I truly love the owner Britt. She is so kinda & welcoming. She has done 8/9 of my tattoos & always gives me the best service. She’s very time efficient and budget friendly. In my 2 years of working with her i’ve never had a bad experience. I’m always very quick to recommend her to others

Britt is the absolute best, most of my sleeve has been done at this shop and I wouldnt change a thing! Britt is the sweetest most welcoming owner who truly cares about her customers experience. 10/10 I recommend her to everyone I know!

Great customer service. Her shop is super clean, and shes very welcoming. She makes sure you are comfortable, and explains each and everything she is going to do. I love my design, I love how gentle she was, and the conversation just flowed. I will be sure to keep coming back!

I’ve had multiple sessions with Britt and everytime I thank the Lord she started tattooing. Never felt so relaxed and comfortable while getting tattooed. Britt always makes sure that everything is set up prior to the clients arrival and sending the design before going in makes for a speedy process. I have gone to Britt 3 times now (about to be 4) and I’ve had nothing but great experiences with her. She’s very flexible and works with what u want. I’ve never had a problem with payments or her customer service. She’s very welcoming and makes my experiences very comfortable. The tattoos are great I love them so much! My very first visit with her was fantastic it’s was on my 18th birthday my very first tattoo and I was beyond excited. She was very kind walked me through everything and made me aware of any paperwork/ needs before I came in. She allowed my girlfriend to come with me as I was nervous being my first tattoo. She worked with the ideas I wanted and the execution was fantastic. It was the best birthday yet. The second time I got a larger piece on my leg (Britt also let my girlfriend come this time as well for comfort) she was great and SHE KNEW WHEN TO STOP when my thy started to swell up. She fit me in for another session to finish up the shading not to long after. She was very nice about it. Then my third and most recent session she covered up a shotty tattoo for me with another tattoo she also worked with me for. Shes very quick and light handed very accommodating and I will continue to go to her and recommend Britt to my friends who are in want for a tattoo! I can’t thank Britt more for being so kind during these experiences!

I absolutely love love love her she did my first tattoo and made me feel comfortable talked me through it and told me everything was gonna be fine. She was very fast and also gave a stress ball to calm me down.😂 she does amazing work and till this day I still love my tattoo the money was definitely worth it.

She was very professional, fast ,neat and her shop was very clean she made me feel so comfortable honestly I felt like I was getting a tattoo done by a friend and if was my first tattoo by her and i get so many Complements i Will definitely be back

Unfortunately the owner britt who does amazing work is only good for just that. When it comes to customer service other reviews state she lacks the skill as well. She has now done two tattoos on my leg. You are required to pay $100 dollar deposit in order to book which goes towards the cost of your session. My first appointment was March 5th in which I paid $350 including her tip. She will send you a break down of lengthy rules you need to follow including contacting her thirty minutes before you arrive to your appointment so that she is able to set up and if you do not she will not set up and you will loose your deposit. As well if she is running behind you just have to wait. Only her time is valued. She was running behind my first appointment which was absolutely no issue. I arrived brought her a candle for her shop, she did not take my ID nor have me sign any paperwork which was to my surprise for how strict her rules and guidelines are portrayed to be. She request that you do not bring any guest bc she will be in the shop alone, but both times I’ve come to my appointment her friend was there. I am laid back so I didn’t mind, but after realizing how she conducts business it makes sense that she isn’t alone, but says you must come as so. She ran a special on St. Patty’s day called pick your price m. I sent her the piece I wanted with $180as the price. Britt agreed. I sent the $100 deposit and booked. I advised her 15 minutes before my appointment that I would be about 10 minutes late. I arrived at 12:13 for my 12pm appt. She let me know that she could not do the piece that she originally chose & that I would have to pick something else. We quickly picked another option and she than said she would add a bumble bee as well. At the end of the session she asked me what price we agreed on originally. I told her $180 and she said it’s only going to be $170. My intial intent was to pay her $210 total which included the new price and a tip, but I ended up paying her $270 all together. My bank account was recently hacked which we discussed during my sessions so every couple of days I check my statement. She was paid a $100 dollar deposit on 3/8/2024 and than received $170 on 3/17/2024. I will own was that I was completly loopey bc I don’t do well with needles and instead of sending the remaining $70 and $40 for the tip I sent her $170. I advised her today after going over my statement that I realized I over paid her $60 dollars & asked if she could refund me. She advised me that the money already cleared on her account and since it was 2 days later she could not refund me. I have never heard in my 34 years of life that a business was not able to refund you for over payment 2 days later. She than proceeded to bring up my personal business as well as the fact that she was not refunding me the $60 dollars and that it is a shame I am hurting for $60 dollars and it was too early to go back and forth about it. I could never imagine someone over paying me and not refunding them or at least giving them a credit towards a future service. Not only was I returning customer within a two week period, but we had already discussed that I would be seeing her in a few weeks. To be honest her work is great, she is very quick, and I had planned to go back and have several sessions with her, but sadly being a creative artist doesn’t come with customer service skills, integrity, and basic business etiquette, or common sense that a happy customer who spent over $550 dollars in less than 2 weeks isnt worth loosing over an over payment of $60. Hopefully she continues to grow and runs a more professional business as she seems to portray . I would dislike for someone to be such an understanding client like myself, and not only over pay, but be belittled by the business owner they supported ..I would consider going to a different tattoo artist until she is able to conduct and run a successful tattoo studio that doesn’t rob you for your money

I got my belly button pierced here and at first it was going really well until my piercing started to hurt almost 6 months after. I went to urgent care and turns out the piercing wasn’t rejecting it was just pierced wrong which was causing infection and I had to get it removed. It wasn’t healing so I figured it was a just a treatable infection but nope. DO NOT get a piercing here. Save the trip to urgent care and go somewhere else. They also never took my ID, while I am 18 they should’ve still taken my ID for their files. I found this piercer through the owners instagram, and now the same piercer is looking for a new shop and isn’t accepting new clients… sooo idk what happened but NOT A GOOD SIGN! Dr & another piercer said I could get it repierced but I probably won’t. Owner is very unprofessional.

Horrible customer service. No empathy for costumers what so ever! Piercing didn’t last 2 whole days! No communication skills what so ever. Britt the Owner. very rude and can’t run a business without emotions. Also talks about clients as soon as they leave the door! Not a great experience totally wouldn’t recommend anyone to come.
