Allegiance Ink Tattoo

Today I went to go get my industrial pierced with Wren because a previous piercer at another shop said that they would not pierce my industrial due to my curly hair and glasses Which I completely understand but I just wanted to see if I even had the correct anatomy to get the piercing and I found out I did so I decided to go ahead and get the piercing and I’m so glad I did. Wren was amazing and made everything quick and easy and she explained what she was doing and all sorts of aftercare and stuff like that. The piercing itself was priced at $100 which I think is a good price for what you’re getting and the quality that you’re getting. This is my first time getting pierced here and it definitely will not be my last… I 1000% recommend going here because the environment is immaculate, and you won’t regret it.

Philip and his team have always been very friendly and accommodating. Philip has done four tattoos for me so far and I highly recommend him! I plan on getting many more in the future. Well done all the way around my friend!

Don’t come here unless you have all day to waste. We sat in the waiting room for an hour after completing the necessary paperwork. They took another person that walked in at least 40 minutes after us for a piercing while we continued to wait. I came here due to the good reviews to get my teenage daughter’s ear lobes pierced. Nothing fancy or time consuming. Did not expect to spend my entire afternoon here. There seems to be an excess of staff just standing around the front counter talking and eating with very little customer service actually being done.

The shop is popular I went for a piercing I knew that no appts were taken for it but felt like we were getting skipped from people who apparently checked in then left the shop. So communication on how that works would of been nice. 2 hours later the piercer was amazing she knew what she was doing. Could not of been happier with her service

I took my 8 year old to get her ears pierced. Amelia was wonderful! She was so sweet and walked my daughter through the whole process. She made sure she knew everything that was happening.I love this place ❤️ also, the guy at the front changed the music as soon as he heard cuss words lol. That was appreciated.

Went to simply get jewelry put in for my Monroe piercing. Pleasantly surprised at the selection of jewelry, they dont carry low quality material such as surgical steel or plastic. The designs in their books & on the wall was amazing, and next time I get a tattoo, it will be here! Great service and very clean facilities.

This place is awesome! My first experience was as a walk in and they were great! They are extremely efficient and professional, even though they are insanely quick , their work is outstanding. My friend and I have been 3 times now and we will ABSOLUTELY be back. Kerry did 2 for me and she killed it!! She came up with an idea that was unique and turned out so much better than I ever imagined. Then she even took some time after the tattoo to look up ideas for my next tattoo. That was something she did not have to do, because they were quite busy as they always are, but it was something I truly appreciated. Marley and Phillip did one each for my friend and they are both excellent! My oldest son did the mystery tattoo for his first ever tattoo and chuck was great and made it look fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about this group of people, they stay busy all the time and probably see hundreds of people per week, but somehow still remember us when we come in. They will be getting my business for a long time to come. Oh and the prices are more than fair and reasonable, and everyone we have come into contact with has taken immense pride in their work and with good reason too. If you are thinking of getting a tattoo or piercing, there is no doubt that this is the place you should go. Thank you guys so much you are more than worth the trip from Columbia SC every time.

The web tats in the pics are all FREEHAND. The shop is always in a super clean state. (Seriously I mean super clean). There equipment is always in New looking condition, Never nasty. They take their jobs seriously and make sure that everything is looking exactly how you want before they start. My husband and I trust no other shop to do our work. We only recommend Allegiance. Shout out to Phillip for making sure he has a supreme team. And to the guys for always doing amazing work. We love this group and will not go anywhere else.

Get your piercing here! Wren did a fabulous amd knows her stuff. She’s very professional and you will be in good hands. I’ve had piercings as a kid, teenager, and adult, so far this has been the most comfortable experience. Please do not take your kids to Claire’s or some place with a piercing gun. My daughter also had her ears pierced and she felt no pain.

Received my tattoo today at Allegiance Ink. Philip was the artist who created an absolutely awesome tattoo for me. The facilities are very clean and all sanitary practices were carefully observed. The entire staff was great. Anyone who needs a phenomenal tattoo or some piercings in the Augusta GA area would be hard pressed to find a better establishment.

