I cant say enough about this shop and their staff. From the ladies at the front to the piercers and artists everyone is super friendly and helpful. I have had numerous piercings as well as all 3 of my kids by Kyla and Jill who both are great. Rick has done numerous tattoos on me from a cover up to free handed ones and I have a cover up by Christian. I love every single one of them. No matter what your looking for they have someone for everything. Super clean shop and they have snacks 🙂

If you are looking for a professional piercer with excellent aftercare, visit the ladies at Lucky 7. I first visited Kyla for a helix piercing about 2 years ago, and have gone back for multiple ear and nose piercings. Kyla is very knowledgeable and excellent at working with you to get the piecing your anatomy will support. I wont get pierced by anyone else! Aftercare is great as well. Be it downsizing, jewelry change outs, or other issues with your piercings the ladies will take care of you. Highly recommend!

My son wanted to get his first tattoo to memorialize his cat, and he had the best experience for a first timer. We walked in expecting to need/make an appointment and ended up meeting John Lawrence as our artist. He really worked with my son and exceeded expectations. John matched the vibe and we had a really great time spending the afternoon at Lucky 7 and getting some great art done. I even got some work done myself. We are both beyond happy with our new ink!

Awesome place and people I was tattooed by John Lawrence, the gentleman at the front desk and John were super nice good conversation I’m from out of town and came in for a decent size tattoo the price was great and the work was amazing I was in and out within 2 hours at most and that’s mainly because John was lovely enough to let me help with the design process 100% recommend!

My husband and I took our daughter to get her nose piercing. Jill was the piercer and she was amazing. Very sterile, clean environment! She was not only professional, but also very informative. We will definitely be returning!

My husband and I travel 7 hours to come to TL7 to see Christian. The shop is gorgeous and the staff are phenomenal! We have been coming for years and we will continue to do so just for the atmosphere at TL7 and for Christians outstanding work. He is so patient, kind, and makes me eat sugar if I have been in the chair too long. Lines are perfect, art is amazing, and the metal in the background is perfect. We wont go anywhere else!!

My daughter went for her first tattoo and told the lady her budget and pretty much gave the artist free rain. The artist told her she would draw something up for her appointment the following week. My daughter called me distraught and panicking from the tattoo parlor saying the lady charged her $800! She had already given her the $300 in cash the week before the appointment and then after the lady told her it was $800 and my daughter had to have it all paid by the end of the night. That is crazy amount and when we asked other tattoo artist they said my daughter was taken advantage of because she just turned 18 and had no parents with her. I don’t care about getting money back rather raising awareness for other parents.

I came into the shop for a piercing, but I had tattoo questions. John was super helpful and took the time to go through a ton of ideas I had. I ended up getting a tattoo that I love love love. For my first experience, I was nervous that I had too many questions. John didn’t make me feel rushed at all and he was so kind to show me and do some mock ups. I left with a great tattoo and look forward to going back.

My daughter and I got matching tats and John L did a wonderful job. He’s very precise and light handed. Highly recommend.

Just came into lucky 7 for an ear piercing one hour before closing and was denied service because they were not taking anymore services tonight. The place was completely empty and the open sign was on! Do not recommend if you are a person of color!

John was great, my Wife and I decided to get a couples tattoo, we showed him what we were interested in, he said okay and did his thing to draw it up. Everything looked good, sized them to where the fitment was perfect. Probably the fanciest tattoo equipment I have seen.

I was visiting Aiken for work and was wanting to get another tattoo. I googled a few places and thought to check this one out. I walked in and the staff was extremely nice and welcoming. I showed my boy john a picture of what I was thinking and he brought it to life. I will definitely be going back here soon. The place was very clean and staff was very welcoming.

I have gotten 10 piercings done here so far and every single time Ive come in has been a amazing experience most have been done by Kyla but I have also been pierced by Jill and they both do a amazing job! 10/10 could not recommend this place more!

My son went here for his first tattoo. We had gone to a few other shops before we ventured into Lucky 7 tattoo and none of them compared to this place. When we walked in we were greeted by the guy at the front desk who seemed genuinely excited to be there working there. He told us who he felt would be the best artist to do my sons tattoo and we were able to meet and get the design drawn up and a price and date set. We came back in for the tattoo and the atmosphere was still great. The shop is extremely clean. Each artist had their own room/set up going and our guy put my son at ease. When I had to step out to grab something to eat the people at the front were polite and didnt give me any gruff about coming back in after the closing time. I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking to get a tattoo. From what I saw all of the artists were very talented and everyone was very nice to us. Clean shop, great atmosphere, talented artists...10 out of 10!

Lucky Seven is a fantastic tattoo studio. I love going there and the staff is always understanding, kind, and knowledgeable and the studio is always clean and welcoming. I have been a client of Christian Perkins for about 15 years and he always does amazing work. He truly is a world class artist. If you are looking for an amazing, one of a kind, piece of art to keep on your body forever, I can’t recommend Lucky Seven and Christian Perkins enough!

