I will never come here again. I received treatment for legs, underarms, and Brazilian and it did not work for me. I have reached out to Laser Away but Nobody has ever called me back. Every time I had went to my appointment. There was always a new nurse, which was uncomfortable, especially for the Brazilian part. The staff was lovely at the location, I went to, but the machines/treatment did not work for me. In top of that there is no supervisor/ or manager on site which is weird.when I first signed up they said 80% of your hair will be gone or more and in my case, I still have lots of hair growth I’m still shaving twice awake. I don’t recommend Laser Away. I wish I could get a refund or never bought this deal With LaserAway and saved my time and money. If I could give zero stars I would!

Very friendly staff! They also try very hard to accommodate my schedule. I travel 4 hours for my treatments. I am a primary care provider myself so my schedule is tight as to when I’m able to go. I’ve been seeing them for over a year and only had 1 issue with scheduling. I like they have many service options and are open on weekends.

DO NOT SEEK TREATMENT HERE. Im extremely disappointed—Ive never experienced anything like this at other treatment centers. They lied to sell me a package, and after just two treatments, I requested to cancel. It took me over two weeks of calling every day just to get a response to cancel my account. DOMINIQUE, who sold me the package, was unresponsive to my texts after the sale, even though she was quick to reply when selling me the deal. Every day, they promised someone would call me back, but no one ever did.I purchased a package of 8 laser hair removal treatments for $2,953 and only completed 2 sessions. After contacting the financing company, they finally refunded me $500 but said I still have to pay $2,500.It makes no sense that 8 treatments cost $2,953, and after only receiving 2, Im still required to pay $2,500. This is not the rate I agreed on, and they had all these excuses for the high cost that just don’t add up.To make matters worse, the two treatments I did receive made no difference. This place is a SCAM—these people are scam artists. Please go to a reputable company; I regret not heeding the reviews.

Always greeted by name when I walk in. Always offered water and generally takes a minute or two to get to the room. The nurse is in the room quickly and efficiently gets the tattoo removal done. Excellent after care. The entire process takes about 15 minutes for me. Wonderful results. Very friendly staff. Absolutely the best tattoo removal office I have been to.

This is my first experience with lip filler. I absolutely love that I am able to use mySyringes of filler over several appointments. This way I can see what it looks like when the swelling goes down and point out the areas I want touched up. And while its not an invasive procedure, I get a lot of anxiety, so they make me comfortable in so many ways and take everything at my pace.The staff are beautiful, kind, and empathetic people. I highly recommend! Not once through my “whining/complaining” did I ever feel that anyone was annoyed with me. My comfort was truly their top priority! As well as amazing results.

This location is awesome! I am currently getting hair removal on my neck beard area and so far the treatments have been working amazingly. Also, the staff is super friendly and awesome! I love this location of Laseraway. The girls there are so helpful and truly want you to receive the best results. I’ve had laser hair removal and coolsculpting at this location. Yes, it’s pricey, but they always have great promotions for you to get a kick butt discount. I can’t say enough about the quality people they have working here. As far as nurses, they are all excellent but Keterri is my personal favorite and I try to make sure I am always scheduled with her - she’s extremely thorough and I just love her company. Hillary, at the front desk , is as fabulous as she looks. She’s gorgeous, knowledgeable and she will work to get you the best discount available. As far as results, I’m so excited I’m starting to see the results of the treatments I’ve had. They do their part but you have to do yours and follow the instructions.

Ive been coming to LaserAway for a little over a year now, and Im so sad I didnt start the process sooner! Before, I had thick, dark hair that would grow back almost instantly after removal. After my first two sessions, I started seeing some reduction in hair growth in the treated areas (underarms, arms, legs), and the results lasted so much longer than traditional shaving. Now, my hair is nearly nonexistent, and my skin feels so much softer and less irritated than when I was shaving all the time. I also appreciate the use of the cool air with the laser, as that definitely takes some of the hot sensation away and makes the experience less anxiety-inducing.All of the staff Ive interacted with during my treatments have been the kindest and sweetest people, and its always a great experience.

I have been going to LaserAway for about a year now for laser hair removal and recently started getting xeomin as well. The staff is always very friendly and and makes sure I am comfortable before and during treatments. They are thorough in understanding your goals and addressing any concerns you have. I was nervous to start getting xeomin so my injector made sure to be pretty conservative with my first round of injections which I appreciated! I love LaserAway and definitely wouldn’t go elsewhere for these treatments.

