My daughter bought me a pair of earnings from the piercing pagoda located in front of holster at the Auburn mall. The price for the earnings was $99.99 when the girl behind the counter went to cash her out the total was $125.23 when my daughter questioned the total the girl said it was because of the insurance, which they never asked if she wanted it. My daughter asked the girl if she had to purchase the insurance to which the girl at the counter told her yes. My daughter was told that they could not sell her the earnings unless she bought the insurance as well. Today I went in to talk to the person about this but as soon as i told her about the insurance she immediately cut me off and went on about how that was not true because she trained her girls to always give the option. I asked her if I could finish talking and she said no, that she can even refuse me service. I then took the earnings off and told her I wanted a full refund. She gave it to me but refused to give me back the original receipt. She said she needed it for the record then tossed it in the garbage and turned her back on me.

They were super friendly and awesome.. jerey is someone I’d go to again.

Twice now I’ve come here to get one single waddling my 11 month daughter lost and employees 3 of them sit around talking 20 min before closing and let us know they can’t serve us because they have already done inventory and put everything away. You can tell they hate their job, lazy and not one bit kind took a chance coming here the first time won’t ever return
