Im currently in the process of having a large tattoo removed. Ive had two sessions so far and Ive been really impressed with the results. Dr. Chavez and Hannah have been amazing throughout the process, providing exceptional care. The treatment does cause some discomfort, especially since its on my hip, but the sessions are quick and I feel at ease with Hannah and Dr. C. In my opinion, the results are definitely worth the temporary pain. Im looking forward to scheduling my next appointment.

My experience at ClearWaves has been amazing. I went to ClearWaves to get a cover up tattoo removed. The part of my tattoo that Im removing is a cover up with layers and layers of ink. They were able to treat the area I wanted without affecting the surrounding tattoos. I saw incredible results after just one treatment and it keeps progressing every time I go. They have far surpassed my expectations. I have been to three treatments and the staff is so nice and welcoming they always have a smile on theyre faces. Dr. Lauren Chavez is incredibly kind and caring. Whenever I email her a question she always responds within a timely manner which makes me feel like they really care. This is by far the best experience Ive had after several lazer tattoo removal services at different places. It usually takes me about a year to work up the courage for the next session as it has been very painful at other places.The pain was very limited if any at all i was amazed that i barely felt anything at all. The Dr and her assistant made me feel very comfortable as I was feeling very uneasy and dreading the appointment because of past experiences. I have now found the place I will continue on the rest of my tattoo removing journey and look forward to my next appointment.

After reading other reviews I decided Clearwaves was the best tattoo removal option in the area and committed to driving a 3-hour round trip to get to them for each appointment. This is the greatest possible experience you can hope for to get a tattoo removed!I have a fairly large tattoo covering the entire portion from the bottom of my bicep to my shoulder and I have been getting treated with Dr. Chavez and her wonderful staff! The experience is relatively gentle (if you got a tattoo then you can handle this) and the results have been very profound and noticeable after the first treatment. Dr. Chavez’s expertise and experience speak for themselves and I could not recommend a better place to go for tattoo removal.

Hello, Ive been going to ClearWaves Medical Laser Group for tattoo removal and Im on my 3rd laser treatment and the results are great! My tattoo has faded so much! Im excited to have the experience of ClearWaves. Their staff is professional every time! Im greeted with smiles, excitement and the attitude to get things done. They answer all my questions and explain them to the fullest.They also make it clear that they are available 24/7 If I run into any problems with my treatment. I’m having a tattoo removal. I’m on my second treatment. Arthur took care of my treatment. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I arrived early to have numbing cream placed on the area. This helped a lot.. I’ve seen other places that charge for this.The office is very comfortable and clean. On every appointment Dr. Chavez has always talked to me before and after.Caring people. I had an awesome experience removing my tattoo with Clearwaves. The staff and Dr. Chavez were all extremely professional. The work they provide is always well thought out and is very much a collaboration between the laser technicians and Dr. Chavez. I have been in for 4 sessions of laser tattoo removal so far and every single time I have been treated with the upmost respect. I almost feel as if the staff at clearwaves treat you like they would treat their own family! Aside from the excellent customer service, the business is very clean and payments/appointments are well organized. After just 2 sessions my tattoo began to fade. 4 sessions in and its practically gone! Clearwaves communicates with you via text message if needed (service not offered by most businesses). I cannot begin to describe how amazing the customer service is at Clear Waves! Theyve really embraced the technology culture and take any avenue to communicate with you - whatever is most comfortable. Im always texting Dr. Chavez for questions and I love that she never hesitates to reply or cuts her answer short because of the method of communication. The office really makes you feel comfortable and at ease. Her staff is really helpful and kind.Besides their excellent communication methods, the results are also awesome. Ive had two seasons of their hair removal on my face. I have to admit I expected this journey to be a lot more expensive and a lot more frustrating. BUTTTT my facial hair is dramatically changing - growing less in volume and in time. I had SIX weeks in between my first and second session and we were really expecting me to be there every two weeks for a couple of months.With that, I love that the office uses state of art before and after photo methods. You can really tell Dr.Chavez reinvests in her business - which is rare these days!

