I absolutely loved my experience. Anastasia (Im not sure how to spell it, Im sorry) was wonderful. I was very nervous and she made me feel super comfortable with getting my ears pierced. I highly recommend coming here if you are a newbie to piercings. 10/10 Experience 👏👏👏

Anastasia was so warm, personable and professional and did a great job with my piercing! She made me feel comfortable and at ease and the earrings look just how I had hoped.

Made an appointment for my five year old to have her ears pierced for the first time. My partner was running late and Anastasia showed no signs of frustration. She was friendly, knowledgeable and PATIENT. She was very thorough. She made my daughter feel comfortable and even gave her a lollipop! Will definitely be recommending to friends!Also, I don’t remember the other lady’s name that was there but she was extremely kind and professional as well.

Took my infant daughter there to get her ears pierced. Nancy did such a great job! She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. You can’t tell in the photo because I covered her face, but my daughter is smiling. Nancy was so great with my daughter. I would come back! Thanks, Nancy!!

Karina was beyond amazing at the auburn location! She pierced my 12 year olds ears, he was scared but she was patient and after the first ear he says I like it lol and she continued on with the 2nd one. She was super helpful and I highly recommend her!

I got my ears pierced today, by Karynna. The was very friendly and professional. She made sure that the location of my ear piercings were properly aligned and made recommendations regarding the type of earnings I should choose. After, she also explained aftercare, etc.

Great, and best to buy the warranty so u can upgrade ur jewelry later when u get more funds, just make sure whoever is doing ur upgrade doesnt zero out ur policy like mine did after only one upgrade, I found out a month later when I tried to upgrade my necklace again that the lady who did my upgrade had zeroed out my warranty n that she isnt working there no more

Excellent piercing and selection of earrings.However, todays experience was not acceptable.They were busy, I waited in line for 25minutes to make my purchase. Two wonen who had a purchase just after I arrived came back and I was told by the customer service person that they were next.

Nancy … she was the best … She is patient and provided us with excellent customer service .Every time she was there she giving us all the options and answering all the questions we have in mind.

If you take your young child here and hope to use the extended warranty, don’t. Not worth it. Terrible service. Won’t be referring ANYONE HERE.
