Emily was amazing! She was so helpful and so kind. My son’s necklace broke and unfortunately it was out of the 30 days $ refund. Luckily we did have warranty on it. Emily was very helpful and reassuring, we were able to get a replacement for him. Amazing customer service! Raymond was also very kind and help my daughter with her questions. Very impressive customer service!

Just got these super nice earrings and piercings from Nico (probably spelled wrong sorry 😭) He was very nice, professional and efficient and I love my new piercings. It was not bad at all!

The customer service I receive on yesterday was immaculate. Niko was very hands on and made my experience very welcoming. Nevertheless, I walked out with three items for purchase.

So I got a permanent anklet with my bestie on a Saturday and Sunday (the NEXT day) it fell off. I went back the next day Monday to be told I would be charged 10 dollars to have it welded back on or 11 dollars to add clasp to the anklet. Making me pay for some thing that was supposed to be permanent and didn’t last for an entire weekend. Terrible. Don’t come don’t waste your time or money!!!

Yeah its cheap but you get what you pay for. Maybe better luck with other jewelry but stay away from the necklaces. Flimsy POS that will not last. Spend the extra money elsewhere for something that will last

I made an appointment and the day of my appointment was cancelled with no reason. I chatted with someone and I was able to do a walk in. The website is very misleading because they say that they offer body piercing and they do not. I just wanted my nose pierced. The lady at the kiosk was nice, but the site isnt correct.

The nice lady named emily at this piercing stand helped me figure out a earring stack based off inspiration pictures ! i absolutely love the quality and service here and if you’re looking to get your ears pierced, i’d highly suggest this local banter location.

Their online customer service for the most part sucks. They don’t try to help you out at all! After being a loyal customer nothing was done to help me fix a pretty simple issue that was a mistake!

Another experience with a friend. Service was great. The attendant was very knowledgable and pleasant. If I were getting my ears pierced this would be the place to go.

I think I must have been the girls first victim of chance. I only got one ear pierced and it got horribly infected. It took several painful months to get better. I took care of it as instructed, but it still got infected.
