Piercing experience was great. But customer service was shitty from the one girl who doesnt seem to want to be there. Very dismissive, rude, and lack social interactions. Every time I try to lighten up the mood with jokes, her response is always sure. good day. Sound like she was trying to get rid of me as fast as possible. Damn.

Great experience even with having to unlock dang near every case for me and answering all kinds of questions.The staff person was very nice and their selection of jewelry was awesome!Id shop here for more artistic pieces of jewelry including wood and glass pieces.Prices are reasonable and the tattoo part seems great too, but I didnt get one there I did see some of their work on their sales person.Check it out before hot topic or anywhere else if you want unique jewelry.Also they carry sage.

Yesterday I got three piercings to include a facial dermal (freaking love this piercing). My body piercer is DAVID. I’m serious people he is the BEST BODY PIERCER OUT THERE! have been going to him for years (31 piercing), he has pierced my children only person I trust. I highly recommend him to anyone getting a piercing, he is AMAZING!

My piercer here was very professional & super nice, BUT she gave me bilateral nostril piercings that I had to take out & have redone 4 days later because they were uneven.I went to another piercer with over 20 years of experience to confirm what I thought about the asymmetry, and found out my posts were also:1. Too high on the nostril for the tiny, tight fitting rings I eventually want and also2. The wrong angle for the rings that would eventually replace them.The second piercer used calipers for measuring & spent 10 minutes marking/remarking my nostrils to make sure we were both happy with the placement, AND they were less expensive.#buyerbeware

Our piercer did an amazing job. Got my daughters ears done as well as my septum. They both have healed faster than originally told. I cannot tell you how pleased we are! Made customers for life!

Got my conch piercing here, super fast and walk ins are accepted. Piercer was super nice and knew what she was doing. I came back a few days later to get my rook jewelry changed. 10/10 would recommend if you’re feeling spontaneous.

Came in there not knowing exactly what I was looking for and Keisha walked me thru it. She was a big help and I appreciate it as a customer. She knows her stuff and I ❤️ her piercings as well.

Nice shop & store. Took our oldest daughter in for some piercings & the employees were nothing but the best. There was a line, but the experienced piercer was quick to get through it! Counter personnel laid out all of our options for what she wanted to get. No pressure sales & their jewelry selection was top notch. They had just about everything. Great place & got us in the same day! Will be back for sure!

Ive gone there several times, including todays piercing (2nd holes in each lobe). Their inventory is so gorgeous, all of it. I want most of the store, ha. Every time, the employees greet me and will check in a couple times without being overbearing. They are super helpful when I have questions, very knowledgeable. Their piercer is super sweet and informative, and great at piercing quickly and accurately once you give the go ahead. They take walk-ins for simple piercings, too, fyi. Ill definitely be back!

Walked in and was immediately greeted. Ended up getting a piercing while I was there. All the employees were super helpful to answer any questions as well as offer suggestions while getting to know exactly what I wanted. The piercing room was very clean and I had a great experience there! Will definitely come here again!

I called and asked if they could do a back dermal and they said absolutely and they got me in that day no wait or anything!!! As soon as I got there the front sales lady helped me and I did the consent form and paid and she sent me to the back. I waited like 5 mins for the piercer lady to set up for the piercing and she called me back marked where I wanted it and then had me lay down then she had my back dermal done in like 3 mins and talked to me about the after care and I was out of there. Literally not even 20 mins of being in there and I received EXCELLENT service from both lady’s!!! I will definitely go back there! The only down side of it was the pricing is a little high. But other than that it’s amazing!!!

Super nice staff, great selection of jewelry and can usually get them to help you put in new earrings when theyre a but difficult if small or something. Definitely keep going back for new pieces!

Our piercer Noelle was on point! She was super friendly, kind and very personable, fun and had a warm charm. She was very gentle and extremely professional piercing my daughters ears. She took extra time to make sure the piercing would look even and in the correct spot on each ear. Thanks Noelle!! Noelle deserves 5 stars!

Overall average piercing experience. But they sold me fake gold jewelry for over $30. The whole reason I bought gold is because I have sensitive skin.

The people that do the piercing are awesome, I have had two nose piercings done there. The people behind the counter are not so friendly they stare at you as if you can help yourself. The last 3x’s I have gotten nose rings they all changed green on me within a full day of wearing them.

My nipple piercings are wayy too deep, 1 is crooked and both still haven’t healed after a year and a half. I also found out that the jewelry that the girl had originally put was too short (probably because she pierced me too deep lol). Reading the reviews, this place kind of seems like a hit or miss with the piercings that require actual knowledge. Super disappointing cause these things HURT and now I gotta get them redone :(

I can’t lie I was super nervous about getting pierced at an Auburn mall but when I walked in the person with short blue hair that helped me was amazingly sweet! I was a walk in but I was seen within 10 minutes! Not to mention my piercer was also just as amazing. (Her name starts with an N I swear!) Definitely made sure I was comfortable and knew what was happening. Hearing the sound of new and sterile equipment being opened was definitely nice to hear.