I was told I’d be getting a floating navel piercing due to my anatomy but I still received bulky jewelry instead of the flat bottom. My piercing will not heal due to the jewelry sinking in (because of my anatomy, which they mentioned but they still didn’t give me the correct jewelry). I even drove an hour to get proper jewelry, and they only changed the bar which helped nothing.

I came in with a simple idea and was completely blown away with the results. Mr. John L. did an amazing job. I couldnt have asked for better. His work is my favorite piece hands down!

I 100% recommend this shop! I got a nostril piercing and Kyla was super good vibes and she was very kind. I will return for sure.

Christian is a fantastic artist. Hes done all of my husbands and my art for years, and thats a LOT... full sleeves, full back scene, both thighs, hands. Weve come to him with some strange concept ideas and he always hits it out of the park with his custom work. Ive also had a septum piercing done here and it was fast and easy. The shop is a nice place to hang out while youre waiting too.

Update: 29 July 23. Definitely super clean and absolutely pleasant experience. Staff is very friendly and are great at what they do. My tongue was done effortlessly, and where other shops wouldnt redo my septum that was healed over, Kyla had no problem whatsoever and figured away around it that was absolutely painless. Cant recommend enough. Update: place is still amazing! Will be getting my tattoos done here from now on. Update: have had two tattoo sessions here with Dawne! Absolutely amazing! The work is gorgeous and Dawne is absolutely very serious about her profession and does a fantastic job! Cant wait to finish our project and maybe start a new one!

Have been getting tattooed here for years by Christian Perkins. The shop is amazing clean courtesy and in my opinion the best artist in town work there. Christian is the best by far tattoo artist who has completed both arm sleeve for me. The work this man does is magical from the design ideas to the finished product.

My wife, son, and I have all had work done at Lucky 7. Christian Perkins did our ink. As cancer survivors, we both had survivor tattoos done. My wife chose to cover her chemo port scar with a beautiful butterfly 🦋 which gave her more self confidence as well as being a conversation starter to tell her story when someone asks her about her tattoo. Christian Perkins work is outstanding. He definitely takes pride in his work.

Crystal did a phenomenal job on my tattoo! The building was clean and everyone was really nice. I came in with an idea that just wouldn’t work and crystal consulted with me to help me formulate the perfect design so that I was happy and that I had realistic expectations. You can tell she takes a lot of pride in what she does and it shows in the amazing quality of her work. Will be recommending everyone to come here from now on.

If you want a piercing go see Jill and Kyla down at lucky 7’s on broad street. I’ve had multiple piercings done here, and I have never been let down. They back up their work and product. The best in the CSRA. My wife and I have been going to see Mr. Green Beerd for over 15 years, and my brother and his wife for 13, my Wifes brother for over 10. We refuse to let anyone else do any work on us but him. The staff is amazing. The owners wife priced both our daughters ears, and made it a great experience for them both. Mr Green Beerd has a long waiting list but it is worth it to have a piece that you wont have to cover up. He is great at cover ups too.

Lucky 7 is the most welcoming and cool vibe, tattoo and peircing place. Everyone artist including peircers are amazing and talented and the staff is sweet and friendly! My main artist I go to is Christian Perkins and have been loyal to him for years, but I honestly would go see any artist there if needed be. Their amazing and I promise its worth the money.

Best place in the CSRA to get inked! Christian Perkins is one of the many talented tattoo artist in this studio. He would be my #1 recommendation when it comes to who does your ink work because he has done all of mine but all the artists are good.

(I am changing the number of stars originally selected & adding the following note:)The text you may read below was my original post. Since making that post, I am adding 2 stars to my original rating due to the actions of Miss Kyla after this shop received my review. Although I was very unhappy earlier with the way my situation was handled & the way I was treated by other members at this shop (I will not call anyone out, y’all know who you are), Miss Kyla’s honesty and integrity will be the sole reason of my repeat business. I would also like to commend the shop in general for being proactive about reading your reviews as to make situations such as mine right.in August 2023 I went in to get a double tongue piercing & Kyla was my piercer. She did a wonderful job; she was very knowledgeable about anatomy which aided in her being able to make my experience quick and painless as possible. I had to wait a few months before I could come in to downsize the initial barbels and i went home with the new shortened ones feeling alright, but after 3-4 weeks of having them in I realized the bottom ball of the piercing had become embedded in my tongue because the new bars that were put in (not by Kyla) were too small and had to be forcefully pushed out the bottom of my tongue. So, it was back to the long original bars for the time being. Then we come to today. I go into the shop and explain what had happened and ask to be given a shorter pair of barbels; to my surprise, I am told I have to purchase this new set barbels, even though the first set of shortened ones i was sold do not fit and therefore are of no use to me. A few other things happened but this is a long enough rant as it is. Now this is nothing against Kyla. She is a great piercer. However, in my opinion, a company with GOOD customer service would have understood the problem at hand, and just provided me with a new set of barbels that actually fit instead of making me pay a THIRD TIME. I mean this company stays pretty dang busy, I am more than positive they could have looked pass $20 for a pair that actually fit so that they could walk away with another happy and satisfied customer. But that wasn’t the case.

