All-star people in this shop. Took my daughter for her first tattoo now that she is 18. I went in to make the appointment and told the gentleman at the front what my daughter wanted (Doodle Bob). Eric, the owner, was near and asked who that was, and Mike started to explain, I INSTANTLY knew this was the man for the job, and he did NOT disappoint! Admittedly, we came in with a very large and loud group (her and I, my husband, my mom, sister, and 3 nieces), but everyone was super chill about it. In the end, my daughter got a sweet tattoo, and all three nieces got a piercing. Highly recommend!

I went in for what I thought would be simple jewelry replacement/changes on very established piercings, over 10 years old. Not much jewelery selection. After just 3 weeks jewelry seems worn, dingy, and cheap. I believe i now have a keloid in one, two are very sensitive still. The jewelry fell out tonight while cleaning. I now may lose a piercing. I could keep going but I wont. I really dont have any good to say about this experience.

Super kind people, I was having trouble with my nose piercing from another piercing place and they helped me put in a new one free of charge. Im totally coming here for my next piercings because they have great customer service. Piercer girl was super sweet too.

I absolutely love my tattoo! Its my first one and im glad its gonna stay with me. The store was a friendly environment, and my artist Quinton was very passionate with what they do, and I think youd enjoy asking for him. The store does walk ins which is nice, but Id still call ahead to make sure!

I have gotten 3 tattoos here from Quentin and am extremely happy with all 3. The shop itself is very clean and organized and they are always playing great music. Can’t wait to come back and get more tattoos done!

I went in there walk-in. But they couldnt take me. Ben gave me an appointment. He is an amazing artist he understood what I wanted and was ready on the day of the appointment. Great guy and he did a great work. The atmosphere was good. Clean and hygienic. People were friendly. Great place I will be back to get my future tattoos.I recommend Ben he is the best guy as a person and as an artist. Made me feel very comfortable and was very understanding during the process. And he created a perfect piece of art on my arm.Ben, Thank you Bro you are brilliant.

I walked in and was going to make an appointment to get a tattoo but Quinton said he could do one now, and actually that’s what I wanted anyway. I wanted my grandson’s name on my arm and so he drew one up for me and tattooed me right then! It’s beautiful! Exactly what I wanted! Quinton was kind, and respectful, and I will definitely go to him again, and I think everyone should!

Drama hooked my daughter and I up with really high quality MOTHMAN tattoos. Great atmosphere. Clean shop. Drama gave us a very fair price for the quality of her work. Garvis, the piercing specialist, was a great guy too!! 10 out of 10 DO RECCOMEND!!!

Everyone there is amazing especially the piercer Gwen. Shes super sweet and made me feel at ease getting my Tragus piercing.

Absolutely hands down a great place to get your next tattoo or piercings, the hourly chair costs are really reasonable for the quality of work these artists put out.I went here on the recommendations of my friends and coworkers who had work done here in the past and they were right.Mike did a great job on a color job for me on my hand conversation was great and getting to meet the other artists and joke around with them.My partner didnt have an appointment but they got her in for a more difficult piercing that in and of itself was awesome.Picture edited for privacy.

Amazing work by Rich White!! Half and half face of two Tim Burton characters I love. My boyfriend also got this sick dagger by Joey. I also recently got my philtrum (Medusa) pierced here as well and everything is always clean and everyone is always professional.

Quinten at Action Tattoo is amazing! He promptly got me booked and his overall space and vibe was very clean and professional. He was very patient and thorough with his instructions for aftercare which I appreciated. I left happy and will definitely be going to him from now on.

I’ve had 4 tattoos done by Nicole at Action. Absolutely love each one. I get stopped all the time from people telling me how beautiful my shoulder tattoo is. Highly recommend Action and especially Nicole.

I got my tattoo here on 1/21/19 and Nicole does amazing work! Everyone in the shop is very professional and helpful i also got nipple piercings done here by Max on 10/20/18 and he made it super comfortable he talked my sister and i through it the whole time. All in all this shop is the best Ive been to so far! I know where i am going for my ink work 😁

I wanted to get a traditional black panther, and chose to check out Action Tattoo because it was close to work and had really good reviews. Stopped in to book an appointment and spoke with the owner Rich and two employees. All were helpful and immediately recommended Justin Shelton when I mentioned traditional. They had me check out his portfolio and I booked an appointment. At the appointment Justin offered some design ideas based on the source material I sent him and after a few changes he got to work. He did the outline exactly off my source and then used his expertise to shade and color it in. It turned out awesome! Definitely recommend Action Tattoo and Justin Shelton.

