The Creative Edge Tattoo & Body Piercing

I have had 2 other pieces done by Liz and I was very pleased. So I was excited to walk in to get this piece don’t on my shoulder. Unfortunately it did not go as well as I expected. About 2 hours in, this is what it looks like and I couldn’t help but burst into tears. It look nothing like the picture I wanted I’m not sure what’s going on with the butterfly, but overall I was very upset. I was not offered a refund and I was told to pay up front before even starting the process. I was extremely unhappy with this experience.As an update for 9/22/24I’ve still been getting messages from Liz. She keeps asking when I can come in and have my tattoo finished. I do not trust the woman and I have told her numerous times I am not interested going back. Because I am DEVASTED with this terrible sketch on my arm. Also, she charged me $800!!!! Yes 800 for the WHOLE tattoo process. But we only got 2 hours in and I walked out. She never offered me my money back. 800$ is a lot of money, these people are NASTY DISGUSTING LYING THEIVES! Do not give them your business or money. Not to mention, during the process, Liz was very flimsy and couldn’t find anything she placed. She also spilled a lot of black paint. I think her and her husband are on something not good. I hope this gets investigated because all my 800$ with the tip and everything is GONE. Because she MADE me pay before we even started. But I had trusted her since she already did 2 great pieces on me. It’s a shame this is what their business comes to.

We had a sisters tattoo picked out, we set up an appointment and out the required deposit down. We showed up early to be on time. There were three walk ins getting Piercings (which is understandable) when our scheduled time came ans went We asked the artist and he said We were broke into the night before and printer isnt working so I have to free hand the picture, I need my wide to assist We sat another 2 hrs waiting and watching the owers keep going outside to smoke and not just legal substances. We asked if they wanted to reschedule the appointment, they said no. The circuit breaker kept jumping off as the music played. However after almost 5 hrs we called it a day with nobody getting work done. The picture still was not drawn to our liking. The owners were very nice and tried to offer drinks and snacks but just couldnt get it together. I messaged the next day and let them know my disappointment and said I had found another tattooist and I wanted my deposit back. That was two almost three weeks ago and Ive still have not received a response. My Sisters and I are out the $200 hundred dollar deposit because they couldnt get it together. Very disappointing. Also they kept saying the business was broke into and thats why front door was smashed but yet nothing seemed stolen so I feel there is a different reason to the smashed front door. I wish them all the best.

These guys are the real deal very professional.. Elizabeth took care of me like no other. . I would recommend them over anybody and I have a lot of work done by some of the best.

Yes, I was one of those people who got their spouses name tattooed on themselves and after 24 years it is over and time to move one.I was referred to Elizabeth and Joe by a very happy customer with an awesome very detailed piece. So very glad I did. They took my idea and created a custom piece that completely covered my old tattoo and more reflected who I am as a person. I LOVE my dragon!Throughout the process, I was impressed not only by the artistry and skill, but by how very professional they are. I had multiple sessions and every time the shop was immaculate and well run. I also really loved the vibe of the store. All the other customers coming in were really great people.Elizabeth is the one who completed my tattoo and over the sessions I got to know her. I felt so safe and cared for as a person in her hands. I would send my kids to her, no hesitation.If you need tattoo work or piercings I cant recommend them enough. The experience has got me thinking about my next tattoo, but no more guys names!

First time going here and I’ll never be back nor recommend them to anyone I know. She was extremely heavy handed and it took her three hours to complete because she kept walking away multiple times to take care of other things and probably only spent about 1.5 hrs actually working on tattoo but charged for the 3hrs. Then walk ins came in and she rushed the tattoo at the end to get to the walk ins. The tattoo had severely deep cuts in it that wouldn’t stop bleeding and after it healed it looked absolutely horrible. I just had it redone by someone else and he said it had a lot of serious scarring all through it but he was able to redo the entire tattoo and made it look sooo much better. It only took him an hour, he was only a third of her price and much better quality work. I’m attaching pictures. First one is the one this place did after it fully healed. The second is after having it redone. I chose this place because I saw all of the good reviews but this guy I had told me he’s fixed several from this place.