I went in for a walk in today for my nose piercing and had Bobby he did AMAZING and was lovely the whole time! Super caring and nice and great at piercing! he placed it in the perfect spot and let me make sure before piercing! i hope i get him again for my next piercing, also not to mention the girl with blue hair i wanna say her name is chloe?? idk but she’s SOOO sweet and kind and she was super nice to my baby too! i had a great time and am looking forward to going again!

The piercer was very accommodating to my requests, and made sure everything was sterile. He opened the needle he used to pierce ny nose in front of me so I knew it was new, which I really appreciated. He answered all the questions I had and gave me tips on cleaning out my piercing. Everyone there was friendly and attentive!

I only gave two stars because 4/5 people I’ve dealt with here have been extremely friendly and helpful, if not for that this would definitely be a 1 star review.Got my nose pierced here in February, piercer and cashier were both extremely nice and I had no problems. Recently I decided I wanted to switch the jewelry out, however I couldn’t get the piercing jewelry out to save my life. I went in to the store THREE separate times to ask for help, if they knew of any tricks to get it out or if they could help me - not ONE employee told me that they offered jewelry changing. Each time they basically shrugged me off and told me I was SOL.That in itself should have deterred me, however I did go back this week to have my ears pierced (just the second lobe piercing, nothing too fancy). Woman at the counter was very nice, despite being stressed as she had 3 other customers besides myself who needed help and no backup to assist her. The piercer was also nice, but was clearly rushing the process. He sat me down, marked my ears, barely took the time to make sure they were even (he didn’t compare the spots to each other or have me remove my other earrings or anything, and barely let me glance in the mirror before he took it away), and then pierced them and sent me on my way. I noticed shortly after leaving that they were EXTREMELY uneven, and one of them was flat out crooked (doesn’t go straight through the ear, the hole is slanted down). I was devastated, and went in the next two days after to try and get them fixed only to be told (by extremely dismissive cashiers) that no piercer was in to help me. The crooked piercing also started to swell massively the day after, thankfully that seems to be going down now but as I’ve never had swelling problems with any of my other piercings it was a little alarming. Also need to mention that the piece of jewelry he put in has fallen out twice since piercing.I finally gave up and went to ACTION TATTOO to have them fixed (have also had a lip piercing & tat done there) and had a MUCH better experience there. My advice is to skip the chain parlors and head straight to the guys who do it right 🤷🏻‍♀️

Best place ever for sure! Amazing and everyone is so kind! prices are reasonable and not too high, ive had great experiences here and no problems at all, Noelle is amazing at her job and i love her! She made sure i was comfortable and made sure i was okay. Awesome place! Definitely coming here all the time! Love it here.

Went to get a friends daughter ear pierced. Definitely prefer the week day piercer, shes very friendly and great with kids Mon-thur. The fri- sun (weekend) girl wasnt very kid friendly or much of a people person. The counter staff were great and helpful when picking new jewelry.

Was given the wrong size for a gauge, called the store, was asked to come in to get them measured and was able to find out that not only was the size wrong, but Mia did an exchange without issue, most helpful service Ive ever had at this location. Would recommend to anyone. This location has excellent customer service to the point where I go here rather than the one closer to my home.

I did my nose piercing today between 6.30 to 7pm. It was excellent service. Front desk lady was very nice. And the lady did my nose piercing she is very nice and Explain everything about the procedure. All I can say it was excellent.

I love this shop. I got my first tattoo there matching with my mom.. Harley is my artist and he is my favorite, one of my friends and her dad will not go to anyone else but him. I have an appointment for two more tattoos with Harley today at 12:30. Pretty great prices and artists!:)

Ive been going to Harley for a couple years now and every time I go in its a great experience. Harley is a phenomenal artist. The first time I went to Harley he fixed a horrible tattoo I had gotten from a previous shop and made it like new. Hes always nice and knows how to keep the conversation going when youre getting your tattoo done. Ive recommended Harley to plenty of my friends and will continue to do so.

The whole store is cool like there are rings you can buy, cool piercings (the actual jewelry) and hats, socks, posters, etc. everybody who works there is so hot and nice and patient. the piercer i got tried to distract me when he put the needle in and it worked. i got a helix piercing and it didnt hurt it was like 3-4/10 pain. sad thing is, you have to show your age somehow and you can only be a certain age for specific piercings. overall it was worth it and the prices are reasonable. go there noww

I got my industrial pierced today here! Chris is seriously awesome! He made me feel very comfortable and talked me through everything! Would definitely recommend! Overall the staff is very friendly!