Ear Piercing for 8 year old. Daughter loved the experience and didnt cry at all. Surprised at how professional the experience was. Ask for Wren, she was excellent. Would definitely recommend to others. FYI youll need a birth certificate for the minor child and be a parent with same name. Daughter said it was a little painful but really fun.

My partner and I went earlier today and both got a nostril pierced, the experience was lovely all around. The shop was busy but despite the wait, the service was very good. Our piercer, Wrenn, was extremely transparent about what to expect with the process, the procedure of getting it done, and even let us pick out our own jewelry. We were provided with a tri-fold pamphlet filled with after-care and contact information. 10/10, we plan to come back soon!

I went here to get my nose piercing done and they did a great job. I havent had any problems with my nose since I got it pierced. Im ready to switch over to a ring now. I came in to get a tattoo and Joey was my artist. He listened to what I wanted and where and the type of font I was looking for. He made suggestions to make sure the letters would be legible. It was quick and easy. He was friendly and the shop was clean. Highly recommend.

Philip has been tattooing me for over 6 years now. He has sleeved my right arm and done multiple tats on my other arm and neck. I personally would never use another artist; unless, it was another Allegiance Ink artist. The whole team at Allegiance is amazing. Amazing at what they do professionally and amazing at what they do for the community as well as multiple charitable organizations. Philip is an awesome artist that would give the shirt off his back to make a client happy or to help someone. This is by far the BEST shop in Augusta to get inked at. The whole staff is very professional and will definitely work with you to ensure YOUR needs,wants and desires are met. Visited the shop on recommendation to see Phillip or Kyle . I went with Kyle , gut feeling . Bit of a wait for an appointment with him, but worth it. So very worth it.He made me comfortable with a solid playlist of music, although the chairs in the shop could be better. He is an incredible artist and my tattoo is absolutely everything I wanted . Healed BEAUTIFULLY!!Incredible guy , he is worth the visit.

This place is always amazing! I got a tattoo and a piercing in the same day Amelia always makes you feel comfortable before she sticks a needle through you. And forgive me I do not remember the mans name that tattooed me but he was amazing too and he didnt take long at all. He has a long white beard , kind of short , has tattoos on his head. And hes hilarious!always a comfortable atmosphere. My septum looks so good!

Would highly recommend this place. The owner did an amazing job on my tattoos and was very professional and on time. I went to their shop on Wednesday and asked if I could get a couple of tattoos done before leaving that weekend and with a busy schedule the owner was able to squeeze me in for an appointment the following day. He even managed to draw what I wanted to make sure I could get the tattoos I wanted. Now thats customer service above and beyond. Thank you for your service and great work. I’ve had two tattoos done here. One by the Owner Philip Jacobs & the other was done by Chuck. Both of these times I felt comfortable, welcome, and that the artist was giving me his full attention and effort. It goes without saying that both of my tattoos came out perfectly. These people do excellent work, and truly go the extra mile! I highly recommended this shop, and will be doing more business with them in the future.

My wife and I went on a Tuesday afternoon as walk-ins and had a basic idea what we wanted. Phillip was able to not only work us in but came up with an original design based on our idea. The results were fantastic. The shop is clean the artists are friendly and the prices are reasonable. I will not go anywhere else, Allegiance Ink has made a customer for life with me and my wife.

