They were so open and competent about the piercing process! The employee took pride in her work, painstakingly cleaning and aligning the holes. I was very impressed with their service.

Had my daughters ears pierced here a couple weeks ago. They women working were so friendly and patient with her as she took her time picking her earrings and asking questions. The manager loves her job and shes not afraid to let everyone know. We will definitely be back!!

Absolutely wonderful experience we went in for my daughters 13th birthday to get her ears pierced again for the third time, the lady who owns the store noticed that the person who did the piercing last time made them uneven and super low on her ears. So offered to fix them now my daughter has beautify pierced ears I couldnt be happier with our experience!!

Came in here to get a mother-daughter necklace. I was really sick (had a mask on) but I thought I was well enough to go to the mall. All of the sudden, my throat was itchy and I started coughing like crazy. Literally felt like I was dying. It was so embarrassing! Luckily, the woman in the front (I assume was the manager?) was super sweet and offered me water. I am not one to be dramatic in public, but I felt so grateful for her. Even before I started coughing, the service was great and I felt very welcomed. I never got to say how much I appreciated her small but impactful action because I felt like if I talked, I would start coughing again. If you are reading this, THANK YOU! Also, Give this woman a RAISE!

Lady working had awesome customer service skills. There were a lot of people in the store and the store was very crowded and looked like she had a cart out maybe putting stock away, but it was large and there was barely any room to get in and out of store. I feel that store is already pretty crowded and then with the big cart out it made it worse. The lady did a fantastic job helping everyone in the store the best she could while ringing people up! She also was good at upselling, and letting you know what deals were going on!

Claires offers a large range of accessories and giftables. They have unique holiday designs and jewelry and hair accessories for special occasions. They often run BOGO specials. The employees are friendly and helpful if you are looking for something specific.

Not that many stores left here. Sad to see so many stores just go into strip malls and seeing a lot of this mall empty is an eye-sore. They have a good group of shops to go to but just not enough.

Great store for little girls.. My daughter always loves going here. Staff is helpful and polite. They have a wide variety of merchandise.

My kids love it but there is so much stuff in there its hard to walk. Did hear they do birthday parties which Im sure my girls would adore!