John was amazing! Great customer service and a stellar artist! Definitely referring people to him.

10/10 Great service from all employees that was there today especially my piercer Jasper!!He was very kind and informative when piercing my snakebites!Since it was my first time he was announced that he was going to play some music and to calm myself down I requested World So Cold by Mudvayne.To my surprise we shared similar music tastes which calmed me down even more:).The process was quick and easy and he was also on point with the placement of the piercings.I’ll definitely be coming back to Lucky 7 for future piercings and such!Thank you so much again!

I went here for a septum piercing almost 3 weeks ago and I have to say for a first piercing experience, it went wonderfully! The piercing itself was basically painless and the healing process has been a breeze so far. I saw Kyla and she is super sweet, informative, and professional. Very clean, sterile jewelry, I didn’t feel intimidated walking in. I can’t wait to come back for more piercings in the near future!

Came in for a walk-in appraisal on a Saturday, had an appointment for Sunday; Justin Nation was my artist and he was very knowledgeable in his approach, he took my idea added a concept I hadnt thought about and really brought my design to life! I followed Scott from his previous shop. I traveled from SC the first time because you can not get neck tattoos there. Scott did and amazing job on my cat Biscuits paw prints after he was killed. So when my sweet Angel boxer Sam went to heaven I tracked Scott down again and he did an amazing job honoring my baby!!!

Just got my snakebites today and I highly recommend. Ive already recommend them to my friends as well, they were so educational and patient with me. We forgot to tip but will be tipping once we go to get my bars shortened in a few weeks.

CHRISTIAN IS A FREAKIN MAGICIAN!!!! Im a burn survivor, 85% of my body burned 3rd degree, scar covering is a process and to get detail he has to really use his noggin, super talented, patient and understanding guy!!!! 5 stars for me!

My artist was Joshua Fields. He was amazing. I gave him my ideas and he went above and beyond with my tattoos and my expectations. He has the perfect eye for detail. Being that he is a guest artist I hope he returns VERY soon.

I had Jill Ashley for a naval piercing and she was the sweetest person ever! So smart and great at her art, really funny, and told me in depth about my anatomy and aftercare. Never seen such great customer service, definitely recommend as a great piercer!! 😁

This one again was my second stop. My son and I just wanted two simple tattoos, again I felt like they were just catering to me and really didn’t want to help us just like at moth and magpie! They gave us outrageous prices for something that between us both took 25 minutes. I guess if you have money to waste then by all means go there! Not to mention the last tattoo I got from there, it faded in two days. I thought “hey maybe they have different artists!” Which they did, but he made us feel like we weren’t worth his time.

Love this place, just saw Jill for a piercing. She was super professional and efficient while still thoroughly explaining the process and after care. Everything thing was sterile and the place is well maintained and taken care of. I will not go elsewhere if I ever decide to get another piercing, so long as they stay open.

Jill was absolutely fabulous piercing my 17 yr old twins (septum and second lobe). Professional and very friendly. Explained everything that she was going to do beforehand and again step by step as she did it. Kyla and Jill have pierced and saved my butt when I got pierced elsewhere and the jewelry ended up not being titanium and I had a bad reaction! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and a great selection of jewelry! 20/10 definitely recommend!

They were already pretty busy, so we had a short wait. When you go, you need to be prepared for this. We saw many more customers come in the shop after us who were all willing to wait. Keep in mind they are that busy due to their excellent reputation.

Came here for a lip piercing, in and out in no time. I’ve had 5 other piercing and none of them took the time with me like Jill did. Step by step made sure I was comfortable and made sure I didn’t have any questions before starting. I will recommend her to anyone that ask.Update.. Had to go back today because I had more swelling then we thought I would have. Jill got me in and out. Didn’t make me feel like an idiot. When I say the best customer service. I mean the BEST! I got a tattoo done by Josh, he did amazing and took his time. He gave me a lot of choices and suggestions and helped me make a really amazingly beautiful tattoo. It was very clean there and all staff was super friendly and nice to me. I felt very welcome and comfortable. Will definitely be going back. Josh made one of my tattoo dreams come true and made sure I would be satisfied. And of course I’ll be going for a touch up in a couple weeks so he can make sure everything is perfect! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone for a tattoo!

I first went there in October for a nostril piercing from Jill. She was absolutely fantastic and was able to answer all the questions I had for my first time getting pierced. Super nice!I recently went back in January to get my nose jewelry reinstalled, as it had fallen out the night before. I also got a helix piercing in that same visit. Kyla was amazing at calming my nerves over my nose piercing and the new helix piercing. A really clean shop as well.*UPDATE*I just went back a few weeks ago to get my stacked earlobe piercings done. Jasper, the piercer that day, was very professional. He was slammed with people, as stimulus checks had just hit, but he took his time to discuss the piercing with me, and go over placement and care. He did very well with the amount of people who were in the lobby waiting for piercings. Everyone there was super nice, and the place was very clean.