Ive had my nose and 3rd earlobe piercing done here and its always pleasant. Very clean shop, piercers are always very supportive and understanding if you have issues after (like I have). Would definitely recommend for first time piercings and beyond! Remember that they are cash ONLY though.

Clean and friendly tattoo shop. Ive had several done here and never had a complaint. Obviously the owner, Rich, is the best to get in with... but Ian is also very good and fun to have a session with. In the past Ive also worked with Mike, but I think his hours are shorter these days.

If I could leave a ZERO review that wouldnt be low enough. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place for a piercing. My daughter went to Action Tattoo for a bridge piercing that was so crooked it was noticeable the second it was pierced and she told them It looks crooked to me, and the piercer said it will settle and be fine. I immediately took her to another piercing shop and they said it has to be removed asap.I went back to see what they would do as she just wasted $80.00 and I was greeted with the rudest piercer I have ever met, he clearly thought his intimidation tactics were going to work on me but not so much. He finally agreed to give us our money back but could have be handled in a much better fashion.

Got a lage, traditional thigh piece from Quentin. The lines are dark and bold, the color is bright and saturated. Its a great shop with great artists.

Had an appointment and dropped $40 for deposit for a small black work piece. Got there at agreed appointment. Tattoo artist ask my wifes name and said your my 5pm she stated yes. She gets there on time and a cute young girl comes in and he takes the walk in before the pre established session i had with him. Clearly our appointments mean nothing to this company or our time is certainly is not valued. Do not waste your time with this place

Quinton is so nice and respectful, always making sure you’re okay and helps you to regulate when the needle gets painful. The front desk person though was pretty passive aggressive but I didn’t come here for that so it doesn’t matter to me. Beautiful place!

Walked in to get nipple piercings. They were busy but asked us to come back. Everyone was so kind and helpful. We came back and met Max, super nice and helpful. My friend wanted a tattoo and Max didnt hesitate to get something drawn up right away. After my piercing he scheduled my friend to come back. We also got to talk to another artist who was amazing, he showed us some of his drawings, made us laugh. I love this place. Wish I lived closer, but I will definitely be recommending this place! Amazing group of people. Thank you!

Max Hunter was AMAZING! I got my tattoo & my nipples pierced in May. The entire process was a breeze. I came in as a walk-in with a semi-large design, we came up with this instead! Max let me know everything going on and informed me about the entire process of both my tattoo & my piercings. Pricing was extremely reasonable! Many shops I had researched were almost if not double the cost for nipple piercings as well as the tattoo. Fun fact… both of my parents have been tattooed at this shop as well! Thank you guys so much! I will most definitely be coming back soon ;p

I’m posting on my boyfriends account, it was my first tattoo ever, I went in for a walk in had me on the table in about 30 minutes, it was slow. I had Ian do my tattoo, he was super cooperative and gave his opinions on what he thought would look best. It was a very clean environment, and made sure I went home knowing how to take care of it. Honestly couldn’t ask for a better experience. Price is high but I was worth it for the quality of the tattoo and the cleanliness. Will definitely recommend coming here and will be telling friends about this place.

Been going to action tattoo for years. Got my work done by Rich. Referred quite a few friends to action and all have been amazed with each artists work. Clean, friendly, and great conversations always. If you are new to the area or in need of your first tattoo this is the place to go.

Went in for my first tattoo last weekend and seeing as how it was my first, I do wish things would have been explained a little better (more in depth) and I could have been informed a little more as to what he was doing and the procedures on stuff. On any piercing Ive ever had in my lifetime, everything going on was explained in so much depth that I didnt really have any questions. But I also dont know if thats normal or if thats just the customer service side of me expecting more than I should. I asked a lot of questions and got clarification on the things that I needed-which anyone should do especially when it comes to a tattoo. I did feel a little rushed. Things happened really fast but that also could have been my nerves or just the way things usually go when it comes to a tattoo shop. I mean people dont go there just to hang out right?! I was recommended to come to this shop after a family member of mine came here a few months ago and I will say that overall I am very happy with how my tattoo turned out. The aura was good and the lady and the front counter was SO awesome! She made good conversation with me and truly eased my mind on my fears and first time nerves. The other artists/employees made small talk with us and you could tell they all really enjoyed working together (which is nice) I think I would definitely recommend this shop moving forward. Ben did my tattoo and told me to come back in three weeks for a basic check up and hell do touch ups if they are needed.