Liz was awesome! Made sure I was very comfortable the whole time. She has such a great personality and her work is absolutely breath taking! She made the thoughts in my head come out way better than I could have ever imagine putting my 2 kids actual birth footprints on my leg just as they were stamped on the card. Always going to come here. Will add healed picture as well. 100/10 recommend.

Was able to get in as a walk in, she took my design and got it stenciled and done! Amazing job, clean lines, overall extremely happy!

I had an appointment with Liz to get my nose pierced. She was extremely knowledgeable about aseptic technique! I work in the medical field, I was paying attention! She did a fantastic job on my nose! I couldnt love my piercing more! Her aftercare instructions are easy to follow. Up next...tattoo touch up! I will definitely go there for that next!

I came in today to see if I could have someone change out my nose piercing. Elizabeth, without hesitation, assisted me. She was very knowledgeable about the type of jewelry options and was super friendly. This was my first experience here and I was really impressed.

This place was so welcoming and did my industrial piercing by walk in and answered all my questions and concerns. Clean and professional all around. The owners are sweet and enjoyable while their art work was beyond fascinating and beautiful no matter the genre you are looking for!

Elizabeth Zapper was professional, kind and courteous and catered to my anxiety by digging out a fan from a closet just to make sure I was comfortable during my piercing. She also explained every step along the way with confidence and knowledge that put me right at ease. A few months later I returned to buy new jewelry. Being close to the end of the business day, she made sure I didn’t feel rushed and even offered to swap out my jewelry. Both times I have been to this shop I have left happy. Prices are fair, and the people are amazing.

Elizabeth helped bring to life a pair of tattoos that had been in the planning phase since 2014. I just never had the time and money to get them done, but this spring, I pulled everything together and got scheduled. Elizabeths hand for script is impeccable! I called on my 18th birthday to ask if they did walkins and the owner told me that she had a little bit of time that day and she could squeeze me in. I sent her my ideas, and she quickly respond back and got me in.The owners were so kind in the atmosphere was not nerve-racking whatsoever for my first time. After she had finished my tattoo she went back and touched up all the lines to perfect it and made sure that I liked it. I highly recommend and their prices were very fair. lots of original and authentic work throughout the shop.

When I called, Elizabeth was so friendly and got me right in. When I came in, the studio was very clean and I was treated very professionally by Elizabeth. When she did my piercing, she helped calm my anxiety and gave me some time when I needed it. She was very calm and kind to me during the entire process. I look forward to going back again!

I got my nipples pierced here and Elizabeth did great. She makes you feel very comfortable and tells you the whole process ahead of time. She also did a hand tattoo for my friend as her first tattoo and she was very satisfied. Pretty pain free and a very steady hand. I would highly suggest going here if you want professional work.

This is the most incredible tattoo shop I’ve ever been to. You can go to Elizabeth and joe with an idea in your head and they will execute it better than you’d imagined it to be. They are wonderful & friendly people. Liz and Joe are some of the most amazing human beings Ive ever met in my life. Joe knows how to push someone to better themselves through the pain he implements and his lines are some of the most intricate and I dont even wish to talk about how nice his shading game is. He is hard nosed and traditional you need to LISTEN to the man when he speaks because he commands that kind of presence.The man is a O.G. and a legend in my opinion and I am very blessed to wear his work.And then there is Liz. She is a hardcore angel and her touch is so delicate and soothing. Ive never gotten a piercing from her but Im sure if she did I would hardly feel it and laugh the whole entire time. She is such a professional! Even when she was hurting me something put me at peace knowing I was in her creative process. Her stories are also sooooo good! Before I knew it she had line work done like a timeless boss!These people are like family to me and I for one dont ever want them to want or need for anything. I kind of go to work so I can reward myself with their art. They take their time and put good energy in everything they do. 🙏💯

Horribly unprofessional. Was a nightmare right from the very first time I walked through the door. I could go on for days about our experience here. Save yourself the headache and go to a better parlor that will complete the work and not leave you walking around with an unfinished tattoo.