I had my first ear piercing done by Jasper. Cool dude and was very chill. I felt a little dizzy because I wasn’t used to it getting pierced and he knew exactly what to do to help me feel better in 5 seconds. He told me exactly how to properly care for my piercing and everything I was only there for like 20 minutes total (including wait time). They were very professional, it was a relaxing environment and they were all wonderful people.

I have always had a great experience here. But tonight was different. When I got there I was told the piercer had a few people in front of me. Cool, no problem. I get I was a walk in. I was chilling. But then 3 people came after me and were already picking out their jewelry and were getting sterilized. I asked him how much longer the wait was and he asked me if I had already checked in and then realized he had already checked me in. He then told me to pick go and pick out my jewelry after I had already told him once I just wanted a plain septum ring. So I went up to the counter and waited for the three people who came in way after me to move. They walked away and so did the guy. And then I just stood there. No one spoke to me. No one acknowledged me. I sat there at the jewelry counter for a good 20 minutes and then decided to walk out. I wasted an hour and a half of my night to be forgotten about. The original wait was completely fine with me. I understand how shops work when it comes to walk ins. First come, first serve. But I was straight up forgotten about and that is very annoying. I’ve gotten tattoos and all kinds of piercings here and I don’t see myself coming back. I would’ve spoken to management but I didn’t even know who management was.

Had a wonderful experience here! It was great and friendly atmosphere. Chill place. I got my helix pierced as my first piercing other than my ear lobes. Abby did a wonderful job. It was quick and painless. Jasper was also super friendly and encouraging, saying that looks badass and thats perfect throughout the piercing process. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

If I could give zero stars I would. Went in with two other friends wanting very simple and easy tattoos but were told that they didnt want others to see our tattoos and know they came from this store. Context, we are three 40 year old best friends, who have more than two decades of friendship, been through countless losses together and just wanted something meaningful to link us together even more than we already are. Were not walking billboards to promote your business like we were treated. We are friends with deep roots and long histories who wanted that to be documented in a meaningful and permanent way. But we were turned away.

I just found Jills card and remembered how sweet and helpful she was when I came into Lucky Seven ! I was visiting family in Augusta and lost a ball off the bar of a brand new eyebrow piercing. It was really late, Im sure close to closing time, but Jill welcomed me in, found a ball that fit, and even showed me how to best care for piercings with sensitive skin. All free of charge, even after offering to pay for the hardware. Also super impressed by the fact that only the purest implant-grade titanium was used in the shop to prevent potential metal-based allergic reactions.Thank you!! ❤

I’ve gotten 3 piercings here and I really enjoyed my experience! I’ve had my second holes and nostril done, both by Kyla, and she contacted me quickly and helpfully when I had a bump on my piercing after it was pulled on while I was sleeping. It’s very clean and very good pricing. I recommend going here for all of my friends who want piercings. I plan to get at least one or two more piercing(s) from here in the future!

SHORTYYYYY (Carlos) - I went in to make an appointment but he took me as a walk in. This place is always down for walk ins but just remember that they are a high demand shop due to their credibility and quality so do not go with set expectations and hope to be pleasantly surprised instead.We got everything done in basically less than an hour. Environment, customer service, and Carlos’ signing? 10/10. I’ve been to Lucky 7 before as well as other tattoo shops in Augusta and Texas. However, after my first experience at Lucky 7, I’ve remained faithful to the shop. Even though my tattoos this time were small, they were in a “lower tolerance” area and Carlos was by far the most light handed artist I’ve ever worked with. I have about 14 tattoos now and this was one of my best experiences. Went in for the first time yesterday as a walk-in and was checked in and taken back within 20-30 minutes. Jay did my tattoo and I’m very satisfied. He was really nice and made me feel comfortable the whole time. He’s not heavy handed like some artists can be, and I’m in awe with how the tattoo turned out. Definitely going back for the rest of my tattoos.

Very professional. The Piercing professional was very thorough and she explained every step. I went alone, and she made me very comfortable. I passed by 2-3 other shops before I came across this one and they were the only one that had people waiting. That alone tells you that people like them.

I went to Kyla to get my septum pierced. She is amazing! Ive had over 30 piercings and she is by far one of the very best piercers Ive ever had. Shes light handed and very steady with her hands. I hardly felt the needle or the change out for the jewelry. I would 10000% recommend her to anyone looking to get pierced. I will be going back for more piercings!

Wishing there was a zero star option.My friends and I went there about a month ago and were met with complete snobbery! Apparently they didn’t like our tattoo idea and acted like it would be a poor reflection of their business. 🙄 Judging by some of their other tattoos I’ve seen advertised, I’d say they already have that base well covered. So yeah, if you’re looking for some snobby mediocre tattoo artist who thinks he’s God’s gift to body art then this is your place.My friend gave an honest review of our experience and they actually responded weeks later that our tattoo idea, a simple small design, was “a bad tattoo idea.” For context, we came on a Saturday night and literally no one else was there. The fact that they remember us weeks out to respond to our review tells me they’re not getting a ton of business. Perhaps the holier than thou attitude has something to do with it. So maybe you should be more concerned about how your attitude is bad for business rather than doling out judgement.