I cant rave about this place enough. I am a flight attendant and not in town all that often, they have always squeezed me into their tight schedule when I am in town last minute. I like many others got a name tattoo. I regretted it, so I went online looking for tattoo removal. I somehow came across ClearWaves and read some reviews and decided to give them a shot. During my initial assessment I was told it would take about 6 sessions. The staff explained the process and to give it time. After 3 sessions the name is nearly gone. Dr. Chavez and her staff were fantastic! And for people who are not into reading long reviews, I will just say that it was a great experience, and my eyebrow tattoos are now virtually undetectable to the naked eye after 3 to 4 treatments. Last year I opted to get permanent eyebrow tattoos, which I felt was the best solution for my middle-aged thinning brows (it was not!). After a couple months of unsuccessfully trying to fix/remove them myself (which only made it worse!) I reached out to Dr. Chavez via email in desperation. She took the time to write me a personal email, which convinced me I should at least go in for a consultation. I was immediately struck by Dr. Chavez’s complete honesty and professionalism. She explained the process and the difficulty of removing cosmetic inks. She did not set unrealistic expectations and explained that this might not be a quick fix. She also explained potential side effects, like potential skin darkening. She started with a small test area to see how my skin would respond, and I believe I waited a couple weeks before beginning treatment. Any skin darkening I may have experienced was short-lived. The layers of cosmetic inks disappeared with each treatment, transitioning from brown to auburn to yellow and finally back to normal skin tones. I am so thankful I took a chance on ClearWaves! Yes, I recommend them!

This place is fantastic. I have had 5 tattoo removal treatments over the last 3 years and every time I have gone the facilities have been extremely clean and the staff has been very professional and knowledgable. They go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable. I dont plan to get any more regrettable tattoos but if I do, I will definitely come back here for treatment ;) I have also had a consultation here for my acne scars after taking Accutane and they were wonderful. They were honest and told me they didnt think I needed any treatment because they thought the red marks would fade within a few months, and they were right! They could have lied and just taken my money for the treatments but they didnt, they were honest and genuine. They care more about the patient than making a sale and that is rare to find. I was referred to Clear Waves by another Med Spa to have the permanent makeup on my eyebrows lasered off, They were dark and uneven and has black and grey dark spots. We did a few test spots to see first and I came back a week later to get them completely done. I couldnt be happier, the results immediately were extremely noticeable. The staff and Dr. Lauren were very understanding and so amazing and made me feel hope in an almost hopeless situation. I highly recommend them, they make you feel like family and were as excited about the results as I am. My eyebrows will continue to fade more over the next 6 months, but I am able to go and get the permanent makeup done by someone else! They saved my face. I couldnt be happier

The whole experience was great! My first day consultation was done through text with pictures I sent. They immediately responded and gave me a decent quote. With that, I made an appointment. On my appointment day, I was welcomed with smiles 😊 The whole process of the tattoo removal was simple and I was made extremely comfortable. May I add, they have no judgement on what tattoo you have or make any remarks or comments about an embarrassing tatt. So...I made another appointment! The second time around, was even better. After an initial consultation, Dr Chavez and the Clearwaves team jumped right in and began a Profractional Laser Treatment on the area. The results have exceeded my expectations and Im delighted with the results. In my case, there was little to no pain. Dr Chavez and the Clearwaves staff clearly communicated the steps of what to expect during and after the procedure and what steps I had to take to care for the area after treatment. They have been very professional and always available to answer any questions Ive had during treatment. Coming into this i did not know what to expect. I had tried removal before with the acid and i was not satisfied with the results. So i was skeptical about it at first but now 10 minutes later and almost pain free, i could not be happier. 1 session and it is almost gone. The staff was amazing and so was Doctor Chavez. The staff at Clearwaves is amazing. Dr. Chavez has to be the most kind and compassionate Doctor I have ever encountered. It resonates with her staff. The treatments are just icing on top. My skin had deep dark acne marks, one profractional treatment, and six months later my skin was clear. No more thick makeup. Just a light tinted moisturizer. I came back a couple years later for some treatment on my forehead and cheeks, Melasma most likely from sun. Just two treatments and its almost all gone. Likewise, I received two treatments for fine lines around my eyes, almost completely unoticeable for me. Others see no lines. Dr. Chavez listens, and knows exaclty what treatments you will need. She does what is best for your budget, and also offers awesome discounts for Nurses and first responders. I would recommend this office to anyone over and over again. The compassion and empathy there is what feels the best.

My girlfriend went last year for her 1st laser tattoo removal session. She was charged $215 after tax for a session, and the tattoo didnt look much different. Now she found another place and they only charge her $80 a session. The tattoo is the size of an index card. If you have money to blow this is your place. If you want the same results and want to save $100+ see your options!!