I called this shop to see about getting my sisters nose pierced and the piercer was very unprofessional wanted to accuse me of calling 10minutes before and was being very rude about it. If I could give this store zero stars I would. This guy was very unprofessional. A simple no would have been okay.

Service was great. I was a walk in so I understood having to wait and everyone was really nice and cool about everything. Most of the time I forgot Drama was tattooing me and I dont like needles but I love tattoos so Im definitely going back. Also when I heard the price I was in disbelief great work especially for the price.

I had the worst experience with the piercer Jarvis, I thought Max was still the piercer here which is why I originally went there but he’s at Savage Kat Tattoo now. Jarvis was extremely shakey when changing out my piercings, he also made my Daith bleed and it was just a VERY painful experience. :( I will NOT be back. GO TO MAX AT SAVAGE KAT TATTOO FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

I wouldn’t give this shop a rating at all if it were possible! First we we REQUIRED to come in the day before to pay a $40 appointment fee and consult with the artist who specialized in the type of tattoos we wanted. We were there, but the artist wasn’t. We go back the next day to have the work done and what a let down. I had spent 4-5 hours drawing up what I wanted. The artist didn’t seem to have much interest in listening. My sister and I were having the same wording done but stylized differently. He drew up some stuff I didn’t like and I finally remembered I brought my mock-up and was showing it to him and he complained that HE had drawn it up FOUR times etc etc. well, we drove to an appointment HE DIDN’T bother to show up for. After that, I told him that he wouldn’t be doing my work, but my sister had him do hers.This artist and shop weren’t for me.Should have known when artist didn’t show for consult.Guess it wasn’t meant to be and when all the stars align I am sure I will find what I need.

I had a poor experience with a previous artist, so Rich (the owner) cleaned up my tattoo and made me absolutely fall in love with it. It was a cover up of a name so very sentimental to me to see it gone. The conversatin with him never got dull and he knew exactly what i was going for. Ive been going to Action for years and would highly recommend it. After reading some of the unhappy reviews,Id like to make a statement that things can happen at any shop anytime, but thats life, and going here is worth your time.

Rich is an amazing artist! He has done 2 of my kids portraits and I plan on him doing the 3rd. Quick, great pricing and just an all around great artist and guy!

Big Mike did a excellent job on my 7 chakras tattoo he was very nice & kept up a good conversation to distract me from the minor pain! I will be coming back to him and get more soon. Definitely recommend him for good laughs & great tattoos!

Jaarvis provided Horrible customer service over the phone I called and communicate to him that I was looking for a piercer and was wanting to make sure if they would pierce my 7 yr old considering That I got declined prior to calling Jaarvis , he proceeded to be like yeah we pierce 7 yr Olds even though I am your last resort which was not even the case I also said I have one more place to call and I he was like wow and hung up . Quite ridiculous. Jaarvis Blair needs to be more knowledgeable on customer service.

Not sure which to put first between cleanliness or friendliness both are tops!! The ladies at the counter are amazing and super hospitable especially when youre sitting for a long session. All of the artist in here have thier own style so check em for your style and get wild. Extra honorable mention to Ian Hill for the colors and freestyle into the unknown. Will definitely be back to continue the masterpiece

This store needs improvement! I have been here three times and the last two times were a mess! The second time I went there for an appointment, they had completely forgotten about me and were starting on another customer who was a WALK IN! I had to stand up and remind them I was there. That was frustrating. Third time, tattoo artist was 40 minutes late to the appointment, and they have signs everywhere saying that you will NOT get your deposit back, Im assuming even at the fault of the shop. So I will not be returning, tattoo was fine but shop is run horribly.