Tonight spur of the moment I stopped into Lucky 7, needing a semi colon. The shop was busy and booked but they said theyd take my number and fit me in of they could. They managed to get me in tonight and Kevin Johnson did a phenomenal job. These are great artists, but theyre even better people.

Ive gone in a few times to purchase jewelry or get the piercer to change my jewelry to something I already have but was in a tricky place to reach. Both piercers Ive encountered have been kind and professional. Super personable and have had no trouble with anything Ive asked of them. Ill definitely be back to get an actual piercing.

I went to get 3 regular ear piercings last Friday. I was so nervous. I don’t do great with pain/blood/needles. But I wanted to get piercings so badly. Jill Ashley was an absolute angel! She talked to me so calmly, explained everything she possibly could about the process, and was just fantastic. She did her job perfectly and was so patient and kind to me. I could go on and on. We wont go anywhere else period.The shop itself is nice and comfortable. Artists boothes are roomy, private and welcoming. Staff areal professional and friendly. Went to get a nose ring. I have been here a few times . I guess it’s new workers . So , they don’t have a credit card machines … which I understand it isn’t a problem . So like I stated I have been here a few times so Inserted the card it declined it for whatever reason …. Tried it 2 more times then it didn’t work . So I told them it didn’t work the girl stated that it said insufficient funds . I said it has funds on it & the manager or whoever the guy was with a bald head with the hat to the back of his head *very unprofessional * stated “ we can’t help you , contact your bank” I stated why would I come here with no funds on my card so I left & now I am writing this review . Maybe they need new workers I will NEVER RETURN 👎 POOR SERVICE !!

We have utilized several piercers here, as well as 4 different artists. they are all phenomenal. our piercing visits were full of helpful information, sterile environment and answered questions differently. the tattoo shop is always clean and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable in their trades. their art is 100% passion and beautiful to each artist... definitely recommend. they can cover any full color tatts to black and whites, Americana to VanGogh.

I went in and asked about a simple tattoo, it was red roman numerals on the side of my neck. The only dude available said it would be $200 (way too much) for the tattoo since it was in a difficult place to tattoo and then an extra $50 for red ink. I even asked if we took half of the numbers away would the price go down and he said no.... which was weird because since when does making a tattoo smaller not change the price? I knew it was way too much but I really wanted it because it was important to me so I went ahead and signed the papers. Then he kept trying to convince me to get them somewhere else and kept saying if i get it on my neck it wouldnt be cute. He was very rude and was disregarding everything I was saying. After a few minutes of him trying to convince me I got annoyed and left. The next day I went to a different shop who charged me almost $100 less, told me to keep all of the numbers, and fit it perfectly on my neck without any complaints. It seems like this artist didnt know what he was doing. Very bad experience and I do not recommend at all. Take your business to another shop!

Went to repurchase cartilage jewelry and I already knew what I wanted, but Mackenzie would not sell it to me because she felt “uncomfortable”. Even after telling her my hole was closing and I didn’t need her to pierce me I just needed her to sell me the same jewelry, so my hole wouldn’t close she still refused. All she had to do was sell me the same jewelry I already had in my left ear for my right ear. You Should NOT be working at the shop if you can’t even SELL THE JEWELRY TO CUSTOMERS!!!!!!! NO HELP AT ALL FROM HER. BESIDES THAT Jill is awesome!

I came here last Saturday to get my nose pierced and have also been here before for a tattoo. The atmosphere is always super chill with friendly and energetic people. I got my ear lobes pierced here. It was very clean. It reminded me of a doctors office. The staff were very friendly but if you plan to take your child here there might be some cursing. The wait was not long at all especially for a Saturday afternoon. Overall, I am very pleased with this service. I would come back here for sure. Thanks Lucky Seven!

Went there with my friend we were walk ins we got matching tattoos and I got a nose piercing. Every person I talked to was so nice. Piercing and tattoo look great. Tattoo was a reasonable price, nose piercing price was a bit of a surprise but that may of been because of the jewelry they use either way if I were to recommend a place for someone to get a tattoo/piercing it will be this place.

I cannot speak highly enough about Jill. I recently got my industrial done at a different tattoo shop, and it went terribly. Had a bad experience while getting the piercing done at the other shop, and my ear rejected the piercing. Jill was AWESOME and spent the time talking me through why my ear rejected (poor jewelry, poorly pierced, bad anatomy) and was nice enough to remove and clean it for me. My experience with Jill is what I wish my original experience had been like. Jill washed her hands, had a clean and tidy work space, and was so kind and understanding. She is also very knowledgeable and can easily talk to people to help them find what is best for them. I can’t wait to go back to get some better piercings from her in the future!

Kyla is hands down the best piercer I have gone to since I have started getting piercings. Just went back to her today to get my daith and philtrum (or medusa, whatever you want to call it) pierced. I got my first tattoo done here recently. I was a little nervous at first but after seeing Danos design from the picture I gave him, I knew it would turn out great. To say that Im pleased and impressed with his work would be an understatement! THANK YOU Dano for your amazing talent and attention to detail!