Called ahead to see if I could get in. I was told the artist was indeed taking walk ins so I showed up only to be told the artist doesnt tattoo hands even though the artist has hand tattoos. Not only that but online it shows hand tattoos. In my opinion shops shouldnt advertise tattoos their artists are not willing to do. I was there 3 hours before closing and was told they werent sure they would be able to get me in even though the walk in before me wasnt going to take more than an hour. Save yourself and find a different more reputable place to go.

Absolutely amazing. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, got almost immediate help when I needed it and the workers there were very polite and courteous. 10/10 :)

The staff were all very friendly, I was able to get a piercing the day I walked in to ask about it. They also have everything you need to take care of your piercing or tattoo, plus a lot of jewelry options and other cool products. I definitely reccomend you check out this shop.

Ive gotten 2 tattoos at the auburn bjp. My tattoo artist was awesome and funny. Harley Azbell awesome guy. Ive also gotten pierced there. Unpleasant experience with the piercer today. Have had piercings done here in the past and was very happy. The piercer was agitated the moment I began to ask him questions, very strange person; would display a false smile, had a bad vibe. The piercer was extremely condescending and attempted to remain professional, however was agitated and stepped out of that professionalism to insult me; had absolutely no integrity. One lady at the cashier was friendly, the other held an attitude of contempt. If the piercer had been more open to communication, was kinder, and had more empathy, it would have been a better experience. Overall he had the your money is more important to me than the quality of your experience kind of aura. Make sure you like your piercers vibes before you get pierced by them, dont make the same mistake I made. Trust your intuition, especially if they appear weird in the beginning of conversation :)

Harley has done two large pieces on me. An octopus and chthulhu both were amazing. I was super satisfied with the work done plus the prices were great and he was an awesome 4 hour conversationalist on top of being a fantastic artist. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for unique hand drawn tattoos !

Loved the ink I had done. Nick did an amazing job and I couldnt be happier.

Told the guy three times the snake bite to the left was off and further down then the one on the right. They werent straight. Almost feel he did it on purpose. So now Im just Rollin with it and keeping it with them uneven. Might as well everybody else has them perfectly straight. And as far as the tats went the artist was acting super weird. They all do everytime i go in there. They treat me not all that well. I wouldnt say bad because you can tell they would tell you its me being rude to them which is not the case. They just treat me like Im dumb when I go In there. Half the time its were busy you gotta make an appointment then when I try its no appointments we do walk ins. Yadayadayada. Is what it is. I got my tats they look pretty good and an offset set of snake bites so it is what it is.

The piercer is great. She makes you feel comfortable and talks you through it. Two of my kids and myself have gotten piercings there.

Got my first cartilage piercing here! Staff was very friendly and overall had a very nice experience. The actual piercing process was quick and easy and I wasn’t uncomfortable at all!

Reps at this store told my girlfriend that it was normal for skin to be growing over the flat back of her new snake bites. Called other, clearly more knowledgeable stores to confirm this is not true. Do not go here.

Gerrardo is AMAZING!!!!! my fiancé and I went in to get our tats touched up, he mad a 1 toothed hobo look amazing and added color to it. hes very talkative and actually listens to your requests. the last time we went my finace got a large chest piece done, $250 and he did it amazingly. we were a walk in and he still took us. it only took him an hour to do the tat, gave us advice on what to do and not to do because of the location of that tattoo. my finance and him are now nipple buddies for life. :) lol the place was very clean, gloves changed about every 25 minutes and even saw him change the needle and put it in a hazardous waste bin. LOVE THIS PLACE EVEN FOR THE PRICE!!!! :)

I recommend this place they have so much body jewelry they will size what ever u need and if they dnt have it they wont try to sell u the wrong stuff they tell u so 5 stars cuz most places will sell u the wrong gauge sizes but this place is legit

Gist time I got my nose done they pierced it WAYY too low. Second time the jewelry broke off the night after and they told me it would cost more money for them to put it back in. Workers are nice but don’t make the mistake of getting anything pierced here

The piercer bobby didnt even let me look at where he marked my verdical lebret and when he was getting ready to Pierce me I told him to hold on a second and he said Im just lining it up and I told him three times to hold on because I needed a minute to breath and get ready for it and he did not let me do that and just shoved it through my lip now it is not centered

I had got my cartilage pierced here about a month ago and I have had problems with it. The ladies who pierced my ears were so aggressive. They shoved the needle into my ear and tugged on ear so much that my ear was so swollen for a week. This isnt the first time I got a cartilage piercing but the other one I have doesnt have any problems. Which I had got my other one pierced elsewhere. Ill NEVER come here again.

The regular store representatives were great. The piercer David does not have any customer service. I will never go back to this location.

Everybody there was so helpful! Kayla did my left ear cartilage piercing and she was so kind and did it so quickly. Im very happy with the results.
