GREAT experience here on 08/09/2024. Walked in to get shorter bars for my nipple piercings and in a whim decided to get my daughter’s nostril pierced. The person at the front desk was an absolutely WONDERFUL human being and boy oh boy what a contagious and kind smile. The piercer was straight to the point, but so gentle and accommodating. My kiddo was white knuckling the chair, but he was so good with her. Great pricing, quality employees and will absolutely be back!

Got a tattoo done here today by Shawn, and the tattoo isn’t the worst but it’s definitely not up to my standards. He told me off the bat he isn’t a color artist which is fine because most of the color looks okay. My issue is all of the lines are so shaky that it doesn’t look good, some of the lines aren’t connected and by the time I noticed was when I got home to wash the tattoo. In the tattoo itself there is a cross and the cross isn’t straight, the star doesn’t look like a star and some of the color does go outside the lines. The only thing he got down solidly was the lettering and his customer service (minus the aftercare instructions) he did do his best with the color for being a black and grey artist, but the 120 I paid wasn’t worth it for it to be fixed at another shop. Honestly would recommend going somewhere elseEdited to add: it’s been a month since i got this tattoo and the lines are very inconsistent on the tattoo. Some spots are so light they look like they could fade in a week and others are blown out. I also have scarring in the star that isn’t shaped like a star. The color isn’t there in some spots and I could keep nitpicking, but I won’t. From what I understand Shawn is an apprentice- if I had known I would have said no to him tattooing me (I have had poor instances in the past with apprentices and this is another one, as he didn’t even mention him being an apprentice) but in my honest opinion- he needs to work more on fake skin or something else before tattooing a person again, it’s just so inconsistent he shouldn’t be tattooing on his own. Like I said a month ago, find a better shop.

Wish I read the reviews before coming here. Just wanted to redo my closed loab piercings. The piecer was too distracted by the TV to even great me other than here to sit. The lady at the front stated the jewelry is included, so I mistakenly assumed I would be able to pick something. Nope, just some cheap studs.No talking, no aftercare (had to ask on my way out). Ive been putting this off for over a decade because Im horrible with needles, but was told a friend had a good experience. Big oof. Will definitely go elsewhere for my upcoming tattoos and piercings.

I will never be going here for a piercing again, the dude who pierced me was entirely too distracted by the TV in front of him at the time of me getting my snake bites done, the snake bites also were not evenly on either side of the middle of my lip. The jewelry used was obviously a fake silver plated piece since we could see where the silver was coming off when eventually they both needed removed due to infection being on the verge of happening despite proper cleaning, and one of them trying to embed into the front and back of my lip. (the piercing that was trying to embed was also pierced too high so too close to my actual lip resulting in something being nicked that caused the piercing to bleed quite a bit and almost immediately swell to the point that it gave me a lisp. I was also not given any type of paper towel or napkin to be able to clean this blood myself and had to walk around like that until I got home to clean it up myself.) I have gotten several piercings in the past from a piercer in Illinois and a piercer in Indiana, none of the other piercings Ive had have hurt as much as those two from this shop did. I have never had such bad service and bad piercing jobs. I would never suggest going here for a piercing.