Im giving two stars because the place was clean and Jill was nice and patient as I was fearful of getting pierced in the spot I wanted. She stated before she pierced me I always hit my mark so I was confident in her ability to pierce well. However, after three weeks passed and it was time to change my jewelry to a shorter bar, I went to where I normally go (where I should have gone in the first place but they were closed) and that piercer changed my jewelry for me. They took pictures of the needle in my lip before putting the new jewelry in and THE PIERCING IS CROOKED! The path of the piercing is slanted and not in the middle of the inside of my lip. From the outside, it looks symmetrical but on the inside it has caused hypertrophic scarring and I was advised that it may take much longer to heal properly. I will not return.

This place was hard to find. probably because I went during a festival down town. The Ladies at the counter were helpful in directing me to the shop. They allowed me to come through the back of the building. I did not bring enough cash to pay for the tattoo but luckily the artist used an app for me to pay him. the shop does have an ATM inside however I dont use them. If I were to get another tattoo while out of town I would go back.

My sister, father and I came in over the weekend to get tattoos. Dawne worked on my sister and I and it was a really nice experience. She is very upfront and honest with you and explains her reasoning as to why she thinks what she thinks. My dad is covered in tattoos and he as well was very impressed with her character and her work. I have gotten a tattoo here before and both experiences have been very nice :). Dawnes work is impressive and she gave me a good deal. And as for the shop, the vibes are always good. People are rushing around busy, but that’s to be expected due to the fact that they’re legit. If you can cut up and have a good time, i would highly recommend this shop. I will hopefully be coming back very soon for some piercings.

The front staff was very helpful and nice. I come here very frequently for piercings and the staff is always very nice and professional. I came recently and instead of getting a piercing, I got a tattoo. My tattoo artist was Jesse (I’m not sure what his last name is). He was very disrespectful and rushing. He was being aggressive and rude to me and it was my very first tattoo. Do not go here, or request him if your looking to get your first tattoo. I’m highly unsatisfied and disappointed in the quality and service Jesse provided. No one should be paid for a bad attitude.

Ive gone with several friends to hold their hands while they get tattoos from this place. None of them ever complain about their tattoos later. Seems to be a pretty solid shop. I am not sure about the prices as my tattoos are from shops in South Atlanta. But my friends who got tattoos here never complained about the prices here either. Seems to be a pretty solid shop. At least it was back when I lived in this area. Ive been around the country since then. I still come back every now and then because my mother still lives nearby.

This was my first tattoo. When I got there it was a long conversation about a party that they recently had. I was standing at the desk waiting for help as they ordered pizza. The receptionist saw me and kept glancing at me. Neither person spoke, nobody approached me what so ever.I had recently just left a previous tattoo place on Gordon hwy due to false advertising. The place stated that they was open on a Sunday but wasn’t so some stranger recommended me to Lucky 7. I had a friend who went their for her birthday and got a tattoo done of her zodiac sign and the line work was great. I got a meaningful tattoo. I left from college to get a touch up.As I came in for my touch up he basically told me that tattoo he did on me wasn’t his profession. It’s good to take on challenges but this one should’ve been left alone. He said he weren’t good at script which I had in my tattoo. And he stated he wasn’t good at other things. I don’t understand why he just didn’t let somebody else do itThen was SUPPOSED to go back for another touch up because some of the line work was darker than the other and the words faded again. And I won’t mention the name but the guy never contacted me for an appointment. He was a great guy and he did have his personal situations that he had to handle so I’m not too upset it’s just when it comes down to business be professional. The only time I’ll come back to this shop is for a piercing. I met the piercer once asking about a piercing, he was very nice. I will be coming to see him soon to get a tongue piercing which I’m nervous about.The piercer seems to be so professional. He’s the only one I would come back to see.

My 8 year old came here to get her ears pierced for her birthday. The language was rough (in the background) but we prepared in advance for that. Jasper was great at making her feel comfortable and not a single tear was shed. This was much more clean, professional, and precise than a piercing gun at the mall would have been. We were very pleased.

Got a nose ring finger here, the artist was very informative, serious, clean and took his craft very serious! Very helpful and calming for those new to piercings. When I came back for my follow up, the same artist attended to me and was polite and took care of me.

After working with a tattoo artist we werent able to agree on a design. I said I would work on more ideas for a few days and come back. It was going to be my first tattoo and I was excited, but I just wanted to be satisfied with it before having it tattooed. When the artist told the guy behind the counter I was leaving, the counter guy blew up and was rude, cusing that I was a waste of time because I didnt get the tattoo, became a hothead. I didnt respond to all the rude comments since I had my little boy with me. I had intentions of going back but not anymore.

