I used to love Underground but I sadly won’t be returning. I stopped in to get new jewelry and have the piercer put them in. Not even a week later I had to take one of them out because it was too tight on my ear and cutting off circulation. The ones I still have in are turning my ear green, so needless to say they’re also coming out. Not happy paying over $100 to get the jewelry just for it to turn my ear green. Very disappointed!

Best place to go in CNY. Back again so my wife can get more ink done. Mike is an artist and always captures my wifes vision in his work.

Underground Ink is an awesome place. Mike LaFramboise is an amazing artist. It was my first tattoo, he was very pleasant, funny and down to earth. A very clean place. Price was very reasonable. I will definitely be getting another one. And my husband will be getting another one as well. Would highly recommend.

Mike was amazing, fun and very personable. I love my “Maggie” tattoo! He also bedazzled and made my “Lily” tattoo beautiful! Gorgeous coloring, very fine lines and shading. Will be going back soon!

Amazing experience start to finish. I got my first tattoo at Underground ink and it was a great experience from the second we walked in to the end of my tattoo. They were great!!! They went through each step, they going to do, and they also sanitized the whole place. You had your own room! They were so so friendly, I was greeted when I walked in, talked to the whole time, so i was comfortable, and they made sure I was comfortable, and I was also greeted when we left. Even the guy that was doing tattoos greeted us very friendly, and he was busy.

I just got my tongue, industrial, nostril, and septum done here. The girl who pierced me was great! She made sure I was ok to go on before piercing me again. The shop looked clean and I like how I had my own private room to be pierced in. Everyone was kind and professional. Plus the prices were great! I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to get a piercing. I will be going back again

I got a tattoo April 18th by Mike he did such a great job I got a humming bird tattoo with sunflower and the word nana and it was just an wonderful experience with him he had such good energy I would totally recommend going their if you want a tattoo

Ive been coming here since i was 14 for piercings, never have had a problem with any of them. They all healed properly and looked great! The shop itself is super clean and organized, and the owners/employees are friendly and talented artists/piercers :)

Went and got a navel percing last night. I loved the look of the place! Lady who did my piercing was super nice and the other worker greated me which made me feel welcomed. She was very professional and described everything she was doing before she did it. She walked me through the procedure and it was done in a flash, very quick, and very clean! I loved it and definitely plan to go back for another piercing here in the near future:)

Mike did an AMAZING job on my Speak Life PEACHES tattoo, my Monarch Butterfly tattoo, & he even touched up my Family heart tattoo lines to make them smooth! Mike does great art work! I Highly recommend going to Underground Ink! They are down to earth and they all really care about their customers! Very sterile shop! GREAT PLACE!Emily did my industrial piercing... she did a great job! Very sterile shop! And they pierce for $25 no matter what piercing you get done. GREAT PLACE!

Very clean and organized. The workers are so pleasant and professional! The lady who does the piercings (cant think of her name) is awesome! And beautiful! Very nice set up. I highly recommend!

It was great, you could tell how professional they were when they do bellybutton piercings. It hurt a lot but the experience was good, so is the price.

My first time was great. I had my nose done, and Emily was really nice. There werent any complications when getting it pierced. The second time I had my nose done wasnt as great. She forced a certain nose ring on me, and because I was desperate to have my nose redone, settled for it. I felt like I, as the customer, should have received the nose ring that I wanted. It took me months to get it out to change it. I wasnt happy at all and I wont get my nose done there again.

Mike has done the majority of my tattoos and all of my husbands but one. My sister also gets her tattoos from Mike. Very friendly and clean environment, highly recommend!!!

I drive well over a hour and a half just to come see mike. He has done all of my tattoos and my girlfriends sleeve even his wife Emily who is new to tattooing is better then every shop in Rochester

Please do not go here for piercings. I’ve been pierced by them twice; they told us to use tea tree oil for our piercings (which actually burnt the skin) and put in too small of jewelry. Both times my piercings did not heal correctly and I was left with giant bumps.

I received a gift card a few years ago as a birthday gift. Went to use it today and Mike stated he couldnt accept it because they are only good for 1 year. There is no experation date on the gift certificate. Thats not right that he got the money already for the gift certificate but would not accept it. Have gotten two tattoos here before but will never give another penny.

I went there to get a piercing a few weeks ago and the woman who did it out way to small of a bar in, not letting my piercing have room to heal. She asked me what bar I wanted which is NOT my call to make at all, and I’m pretty sure she didn’t wear gloves when she did the piercing. Not worth the $40.

Mike absolutely killed my first tattoo, while making the experience enjoyable and memorable. Definitely want to go back in the future.