Ive been getting laser hair removal from Laser Away Albuquerque and I love it! It is not painful, especially with the cool air. Also, the staff have been so welcoming and friendly. I recommend it to anyone who is considering laser hair removal. I really like their skin care products too.

This place is a total scam! If a service is trying to prevent you from having legal representation and wont offer a full refund despite what their contract states, thats a major red flag. Always be cautious with companies that demand payment upfront without providing the service first. Also with people in general : always question why they are being “ so nice “if you know you know.

Laser Away Albuquerque is a lovely experience in hair removal. The staff is very friendly and professional, the location is clean and comfortable. I’ve never had to wait for my appointment or nurse. I get laser hair removal and the treatments are very comfortable as they use a cold air shot to counter the discomfort of the treatment. The nurse asks about your specific desires and situation. Received a lip filler service from Brittni and it was a great experience. My first time getting filler was quite painful and I was not happy with the results so I had refrained from doing it for many year. My experience with Brittni on the other hand was much different and it was only slightly uncomfortable but definitely manageable and I am loving my results so far. Would definitely go back to her in the future.

Hey guys, just a warning.I paid $1,000 for hair removal. They do not guarantee success. After 10 (very pleasant, don’t get me wrong, it’s a lovely salon) treatments, I’m frustrated. The treatment was unsuccessful. It didn’t make much difference, and they want to charge me more for future and call it “maintenance”I wish when they say they are going to laser away your hair, they can give you some sort of realistic expectation.

I’m pale with dark hair, and after only three rounds of treatment my body hair is growing back so slowly. It comes back thinner, in patches, and at a snails pace. I can go two weeks between shaving my legs without thinking about it. Yay!!!

I was told Id receive a free facial for adding a google review and I added one 7 months ago. I never received a free facial for that. I asked about it and never got a response back.I do have a free facial in my account currently because I had to wait 45 minutes to be treated in one appointment, but it wasnt from the google review as I was told I would receive. It happened again in the next treatment. My last 2 treatments, Ive had to wait 45 min to an hour. The staff are always polite, but it is inconvenient to have to wait that long when you have an appointment set up.Its also difficult to schedule an appointment. I was asked to reschedule an appointment 2 weeks ago, but the next availability that worked would be 11 weeks since my last treatment. This whole experience has been mostly inconvenient and has not felt relaxing as I was hoping it would be for self-care time.

This is only my 3rd session and I’m already seeing results. Staff are super friendly. I would recommend to anyone who wants hair removal. I’m so glad I picked LaserAway!

Do not expect to go back even remotely close to your appointment time. Plan for at least 30-45 minutes of waiting around after your appointment time to be called back. Also I did not get any results after completing my sessions so honestly a waste of money and time. The staff at Laser Away are friendly and professional. I felt comfortable getting my treatments. The facility was clean. The cooling air helps a ton with the pain and honestly I rarely needed to take breaks during my sessions because of it. All in all I’m super disappointed.

My appointments keep on getting rescheduled, at worst, cancelled the day of my appointment. They have rescheduled me 3x in a row now. They do not provide refunds, so I am stuck with waiting on them to finally see me, such a disservice.The 3rd time I received a phone call saying they needed to reschedule my appt, I had enough. I asked to speak to a manager, in which, the phone representative, Hilary, denied me. She said her boss would not be in the office for a few days but would leave a note to her boss indicating to call me. I asked for her boss phone number or email so I can ensure to speak to the manager. She refused to give out her boss info saying her boss only has a personal phone. I find this hard to believe as all boss/managers should have a business phone and/or email.Then, Hilary went on to say she is the manager at the moment. I was confused as why she did not indicate this when I asked to speak to a manager.Regardless, they keep on rescheduling my appt and refuse to allow me to speak to a manager. They do not provide refunds, so I am at their mercy.

I have awesome results with their Malibu package + feet/toes for laser hair removal! Definitely will be back in the future. They have awesome sales and very clean and comfortable facilities. I was only allowed to schedule an IPL after a consultation over the phone. It took them 25 minutes to charge my card over $2000 for a package. They called me back 6 days later to let me know that they dont provide IPLs in Albuquerque. They will not refund my money, citing that it needs to be done through some other person at some other office who doesnt seem to be responding to my request.