I go to them for ALL my piercings and Tattoos. Hands down my favorite people. All of the artists that I have had experience with have amazing line work and Brian is the best piercer. Definitely recommend. Also in regards to the comment below, you shouldnt be bringing your daughter to downtown augusta at 15 yrs old if you dont want her hearing the f bomb, you shouldnt be taking her to any tattoo shop in that case, but Also she probably says it more, with her friends, than the tattoo artists there.

Always been nervous to get a tattoo till I walked in to Lucky 7 tattoo and spoke to Joshua Fields. To begin with the dude is extremely professional and laid back. Made me feel extremely comfortable during the whole session along with periodic breaks helped along the way. Overall the dude is extremely talented and professional along with being safe and sanitary which is always number one. The staff at Lucky Seven Tattoo are great. They were accommodating, genuinely interested in me as a customer, and took the time to make sure I was able to choose the right artist. Brooke was AWESOME. She spent time with me before starting my tattoo to understand what I wanted and what the tattoo was about. The best part was her professionalism. She collaborated with the other artists in the shop to ensure I got the best design and experience. All the artists at one point or another stopped in to see the progress. I would highly recommend any of the artists there. Brooke is definitely my favorite.

Came in here about 3 or 4 weeks ago to get my ear pierced and the experience was quick and sterile. The atmosphere was chill and I’m very pleased with the piercing. I plan on returning to get a helix and second ear piercing sometime this week. Jasper is great.

Christian does absolute quality work. I so love my viking tattoo! They are so clean, they constantly stay up-to-date on all regulations regarding sanitation and go above and beyond. Christian is especially polite when working with girls, always asks before touching you anywhere, even if its understood he can. He is also great about working with your budget! I cant say enough good things about him and thebrest of the team, I cannot wait to go back for the rest of my tattoos!

Went in for a nose piercing. Very friendly staff. They kept me laughing and we had good convo while I waited. Jasper did my piercing. He was amazing. He explained everything and had no issues answering any questions I had. Thank you!!

LOVED the girl that pierced my nips and did it perfect and as painless as possible (also extremely tidy and clean in her room/office) scotty the tattoo artist did a great job on mine and my cousins matching tattoos also! And was super quick and very clean lines (roman numerals) ! Definitely recommend.

Get all of my tattoos here. They take walk-ins but they are busy due to demand so appointments recommended. Great tattoo artist, very clean and each has a private room. Also due piercing, very clean with knowledgeable staff.

I love coming here. Christian is one of the artist. Hes a hurricane Katrina transplant from Louisiana. I followed him from dermagrapgics after they closed. Hes created custom pieces for me that I always get compliments on. His style is large, bold and he has excellent control of shading. Look for the guy with the green beard. He always does a consult and is usually booked a month or 2 out. The wait is worth it.

Atmosphere and everyone there was amazing, but I got a staff infection in my tattoo and I’m not the only one who has, some of my coworkers have as well. When I asked the artist who did it for help, I didn’t receive a reply for over a month and when she finally reached out to me, she was just telling me she was at a new shop and offered a touch up for over $50...I think not!!! I ended up going to the er I was in so much pain. I love the tattoo, it’s pretty great, but I still have issues with it, it’s really painful at times, and it’s scarred really bad, and still scans up every now and then and this was almost four months ago.

The artist wouldnt do my tattoo but they did my friends. It was her first and it turned out great.

JR did an amazing job on my memorial prints for my dog and cat, looks EXACTLY like their real ink prints. Took me as a walk in at 9:30pm, got it done in 30 mins. Absolutely love these tattoos

Previously had piercings here and came back for new jewelry. While we were waiting my boyfriend called. He asked where I was and I said the tattoo shop. He jokingly said “Uh huh out getting tattoos without me” to which I replied “No I’m just trying to get some earrings” and it was then that the piercer decided to pop into my conversation and aggressively say “I am ONE person”. So we left. After a significant wait and probably being next in line but oh well. Before I get a “we didn’t know that” or something else from the owner of course you didn’t know what was being said on the other line, it wasn’t your conversation. Loved y’all the first time around but to leave people waiting because you don’t know how to sell jewelry and other people waiting on a tattoo while an artist and the front desk person just dip to go smoke before even speaking to them is a bit much.

Omg by far the cleanest tattoo shop I have visited! Bryan the piercer is so educated and knows his stuff. He is so clean and makes you feel extra comfortable. He removed my hood while I was 7months pregnant and I couldnt even see it anymore. He re-pierced my hood because it was crooked and it was like butter. Thanks Bryan 😘😘😘😘 its been about 3days and I cant even tell its there!