On June 1st, 2024 at approximately 2pm, my wife and our roommate decided for my birthday to get pierced here. to start off, this was the worst idea we’ve had in a long time and now that i’ve had problems with not one but SIX piercings between three people, i won’t be back.To make a long story short, my wife and I paid for a navel and our roommate paid for a double lip (snake bites). Our roommate bled a lot with her lip on her right side, wasn’t given a paper towel or anything to clean up, and was in a lot of pain in the (short few) following days despite proper aftercare. like more pain than she should have been. the side that had been bleeding a lot ended up starting to embed in the front and her lip was definitely nicked. it was placed way too high up on her bottom lip, the bars were far too short for her lip size and she had been in excruciating pain for three days because we had to use PLIERS to remove the balls. My wife’s went swimmingly, her navel looks good for the most part and it’s healing well, however she’s also in quite a bit of pain. it’s also a bit…too much skin for the bar length chosen as she is a bigger lady and should have been given a slightly longer bar just to accommodate the slight swelling she has. now for the worst piercing, mine. i paid 40 dollars for a navel, walked out having paid 40 dollars for a nostril (which is only 25) because my skin was apparently “too tight” to pierce. granted, i had mandatory surgery done on my stomach in 2017 and my belly button was completely reconstructed and i have a gluten intolerance, there is a perfectly good flap of skin that could have been pierced and i have the proper anatomy for a navel piercing. since i don’t know his name (rodney? maybe? he’s the really quiet guy) i can’t provide it, however idk what he was thinking in the moment but he shoved that needle in so hard it was personal. mans took all of his rage out on my nose that i literally couldn’t breathe for a moment and ended up holding my breath (the worst idea for a piercing might i add as you can pass tf out doing it). his marking was in line with my other nostril piercing, however he ended up piercing it too high and completely out of line with it that the hoop i had intended on putting in to match my other one wouldn’t have fit. the worst part? I’ve had my nostril done once at a different shop who no longer employs the piercer I preferred, the entrance and exit holes line up perfectly and it’s straight…this last one done here (which i took out because it was also starting to try and embed and absolutely in the wrong place) was so badly done that my entrance hole is not only too high, but the exit hole sits maybe a hair away from the outside of my nostril. i can feel it inside of my nose and had to fight with a L shaped bar to get it fully through the hole because i wanted to keep it and giveit the benefit of the doubt. please, for the love of all things unholy stop letting this man pierce people and find new, more experienced people to do any of your work. not a single artist in this place can tattoo and your body piercer is so distracted by hi surroundings (like the massive TV he has in front of his station) and very harsh when piercing. i have watched 6 piercings go funky from this place and all of them have been done by the same guy. to cap this all off i won’t be back, unless it’s for a full refund for all THREE piercings (simple request…since you have of them can’t be worn) certainly will not be setting up an appointment with your tattoo artists based solely on their shoddy work and lack of knowledge about tattooing either.

Walked in on a whim and got my first piercings done. Both the guy at the desk and the guy doing my piercings were very lovely. I was asked to confirm if the marked spots looked even and he was quick and precise. Very happy I chose to walk in, thank you!

Always an amazing experience at cuse ink. I have 5 different tattoos from Chris so far, all rather large pieces. I will be going back for finishing the color on the fifth one soon, and plan to go get matching tattoos with a friend soon. 10/10 would recommend. Friendly staff and great atmosphere, especially for being in a mall.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I went here to get my septum re pierced the women who pierced me tried three times and insisted it was my anatomy. I have gotten this piercing before so that wasn’t the case she then proceeded to stab me three times with the needle and pierce my septum through the cartilage in the wrong place . If you’re familiar with the piercing you know where it’s supposed to go. So instead of telling me she can’t do the piercing and give me my money back . I have a septum pierced in the wrong spot to the point where I can’t get the piercing out since it’s pierced so high and deep. Horrible service and disappointed I wouldn’t come here for anything it doesn’t seem like they’re trained

My daughters and I went for piercing, and Rodney did a fantastic job. He is soft spoken but willing to answer any and all questions we had. I highly recommend him for any piercings you may be interested in!

My mom recently got a tattoo at this place. I honestly cannot believe how horrible it looks. And reading these reviews and the response from the owner blaming the customers when y’all are the ones who can’t tattoo and are extremely unprofessional. This place is a waste of space and so is everyone working there. Don’t waste your money or your time. Yall should be shut down.

My daughter and I got tattoos done by Shawn today. We love them, and he’s our guy from now on. I can’t wait to get my next tattoo in March. The staff there are amazing and friendly. The shop is clean, and a comfortable environment. Love me some Cuse Ink.

I got my nose pierced today by Marco. Very good customer service by all employees. He was very friendly and answered all questions that were asked. The piercing itself didn’t hurt at all and it was a very smooth process!

Horrible service. I took my daughter to get a nose piercing the person performing the piercing. He did not speak, he did not give after care. And overall made faces during and after the piercing. The price for the piercing was reasonable but my service will not be back. Hire people with better attitudes.

Brian did a cover up. the roses and color came out good but my cross is not straight at all. Wish he would have used a stencil instead of freehand. Didnt notice until it was too late.

