The Lab Tattoo

Had an appt on Oct 17th 2023 and Casey Metzger did not show up. After calling several times, including writing the business messenger, Casey finally answered and said he had an emergency. No answers to nothing after that and now have to take him to court for my deposit back ($250). He did a previous piece for me, where there was a no show for SEVERAL appts. However, at least people responded after those, but still took off work and got a babysitter for them. He did do a good job, which is why I went back. Never expected him to steal from me. Terrible, a few weeks before Xmas and just had a baby. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

I had put down a $500 cash deposit with (josh Johnson) & he still never gotten back to me about making an official appointment and never sent me a drawing. It’s been over 8 months now. He was quick to take my money but yet never booked me. I’ve reached out to him multiple times and still no reply. It’s just Completely disrespectful and unprofessional! He stole my money and is untrustworthy.

I have had 5 sessions with Dan flying in from South Carolina and will continue to go back, incredible artist and person, really fun experience. As for the other artist there I personally haven’t had work done by them but have seen it and all top notch and very hospitable. Couldn’t be any happier with the work and people, would recommend to anyone!!

Ive never dealt with a more Unprofessional place in my entire life. Didnt show up for our 1st appointment. After I missed work and had to pay a babysitter for that day. Then canceled the very next day that he promised we could do. Then had to call the manager of the place. Finally got something scheduled and was told it would be done in one day but wasnt bc he wanted to keep taking breaks. Then canceled again on our 2nd appointment to finish it . So i have a half started tattoo for almost a year now. Smh

I’m going to rate as a 3 as I have yet to be a customer. No doubt their work is amazing but to have no phone number and have to contact the artists separately via Instagram…. and not get an answer in months… is pretty annoying. I’ve never seen a shop ran this way. It just seems cold and not customer friendly.

The best tattoo artists around. The best shop around. Whether you have no tattoos or multiple, know that your are going to be treated very well and youre dealing with true professionals who have been in the business for many years. If youre looking for a tattoo, definitely check out the shop, talk to the artists, and check out their work!

Graycie is an extremely talented artist 🎨 plus I was completely comfortable the entire session! So happy with her work 💕

These guys are really good but one of the artists said its about 20k for a half sleeve lol... idk I think Id rather get a 2k half sleeve and a car with the other 18k. Just dont see the value in that, but like I said amazing work.

Tattoos last forever, don’t be cheap and end up being upset with the final product. If you go here you’ll never have that problem, their work is the best of the best, no debate. The proof is in the pudding.

Second time getting tattooed by Jesse.. I can’t post enough great things about him and this place. He has some serious talent as well as all the guys who work there. Everyone is so chill. If I could give 10 stars I would. I’ll never go anywhere else.

Up scale and modern style with out the snobbery. Very comforting and Kind hospitality. Highly recommend Casey or Will. 🙌🏼🥰🥰🥰

Great shop, very clean, friendly and helpful. The artists are the best around, they do great work and are very professional. If you are looking to get work done this is the best place to do it.

Only place that I trust to put ink in my skin. Check them out!