So I came out of town and my brother set up an appointment with his tattoo artist Jesse. First off the dude replied a million times that he was drunk and smacked when he was writing back about our appointment. Then he gave us a time range to come in between 2-7 so we came at 3. Never gave a specific time and we let him know what time we would be there. When we got there he hadn’t even checked his email with our designs so we had to send everything again and somehow he was just annoyed and in a bad mood. We literally got 3 fine line small minimal tattoos and two touch ups on a tiny finger tattoo. We had scheduled another tattoo for a bigger flower piece and he somehow was mad when we realized the stencil was wrong. A stencil he copied off a picture- not an original design. He told me he’ll do it another day since I asked for him to change the flower. Mind you, I’m from out of town so there won’t be a next time. When we first got there he offered us to sit in the room while each of us got tattoos, by the second time we came back he said oh no eating - ok fine that’s understandable and by the third one he said nobody in the room. So each time he changed up his mind and was just annoyed by us. He made rude comments about us not moving meanwhile the chair was wobbly And he kept having to reenforce it with a smaller chair under. He literally said “do you think you can stay still, if not your plane is going to look like it had a bumpy ride” and then said “are you SURE you want it like that” because I was asking for him to change the other design. Each tattoo was literally max 5 mins And we still tipped him 20% which by the way he looked annoyed that we went back to him to literally give him free money. My brother reached out to tell him what he did was rude he said we were “extra” and we were late to our appointment and that he will do just fine as a rude tattoo artist. So recap, my brother got two prior calf tattoos with him and gets another one for himself and bring me and my friend for two tattoos each more plus another and somehow we were extra? I regret not going with the owner who was professional and asked for an appointment and deposit because at least we would have been treated like decent human beings. I felt so manhandled and humiliated because he kept literally barking different instructions each time. Fast forward one week later, and our tattoos are healing badly. We are noticing some lines are half done and inconsistent. If he couldn’t do fine line he should have warned us. So not only was he rude but he also was a sloppy tattoo artist. The front desk lady was very nice, I regret getting tattooed by Jesse.

Very friendly people. Got my young daughters eard pierced and the piercing artist did absolutely fantastic with her. Overall an amazing experience. Will definitely be back for tattoos and piercings.

I’m overall content with my tattoo. Artist was a bit quirky but I’m happy with his work. I was a little squirmy but he was patient.Also the young girl at the counter was super sweet. She responded to all my questions. I would definitely come back.

I just went the other to get my first tattoo. Id gone by before to get a feel for the environment and they were so friendly and helpful. Well, I got my first tattoo, and it was done by Mike Thomas. I was so nervous, but he was just talking to me and helped me feel really comfortable. I love the way the tattoo turned out as well.

My fiancee and I went to them during tax time, not expecting to get any work done but Mike was able to fit us in and get both of us done, with fantastic work. Will definately be going back to see him again for more work. Very friendly, and his love for nerd culture and gaming absolutely won him some new clients.

I was able to walk-in and get exactly what I wanted in a short amount of time. I first went to Immaculate Ink and was told that the design was too small and it would just turn out to look like a blob. Its a small paw print from a chinchilla. Well, it turned out great, thanks to Dustin. He was really helpful and did an awesome job on such a tiny design. I would definitely recommend them :)

This place is like home for me and my bestie. We come here for all tats and piercings and have for YEARS. Intelligent people work here and use todays modern knowledge for tattoos, piercings, and aftercare. They have it down to a science. We always come in late but whoever gets us done were always sooo grateful. We love your artists/staff. Be back soon to get muh cheeks pierced! Lol!

My tattoo looks nice .. but in my personal opinion i was taken advantage of and extremely overcharged. This snakehead was $300. Although the work is nice, I will never return to this place. Other people I have spoke with, even a celeb tattoo artist i sent this to in HOLLYWOOD told me I was overcharged. This was my fault bc I shouldn’t have paid them this much. But whatever. A friend of mine just told me tonight they tried to charge him $150 for a small lightning strike … ridiculous.Update: I’m just finding out this place is notorious for overcharging 🤦🏿‍♀️ ya live and ya learnRESPONSE TO THE OWNER: i came 2 hours before closing .. he took an hour long smoke break when yall left so him staying over was HIS CHOICE. I have much bigger tattoos that look amazing and are of outstanding quality that were less than the $300 i paid you guys. If it wasn’t for the other tat artist i usually go to not being available, i wouldve never stepped foot in this place. Also practice reviewing prices with customers BEFORE you ink them .. bc had I know that I would’ve left so fast. Again the work is nice but for d*mn sure not worth $300 & nobody’s changing my mind on that. Will never return

If you need a piercing - this is the place to go. Brian is awesome. Funny and very knowledgable. I came to him to get 2 piercings fixed (1 was from a complete fail from a different local parlor and the other was a 7 year old tragus piercing that refused to heal). It went so well and I was so happy with the results/process that I decided to get another piercing. And, he gave me chocolate at the end.I would definitely recommend him to anyone and will for sure be back.

Jay Teague did a large tattoo for me last night. looking at it this morning, his line work on the wording is amazing, the shading in my flowers are soft and so realistic. Great experience, he was very nice, not cocky like some artist. he will be the only artist for me in the future....Stacy S.

U know my wife loves this place and I was ready to spend a few grand here but I couldn’t even get a call back. How do you allow a customer to put a deposit down and you act as if they don’t exist? I don’t understand it. Is it that you judging me by my skin or u not confident in your skills on darker skin. My wife gets an appointment while still in the shop and I have to wait on a call after talking to the artist and the desk assistant. It’s ok I will go where they appreciate my money and my skin.