Each time I’ve arrived for treatments I have always been greeted kindly by the ladies at the front desk. Anytime I’ve had a question they have been quick to answer or give me insights. The nurses that work there are great and really friendly. I’ve always enjoyed my time there

I send a picture and was recommended to do three different types of therapy laser treatments and so far Im with two and results are very minimal. The staff are awesome 👌 its just frustrating to get appointments so far apart with very little results.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! Every Nurse that has treated me has been so kind and makes me feel so comfortable. I’m getting my legs, Brazilian, and under arms lasered, and the cooling system on the laser helps so much! Almost no pain and really the best part is how welcoming everyone in the entire experience is. I started seeing results after my first laser treatment, and being a 32-year-old hairy Hispanic woman, I can’t be more satisfied. If you’re thinking about getting laser, definitely choose laser away!

I was a tad nervous, but excited to start my laser removal process today. The front staff was very reassuring and welcoming. My clinician Amanda was informative and patient. I have had good experiences in the past here but I feel like it was only because they were trying to upsell my Laser packages and when they finally did, they changed the way they treated me. Most recently I had the worst experience- I showed up to my appointment 15 mins late because I was stuck in traffic. I called to let them know. I was greeted by the receptionist who was extremely cold and rude. This was the same one who was SUPER nice when she was trying to upsell. Because I was late, they didn’t do my service. Which is understandable but frustrating. I rescheduled and they called the day of and said they had to cancel due to a call out. But they never got me rescheduled. This is not the first time they cancelled my appointment either. I am so frustrated that I spent so much money but I’m not going to see results because of how inconsistent and infrequently my treatments are.Also, the same receptionist who upsold me on the package claimed she would include a free facial or 2, yet never followed up or scheduled it with me.I am going to continue my treatments because I am committed but I would NOT recommend this location.

I have been visiting with Laser Away now for over six months now. I have enjoyed the results that I have gotten so far. The staff has been really great and welcoming me and making me feel comfortable and getting me anything that I’m needing to Make my visit very enjoyable. I enjoyed the specials that they have, and how the rewards add up to buy you other visits. At first, I was skeptical, but then I saw the results and I keep seeing the results so for me, it has been worth it. Women are always trying to find new ways to have ourselves look better. I don’t want to completely take away all of the Lines and imperfections because that’s who we are nobody’s perfect. But if I can do just a little bit to make myself look a little better, I will do it. Dominique and Becca both explained the services and prices. I felt welcomed and informed. I was able to maximize my treatments and scheduled them together to minimize travel times. I did Brazilian and underarms. At first it feels like plucking a fine hair but other than that its totally painless. Ask your tech to turn the cooling air thing on high cuz it kinda numbs your lady bits to the zaps. VERY effective, staff is very friendly and helpful. So happy to have chosen them.

The staff at LaserAway Albuquerque Uptown have been so awesome - they are all so friendly and very punctual. I generally dread appointments, but the staff make me enjoy my appointments and not dread them. I would recommend LaserAway ABQ to anyone.

I reached out for pricing since it’s unavailable on their website and you have to do a consultation to get numbers. It was out of my price range and the call felt so pushy I felt uncomfortable. I’ve since received tons of phone calls and texts (from different numbers) with no way to opt out.Ironically, I had originally asked for an email with the pricing information and of course they didn’t send anything. I wish there was a way to unsubscribe!!Their services may be great, but if the sales process is this intense, it feels like they’re compensating for something.

This week I had my first appointment. The ladies who worked the front desk were very helpful and nice. The wait time was longer than I had expected, but thankfully I wasnt in a hurry. My experience with the process went fine. No complaints on the services I received.

I have loved my experiences at LaserAway! Bekah and Dominique have been so helpful in getting me the correct treatments for my needs and are so incredibly nice. I look forward to my appointments and the cold air with the laser is a true lifesaver.I also get Xeomin for wrinkle preventative, but have also noticed my migraines haven’t been as intense since starting Xeomin. This is not a cure or treatment for migraines, but I have noticed it helps.

I had two treatments so far, first with Dianne and then with Olivia. Both of them are licensed nurses and very knowledgeable about how the equipment worked and pre and post care procedures. Both were really good and helped me feel at ease during the session.Everytime I came in, the front office ladies welcomed me in and asked if I would like a beverage before my session began. They even provided me with hydrocortisone whenever I didnt have any of my own.

Had thermage done and it was the easiest check in. The nurse was facilitating the treatment gave the best service and tolerated me tolerating the pain! Thermage is not for the weak! But so happy I got it done here!