Went for a walk in and had a great experience with Sha! Since the placement I wanted was on my knee and kinda awkward, it took a while to make the stencil and I really appreciated his attention to detail since he had to individually place each word to curve properly. Everyone in the shop was super friendly. Definitely recommend if youre in the area!

Very happy with the professionalism of everyone in the shop. I was anxious about my first tattoo, but Shawn explained everything so I knew what to expect. I started with small, simple black line art, but will definitely return if I get another.

Very nice people! I was a walk in when I randomly decided to come in. Chris was super friendly and so was the other staff. My tattoo was exactly what I wanted and they made me feel very comfortable as it was my first tattoo.

Got a tattoo here a couple months ago. It took this long for it to completely heal but im not saying that’s their fault. However my artist made changes to my design without my permission leaving something I am EMBARRASSED to show. I get questions if it’s bruises all the time. Not to mentions the comments my artist was making towards me ( as a 19 yo female) were uncomfortable and not appropriate. Somehow my last review got removed, but people need to know to keep an eye out when getting their tat done before their artist goes a-wall and does whatever they want (Btw my artist was the “award winning” Chris).

Got my nose pierced yesterday, wasn’t told anything about aftercare or how long i have to wait before changing the piercing, the man barely spoke and did it incredibly fast, had blood all over and he just gave me a paper towel and sent me out. It was $25 so it was relatively cheap but it was too fast with no help afterwards

I got an industrial piercing there about a little over a month ago.. super quick, super friendly and very clean! 2 of my friends also got piercings done as well and both had a great experience as well! totally recommend! I will also be bringing my daughter back for a nose piercing soon!

I had an amazing experience, very clean, no wait. Staff was very friendly! I’ll recommend to all my friends! I got my septum pierced, my friend who came with me got her nose pierced. Everything was sterilized and the guy was very quick.

Walked into the shop yesterday and got a quick tattoo, and it was an amazing experience!! Everyone was super friendly, and the artist I had had good vibes the whole time! 10/10 experience, and I will happily go back next time Im in the area!!

I called and asked about walks in and they said they do them, I asked about a specific piercing and they said they’ll do it and so I drove all the way there just for them to tell me they can’t do it due to not having the proper bar.They didn’t even apologize, bad customer service and wasted trip, wasted time.Edit: I did call back the shop and I talked to the owner who was lovely, I’m going to try again in the near future for a different piercing!

Went to get a tattoo from Chris and it ended up horrible for him to be an award-winning tattoo artists. The tattoo took forever. He had to stop to keep blowing his nose the entire time left got something to eat got something to drink and for my Tattoo not to come out the way that I wanted. It is horrible. Do not go here!

I got a tattoo done by Chris, and it looks absolutely horrible. I will never be doing business with Cuse Ink again. Please save your money and go to another shop with better artists or you’ll end up spending more money trying to cover it up like me.

Dashaun has done every tattoo I have and will continue to be the only one to tattoo my skin from back in the day to my latest piece today. The shop is immaculate and a great tribute to cuse. Went to there salon $42 to spay my hair down and give a basic cut no wash blow dry nothing!! Ulta charge 52$ for the works and 20% off first time!!

Amazing, I went there yearsterday, the guy who did my snake bite piercing was very slow and made sure to be gentle, although I was very scared and nervous he made sure to be slow.

From the minute I walked in there it was great customer service. They helped me out in no time. Great work and great customer service. I’m so glad this place is in the mall. If you want a tattoo this is the place to go, their work is amazing.

Went there trying to get a tattoo for my best friend that had past away and they turned me away claiming I had a fake ID BECAUSE THE DATE OF THE MONTH DIDNT MATCH WITH THE YEAR.I’m born July 18 2004 and the id says under 18 until JUL 22 as in 2022 and under 21 until JUL 25 as in 2025 Employees don’t know how to properly read an ID. Actually a joke of an establishment.

MY DAUGHTER WENT TO GET HER NOSE PIERCING 2 TIMES. THE MAN WAS NICE AND TOOK HIS TIME WITH ONE SIDE OF HER NOSE. I TOOK HER 2ND TIME HE WAS ROUGH AND MY DAUGHTER NOSE WAS BLEEDING. HE NEED TOO BE PROFESSIONAL AT ALL TIMES!