My 5 year old wanted to get her ears pierced and I refused to take her to one of those mall places due to hygiene reasons. I called this place and they told me they can do her piercings when she is 6. So we waited for a few months to pass and for her to turn 6. This place was super with her. Everyone was very friendly and told my daughter that it is a piece of cake. She was nervous but the person doing the piercings was superb. He explained every step and my daughter said she didnt even feel any pain. It was a very pleasant experience. Several weeks later one of her earrings fell off at recess and I couldnt get the earring back on. The piercing person redid the piercing at no cost as soon as we walked in. I cant say enough good things about him. Very happy mama here. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Excellent shop full of talented artists. Great location with plenty of parking. Clean and comfortable. Huge variety of art styles and easy to work with. Lisa did an outstanding job on tat made from my grand-daughterdrawing. She got the colors, and even the textures of the crayons, spot on! Will definitely have more work done by this talented lady!

The owner of Action is a guy named Rich. He has won tons of awards and has a wait list a mile long (if you can even get on it!) Hes awesome. His shop is awesome. Fortunately for all of us, talent begets talent, so the rest of the folks in his shop are awesome, too.If youre going to get a tattoo, go here. Dont go anywhere else, dont consider anywhere else, just go to Action in Auburn. One day, when youre admiring your awesome new tattoo, youll think to yourself, Im so glad I listened to that random dude who wrote a Google review.

I absolutely love the results from Action Tattoo, like legit best first tattoo experience. I got my tounge pierced 2 years ago and was happy with the experience so thought why not a tattoo? The artist Ben was super awesome and I couldnt be more happy with what he designed and the initial process of getting it done. I definitely will be going there again for my next tattoo during spring break.

Max, the piercer is awesome. Me and my daughter go to him for all jewelry changes and piercings. We had a couple before finding him and i dint trust anybody else to pierce me or my daughter. Decent prices and he really knows his stuff!!! Definitely recommend him! I havent gotten a tattoo from there but if they are like Max then this is the place for you

I am so thankful of Action Tattoo in Auburn, they helped me make sure I was able to get my tattoo after my lady canceled on me one hour before my appointment. I am beyond ecstatic about this tattoo! It’s for my anxiety and I am in love with it! My tattoo artist was Drama and she did a fantastic job, i’ve had many people tell me it looks printed. They even were super helpful and supportive when I got dizzy and made sure I was properly taken care of by providing me with candy, water, and even some gatorade (another artist gave up his gatorade for me🥺) Rich, the owner, even came up to me and made sure that I was taken care of and afterwards chatted with me a bit to check in. He made sure that I felt welcome and knew that I was safe in his shop. I had an amazing experience at Action Tattoo and I highly recommend it to anyone that is in need of a tattoo!

First time tattoo. It was a great experience.

We have had a few experiences with Nicole- first she messed up on a tattoo that was very important to us- she wouldn’t listen to what our vision was. Then most recently unfortunately we got scheduled with her again and were going to give her another chance. I put a large deposit and was told we could come in possibly earlier if we got off work in time. I called and Nicole said sure first come first serve so we rushed there within 10 minutes and we’re sent away. I called to ask for deposit back where Nicole said she didn’t know “drama” was busy and yes I could have my refund. Went in and she told us to wait 20 minutes for our deposit back and btw took $40 out even though she said I could have my deposit back. Horrible customer service from her.

I called (8/12- Last Friday) to make sure the service I wanted was onsite and available and walk-ins were okay. Drove and waited about 10 mins. Was told we couldnt get what we wanted. Had my 17 year old w/me. She wanted a nose piercing. We were offered a discount but the piercer wasnt honest. (I know what happens w/needles & how they prepare) We wont be back. Fun fact, my 2 co workers came in for almost the same thing I was coming in for. They got serviced, I didnt. They walked in, didnt call, sat for an hour. I called, was told to come, was there in less than 20 mins, left within 10 mins of arriving. They left about 15 mins before I arrived.

Love Lisa, love Rich, and love the art here. Best tattoo shop I have ever been to. Lisa fixed my first tattoo that was poorly done by another artist at another shop. She has done all of my other tattoos since, and has always done an amazing job!!

