I went into the shop as a walk in with a rough idea of what I wanted.Artist PJ FRENCHHe did an excellent job of translating my idea and cleaning it up into a beautiful black and Grey piece.Gave great aftercare instruction and was super professional but also warm.

The staff at Albuquerque Ink are super friendly and helpful. They make you feel so welcome. Mr. Wolf (Orlando) is an amazing artist. He has done several of my tattoos. He is able to capture my ideas and draw them out. He never fails to amaze me with what he comes up with! I highly recommend you get a tattoo by him!

I have been getting tattoos from PJ for the past three years and he never disappoints. He has a super steady and light hand. PJ always makes them look so elegant. He understood the assignment 💫

My daughter went in to get a small finger tattoo, so I figured Id get one too. She had a great experience with Juan.I had a great experience with PJ! I love the ambigram he did on my forearm. He was very nice and was very professional going over the colors he used, even tried to get the color I wanted from the other tattoo artist. I am very satisfied with my new tattoo!! Went to see Juan @ Albuquerque Ink Tattoo College Plaza.I went in for a cover up on 1 of my tattoos done at a different shop by a different artist which I had to get laser removal because of the many mistakes.Juan is super professional, took his time coming up with the design to cover and blend with what was still there. PJ French is my go-to man. Love his shading work, did a few of my tattoos and family/friends everyone I take to him loves his work. Hes not afraid to be honest about what you want so you understand the best way for it to come out and stay. Light hand but solid inking 100% recommended. Takes venmo & cash app from what I know.

Disappointed. Got a tattoo from Juan a couple of months ago. Absolutely loved it. I need it to be touched up I reached out to him twice already asking if he can touch it up. He read it within minutes but didnt respond till the next day late at night. I responded back he said he will check his schedule and get me in... Crickets.... Now a month later I text him AGAIN and same thing he read it but hasnt responded..

I would just like to say this is one of the best experiences I’ve had. I have many piercings and multiple tattoos and this is by far my favorite and best experience. Im sorry I feel bad rating you a 2 when the piercer Marie was incredible. Unfortunately the tattoo I received was not what I wanted, it didnt come out how I expected and he freehanded instead of using the stencil we previously agreed upon. This is on my face and I cant fix it Unfortunately. Maybe listen to your clients instead of insisting on a freehanded piece on someones face. As you can see the lines are shaky and the thing isnt even at all. I just had high expectations due to all the great reviews and was incredibly disappointed. I DO recommend the piercer though.

Recommend 10/10 the staff is welcoming I dont know all their names and faces but bi shout out 2 jeramie some may know as drape his freehand is amazing, the linework is perfect, he can shadow and negative shadow making your design come 2 reality and something you will def love .. there are many things I can say but Id rather you find out for yourself walk ins always welcome... my latest was a portrait memorial of my daughter that passed and its my best one yet!!💯

Marieke was so professional and enthusiastic when it came to my belly button piercing…she was also very fast and efficient, I barely felt anything and she soothed my anxiety with how kind and cool she was!! I had went to PJ when he was at the other location and he did an amazing job at making my tattoo happen. When I got home, I noticed some details that were missing. I was able to communicate with him about the mixing details and he was quick about finding time to fix it and making it look amazing. The first picture is the first tattoo I left with, the second picture has the fixes he made. Hes clean and thorough and super friendly! PJs new location at College plaza is much bigger and he seems more comfortable. Hes open to any idea and he does really good work. I recommend him because hes super friendly, he provides good work and hes willing to work with you!

Pretty cool place. I have some loyalties in Phoenix to other shops for all my tattoos but the piercer here, while young and has a case of shakey hands, is a real sweetie and totally down to earth. The jewelry he put in my labret fell out the second day and he had no issues with redoing the piercing for me which was super cool! The ambiance is relaxed and modern and the location is cool but the parking lot in front is super small. I suggest the side parking lot on the south side. Dont forget to tip your artist and keep your appointments or call to reschedule. Act respectfully to get respect. One love! PLUR!!! AND ALL THAT JAZZ!!!

Me and my friend came here to get my bridge piercing and for my friend to get her nipples done. Marieke was our piercer and she did an INCREDIBLE job. She was quick and efficient. A friend and I flew in to Albuquerque for a few days and wanted to get a last minute tattoo before we left, we called around, but this was the only shop that accepted us as walk-ins. They were very accommodating, and our tattoo artist Bobby did an amazing job! And was very quick! My friend and I would totally make a trip back for another, highly recommend this shop!

I got my Medusa piercing here and the piercer was so accurate, I barely felt a thing. She put me at ease and explained the process. I got encouraged by the whole crew and they all told me it would look great with my other piercings. Im definitely returning for further piercings 🖤 thank you guys!

This has to be the worst treatment from a tattoo shop that I have ever received. After dealing with rude employees (I just figured it was a bad day), I received my piece that was full of shaky lines and overall is going to have to get covered up in the future. If I could give 0 stars, I would but I had to give at least ONE to let everyone reading this review to avoid this shop AT ALL COSTS!
