I’ve gotten all of my piercings here with Sami!! She’s so nice, makes sure you’re comfortable, has an amazing jewelry selection, and is just the best. All my piercings I’ve gotten from her are healed/are healing perfectly. I look forward to getting another one soon!!!

I met one of the workers/owners who was extremely helpful, but when I tried to contact him by phone for a follow up on my ear piercing, the female assistant refused to give me an appointment, help me with my request for service, and even blocked me from getting in touch with the nice guy to talk to! The worst case scenario of being rude and unhelpful ever from a “good business” standpoint!!

First of all, Id like to say that everyone that works there, is very nice, they make you feel comfortable and they are patient!. I went there on 10/7/22. Got 3 tattoos from Jack and 1 touch up. Hes really nice, patient and has a good eye. Hes honest and keeps it real. Love the work he did. Even picked a better spot for a tat that he told me it wouldnt last. Love his work. I Highly recommend Jack for peoples next tattoos!!! Thanks again Jackxoxo Tina

Best place for tattoos on the island. If I want new tattoos I only go to this place. The artists there are amazing. I go to see Jay he is awesome.

Sami was AMAZING. Talked me through the entire process and made sure I understood everything prior to getting my naval piercing done. She took the time to explain the different types of materials I could put in my body and also thoroughly went over the aftercare for several minutes while showing me how it should be done. When I had a question a few days later I texted her and she called me back IMMEDIATELY to clarify everything. My piercing is healing great and looks amazing. If you’re questioning where to go- please go to Sami. Clean, super sweet, extremely knowledgeable, and provided a very comfortable experience. Not to mention- she changed her gloves 100x after EVERYTHING she touched and opened everything in front of me. I couldn’t recommend her enough!

Had my navel pierced here by Sam and the service was wonderful. She’s super knowledgeable and friendly. During the healing process I had some concerns so I messaged her and she called me each time to offer help. Really great customer service.

Basing my rating on two visits to Tattoo Mania. Both for piercings. The first time I visited, I actually didn’t leave with a piercing due to Sami’s honesty. I had went for a belly button piercing, and when she checked my belly, she was honest enough to tell me that she wouldn’t recommend that I do it, due to a high risk of it rejecting and ripping through, due to a lack of a lot of skin. Anyone who was money hungry would have just done it without informing me. Second time I visited was today and I had my rook piercing done. I originally came in for both rook and cartilage, but she recommended I wait and do them separately. Anyways, I ended up going with just the rook for today and she was amazing. She walked me through the entire process step by step and always let me know what she was doing before she did it. I felt really comfortable the entire process. She also was very specific about the cleaning process, I didn’t have any questions after I left the shop. I look forward to coming back to the shop for more piercings and hopefully for my next tattoo. :) Everyone in the shop was really nice, I would like to add on top of that.

They do clean work, artists are very chill, i had 3 pieces done already and they all healed really well, prices are very good compared to other places, and overall the vibe is really good, definitely recommend it.

A great experience definitely professional I had the pleasure of having my tattoos done by Nick what a terrific guy I couldn’t ask for anybody better he makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed while he performs his magic. Great tattoo place! Demian is super talented and did an amazing job on my tattoo. Jay the owner is very nice and accommodating. Everyone at the shop is very friendly and treats you like an old friend but most importantly they are all very talented. Overall the tattoos are beautiful and the customer service is fantastic. I will definetly be coming back for more!

Sam was great! She did my helix cartilage piercing and bellybutton piercing. She was very sanitary, precise and patient. I definitely recommend her!

I got my nose pierced from Sami 2 weeks ago she is very knowledgeable. I was feeling a little faint after but she made sure I was ok got me some sugar afterwards any questions I had she made sure to answer. I may also be a pain in the butt, but she definitely made sure to get back to me ASAP. And she even sent me photos as to the aftercare products I should use as well as providing me with a sheet and very clear instructions. I highly recommend. The staff is very accommodating and welcoming, as well.

Mostly importantly the shop is amazingly clean the staff very knowledgeable and professional. Jack is the artist I’ve worked with and he’s awesome 👏 I only go to him for tattoos since finding him and all my piercings as well. Highly recommend this shop and jack

The piercer there is the BEST, she knew exactly what she was talking about, didn’t leave anything out and when I was having anxiety she knew how to keep me distracted I didn’t even have time to think about the pain or anything. If you’re a really nervous person definitely go to her!!

People seem really nice. Went on for a quote the guy told me to text him with a photo of what i wanted he responded back immediately. Prices are reasonable. Cant wait to get my tattoo