Had my lip pierced here when I was 14, got my first tattoo done here when I was 18 (by Mike, who did an amazing job!), and just went in this week (almost 21 now) to have them fix some janky ear piercings I got elsewhere. Every single time I go in everyone is super chill, friendly, and extremely helpful. They are INCREDIBLE artists and so knowledgeable and professional. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to get any kind of body art done. Will definitely be going to these guys for many more years to come!

Lisa was great! Provided me with an awesome tattoo based on three pictures I liked. Friendly and professional! She even came on her day off to fit me in for my special birthday ink! Would definitely recommend this shop!

Got my septum done here. Asked if they knew about the sweet spot, they confirmed. Initially i walked out with the piercing because it was hard to identify whether it was too low or too big of a horseshoe. The piercing was crooked as soon as the piercing was done and it was pierced through the cartilage. Wasted $80 here for me to just take out the piercing and get it done at Tacoma’s Best Piercing.

Took grandson to get his ears pierced. Place was very clean and professional. Piercer was amazing-patient and empathetic. Was really great with my grandson. Also my son gets tattooed here. Highly recommend Action Tattoo!

Went in for a tattoo appt/consult this morning..Specified what I wanted..The front desk gal said someone could help me around 4 today. Went back and a different lady was scrambling to find someone who could help cause the original one was busy. Not a good impression. Please note that your customers time is just as important as yours. Dont waste it

So I went to this place with my friend a few weeks ago. We didn’t plan on getting our tattoos that day but they ended up taking us. My tattoo was very small, about quarter size. I’ve been to this location before and had no problems but this time I had Lucky. I’m very unhappy with my tattoo ( just line art). Some areas are MUCH thicker than others and some aren’t even lined. Super unhappy and will not be coming back.

I went with a friend that was shopping for a portrait artist. The tattoo turned out better than even expected. Great shading and definition. I would highly recommend Acton tattoo for any portrait work. Im fairly sure the owner did the job.

Ive had work done here before and liked the out come but i dont think ill be going back with better options right down the road. My girlfriend had got her first tattoo from lisafer. The artist was an hour late for a scheduled appointment, then continued to rush a poorly done FLOWER on her arm whilst telling her she had to hurry because she had another appointment soon. Rounded splotty tips, busy design, and bad service. She clearly wasnt proud of her work. Another occasion i asked for a tattoo and i saw one of the artists frantically shake her head no to tatting me while she had nothing going on and i had to get work from an apprentice. Go some where else if you have the time

I got my nose pierced; Matt was awesome! Very knowledgeable! Easy process and didn’t hurt as much as I expected ...just as he said. Staff were all friendly, immediately greeted when I walked in. Will be going back for eyebrow piercing in the near future!

Ive gotten 2 tattoos here done by Justin, and my fiancé got 1 by him as well. Shop is clean, laid back (in a good way) and enjoyable. After moving to Texas, I wish Justin couldve came with. Amazing art, he will work with you to give you exactly what you want, and he is excited about tattooing. Fair price and good experience. Might need to hold off tattooing and just fly back to see him!

I went there for a Septum piercing. the guy who helped me, his name was Matt (maybe Max, sorry bad with names) was very helpful, and nice with giving me all the information i could ever ask for. while doing it he kept talking me through the whole process which was very comforting. then after words he kept checking in with me making sure i was ok. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND going here. defiantly will go back if i ever need another piercing and would recommend to anyone. the shop was SO CLEAN you could eat off the floor. i also loved how he made sure everything was sterilized thoroughly before doing anything.

I did a lot of research before going to them and the artist from the shop had even gotten multiple awards.I had Archie do my tattoo. I personally went there to look just for him based on the style of artwork he has done. I drove all the way from Silverdale to get it done over there. I had drawn out my tattoo and I gave it to him to make it better and he far exceeded my expectations! I was a little hesitant with some of his suggestions but I decided to trust his judgement seeing as he was really good at what he does. I was more then happy with the end results! It was a shoulder-to-shoulder tattoo and surprisingly didnt hurt at all. We talked most of the time during the process, which was good and helped ease my nerves since this was my first tattoo. My family loves my tattoo and I get compliments all the time on my tattoo and people are always intrigued by it. I would definitely recommend and would go back again if I had not moved out of state =(. (I had gotten tatted by them around Nov 2014)

I cant and will not recommend this place. Came here to make an appointment. Gave them $40 and made arrangements with work. They specified and made sure that I cannot cancel or reschedule without 48 hours notice. I got a call less than 24 hours notice that they need to cancel my appointment because she overbooked.I find it annoying that they push about 48 hours notice and I didnt get that same courtesy. Again, making arrangements isnt easy to accommodate the available schedule and getting a short notice is very frustrating.Since they are technically canceling on me, I should get my deposit even though they didnt live up to their own policy. So basically Ive lost my $40 and my time away from work.Edit: we did get our $40 back but Ive already lost $200 due to babysitting fees and loss of wage.