My long time friend Kyle Holt works at this shop and had done all but one of my tattoos and all of my finances tattoos. He is without a doubt the best artist in the area bar none. Hes patient, understanding, extremely talented, knowledgeable, and he knows his craft. He knows so much about so many different styles. His line work is crisp, his colors are bold and his shading is smooth. His tattoos WILL stand the test of time. This entire shop is full of nothing but pure talent and professionals. You cant go wrong coming to his shop and you should have no doubts about this place as all the reviews youll read or nothing but positive. Everyone here is extremely nice and helpful. I moved here 7 years ago and have gone to this shop and one other........this shop is the only place I will go from now on!!!! Not only is the shop ALWAYS clean but the staff there is amazing!!!!! They are huge in the community and are just good people!! Every artist in the shop does absolutely amazing work, from tattooing to piercing. The vibe you get when you walk in the door is like when youve walked into that family members home who is always glad to see you. Very welcoming and like its just gonna be a good time. I heard about Kyle Holt through a friend who got work done by him and was very impressed with his work. Someone this talented i expected to wait a few months to get seen. Much to my surprise after emailing him with my idea, he promptly replied back and said to come in for a consult to trace my arm. At the consult we scheduled an appointment only a week away! I wanted to start a sleeve and with giving him a few things i wanted, I trusted Kyle with whatever he came up it. When I came in for my appointment, I was so amazed with the plan Kyle had for my arm. Only a few stencils and the rest was hand drawn directly on to my arm. I came back in 4 sessions and the result was absolutely amazing. I couldnt be more happy with my sleeve, it turned out better than I could have ever imagined! The lines are perfect, and the bright vivid colors are spectacular. I recently moved to TX, Im very sad to leave this shop and Kyle behind, I may even plan a visit out there soon just because the work is THAT good! Kyle is extremely professional, an amazing artist, and great at his job, along with the rest of the employees at this shop!

I’ve gotten two tattoos and one piercing from this shop. They are extremely professional and genuinely kind people. Both of my tattoos from the shop are by Joey and I absolutely adore them! Their piercer, Wren, did my nostril piercing and I love it. I told her piercings make me a bit nervous and she eased my fears, did the piercing very quickly (didn’t even hurt), and was very clear with aftercare info. They’re also very reasonably priced (especially during COVID). 10/10 would recommend and fully intend on going back!

Allegiance Ink is hands down the best shop. I started getting tattooed by Phil back in 2014 and i not only love the shop but i send all my friends and family their way. The amount of talent in their shops is outstanding. I’ve been to shops where they try and sway you away from what you want. Phil and his crew are always up for a challenge and if one of them doesn’t feel comfortable doing that style or piece they send you to one of the other talented artists in their shops. They are a very clean and respectable shop. These artist do this cause they love what they do but they also love the people in their community which is also why they give back so much and often. I’m in the military and I’m always moving but i will always wait til i can visit to get my ideas drawn up and tattooed. The people who work at allegiance whether tattoo artist or piercers will bust their butts to make your wildest body modification ideas a reality!

Guest artist Potter ( for which I called powder, because I cant hear I guess 😅) was amazing! Rocked it out. I was at peace and solitude the entire time. Great company from the other artist and fellow tattoo-ees. Gnarly place cant wait to get the other half done when he returns!

Philip, the owner did my first tattoo ever when he worked at another shop several several years ago. Since he opened Allegiance he has done another one for me as well as two other guys in the shop. They are always EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. I love that his son is always there. It’s a very welcoming environment and the staff is always giving back to the community. I have since moved away but when I need future work, I will go home to them!

I have been coming here for a over a year for various piercings (eyebrow, helix, labret) with Wrenn. I also started a tattoo project with Marley. They are both awesome and do exceptional work! Overall, the place is clean, the staff is nice, and there is plenty of parking. Top notch experience every time!

I spontaneously decided to walk-in and get a tattoo and I sadly don’t recall the mans name but he was AMAZING! When I called I wasn’t guaranteed a appointment but he got me in and got straight to work and the staff that was there was extremely friendly. The piercer at the location on Washington helped me look at jewelry and showed me how to take my jewelry out. Again, the lovely gentleman that did my tattoo was amazing, he was light handed (making it not hurt very much for my rib tattoo), fast and informed me on the progression of the tattoo. If I was staying in town longer I’d definitely come back to this shop and ask for him!!!!

My tattoo artist Phillip only has one arm but what he can do with that one arm is incredible!! He is precise, gentle, fast, and funny!! His family is nice and they are good people!! I highly suggest this shop!!! Their prices are amazing!!! They always have events and deals going on and there is always someone to do your tattoo of your walk in!!! Best tattoo parlor ever!!!

The staff here is the best around. No offense to the other shops in town but the artists here go out of their way to treat you like a client and a friend, not a mobile ATM. the quality of work, effort put in to making the client feel comfortable, and the cool things Philip and his crew do for the local community make this a place to come back to. I wouldn’t take my business anywhere else!

