel completely safe and confident in the hands of Dr. Hagerty and his team, Alyssa, Caitlin and Tara. I can’t say enough about the wonderful experience I have had with them on this journey and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They are truly top notch!UPDATE - I am approximately six months out from my final procedure with Dr. Hagerty and his team. I am extremely happy with my results and highly recommend this office.

Premier Body and Laser is awesome! Aside from my wonderful results the part that really made it the best experience was the people! Ginger was there and gave 120% from the first phone call I made to my last visit. She was more than happy to answer any questions and made sure I didn’t feel like anything I was asking or needing was silly. She was quick to respond in any way I contacted her and really felt like a sister there helping me through it all. Dr. Hagerty was just as great, talking me through each step and making the experience as comfortable as possible, personally and physically. Caitlin is also once again just as awesome! We chatted through my whole procedure, she was so easy to talk to and it made the time fly. I am so happy with my end result and knew what to expect and what was needed of me the whole time. Premier Body and Laser is an amazing business. Alyssa the surgery coordinator is amazing. She fully understands Lipedema and is ally and advocate. She was willing to send my primary doctor information about my condition and plan of care. Dr. Hagerty is the best! He is caring and understanding of Lipedema and the surgical care needed to help rehabilitate those stricken with the disease. I highly recommend their services and assistance!

Premier Body and Laser is absolutely amazing! Dr. Hagerty and Caitlin took the best care of me while I was getting my procedure done. Ginger was constantly there for me and answered all my questions leading up to my procedure, during and after, Caitlin talked to me the whole time to keep me calm while Dr. Hagerty did his thing! I love my results and they were able to help me with something I have struggled with and hated about myself for 30 years. Tara is also fabulous! I got a lymphatic massage from her and I felt so much better afterwards. Relieved some of my anxiety and nausea from the procedure. This whole team cares about YOU. They make sure you are taken care of from the very first initial call until you feel comfortable enough to fly solo. I wouldn’t go any other place!

This office is not only professional, but they make you feel like you are family. I have had three surgeries for Lipedema with Dr Hagerty. The first two were hard, once they started healing things got so much better. I just had my last surgery and couldnt be happier. They help you get through the hard times with compassion. The best part of the entire process is that they are not making you mortgage your house to pay for Lipedema surgery. They really have your back and want you better!!

Updated review: I started my journey with Dr. Hagerty in 2018 when I reached out to his office about fixing a reaction I had from an injection. The injection I had ate the fat in the subcutaneous fat around where I had the injection, which was the buttocks. Dr. Hagerty was very friendly and knowledgeable about doing a fat transfer to the area to fill it in and make it full again. I went through the first surgery and had chosen my own compression garment approved by Dr. Hagerty as it would help shape another part of my body that I desired during the recovery process. We determined that I needed to have the fat graft done again because it was not fully filled in, and I also asked to have some fat added to the other side of my buttocks to make it match because now one side was bigger than the other. Dr. Hagerty did a fat transfer to the injection site area again and a little to the other side. I wore the same compression garment that was approved the first time. I wore that same garment out of his office on surgery day, so he saw it and approved. Unfortunately after a few weeks of wearing that compression garment, I started to notice that the garment was sitting along the area we had just added fat and the fat had started to form to the shape of the garment. Upon letting the doctor know when I realized, he agreed to do another fat transfer, with hesitations, to the area to shape it to the desired shape. He normally didn’t do fat transfers to that area of the buttocks, but he said he could see how much it bothered me. I had a 3rd fat transfer and wore a garment that the doctor and I chose together to make sure it didn’t sit anywhere unwanted. After I healed from the 3rd surgery, the spot didn’t look any different than before the surgery. The injection site side of the buttocks still appeared fuller and rounder than the other side. When I was ok to sit as I normally would, I started to notice that I do sit tilted a little and it doesn’t feel comfortable to sit on that side anymore. I also really dislike the appearance because it is a very noticeable difference in size and a small flat spot/indent. I went to Dr. Hagerty yet again (4/21/21), and with many hesitations, he agreed to try it one last time. After a some time had passed (12/11/21), I messaged him to schedule for this procedure, and he replied saying that his hesitations grew stronger and that he will not consider treating this area again. I replied to his message on 12/14/21 and asked if he would do a fat transfer to the top area of the buttocks, a spot that he normally does fat transfers, and I never got a reply from him for that. I messaged him a couple weeks later (12/29/21) asking for medical records in regards to me having lipedema and he sent those over. I reached out to him about 4 months later (4/1/22) asking if he would reconsider adding fat to the “normal” area he does fat transfers, and I never heard back from him. He completely ghosted me as if he just didn’t want to deal with me anymore. Out of all the surgeries I had with him, I was NEVER given a BBL Pillow to sit on so I wasn’t putting pressure on the fat transfer areas. I would have bought one myself gad I known it was needed. Now I am stuck with an uneven butt, low back issues from sitting tilted because it’s uncomfortable to sit on that side and I also lost the possibility of having surgery for lipedema here in Spokane. If I have surgery done for lipedema, I will have to travel across the state or go to a different state or country all together because I cannot trust that he will help me to the end. Although the injection site looks mostly back to normal, I am not pleased with my end results on the other side. I live everyday still self conscious about the way my bottom appears and uncomfortable anytime I sit. I will have to live with this everyday unless I pay to go to a completely different doctor and risk having to start all over again. Im pretty devastated and disappointed in my overall experience with Premier body sculpting and Dr. Hagerty.

The doctor and staff are fantastic. They listened to what my concerns were, gave appropriate suggestions and explained everything in details. It was very low key and no pressure sales. I am very satisfied with my results. Do yourself a favor and go in for a consultation. You won’t be disappointed.

Premier Body and Laser staff have been so friendly since the first day I reached out to them. They have answered my messages promptly and they have answered all my questions professionally. I have been getting treated by them for almost 5 months to remove a tatoo. The tatoo has been disappearing little by little with every treatment. The treatment was so affordable compared to other tatoo removal places I researched. Im so excited about my results so far I decided to recieve other treatments from them as well such as a facial laser to remove uneven skin tone. I really trust them with my treatments and I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I had some permanent makeup removed from my eyebrows that had begun to discolor. Although it wasn’t totally removed, Amanda did a very careful professional job and it looks much better. It can now be covered over. I would recommend this business.

Dr. H is knowledgeable and compassionate. A very rare combo with doctors! I didn’t even have to bring up my other condition. He told me how he would keep me safe post-op. Anyone who has surgery with Dr. H is in excellent hands.