My piercing was broken for years. No one could get it off. I called ahead and they were very accommodating. It easily came off thank goodness! Great service!

Have had 3 different tattoos done my daughter got her ears pierced and the guy was very nice and talked to her like a big kid and she was comfortable with him piercing her. I was just there and got my septum pierced and the same guy pierced me and he was super nice and informative

I went in and got a memorial tattoo for my son Jordan. Mike is amazing he has a very light hand and I am beyond happy with my tat!!! I will be going back for sure! It’s beautiful and just what I was hoping for❤️

My girlfriend came here to get a tattoo 3/4 the size of a dollar bill. First off. The artist, Nichole, was late, she then didnt listen to my girlfriends vision on color and shading. Her line work was terrible, and you can visibly tell where those stops and starts are. Then, since Nichole was late, and under-prepared, she charged my girlfriend 50 dollars over the initial quote for 15 bloody minutes. Needless to say, my girlfriend wants her money back.

Amazing experience! Got my nose pierced very professional, quick and clean! Did I mention everything was super clean...you can smell the clean this is VERY important to me! I would recommend and return for future tattoo or piercing needs.

Nicole is a bomb artist! She helped me decide what colors to go with depending on my skin tone which helped my indecisive self. Her color work is beautiful, I get compliments on the daily! If you’re looking for color work or flowers she’s the one to ask for. 10/10 would recommend her to anyone 🙂

I was visiting family for the week , Im from Montreal, my cousin wanted to get her first tat so for support purposes I went and got 2 with her. I have alot of ink and only stick to one girl near me, but figured why not its gonne be a small one . The guy couldnt even draw straight lines . Im going to have it covered this week so, if youre planning on getting tatted here.. maybe you should look at other options .

Horrible tattoo 3 mistakes including not dotting an I & forgot to fill in 2 areas Will never go back to that particular so called artist. 👎🏻👎🏻 Didnt even go back for him to fix it , if he can’t get it right/ perfect the first time I see no point, why so he can make it worse , no thank u. Cost was spendy for what I got , think I got hosed big time.

A friend and I made appointments for the same time 2:00, I thought we made that very clear in person while putting down our deposits, the receptionist screwed the pooch, No now do we really want to sit there all fn day waiting for each other???? We only get together every 10 years. So yeah, the artist was late and we spent 5 and a1/2 hours there and both left angry and unsatisfied. Will not recommend.

This is the ONLY place to go when youre getting something put on your body forever. Think about that: FOREVER. Dont trust just anyone. Came in as a walk in for a single ear piercing, was told it would be a 15 minute wait. Sat there for two hours and not a single person let me know what was going on. Really cool shop

I went in a got a small tattoo that I was charger more than the shops minimum.. literally the smallest tattoo possible. And the quality of it isn’t worth what I paid.. I’ve had a hand full of artist tattoo me and this was my least favorite… friend got a piercing and was very unsatisfied and they didn’t care she didn’t like it. Unprofessional.

It was my first time getting a tattoo , but Sang the tattoo artist has a super light hand and is super detailed. My tattoo came out even better than I expected. I will definitely be coming back for some more ink