I’ve been to Allegiance Ink several times for piercings and tattoos. My latest visit was 8/2/19. My daughter and I got coordinating tattoos. We went in during the afternoon and spoke with Chance because we weren’t sure exactly what we wanted. He was patient and informative, helped us get organized and told us that we could get them as a walk in if we came back in an hour or so. We came back with an idea and with Joey’s patience and artistry we ended up with a beautiful design and great placement. We felt valued as patrons and will certainly be back!

Allegiance Ink is the cleanest tattoo shop I’ve ever been in and I’ve been in a lot! Everyone there was super friendly and professional. My artist listened to what I wanted and did an amazing job drawing it out. I was excepting to be in the chair for 3 hours or more but he was done within an hour and it was perfect. As long as Allegiance is open I’ll never go anywhere else for a tattoo.

Kerry did a great job, I had two tattoos done this week. She did a buffalo from a design I picked, and then incorporated a kraken tattoo into an existing tattoo. She hand drew a lot of it in and we couldn’t be happier. She even stayed an hour after closing to get it finished. Highly recommend Allegiance Ink to anyone looking for work done.

Got my tattoo done by their tattoo artist Kyle about a month ago, and 4 piercings done by their piercer Wren. The tattoo artist was very patient with me, and did an amazing job creating my tattoo that I love now. The piercer Wren is great too. I loved her. Even brought some friends with me that got their piercings done, and they told me they like it how they feel no pain even after they got their piercings done professionally. Clean, and calm atmosphere. Would definitely recommend this place to all looking for tattoo artists, and professional piercer.

Wrenn is absolutely amazing!!! I went in to get a nose piercing for the first time and I was terrified but she was so calm and talked me through everything. She is so kind and gentle! I went in a ball of nerves but after talking with her, I left smiling! Everyone in there was so nice and welcoming too! John is also an amazing tattoo artist! He did an incredible job on my butterfly!

Nice and friendly. Short waiting time. Piercer was nice and provided lots of information about aftercare. They also take the mask mandate seriously. I felt safe there. They also replaced one of the balls of my septum ring when it fell out. Definitely will go again when I need another piercing.

I have gotten 7 tattoos at Allegiance Ink and will not go anywhere else. Of the 7, Kerry has done 5 and shes amazing. My most recent one was a cover yp and you would never guess theres an old, horribly done tattoo under it. Review is a little late but for my first tattoo, I wanted something that looked very good and wasn’t too expensive. After going shop to shop I had to started to lose hope. Until I met John Pitcher. He gave me this amazing piece for a very good price and put a lot of hard work into it. The quality these guys put into tattoos is amazing and if you are looking for your first tattoo, I extremely suggest you look here!!!

Bluf: Just know exactly what you want before you go.Found out the artist that did some work on me has left... not really surprised. Guess Ill be forfeiting my deposit. Sure I could probably apply it to another artist but Ive already moved elsewhere.First interaction with her was pretty typical, I sent some pictures and provided an idea and was told to come back next week. I was also told I could reach out via Instagram to send pictures and establish a line of communication but never got a response.Went back the following week and was able to schedule an appointment, interesting how I never got a response considering she was just playing on her phone. Unfortunately there was no way I was able to see the concept until the day she wanted to conduct the tattoo which was several weeks later. I even tried asking if I could pay more for something, anything... Nope.Appointment day I finally saw an outline and after requesting a subtle change I was able to get that portion done. After leaving I realized the next day that I never got to see what itd look like and when I went back I got told to not overthink it and that shes been too busy to finish that part yet. Too busy trolling on bumble obviously. There were even more communication issues and it was like pulling teeth trying to get information or updates for rescheduling.I highly doubt the work ethic and those poor communication skills are representative of all the people at Allegiance, but darn golly, where are the checks and balances for them type of people, SMH. Maybe thats why shes gone now.

My daughter just turned 18 and received her first tattoo. The work was clean and beautiful! Also wren changed out my helix piercing for me. They were super busy but still took us in and we were so appreciative.

This tattoo shop is very clean and nice. The tattoo artists are all great here from what Ive seen. Front desk is pretty friendly, for the most part. My biggest disappointment always comes with the piercing staff. They never seem to have the jewelry to do piercings with, or they are never there. I Finally had to go elsewhere to get my piercings done because on several different occasions (trying to get 1 specific piercing done), the piercer was either leaving in a few minutes and not taking anymore clients, or they did not have the jewelry in to do the piercing and was told to come back later in the week. They also did not have jewelry readily available to purchase for replacements (different jewelry than what is already in).

This is the cleanest and friendliest shop Ive ever been in. I did a lot of shopping around before I got my first tattoo and no one else made me feel as comfortable as the amazing employees of Allegiance Ink. I ended up traveling from Indiana just for Philip to do my tattoo. He was very friendly and open to discussing exactly what I wanted and making it something I will love forever. If youre in the market for a great tattoo from an amazing artist, definitely go here. Youll not only leave with an amazing tattoo to treasure forever (all the artists are fantastic), but youll also leave with great memories.

Absolutely the best in town! Excellent customer service! I dont know of any other tattoo shop that give back to their community as this group does. I have not and will not ever recommend anyone to any other shop in the CSRA but Allegiance Ink, well unless someone prefers to always pick a preprinted design off a wall all the time. The talent in their work speaks for its self, I myself and many people can show you the proof!!!! Keep up the amazing work.

I had my nose pierced for the second time after a bad experience at a different tattoo shop. This time around I decided to try Allegiance Ink after a referral. Im so glad that I did. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. The woman who pierced my nose took the time to educate me on caring for my piercing, and choosing the right jewelry for me. She answered all of my questions thoroughly, and could speak intelligently about other places I had considered. I will be going there to change out my jewelry!

Seriously the most fun Ive had! Artists were awesome and chatty even though I know they had to be tired. They are seriously the most dedicated staff Ive had the opportunity to get worked on by. The piercer (I didnt grab her name but had purple hair and awesome ink) was super amazing! I was nervous about the piercing because of bad experience somewhere else and she was amazing and completely changed my mind! My artist for my tattoo was epic and totally added in that right amount of Ravenclaw pride to my book tattoo. All in all, they are amazing and I will be back!

Allegiance Ink is by far the cleanest, sanitized, and most friendly, place I have ever had the pleasure of going. I have never been disappointed with the work that any of the guys at this shop have put on me. Their passion for this art shows in their work you will not be disappointed, even more amazing the shop owner does tattoos with only one arm, its quite a talent.

Not sure why the counter staff are even there..they seem to be more interested in maintaining their attitude than actually helping anyone out. The artist was a nice guy, but after seeing him tattoo a friend I had my reservations. His lines werent that great and he had some backwards ideas about tattooing. When he decided shading an area of tattoo with a lining machine was a good idea I knew I should have run with my original reservations - and the results, inflammation and healing have backed that up. Wouldnt go back there.

Basically the cleanest and most professional shop I’ve ever been in. Kyle tattooed both sides of my ribs from waist to arm pit. Amazing work all around. One hell of an owner also. Way on top of things and super good guy, really cares about our community!

I have had a few piercings done and most of my tattoos done here. I love this place. I have stuck with one artist who has always strived to do a great job and keeps me comfortable. Isaac Mitchell has been the artist I have been to. In fact he is working on a big arm piece for my husband. Both my husband and I understand that all the artists have basically full schedules at this shop and we try to remain flexible. Also anytime we go in to get something new done we remain open minded and ready to work with the artist so the tattoo is done the way we want it. This is a great shop and personally I love that it ia family owned and operated.

This is truly the best tattoo shop there is in Augusta by far. The way they make you feel comfortable the entire time you are getting a tattoo is the best thing about it. I went in there 4 years ago and talked to Kyle Holt and he has been tattooing me ever since. Even my mother goes to him. The best thing about Kyle that I tell anyone I refer to him is that if he doesnt feel comfortable or that he is the best option for the tattoo you want then he will introduce you to someone in that shop that may specialize in that. Everyone in this shop is more than capable of doing a bad ass tattoo so I promise you wont be disappointed.