I would never get my tatto here. I was looking around for a artist to do my tattoo I have been wanting for a while now. So I was going to many different places. I had stopped by some other places I had really liked but I had heard a lot of good things about two particular artists and decided it would be worth the drive to check this place out. Curb a peal is a little sketchy but when you walked inside I was amazed it was very nice looking on inside and I was thinking oh man Id love to get my tattoo here, this place is awesome. Well my friend was with me cause I wanted her opinion on the places. Wait about 10 min before someone walked over to talk to me. Mind you only a couple artist were tattooing out of all of them. The guy that walked over was extremely disrespectful right off the bat and not very welcoming. He asked what I wanted to get and I showed him a picture of an idea I liked and he said very rudly change size or drop detail even though every single other artist I went to was like oh yeah thatd be awesome we can totaly do that and worked with me on it, being very kind. This guy was not kind he was exceptionally rude. He also said yeah and its $125 and hour, so yeah its pretty high for you. Me and my friend just looked at eachother like what the hell. I said okay Ill take my $125 an hour somewhere else and we left. I found my artist somewhere else and i have it designed and ready. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you are good friends or know the person who would be doing your artwork. There very rude

Called ahead was told apprentices take walk-ins in the mornings and I could not make a appointment. Arrived shortly after opening and was told no walk ins and the next appointment was weeks away and to make a deposit...... Would have been nice to know before making the hour drive.

I went in to get a tattoo for my mom. And Nicole helped me. She was laid back. Calm. Cool. Funny. Very upfront. And I couldn’t be happier with the result of my tattoo. Thanks girl. Will be back!!’

Ian is fantastic!!! I have had two tattoos done by him and the most recent one was a portrait of my kitty that passed away. Great place and fairly priced.

Worst Customer service for a tattoo shop. Just as far as helping guest who walk in.. Waited 30mins and still didnt get any help from any artist after they were done with a client ...after intial welcome greeting. I get it ur busy but dont say ull help us next if ur not gonna. Smh!🙄👎😤

I went here on my 18th birthday, got a remembrance tattoo, and Rich was really cool, it being my first tattoo I was nervous and excited, not one for needles but rich made me feel comfortable, and to top it off the tattoo I got was very well done and it was done quickly!

The others may be cool but the guy that did me made me not like the place. Needed two sessions and couldnt get a second appointment. That was 10 years ago though. They moved and have different people, so disregard this review

Got my first tattoo here, and my wife got I think its her eleventh. We got almost matching tattoos, it was a good overall experience and Im happy with it. And I thought our tattoo artist was very friendly and skilled.

I got pierced by Max here and would highly recommend anyone if they need anything pierced to go to Action Tattoo. He was extremely professional and so nice, it was such a great experience! Amazing work!

Got my navel pierced here 6 weeks ago by their NEW piercer. Crooked, horribly deep, and got so infected i ended up in the emergency room. Owner was very rude and unprofessional. Didnt seem to care at all that i wasnt satisfied. This place isnt what it used to be.

Ive visited this place a few times. My mom got a tattoo here. My niece, son, and myself have all gotten piercings here and theyve always performed up to the standards of a 5 star business.

Unfortunately this is the worst customer service Ive ever had , the artist Mikey did not keep his word did not let me know i called him earlier in the day numerous of times during the day, he finally picked up the phone conffired the appointment for today at 6:30. i get there , mind you i already paid. and the place is closed they close at 9. i did not get a call or anything, in which i gave all that info to him, for him to use whenever he need to contact me Im so frustrated. I will not come back to this place and honestly neither should anybody else , but too each is own.

I went in to have more tribal tattoo work done, which is pretty basic black work. The lines are crooked, its not filled in evenly and doesnt match the rest of the tribal on my body. I need to get the rest filled in and Im sure as hell not going in there to get it done

I have had three tattoos done by three different artist here and between friends and family all of them. Every single one turned out amazing and will be my tattoo shop of choice for more to come ! 10/10

I saw Mikey for my idea and he was able to make that reality for me. He does great work and is very friendly. The staff is awesome and helpful and they are always open for questions.

Went in for a septum piercing. The staff was friendly and informative. They answered all my questions and made my first piercing a very enjoyable time. Max is a very professional piercer.

Mike will tell says one price then over charges you. Got charged 80 for filling in color that took literally 15 minutes from start to wrap. Cant even do a proper touch up right

My first tattoo by Lisa was great ! She was professional, clean, listened to what I wanted, and I left smiling with my first ever tattoo.

Had to have my tattoo fixed the next day at another shop, it was not what I asked for. When I walked in the artist told me he couldnt do what I asked because of the dark pigment of my skin. Top was the fixed one and the bottom was Action Tattoo...smh