People will go to tattoo parlors to celebrate. My son and daughters 18th and then my daughter took me for mine. Be sincere when you say happy birthday and deliver a quality gift. It will be your calling card.Tattoos are masterpieces you wear for life. You pay hard earned money for quality. Tattoos should have clean consistent even lines every time.We asked for this mother daughter tattoo. Yes we both sat still. Its sufficient but with these inconsistent lines I wont be back.

This shop is amazing and as long as I live here it will continue to be the only shop I go too. The artists are all amazing! They all do excellent work and I do have two favorites but they all have individual style and it depends on what your preferences are. The shop is clean and everyone is friendly and very helpful. I love the environment and the people there, you feel at ease because they are so professional.

Lil Billy just inked by first Tattoo and it turned out great! I brought in a Google image picture as a reference and he decided to draw the tattoo based off it instead of just using that picture as is. Which Im super happy with. Id much rather have something custom with its own character than just a picture I found online. He was super chill and easy to work with too. Now I just have to decide what my next one will be so I can go back 😁

I came to allegiance to see Kerry, hoping she would be able to fix a bad tattoo I got at another shop. Kerry went way beyond my expectations and turned something I hated into my favorite one yet. Lesson learned, I will only go to Allegiance from here on out!

I was shopping around for my first tattoo and went to allegiance to see how clean they were, because it use to be a auto parts store, and to ask some questions. I asked how they cleaned their equipment in between customers and if the needles were individually wraped. The guy that greeted me and my friend said i shouldnt be asking those questions. We turned away and never went back.

I went in for some work from Kyle and he killed it! I had an outline from somewhere else that he fixed and colored in. He was super professional but really cool and did an amazing job. Everyone there was friendly and the atmosphere was very welcoming.

I got my first tattoo at age 56 and didn’t know what to expect. It was a comfortable environment and erased all my fears about getting tattooed. Very clean shop and great artists. The ONLY place I’ll ever go to 😊

Listen, Ive gotten two other tattoos done here that I adore. They were both done by the same artist, who I believe is named Cody, and he is awesome. I have not a single complaint about him. When I went in to get a third tattoo, I had such a bad experience that I dont see myself returning ever again. I had two other artists there tell me that what I wanted was completely achievable. Then I had a third artist take me back to actually get the tattoo done. Not only did he tell me that what I wanted was relatively impossible, but he made me feel like an idiot for even considering that I could get it done. I tried to explain that two other men there had told me they could do my tattoo, but he dismissed everything I said. I asked him to at least show me what he COULD do for my tattoo, and when he drew it out for me it was obvious that he was purposely drawing it as sloppy as possible to make sure that I would change my mind. So of course I did, and I left. He spoke to me in such an awful manner that I was embarrassed I had even came in. Despite what the other two men told me, apparently I was asking for the impossible. I either recommend asking specifically for Cody if you do choose to go in, or you at least get opinions from three different artists in that building before you sit down and go through what I did. I only gave two stars due to my past pleasant experiences with Cody.

Without a doubt, the best tattoo shop in the entire CSRA. I always recommend Allegiance to anyone looking to get a tattoo or a piercing. Its a clean, friendly and overall amazing environment. Ive been going to Allegiance for all my tattoos and piercings for 5 years now and I can honestly say, Ive been 100% satisfied with every tattoo and piercing Ive gotten. Ive been to a few other shops in the area, but the reason Ive stuck with Allegiance is because they make you feel like family.

Ive been here to get my lobes, nostril, and helix pierced by Wrenn (on the recommendation of a friend whos been pierced several times by her as well) and its always been a great experience. Shes clean, quick, and professional every time - I definitely recommend her if youre looking for a solid, no-frills piercing experience.

Amelia is so sweet and such a great piercer wish I known about her before cause some on my piercings Ive had done are messed up due to placement issues she is now my piercer if you want piercings please please come here and she gets new jewelry every week I highly recommend her

I went to Allegiance as a walk in with my two cousins looking to get a small tattoo. I didnt have a great experience that day and ended up writing a lengthy review with a play-by-play of our visit. My biggest issue with the shop was the feeling that I wasnt a worthwhile customer. After posting, Phillip went through great effort to get in touch with me and tell me how much he regretted my experience and wanted to know how he could make it right. Im bumping my review from one star to four due to Phillip seeming genuinely upset that I was upset and his willingness to remedy my unhappiness. The only thing I would recommend would be making an appointment if you want something specific or to just roll with the punches if you end up being a a walk-in on a busy day.

Went for the Friday the 13th tattoos, and was so happy with the work. The wait was long but I was able to talk to people around me and once we got in the staff was friendly and fast (even while we were waiting they were talking to us). It was definitely a fun event and can’t wait for the next one!

Another great experience yesterday with Codey. I asked for super creative and we are half way to amazing. He will post when we are finished with his masterpiece. He has such a great group to work with and it makes the experience perfect. Get there as fast as you can. He is incredible. Thanks for making me do it in two sessions. I love it so far.

This is an awesome shop! I have gotten 1 tattoo here and also they fixed a tattoo that another shop completely butchered. Not only is the work great but the people and atmosphere is fantastic! You wont find a cleaner shop in the CSRA! Ive been there finishing up my tattoo late one night and was thoroughly impressed with the overwhelming smell of bleach as the floors were cleaned. As a nurse, Im probably more conscientious of these things than someone whos not medically trained. Ive gotten a total of 3 piercings and 7 tattoos here and can say without a doubt that after 1 visit, youre not a customer-youre family. Philip and his crew are doing it right!

Wren was very nice and getting my ears pierced was a super easy process and didnt take long at all. I recommend scheduling an appointment as the wait times are very long.

I also posted this review on their Facebook, but I want to make sure it reaches as many people as it can.Its crazy. I have been following Allegiance on social media since right after they opened. Since Ive been following, Ive obviously seen that the tattoos are amazing. I feel like anyone I know who has ever gotten a tattoo or piercing here, basically gushes about how beyond amazing the shop and everyone who works there is. I kinda felt like maybe it was a bit exaggerated... Well, I finally got to a Friday the 13th event Ive been eyeing since they started them. By the time we got up to the front of the line it was almost 9 pm. So at this point everyone has pretty much been working/ tattooing almost 10 hours straight. I didnt expect anyone to be rude but I knew they all had to be exausted. I didnt think it would be much more than hey whatcha want. Where *buZzz* okay. have a good one. Next But Jon Pitcher tattooed me, and we had a legitimate conversation in the ten minutes it took him to do my tattoo. He was really nice... and I didnt feel like I was just getting a tattoo he probably did 600 times before I sat down. He actually cared that I was happy with placement and how it turned out.Everyone I came into contact with really was amazing. Even though I knew they had to be borderline zombies at this point. They were all pleasant and really awesome. So now I feel hella dumb for the doubt.Just like everyone says, this shop and everyone who works here, is beyond amazing.I will be absolutely be back.

I got my first tattoo from Allegiance over a year ago. Did serious research on it, because it was a white ink tattoo. Philip Jacobs took a huge amount of time discussing tattoo, drawing out ideas of what I wanted. I went in later in the day, before going to dinner, blood sugar bottomed out in the chair, Philip was on his game, he saw it happening, and went from artist to care taker in a heartbeat. I was mortified, because I didnt feel it happening, tattoo didnt hurt, Just me I guess.. The shop is surgical clean. All of the staff are friendly. I have told several friends about Allegiance Ink and they have also been very happy. The Allegiance crew goes above and beyond for their customers, and their community. Top notch group of artists!

Walked in on a Saturday and was told to come back on Tuesday. Later went to their website, clicked on the link to setup an appointment, and was redirected to their Facebook page. Joined their FB and sent a message with images and a description of the work I wanted done. Received a response on Sun informing me to come by the shop Tues - Sat and the times. Stopped in on Wed around 4:30 and was told to return at 7pm.At this point I was under the impression that I was given an appointment. I arrived at 7 and was asked to fill out the consent form, further confirming my belief I had an appointment. My paperwork was collected and then I waited and waited. And waited.While I waited, the artist who supposedly was going to do my tattoo worked on two other clients. However, he spent more time walking around, standing outside, talking on his phone, hanging out with friends, and.... well, not working. And also acting like he was ticked off at the world. This was to be my artist?After sitting there for an hour in a half, I was told not to worry that the tattoo would get done the same evening by the desk employee. Shortly after another artist begin asking me if I would be available the next day or the day after that. At this point I was too fed up with having lost two hours of my evening, I told them I would just find another shop and walked out.After leaving I got a FB message that they were going to give me a discount for waiting so long. Oh really? After I left you tell me this? Why didnt you open with that while I was still in your shop? Sounds like the brain trust was like, quick send him a message and include that we were going to give him a discount. Ive worked retail so I know how this works.Youre apologies for my inconvenience falls on deaf ears. Especially since your message said to stop by the shop to schedule an appointment that works for the tattoo I want. BTW, they charge a nonrefundable deposit to schedule an appointment. So now youre asking me to stop back twice, pay a deposit without seeing a sketch, and go on faith that Ill get what I want at my appointment - after I already thought I had one. (In their message they said they didnt know if Id be back, and they had gotten busy. Then why was I told to return at 7? Make an effort not an excuse!) If their message had instead stated I could get an appointment at MY earliest convenience, with a discount, and the deposit waived, I may have reconsidered doing business. However that ship has sailed.Im sure theyll respond saying something to get my business, or some other bull like that. But the reality is that at this place walk ins welcomed doesnt mean squat. I immediately went to another shop the same night and got my tattoo as requested. Epic Fail!

I had a blast. It didnt take to long. All the artists we cool and fun to chat with. My artist kept me laughing during my session. I will definitely be going back again for their next event.

Kyle Holt has been my artist for about 4-5 years now. Any other shop Ive ever been to has completely butchered the art I asked for as well as not following sanitary guidelines. Kyle has fixed,covered up, and enhanced all of my previous bad Work as well as adding new art he designed. Kyle and the guys at allegiance are clean, sanitary and ALWAYS deliver quality work. Went to check them out for their Friday the 13th special. They had a ton of people in line but they moved everyone through swiftly and efficiently. The shop was clean and inviting. The staff was extremely friendly. They had someone outside going through the line asking people what they wanted so once you walk through their doors there was no wait time. I have known the owner for a long time. He is a clean and honest person. This is reflected in his shop! As a medical professional, I am very aware of the dangers of an environment that is not sufficiently cleaned and sterile. I would chose no other place in the CSRA to get my ink.

Philip did my miscarriage/pregnancy loss awareness ribbon and didn’t even use the color I wanted.. then told me that anyone in the shop will do the touch up for free when I need it. Went to get the touch up and apparently ONLY he can do the touch up.

Came during this last Friday the 13th special (Apr 13, 2018), so it was crazy busy. But they had a nice system set up to get as many people tattooed as possible and everyone was super friendly, especially considering how stressed they were by the end of the night.

Alright check this out. When you see Allegiance Ink from the outside, you get excited like yes tattoo time. But when you get in you almost forget that you showed up for a tattoo. Instead it feels like you just showed up yo your friends house to kick it. Phillip and the Allegiance crew are the most down to earth people ever. Not only is the work amazing but they care about everyone. Unless you are really involved in the community, you wouldnt even know that Allegiance has helped many organizations, local music, and other priorities over their own. allegiance isnt just a tattoo shop, its a place where you know youll be taken care of and youll want to come back. This place has the worst tattoo artists. Got a tattoo that was very simple and Kyle holt messed it up very badly. Had to go get laser treatment to get removed because he hacked it up. Wouldnt recommend my worst enemy come here. Such a joke.

I filled out the paperwork, waited a few minutes, then went to Excalibur. Staff was less than friendly and the facility was dirty and smelled. Hope they take this comment and rating to heart and fix this.
